Free agency can start now. All available players are on waivers at all times. Remember you can bid zero if you think no one else will be bidding.

After this last pick or pass in the draft there will be an interval before the free agent period begins. I will post a message when it will be okay to pick up players. I have to turn waivers back on.

We are now full with 10 returning managers and two new managers. I am currently managing the Dobber team until I can find another manager to take over. I did agree to give the second pick to the new manager of Florida Gators. He will drop to fourth in the second and third rounds. I am considering a change for this year in the way waivers are processed. The change would be be to continuous waivers with faab budgets with graduated budgets based on team records from the previous year.
The draft will be on the message board again. 24 hours per pick and of course hopefully much less than that most of the time. Please post a message after your pick to let the next manager know they are on the clock. We could start the draft early or we could wait until after October 6th. Please post a message with your preferred start date for the draft.
