Just initiated the autodraft.

In terms of keepers, we had a wide variety of strategies. Three teams, all of whom finished in the top ten last year, kept all their players. The Champ kept 11 players, while the runner-up did not keep any. While that surprised me, it may turn out to be a winning strategy, as nine other teams also elected not to keep any of their players. Accordingly, draft talent should run pretty deep.

PLEASE DESIGNATE YOUR KEEPERS BY NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT PACIFIC TIME ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 8th, after which I will lock the keeper selections. Also, be sure to SET YOUR DRAFT RANKINGS BY NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT PACIFIC TIME ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 15th. I will initiate the AutoDraft shortly thereafter.

As with prior years, there is no limit on keepers. Simply be aware that keepers will be slotted at the top of the draft - e.g., selecting one keeper player means you forfeit your first round pick, selecting two keepers means you forfeit your first and second round picks, etc.

Draft order is based on the reverse order of finish from last season. Accordingly, teams will pick in the following order:

9) Andy Capp

While the start of the NBA season is more than a month away, the KEEPER DEADLINE for our league is THREE AND A HALF WEEKS AWAY.
