    • Surpasses 30-point mark again
Doncic recorded 33 points (10-20 FG, 5-11 3Pt, 8-10 FT), seven rebounds, five assists, one block and five steals over 41 minutes during Sunday's 116-107 victory over the Timberwolves in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals.

Advice: Another game, another instance where Doncic shone the brightest when the team needed him the most. The Timberwolves attempted a comeback in the second half, and it looked as if the momentum was going to shift their way in the fourth quarter. Still, Doncic was sensational to carry Dallas to a third straight win and put the team just 48 minutes away from a berth in the NBA Finals. Doncic has recorded four triple-doubles and two double-doubles across his last eight playoff appearances. Rotowire.com Monday, 7:57 am
    • Luka Doncic posts 33/7/5/5/1 line in Game 3 win
Luka Doncic shot 10-of-20 from the field and 8-of-10 from the foul line in Sunday’s 116-107 win over the Timberwolves, scoring 33 points with seven rebounds, five assists, five steals, one block, and five 3-pointers in 41 minutes.

Advice: Even with Doncic playing through ankle and knee injuries, the Timberwolves do not have an answer for him defensively. The All-NBA guard shot 50% from the field in Game 3, helping to lead the Mavericks on a 13-3 run in “closing time.” The tandem of Doncic and Kyrie Irving gives Dallas arguably the two best closers in the league, while Minnesota has no such option to rely on. The Mavericks will look to end the Western Conference Finals on Tuesday, and doing so would give Doncic (and Dereck Lively II) some much-needed time off before the NBA Finals. • Records double-double
Gobert closed Friday's 109-108 loss to the Mavericks in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals with 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-6 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals in 38 minutes.

Advice: Gobert will probably be remembered for being unable to defend Luka Doncic on the play that gave Dallas the victory late in the fourth quarter, but the towering Frenchman was having a solid game before that. He has recorded three double-doubles over his last six playoff contests while scoring in double digits five times in that span. Rotowire.com Saturday, 4:58 pm
    • Rudy Gobert posts 16/10/2/2/1 line in Game 2 loss
Rudy Gobert logged 37 minutes in Friday’s 109-108 loss to the Mavericks, recording a line of 16 points (6-of-10 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), 10 rebounds, two assists, two steals, and one blocked shot.

Advice: Much will be made of Gobert switching onto Luka Doncic for the Mavericks’ guard’s game-winning 3-pointer, but one could argue that the Defensive Player of the Year should not have been in that position. And Gobert’s play has been the least of Minnesota’s concerns, as Anthony Edwards and Karl-Anthony Towns continue to struggle offensively. After shooting 6-of-20 from the field in Game 1, KAT was even worse in Game 2, going 4-of-16 and finishing with 15 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer. Regardless of what Gobert does (or doesn’t do), the Timberwolves will find it challenging to turn this series around if Towns doesn’t improve his play. Rotoworld Friday, 8:49 pm
