This is applied to pending transactions:
Since I've joined this league there has been a since of entitlement. Fore some reason people think they have the right to cancel a deal whenever they feel like it *Cough Ballers Cough.* Well guess what thats going to change. If you want a deal to be canceled you have to convince the other GM your dealing with to cancel the deal. If he does not agree on cancelling, then your request will turn into a veto. Again if theres 4 veto's the deal get overturned.

I don't believe that notion that deals will be fair since we're experienced GM's. It's a nice thought but we all know sneaky crap will happen sometime during this season. That's why I'm going back to the original ruling.
If 33% (4 people) veto a deal, then the deal will be canceled.
Also I would like for you guys to nominate 2 people who I can talk to incase their are ridiculous offers that are pending. If a trades is completely outrages then three man committee will have an obligation to turn the deal down right away.
If you have a better system then I'm all ears. Unlike like the House of Reps I'm willing to compromise.

I'm making more polls, remember yes they're annoying but these polls decide how this season is going to be conducted. So please vote especially MAVS, The guy who loves to create chaos after the rules are acutely set.
So the deadline to move the draft to Monday is tonight majority vote wins.
The other polls will be finalized Sunday October 28th at 6:00 PM. -
We are all experimented managers , there wont be any vetoes on trades anymore .
To keep a certain control ,eliminated teams wont be able to add or drop players during the playoffs -
