  • Chasson Randle was signed by NY on Wednesday March 29. Rotoworld.com Today, 12:36 am
  • Buddy Hield shoots 1-of-7 in blowout defeat
Buddy Hield made just 1-of-7 shots in 30 minutes on Wednesday, finishing a blowout loss to the Jazz with two points, two rebounds, one assist, one steal and one turnover.

Advice: The Kings won their previous two games but they were decimated tonight, falling into a 20-point hole after one quarter. Hield will be a focal point of the Kings' attack as they develop younger talent down the stretch, and he came in scoring double-digit points in 13 of his past 14 games. He should have extra motivation to score the ball vs. the Pelicans on Friday. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:25 pm
  • Georgios Papagiannis plays 20 minutes Wed
Georgios Papagiannis returned to action on Wednesday with eight points on 4-of-7 shooting, three rebounds, two assists and one turnover in 20 minutes.

Advice: Dave Joerger described Monday's game as a "last stand" for his team's veterans, so owners can expect plenty of DNPs in Sacramento's final seven games. As a 19-year-old lottery pick, Papagiannis figures to be one of the biggest winners, but the question is when Joerger will fully unleash his young guys. Again, there are only seven games left in the Kings' regular season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:23 pm
  • Skal Labissiere plays 33 minutes as starter
Skal Labissiere started Wednesday's game with Kosta Koufos resting, and he finished with nine points, seven rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block.

Advice: Skal logged 33 minutes despite racking up five fouls, and owners in roto leagues won't appreciate his 1-of-4 mark at the free throw line. He's at 55.3 percent FGs and 71.4 percent FTs on the season, however, so efficiency hasn't been a recurring issue. The Kings are leaning into their youth movement, which means Labissiere and Georgios Papagiannis (20 minutes) should see their roles increasing down the stretch. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:21 pm
  • Rodney Hood hits 5-of-5 triples for 18 points
Rodney Hood went 5-of-5 from deep on Wednesday, finishing with 18 points, two assists, two steals and one rebound in just 24 minutes of action.

Advice: Hood had 20 points, six boards and three assists on Monday with Gordon Hayward (quad) in street clothes. His efficiency tonight is a welcome sight for fantasy owners, especially since both Hayward and Alec Burks (personal) were back in action. He's been banged up and erratic for most of the season, shooting 41.3 percent overall, so hopefully he can finish strong for a Jazz team that holds a 1.5-game lead on the Clippers for the No. 4 seed. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:10 pm
  • DeAndre Jordan cleans up against the Wizards
DeAndre Jordan scored 23 points with 18 rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal in 38 minutes against the Wizards on Wednesday.

Advice: He has scored 20-plus points in consecutive games for the first time this season and the fourth time in his career. Jordan has also been cleaning up on the glass with double-digit boards in eight straight, and he's also up to 76.5 percent from the field in March for his 14.1 points per game this month. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:51 pm
  • Austin Rivers (hamstring) out for Thursday
Coach Doc Rivers said Austin Rivers (hamstring) "will be out for a little while" and will not play on Thursday against the Suns.

Advice: He has hamstring soreness and the Clippers won't need to rush him back now that J.J. Redick is healthy. Redick is coming off a season-high 31 points and should benefit the most until Rivers comes back. Jamal Crawford figures to pick up some minutes and perhaps Raymond Felton plays a little more SG. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:39 pm
  • Marcin Gortat scores just six points
Marcin Gortat scored six points with four rebounds, three assists, one steal and no fouls in 19 minutes against the Clippers on Wednesday.

Advice: He didn't close out again and coach Scott Brooks just doesn't trust Gortat like he used to. Maybe it's because Gortat was playing too many minutes, but he's a drop candidate in most leagues right now. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:31 pm
  • Jason Smith scores 14 points
Jason Smith scored 14 points with eight rebounds and four 3-pointers in 26 minutes against the Clippers on Wednesday.

Advice: That puts him at 30 triples on the season, which is double his previous career high in a season. Smith did benefit late in this game from Markieff Morris getting ejected, so the playing time is slightly inflated. He's been in the mix and does play minutes in the teens most nights, but he's not someone fantasy owners should add here. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:29 pm
  • Anthony Davis scores 30 with 13 boards
Anthony Davis scored 30 points during a 121-118 win over the Mavs on Wednesday, adding 13 rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block.

Advice: He had two different trips to the locker room due to diving on the scorer's tables. He dinged up his chin from the incident, but it didn't affect him with Davis having a very high activity level. He's been racking up the stats and Davis is the first player since Shaquille O'Neal with four consecutive games of 30 points and 13 rebounds. As long as he's healthy, he's a monster. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:10 pm
  • Brandan Wright solid as fill-in starter
Brandan Wright started at center on Wednesday as the Grizzlies deployed their 22nd unique lineup of the season, and he finished with 13 points on 6-of-10 shooting, four boards, two blocks and one assist.

Advice: Marc Gasol's strained left foot cost him another game tonight, bumping Wright into the starting lineup, but it's unclear if Gasol will miss any more games. Head coach David Fizdale referred to it as a day-to-day issue, adding, "I think it’s just swelling and soft-tissue type stuff ... It’s nothing structural that we have to be totally concerned about." Wright logged 28 minutes tonight and should see similar action if Gasol misses more games. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:42 pm
  • Mike Conley scores 36 pts w/ seven 3-pointers
Mike Conley scored 16 points in the first quarter of Wednesday's home victory, which he finished with 36 points, a career-high seven 3-pointers, six assists, four steals, and three rebounds in 38 minutes.

Advice: Memphis scored a season-high 38 points in the first quarter alone tonight, thanks largely to Conley's explosion, and his 16 points matched a career-high for a single quarter. He's the alpha and omega of the Grizzlies' offense with Marc Gasol (foot) out of commission, and owners can expect more big lines if Gasol can't suit up on Friday and Sunday. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:39 pm
  • Aaron Brooks scores 18 points in 28 minutes
Aaron Brooks scored 18 points in 28 minutes on Wednesday, making 6-of-15 FGs with a 4-of-5 mark from downtown in a tough loss to the Grizzlies.

Advice: Indiana is tied with Miami for the No. 8 seed and they're just 1.5 games up on the No. 9 seed Bulls, with road games looming vs. the Raptors and Cavaliers this weekend. Head coach Nate McMillan will roll with whichever lineups are working, in other words, and tonight that meant more Brooks over an ineffective Jeff Teague (20 minutes). That's extremely unlikely to become a trend. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:33 pm
  • Monta Ellis very quiet as starter Wednesday
Monta Ellis made another start on Wednesday vs. Memphis, but he shot just 1-of-5 from the field for two points with three rebounds, one assist and two blocks.

Advice: Ellis played 32 minutes but he posted a mere 10.0 percent usage rate -- the only player lower was Lavoy Allen (9.4 percent usage in 14 minutes). Pacers coach Nate McMillan wants Ellis to stay aggressive offensively with the starting unit, but recent returns haven't been good. Leave him on the wire in most formats. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:29 pm
  • Thaddeus Young posts double-double...finally
Thaddeus Young got hot in 33 minutes on Wednesday, sinking 8-of-12 shots to finish with 16 points, 13 rebounds, three assists, one steal and zero turnovers.

Advice: Al Jefferson (ankle) is out at least two weeks, and Glenn Robinson (calf) will miss at least one more week, so the Pacers need their key guys to be effective in big minutes. Young has struggled since he injured his left wrist -- he was 0-of-7 from the field on Sunday, but over the past two games he's a combined 15-of-27. This was his first double-double since late December. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:27 pm
  • Austin Rivers (left hamstring) out for game
Austin Rivers (sore left hamstring) will not return on Wednesday.

Advice: He went to the locker room in the second quarter and was ruled out approximately 15 minutes later. Thankfully, the Clippers do have J.J. Redick back for this game and Jamal Crawford can also help out. There should be slightly more Luc Mbah a Moute until Rivers can come back. Redick is the only guy worth owning in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 8:39 pm
  • Chasson Randle scores nine points
Chasson Randle scored nine points with four rebounds, three assists and one 3-pointer in 21 minutes against the Heat on Wednesday.

Advice: The Knicks actually used Randle quite a bit next to Ron Baker, but it could have been about the matchup against a smaller Miami backcourt. Randle does have more upside than Baker, so maybe he can have value if the Knicks want to shut down Derrick Rose (knee). For what it's worth, Rose is hoping to play on Friday. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:43 pm
  • Collison, Hield, Evans, Skal, WCS starting
Darren Collison, Buddy Hield, Tyreke Evans, Skal Labissiere and Willie Cauley-Stein will start against the Jazz on Wednesday.

Advice: With Kosta Koufos resting again, the Kings will go back to Skal here. The rookie has been a disaster in a past handful of games, but now he gets a tough matchup against the Jazz. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:27 pm
  • Anthony Davis back after trip to locker room
Anthony Davis went to the locker room in the first half on Wednesday, but he has since returned.

Advice: He dove into the scorers table with Dante Cunningham, but he did return to the bench a few minutes later, and has since returned. It looks like Davis is OK. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 5:39 pm
  • Brandan Wright starting; Randolph to bench
Brandan Wright will start against the Pacers on Wednesday and Zach Randolph will move to the bench.

Advice: The Grizzlies need some scoring in their second unit, so they'll have their 22nd different starting lineup today. Wright should be looking at minutes in the 20s and is a viable play in fantasy. He will only have short-term value until Marc Gasol (foot) can return. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:54 pm
  • Monta Ellis scores 19 in start for Pacers
Monta Ellis started again for the Pacers and hit 8-of-11 shots to tie his season high of 19 points with four rebounds, five assists, two steals and a block in Tuesday's 115-114 loss to the Timberwolves.

Advice: He's played very well in three straight games and might be the starting shooting guard going forward. He's scored in double digits in three straight games, averaging 15.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.3 3-pointers over his last three games. He's hit 19-of-31 shots over that stretch, good for 61 percent, and might be worth picking up if you are looking for a shooting guard right now. He displaced C.J. Miles in the starting unit two games ago and while the Pacers lost tonight, the move could stick. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 7:36 pm
  • Thaddeus Young plays well vs. Wolves
Thaddeus Young had 14 points, four rebounds, two assists and a steal on 7-of-15 shooting in Tuesday's tough 115-114 loss to Minnesota.

Advice: Young played for the Wolves for a cup of coffee in 2014, so maybe he had some revenge in mind. He's been pretty awful, scoring no more than eight points in any of his previous four games, and this was just his second double-digit scoring night over his last eight. Maybe this is a sign he's about to finally get hot, but we'll need to see it a few more times before actually getting excited. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 7:23 pm
  • Chasson Randle sent down to the D-League
The Knicks have assigned Chasson Randle to their D-League affiliate.

Advice: As long as the Knicks are at full strength, Randle won't be worth a roster spot in most leagues. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 11:46 am
  • Georgios Papagiannis does not play
Georgios Papagiannis was listed as a DNP-CD in Monday's game against the Grizzlies.

Advice: Papagiannis was pretty hot coming into the game, but head coach Dave Joerger mostly relied upon his veterans in this matchup against the team which unceremoniously dumped him last May after three seasons. The rookie had been playing very well lately, especially with Kosta Koufos resting in two of the past three games. Don't give up on Papagiannis if you recently added him, as Koufos will likely see more rest in the final days of the season with the rookie seeing plenty of run. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:52 pm
  • Anthony Davis scores 36 w/ 17 boards in loss
Anthony Davis' 36 points weren't enough in a 108-100 loss to the Jazz on Monday.

Advice: AD did everything he could, finishing 12-of-23 from the field and 11-of-14 from the line with 17 rebounds, three assists, three steals, three blocks and one triple in 41 minutes. This was his third straight game with 30+ points and 15+ rebounds which is tied for the 2nd longest streak in the last 20 seasons. The loss means the Pelicans are now 4.5 games behind the No. 8 seed (Blazers) with eight games remaining, so Davis' owners do have to worry about a potential shut-down once his team is mathematically eliminated. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:47 pm
  • Mike Conley's shooting woes return in loss
Mike Conley missed 15 of his 23 field goal attempts in Monday's 91-90 loss at Sacramento, although he still posted 22 points, nine assists and three rebounds.

Advice: Overall it was a good stat line for those in head-to-head fantasy formats, but he continues to hurt rotisserie owners in the field goal percentage category at a critical juncture of the fantasy season. Conley is shooting 42.1 percent (43-of-102) from the floor over the past six games. just He'll look for better results in Wednesday's home game against the Pacers, a team allowing 105.2 points per game. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:45 pm
  • Rodney Hood scores 20 points in win
Rodney Hood snapped out of his funk with 20 points on 7-of-16 shooting vs. the Pelicans on Monday.

Advice: Hood scored a combined 23 points in his previous three games, but stepped up with Gordon Hayward (quad) and Alec Burks (personal) out -- Hood gets an 8.2 usage rate bump with Hayward off the court. He added six rebounds with three assists and four triples, but he's had a lot of trouble staying healthy this season and his FG percentage has been all over the place. If Hayward sits on Wednesday, Hood could be poised for another solid night. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:38 pm
  • Buddy Hield scores 14 points in Monday's win
Buddy Hield ended with 14 points, four rebounds, two 3-pointers and just one turnover in 34 minutes Monday against the Grizzlies.

Advice: The rookie has posted double-digit point totals in six straight, and 13 of his 14 outings in the month of March. He was the cornerstone of the return in the deal with New Orleans involving DeMarcus Cousins. The rookie has been money from the perimeter, hitting at least one 3-pointer in each of his 17 games with the Kings, and 23 in a row dating back to Feb. 4 when he was with the Pelicans. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:38 pm
  • Skal Labissiere doesn't see much time
Skal Labissiere finished with just three points and two rebounds in nine minutes off the bench in Monday's 91-90 win against the Grizzlies.

Advice: Labissiere ran into foul trouble, picking up three personals in his brief time on the floor and he didn't play in the second half. Couple that with the fact head coach Dave Joerger wanted this one badly against his former employer, and it wasn't the best night to own stock in the rookie out of Kentucky. Better days are ahead. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:23 pm
  • Mike Conley snaps shooting slump on Sunday
Mike Conley broke out of a four-game shooting slump on Sunday with 29 points on 9-of-15 FGs and 7-of-7 FTs, including a 4-of-6 mark from downtown.

Advice: Conley added six assists but he had just one rebound and one steal with six turnovers in 37 minutes, as Memphis fell to the Warriors in Oracle Arena. The Grizzlies are in no real danger of missing the playoffs, sitting 4.5 games above the No. 8 seed Nuggets, but they've now lost three straight games and are staring at a first-round matchup with the Spurs. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 7:44 pm
  • Anthony Davis goes for 31 and 15 on Sunday
Anthony Davis hit 12-of-17 shots from the floor to finish with 31 points, 15 rebounds, three assists and a blocked shot over 28 minutes in Sunday's 115-90 win in Denver.

Advice: Davis has 14 games with 30 or more points and 15 or more rebounds, most in the NBA. The 25-point margin of victory was the largest of the season for the Pelicans, as they pulled within four games of the Nuggets for a playoff spot with nine games remaining. Davis stepped up and helped the Pelicans stay alive, and they're now 3-0 in games when DeMarcus Cousins (ankle) is sidelined. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 7:24 pm
  • Monta Ellis scores 10 points as starting SG
Monta Ellis started Sunday's win vs. the Sixers and finished with 10 points on 4-of-10 shooting, four rebounds, two assists, two steals, one block and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes.

Advice: "This is the group that we started the season with," coach Nate McMillan said before the game. "I hope we'll play a little faster with this group." He also stressed that he wanted Ellis to stay in attack-mode with the starters tonight, but he finished with a modest 17.3 percent usage rate. Ellis is worth a look in deeper leagues, especially with Rodney Stuckey (knee) iffy to play Tuesday. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 6:19 pm
  • Thaddeus Young awful in 13 minutes Sunday
Thaddeus Young had a terrible night on Sunday, going 0-of-7 from the field and 2-of-2 from the line to score two points in 13 minutes.

Advice: Thad chipped in two rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block, but that isn't enough to compensate for his lousy shooting tonight. He missed multiple layups and it seems like his wrist is still bothering him, even though he said recently that it's "feeling better." The Pacers need him to start knocking down shots if they hope to advance deep into the playoffs -- Paul George can't do it alone. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 6:18 pm
  • DeAndre Jordan posts 20 & 11 in loss to Kings
DeAndre Jordan notched 20 points on 8-of-10 shooting on Sunday, adding 11 rebounds, one steal, one block and zero turnovers.

Advice: Jordan is shooting better than 75 percent in March, pushing his season average to a league-leading 70.6 percent. He's shot 70+ percent twice before in his career, and he joins Wilt Chamberlain as the only qualifying players to do that in a full season. He's winning three categories for his owners on a weekly basis. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 4:15 pm
  • Austin Rivers starts for J.J. Redick (ankle)
Austin Rivers started Sunday's game in place of J.J. Redick (sprained right ankle), shooting 4-of-13 with a pair of 3-pointers for 10 points, nine rebounds and four assists in 43 minutes.

Advice: In 28 starts this season, the coach's son has averaged 16.3 points on 46.3 percent shooting, 2.3 triples, 2.7 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 0.7 steals in 34.3 minutes. He played well tonight, other than the shooting, and would be worth a look if Redick misses more games. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 4:13 pm
  • Buddy Hield catches fire late in comeback win
Buddy Hield caught fire down the stretch of Sunday's 98-97 comeback win in L.A., finishing with 15 points, three 3-pointers, seven rebounds, two assists and one steal.

Advice: Hield finished 5-of-12 from the field but he made them when it mattered, going 0-of-5 from deep before hitting three straight during a furious fourth-quarter comeback. He scored at least 20 points in his previous two games and continues to look like a long-term piece for the rebuilding Kings. He's in a perfect situation for fantasy purposes. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 4:04 pm
  • Skal Labissiere quiet as fill-in starter Sun
Skal Labissiere started Sunday's road game but fouled out in 19 minutes with just two points on 1-of-7 shooting, four rebounds and one assist.

Advice: Kosta Koufos was resting so there were extra minutes available for Skal as a starter, but he couldn't get out of his own way with the fouls. It's just the second time in seven games that he's been held to single-digit points, and he was coming off a near triple-double, so most owners should give him a pass. Expect a bounce-back effort vs. the Bucks on Wednesday. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 3:59 pm
  • Monta Ellis starts Sunday, Miles off bench
Monta Ellis will start for Indiana on Sunday, with C.J. Miles coming off the bench.

Advice: Ellis started the second half on Friday so this doesn't come as a total surprise, and having another guy capable of creating his own offense should take some pressure off Paul George. Ellis is trending up but he's still just a low-end option, while the move to the bench makes it tough to trust Miles in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 1:21 pm
  • Skal Labissiere will start Sunday vs. LAC
Skal Labissiere will be in the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Clippers.

Advice: Kosta Koufos is getting a rest day, so Labissiere might be able to flirt with minutes in the 30s tonight. Joining him in the starting five will be Darren Collison, Buddy Hield, Tyreke Evans and Willie Cauley-Stein, with Ty Lawson shifting to the second unit. Labissiere is coming off a 10-point, 10-board, eight-dime game, so he could be someone to consider streaming. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 12:43 pm
  • Austin Rivers will start Sunday vs. the Kings
Austin Rivers will move into the starting lineup for Sunday's matchup with Sacramento, with J.J. Redick (ankle) unavailable.

Advice: Rivers could have a nice game tonight going up against Sacramento's weak defense, so he's on the radar as a potential streamer. Chris Paul, Luc Mbah a Moute, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan will join Rivers in the starting five, and there will be some more opportunity for Jamal Crawford in the second unit sans Redick. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 12:18 pm
  • Chasson Randle gets just three minutes
Chasson Randle did not score in three minutes against the Spurs on Saturday.

Advice: Derrick Rose played huge minutes, so Randle took a backseat. If Rose does need to miss games, we'll see Randle again. Leave him on the wire for now. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 8:04 pm
  • Marcin Gortat doesn't step up
Marcin Gortat played 23 minutes against the Cavs on Saturday, scoring 10 points with five rebounds and one assist.

Advice: Even with Bojan Bogdanovic (back) out, Gortat still couldn't get it going because Kelly Oubre played lights out in the smaller lineup. Gortat has just been pushed too far down as the Wizards have found their groove in center-less lineups, so Gortat is a drop candidate if you see a hot free agent or want to stream extra games. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 7:40 pm
  • Rodney Hood has another rough day
Rodney Hood made 4-of-13 from the field for nine points with four rebounds, two steals and one 3-pointer in 23 minutes against the Clippers on Saturday.

Advice: He has not shown up since returning from his knee soreness, averaging 7.7 points, 3.0 boards, 0.7 steals and 1.0 treys on just 33.3 percent from the field in those three. Joe Ingles has outplayed Hood for the majority of the season and his knee issue may be the reason. Regardless, Hood isn't a fantasy option for most owners in this crucial part of the season. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 3:15 pm
  • Papagiannis gets career-high 27 minutes
Georgios Papagiannis played a career-high 27 minutes against the Warriors on Friday, scoring seven points with four rebounds, one assist and one block.

Advice: With Kosta Koufos having another bad game, it probably won't be long until Papagiannis is starting. He's been a great offensive rebounder lately and does have a 19.2 usage rate since he's been freed in his last four. Papagiannis isn't going to be consistent, but he could be a double-double guy with a block going forward. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 12:04 am
  • Buddy Hield drops best line of career
Buddy Hield turned in career-highs 22 points, eight boards and seven dimes against the Warriors on Friday, adding two steals and four 3-pointers.

Advice: He's about as hot as he could be, matching his previous career-high 21 points on Wednesday. The Kings are resting their point guards now to allow Hield to have the ball more, and he does have at least 32 minutes in each of his last four. He could disappoint his next time out, but Hield looks like an add in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Friday, 11:58 pm
  • More Skal stats coming?
Skal Labissiere handed out a career-high eight assists against the Warriors on Friday, adding 10 points, 10 rebounds and one block in 27 minutes.

Advice: It was very clear he was being used differently in this game. When Labissiere does get the ball, it's not usually in a set and most of it is when the game is out of hand. However, coach Dave Joerger made it seem like there will be some changes. "I think we've got to play through him," Joerger said. Labissiere should make an impact going forward for owners in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Friday, 11:44 pm
  • Anthony Davis scores 33 points vs. HOU
Anthony Davis scored 33 points during a 117-107 loss to the Rockets on Friday, adding 16 rebounds, one assist, three steals and one block in 41 minutes.

Advice: That's four straight double-doubles for Davis, who hasn't really dropped off at all with Boogie Cousins back in the last three games. In those three, Davis averaged 26.7 points, 13.3 boards, 1.0 steals and 0.3 blocks. The drop in blocks could be due to Boogie because he's away from the basket more often, though. The bad news is the Pelicans are basically out of the playoffs, sitting in the No. 11 spot and trailing the Nuggets by 5.0 games. Rotoworld.com Friday, 11:20 pm
  • Monta Ellis scores 17 points vs. Denver
Monta Ellis started the second half on Friday against the Nuggets, finishing with 17 points, four rebounds, one assist, one steal and three 3-pointers in 31 minutes.

Advice: The move to start Ellis could have been a matchup move, about C.J. Miles' foul trouble or it could be a rotation tweak to offset the loss of Glenn Robinson III (calf), but Robinson was barely in the rotation before his injury. Ellis is actually playing decent ball in his last five, averaging 12.0 points, 2.4 boards, 2.0 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.4 treys. He's still only a borderline guy to use right now. Rotoworld.com Friday, 8:55 pm
  • Buddy Hield is starting
Buddy Hield (quad) is starting against the Warriors on Friday.

Advice: He was on the injury report for a quad contusion, but was never expected to miss time. Hield is coming off a strong 21-point effort, so he's starting to creep onto the radar in fantasy. Rotoworld.com Friday, 7:15 pm
  • Buddy Hield (right quad) is probable Friday
Buddy Hield is probable for Friday's game vs. the Warriors with a right quad contusion.

Advice: The Kings must be confident about Hield playing, as they just announced that Tyreke Evans, Darren Collison and Anthony Tolliver are resting. Hield is coming off a 21-point game on Wednesday and his owners can pencil him into lineups for now. Rotoworld.com Friday, 5:48 pm
  • Monta starts 3Q for Miles
Monta Ellis started the second half for C.J. Miles on Friday against the Nuggets.

Advice: The defense was really bad, especially on the perimeter. Additionally, this could be a tweak to not having Glenn Robinson III (calf). Whatever the case, there's no need to react to this from a fantasy perspective. Rotoworld.com Friday, 5:20 pm
  • Chasson Randle scores 13 points
Chasson Randle scored 13 points with two rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers in 19 minutes against the Blazers on Thursday.

Advice: If Derrick Rose (foot) misses more time, coach Jeff Hornacek may look at Randle more to help add some points for the second unit. Randle is still only a speculative add in very deep leagues, but he does have a higher upside than Ron Baker. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 9:36 pm
  • DeAndre Jordan puts up a double-double
DeAndre Jordan scored 14 points with 18 rebounds, one assist and two blocks against the Mavs on Thursday.

Advice: He actually didn't go to the line in his previous two games combined, and was only 2-of-4 from there tonight. Jordan does have double-doubles in each of his last four games since he rested on Mar. 16, making 79.3 percent from the field. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 8:34 pm
  • Rodney Hood struggles in 21 minutes Wednesday
Rodney Hood had another forgettable game on Wednesday, logging 21 minutes to finish with three points on 1-of-4 shooting, three rebounds, one assist and one turnover.

Advice: Hood was in foul trouble during his return from a knee injury on Monday, but tonight he was the victim of his own inefficiency -- Joe Ingles played 25 minutes, Joe Johnson played 23 minutes, and even Alec Burks logged 19 scoreless minutes. With his uninspiring play and recurring knee soreness, Hood is tough to trust if you're battling for the fantasy playoffs. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 11:03 pm
  • Skal Labissiere scores eight points
Skal Labissiere scored eight points in the starting lineup against the Bucks on Wednesday, adding eight rebounds, one assist and two steals in 31 minutes during a 116-98 loss.

Advice: With Kosta Koufos resting, Labissiere was able to make his third NBA start. In his previous two, he only averaged 10.5 points, 6.0 boards, 2.5 blocks and 0.5 steals in just 17.5 minutes. He is clearly earning more run and the Kings will continue to rest players to allow Skal to play more. He's worth a long look in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:08 pm
  • Papa G blocks a couple shots
Georgios Papagiannis made 2-of-9 from the field for four points with seven rebounds and two blocks in 23 minutes against the Bucks on Wednesday.

Advice: With Kosta Koufos getting the night off, the Kings gave their rookie plenty of run during this game. Papagiannis still isn't very effective on the offensive end, but he is improving and does have some upside for blocks and boards. He's worth a look in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 9:57 pm
  • Buddy Hield scores 21 points vs. Bucks
Buddy Hield scored 21 points with four rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers in 35 minutes against the Bucks on Wednesday.

Advice: It's his best scoring game as a King. Hield has seen his shot total rise with at least 12 in each of his last three games as coach Dave Joerger gives his rookie more responsibility. Hield also has a steal in three straight and only 1.0 turnovers in that span, as well. His fantasy value isn't all that great because he doesn't do too much outside of scoring, but feel free to give him a look if you need some points and treys. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 9:53 pm
  • Marcin Gortat quiet in 28 minutes vs. Hawks
Marcin Gortat, who played only 12 minutes on Monday, finished Wednesday's game with four points, six rebounds and one assist in 28 minutes.

Advice: Foul trouble was the culprit on Monday, but there's no avoiding the fact that Gortat has been a liability for owners at the most critical stage of the fantasy season. He's averaging 7.1 points, 9.4 rebounds and 0.9 assists in his past eight games, with zero steals and just two blocks in that span. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 8:39 pm
  • Collison, Hield, Afflalo, Skal & WCS starting
Darren Collison, Buddy Hield, Arron Afflalo, Skal Labissiere and Willie Cauley-Stein are starting against the Bucks on Wednesday.

Advice: The Kings are resting Kosta Koufos, so Skal should be getting some good minutes in the first unit. The Kings should also roll with Georgios Papagiannis off the bench. Skal is worth a look in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:30 pm
  • Austin Rivers scores 18 points
Austin Rivers scored 18 points in 31 minutes vs. the Lakers on Tuesday.

Advice: The last four games for the Clippers haven't been close at all, so Rivers' minutes have been on the rise. He hit 6-of-11 shots from the field with four rebounds, four assists and one steal, and with a 17-point game on Monday, Rivers is off to a great start during the Clippers' five-game week. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 10:35 pm
  • Anthony Davis scores 19 points in 40 minutes
Anthony Davis played through an illness on Tuesday vs. the Grizzlies and led his team to a 95-82 win with 19 points.

Advice: DeMarcus Cousins carried the Pelicans with 41 points, but AD deserves a lot of credit for playing even though he clearly wasn't 100 percent. He finished 9-of-18 from the field after a rough start to the game, adding 13 rebounds in 40 minutes. The Pelicans are only 3.5 games behind the Nuggets for the No. 8 seed, so Davis will finish the season strong if his team remains competitive. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 8:39 pm
  • Anthony Davis (illness) will play on Tuesday
Anthony Davis (illness) will play Tuesday vs. the Grizzlies.

Advice: Davis also got poked in the eye and hit in the shins during Sunday's game, but none of these ailments will force him to the sidelines. Make sure you've got The Brow active. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 3:43 pm
  • Austin Rivers scores 17 points vs. Knicks
Austin Rivers scored 17 points in 23 minutes vs. the Knicks on Monday.

Advice: He finished 6-of-10 from the field and 4-of-5 from the line with two assists, one rebound and one triple. This game was basically over at halftime, so most fantasy owners shouldn't read too much into this line. With that said, Rivers is a sneaky low-end option with four more games on the schedule this week. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:14 pm
  • DeAndre Jordan double-doubles vs. Knicks
DeAndre Jordan double-doubled vs. the Knicks on Monday with 14 points and 10 rebounds.

Advice: He finished 7-of-9 from the field and didn't attempt any free throws, adding three blocks in 28 minutes. Jordan was rested for one game in the last back-to-back set, but since he didn't play in the fourth quarter tonight, hopefully that means he will be available in a cupcake matchup with the Lakers on Tuesday. • Jason Smith fouls out in 17 minutes
Jason Smith fouled out in 17 minutes vs. the Celtics on Monday, finishing with 13 points on 5-of-8 shooting.

Advice: He returned to the bench with Markieff Morris (illness) back, but he was on his way to a big game until foul trouble ruined his night. He added five rebounds, one assist, one block and three triples, but standard-league owners should look elsewhere while Morris and Marcin Gortat are healthy. Rotoworld.com Monday, 8:12 pm
  • Marcin Gortat plays 12 minutes in loss to BOS
Marcin Gortat played just 12 minutes in Monday's loss to Boston, finishing with four points, four rebounds, three assists and one turnover.

Advice: He was in foul trouble tonight and it looked like he even went to the locker room simply out of frustration after his third foul -- there's no report of an injury and he didn't seem limited during his time on the court. Gortat simply isn't producing right now and was averaging 8.0 points, 9.5 rebounds and 0.3 blocks in his previous 11 March games. His strong pre-break run is a distant memory and his minutes are way down. Rotoworld.com Monday, 8:03 pm
  • Foul trouble limits Rodney Hood
Rodney Hood (knee) was in the starting five Monday in Indiana, and he finished with 11 points, two rebounds and a pair of 3-pointers over 16 minutes.

Advice: Hood was limited to 16 minutes due to foul trouble, not his ailing knee. That meant Joe Ingles, who Hood supplanted in the lineup, saw more action. It might be a slow go for Hood to knock off the rust and get back into the swing of things, but he is a decent play when he is active and healthy. Rotoworld.com Monday, 7:21 pm
  • Rodney Hood starting, Joe Ingles to the bench
Rodney Hood (knee) will return to the starting lineup following a two-game stint on the sidelines for Monday's matchup with Indiana, sending Joe Ingles back to the bench.

Advice: Hood has been a frustrating guy to own this season, but at the very least, he could be someone to consider deploying as a deep league streamer or DFS punt play. George Hill, Gordon Hayward, Joe Johnson and Rudy Gobert will join Hood in the starting five for tonight's game. Rotoworld.com Monday, 3:31 pm
  • Jason Smith returns to the bench
Jason Smith will return to the bench on Monday vs. the Celtics.

Advice: This is an expected move with Markieff Morris (illness) returning from a two-game absence. Smith played well in Morris' absence, so he will be back on the radar if Morris or Marcin Gortat ever pick up an injury. For now, he can be dropped in most leagues. Rotoworld.com Monday, 3:18 pm
  • Rodney Hood (knee) expected to play Monday
Rodney Hood (knee) is expected to play Monday vs. the Pacers.

Advice: Hood has spent the past two games on the sidelines with a sore right knee, but it sounds like he'll be back in action tonight, which will likely result in Joe Ingles heading back to the bench and there won't be as many minutes available for Joe Johnson. Hood has been woefully inconsistent this season, but if you've got someone to cut in a deep league, he could be someone to take a flier on. Rotoworld.com Monday, 2:58 pm
  • Rodney Hood (knee) questionable for Monday
Rodney Hood (knee) is questionable for Monday's game vs. the Pacers.

Advice: He can't shake this knee issue and even if does manage to play tonight, he will likely get some DNPs down the stretch. He's too frustrating to trust in the fantasy playoffs in standard leagues. Joe Ingles will be a solid streaming option if Hood is ruled out. Rotoworld.com Monday, 9:04 am
