  • Justin Hamilton returned to action on Monday January 23. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:29 pm
  • Derrick Favors double-doubles in loss
Derrick Favors double-doubled with 10 points and 10 rebounds vs. the Thunder on Monday.

Advice: This was just his third double-double of his disappointing season. Favors logged 27 minutes and hit 5-fo-12 shots with two steals and two turnovers. As underwhelming as Favors has been, he hasn't seen less than 24 minutes in a game since Jan. 2 and should only trend up after the All-Star break. He's a buy-low option, but not one that comes without risk. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:38 pm
  • Gordon Hayward scores 17 in loss
Gordon Hayward scored 17 points in Monday's loss to the Thunder, snapping a six-game winning streak for the Jazz.

Advice: "It was a tough game for us," Hayward said. "I felt like they made the plays when they needed to and we didn't. It's a frustrating one, but it's one you have to try and let go and move on." The Jazz are one of the hottest teams in the West right now and they're still not even at full strength with Rodney Hood (knee) out. The Jazz are just one loss behind the fourth-seeded Clippers and have every reason to keep giving Hayward big minutes the rest of the way. He shot 6-of-17 from the field in the loss and added six rebounds, one assist, one steal and two triples. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:34 pm
  • Victor Oladipo scores 18 points
Victor Oladipo scored 18 points on an efficient 8-of-11 shooting on Monday vs. the Jazz.

Advice: Dipo added four rebounds, one assist, two steals and one triple in 30 minutes, but he said over the weekend that his wrist is still causing him some pain. "Lingering pain and I've fallen on it a few times unluckily," Oladipo said. He added that he's "not worried about it," but he will continue to ice it and receive treatment going forward. If tonight was any indication, Oladipo should be just fine. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:19 pm
  • Stephen Curry scores 20 vs. the Heat
Stephen Curry scored 20 points with 10 rebounds, eight assists, one block and three triples vs. the Heat on Monday.

Advice: He finished 7-of-19 from the field and 4-of-5 from the line with four turnovers in 37 minutes. This was his second 20/10 game of the season and he matched his season high with 10 rebounds. Curry is trending up in the new year and he's averaging 80.5 touches per game with 5.4 seconds per touch in January compared to 76 touches and 4.7 seconds per touch before Jan. 1, and his owners can expect another strong performance in a homecoming game in Charlotte on Wednesday. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:02 pm
  • Draymond Green struggles vs. the Heat
Draymond Green struggled vs. the Heat on Monday with seven points on 3-of-8 shooting.

Advice: He missed all three of his triples and only hit 1-of-4 from the line, adding seven assists, three rebounds, one steal and one block in 34 minutes. While it will go mostly unnoticed, Green had the best +/- rating of +8 tonight despite the underwhelming line, but expect more from him on Wednesday vs. Charlotte. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:57 pm
  • Justin Holiday scores 13 points in win
Justin Holiday played 32 minutes and hit 4-of-9 shots and three 3-pointers for 13 points, three rebounds, three steals and two blocks in Monday's 109-103 win over the Pacers.

Advice: He's coming off the bench, but is making some noise, averaging 10.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 0.8 steals, 0.8 blocks and 1.4 3-pointers on 53 percent shooting over his last five games. His 32 minutes were easily his most since Dec. 28, so it's possible he's on the verge of getting hot. Just keep an eye on him. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:54 pm
  • Shaun Livingston returns to action
Shaun Livingston (rest) returned to action on Monday vs. the Heat and scored four points with five assists, five rebounds, one steal and one block in 21 minutes.

Advice: Livingston was averaging 17.4 minutes per game prior to Monday, but saw a few extra minutes tonight with Andre Iguodala resting. Livingston won't be a fantasy factor while Stephen Curry is healthy despite this solid line. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:51 pm
  • Jeff Teague cools off against Bulls
Jeff Teague hit just 3-of-9 shots and a 3-pointer for seven points, four rebounds and seven assists in Monday's loss to the Knicks.

Advice: Teague had scored in double figures in all nine of his January games prior to tonight's mishap and was averaging 16.8 points, 4.7 rebounds, 9.3 assists, a steal and a 3-pointer during the month coming into this one. He was due for an off night, but should bounce back against the Timberwolves on Thursday. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:34 pm
  • James Johnson held to nine points
James Johnson scored nine points on 4-of-8 shooting vs. the Warriors on Monday.

Advice: He played 27 minutes and added four assists, two rebounds, two blocks and a triple. Johnson has slowed down in his last three games with averages of 7.0 points, 4.3 boards and 4.6 assists with not much else, but he has almost no competition for minutes and should bounce back in a dream matchup vs. the Nets on Wednesday. He's worth owning in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:32 pm
  • Paul George's 31 not enough for Indy
Paul George hit 11-of-24 shots and 3-of-10 3-pointers for 31 points, seven rebounds, three assists and a steal in Monday's 109-103 loss to the Knicks.

Advice: George hadn't scored more than 24 points in any of his previous six games, so it was nice to see him break out of a min-funk tonight. He's averaging 22.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.6 3-pointers on 47 percent shooting over his last five. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:29 pm
  • C.J. Miles starts, scores 10 for Pacers
C.J. Miles replaced Glenn Robinson in the starting lineup on Monday and hit 4-of-14 shots and 2-of-9 3-pointers for 10 points, three rebounds, a steal and a block in a 109-103 loss to the Knicks.

Advice: Miles can get hot at any time, but is currently not feeling it, hitting just 29 percent of his shots over his last five games. He's worth keeping an eye on if he sticks in the starting lineup, but he's injury prone and is averaging just 6.8 points and 1.4 3-pointers over his last five. But he's also set to get a boost if Monta Ellis misses time with his sprained ankle, so now might be a good time to think about taking a flier on Miles. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:25 pm
  • Ty Lawson scores 19 off Kings' bench
Ty Lawson played 23 minutes and hit 7-of-11 shots and a 3-pointer for 19 points, three rebounds, six assists and a steal off the Kings' bench on Monday.

Advice: Darren Collison continues to start, but Lawson has been the better point guard over the past month. Lawson is averaging 11 points, 2.8 rebounds, 5.3 assists and a steal over his last four games, but he's not much of a 3-point threat. We'd rather own Lawson over Collison, at least for now. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:07 pm
  • Matt Barnes scores 10 off Kings bench
Matt Barnes hit 4-of-9 shots and a 3-pointer for 10 points, eight rebounds, two assists and a steal in Monday's 109-104 win over the Pistons.

Advice: Barnes had gone seven straight games without scoring more than eight points before tonight's 10-point performance, so he's not exactly a must-own player right now. But with Rudy Gay (achilles) done for the season, Barnes and Garrett Temple look like the best bets to play well in his absence. Temple has been playing a little better than Barnes, but that could change at any time. Just keep an eye on Barnes in case this was a sign he's about to get hot. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:04 pm
  • Greg Monroe returns to form w/ 17 and 10
Greg Monroe returned to form on Monday vs. the Rockets with 17 points and 10 rebounds.

Advice: Monroe was held to single-digit points and minutes in the teens in his previous three outings, but he broke out of his slump tonight in a big way. He logged 27 minutes compared to 20 for starting center Miles Plumlee, finishing 7-of-13 from the field with one assist and three steals. "I thought Moose [Monroe] was great," Kidd said after the game. "I thought our bench was better today." Monroe has been all over the place this season with one of the most volatile roles in the league, but he's worth owning in standard leagues and could potentially benefit from a possible trade. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:03 pm
  • C.J. Miles starting, Glenn Robinson to bench
C.J. Miles will start in place of Glenn Robinson III on Monday vs. the Knicks.

Advice: The Pacers have lost two straight games and coach Nate McMillan wants to shake things up. Miles has been held to single-digit points in his last four games, but maybe the move into the first unit will get him going. Put him on your radar if you need 3-pointers. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:23 pm
  • Seth Curry hits 6-of-8 shots for 14 points
Seth Curry went 6-of-8 from the field during Sunday's blowout win over the Lakers, on his way to 14 points, two boards, two 3-pointers, three assists, one steal and one turnover.

Advice: Curry had the hot hand early, and he didn't even miss his first shot until midway through the second quarter. The Mavs ended the first half with a season-high 29-point lead and finished the game with a season-best 49-point win (the third-largest victory in Mavs history). As for Curry, he's jumped into the mid-round equation over the past month, and he could be looking at a more active role in the offense if Wesley Matthews (hip) is forced to miss any time. He's worth owning in most leagues. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 3:25 pm
  • Draymond Green struggles in win over ORL
Draymond Green couldn't get his shot to drop during Sunday's win over the Magic, going 1-of-7 from the field on his way to six points, 10 boards, four assists and three turnovers in 33 minutes.

Advice: Serge Ibaka made life difficult for Green in this one, but his owners can fully expect a bounce-back performance with a much more favorable matchup against Miami on Monday. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 11:27 am
  • Stephen Curry drains seven triples in win
Stephen Curry was en fuego during the Warriors 118-98 blowout victory over the Magic, tallying 27 points, seven 3-pointers, four boards, six assists and three turnovers in 30 minutes of floor time.

Advice: Orlando had precisely zero answers for Curry in this one, as he regularly lit them up from beyond the arc (as per usual) and also showcased his elite passing and decision making abilities during the blowout win. He was the primary factor in Golden State going off for 42 points during the third quarter (their 11th time scoring at least 40 points in a quarter this season), and he may have had an even crazier game if it weren’t for the lopsided score. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 11:21 am
  • Shaun Livingston will rest on Sunday vs. ORL
Shaun Livingston will rest on Sunday vs. the Magic.

Advice: He's only playing 17.4 minutes per game this season, so this won't have a huge impact on the rotation. With Livingston out, Ian Clark gets a small bump off the bench and Andre Iguodala will run the offense a bit more than usual for the second unit. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 7:16 am
  • Greg Monroe plays just 17 minutes Saturday
Greg Monroe came off the bench, as usual, but played just 17 minutes and finished with nine points, six rebounds and nothing else.

Advice: Starter John Henson had 11 points, nine rebounds and a block and played 22 minutes tonight, while Miles Plumlee didn't get into the game. Monroe's minutes are nosediving again, as he's played 18 or fewer of them in each of his last three games. He's been one of the most frustrating players to own this season and owners have to hope his minutes rebound again soon. But for now, he probably deserves a spot on the bench in weekly leagues if he's only going to get 16 minutes a night. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 8:37 pm
  • Paul George ejected after fouling out
Paul George was ejected for arguing with a ref on Saturday night in Utah.

Advice: He fouled out anyway, so the ejection didn't hurt his playing time. George did have some things to say to the ref and he does have a track record for comments about officials, so he could be fined. We would be very surprised if he is suspended or anything. George finished with 19 points, four rebounds, two assists and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 8:09 pm
  • James Johnson struggles with his shot vs. MIL
James Johnson hit 3-of-12 shots for seven points with six assists, three rebounds and one steal in 34 minutes on Saturday against the Bucks.

Advice: Johnson is struggling with his shot, shooting below 30 percent in his last two games, but he is still playing big minutes and helping fantasy owners with his peripheral stats. He remains a hold option despite tonight's underwhelming performance. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 7:20 pm
  • Justin Hamilton (rest) getting Saturday off
Justin Hamilton (rest) will not play against the Hornets on Saturday.

Advice: It's his turn to get the day off in a back-to-back set. With Trevor Booker getting the night off on Friday, he basically slides right back into his old role -- Hamilton played all power forward on Friday. We should see a lot of Rondae Hollis-Jefferson at the four. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 2:46 pm
  • Derrick Favors doesn't do much vs. Dallas
Derrick Favors scored five points with four rebounds, one block and four fouls in 26 minutes against the Mavs on Friday.

Advice: The minutes were on the rise, but Boris Diaw having a solid game and Favors getting into some foul trouble cost him a bit. We'll see how the Jazz play it at home against the Pacers, but Favors should be in the 24-30 window. He's starting to trend up for his patient fantasy owners. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 12:16 am
  • Gordon Hayward hurts hand, scores 26
Gordon Hayward scored 26 points with seven rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers in 38 minutes against the Mavs on Friday.

Advice: He did hurt his hand and the team had to call timeout to stop the game because he was in so much pain. Hayward looked fine after that, but he sure does have a lot of hand injuries this year. Hayward has been wonderful since returning from a hand injury to start the year, posting third-round value per game on the season. He also ran the offense tonight in a no-PG lineup for eight minutes. Rotoworld.com Friday, 11:50 pm
  • Jeff Teague scores 11 w/ seven assists
Jeff Teague scored 11 points with seven assists, three rebounds, one steal, one block and one triple in Friday's loss to the Lakers.

Advice: He was just 3-of-9 from the field in 33 minutes with six turnovers, but did hit all four of his free throws. Teague cooled off tonight, but he's been great for the most part this season and Pacers president Larry Bird made it clear that re-signing Teague in the offseason will be a priority. "We like Jeff. We like Jeff very much," Bird said. "We hope he’s a part of this franchise for a long time." Teague should be a top-50 option going forward with the Pacers making a playoff push. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:35 pm
  • Stephen Curry scores 24 points
Stephen Curry scored 24 points against the Rockets on Friday with one rebound, seven assists, one steal and five 3-pointers in 33 minutes.

Advice: The Warriors continue to get him more touches as the facilitator of the offense. Curry's disappointing December by his standards is way behind him and he can chalk it up to the X's and O's of the offense. Not that any Curry owner should've been worried, but he's back to being that team-carrying guy. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:20 pm
  • Paul George scores 21 points in loss
Paul George scored 21 points on 8-of-15 shooting with six rebounds, two assists, two steals, one block and three 3-pointers in Friday's loss to the Lakers.

Advice: George's name has popped up in the rumor a couple times this season, but Pacers president Larry Bird reiterated his desire to keep PG-13 in Indiana for the long term. "Before the year started, I told Paul and I said, ‘Look, if you want to sign a long-term deal, we’re willing to do that max [contract] and if you want to wait, I understand.’ But this year, we’re not going to worry about it, we’re not going to talk about it and he’s going to make the decision that’s best for Paul when it comes down to it." George has a player option for the 2018-19 season, but his contract situation isn't a pressing issue right now and is not a concern for fantasy owners. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:20 pm
  • Draymond Green fills it up in a win
Draymond Green was key in the win over the Rockets on Friday, scoring 15 points with eight rebounds, seven assists, one steal, three blocks and three 3-pointers in 33 minutes.

Advice: The Dubs get all the credit for their offense, but their defense was a big reason why they won this game. Green actually only played eight minutes at the five in this game, which is somewhat surprising with how the Rockets count on perimeter scoring so much. Despite a three percent dip in usage and a four percent dip in true shooting percentage, Green is still a first-round value in standard leagues. It's not all about scoring, you guys. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:14 pm
  • Justin Hamilton doesn't do much in start
Justin Hamilton played 24 minutes in a start for Trevor Booker (rest) on Friday against the Pelicans, scoring six points with five rebounds and no turnovers.

Advice: Somewhat surprisingly, he played 100 percent of his minutes at power forward today. The Nets have played him as a straight center and as a combo big before, so he'll likely get at least some minutes when Brook Lopez gets a night off. Just keep an eye on him for now, especially with the Nets playing Rondae Hollis-Jefferson at the four more. Rotoworld.com Friday, 9:13 pm
  • Matt Barnes plays 18 minutes in loss
Matt Barnes played just 18 minutes vs. the Grizzlies on Friday with eight points on 3-of-9 shooting.

Advice: He didn't make the most of this "revenge game" opportunity with just two assists, one rebound and one triple in 18 minutes. We're still expecting his minutes to trend up with Rudy Gay (Achilles) out for the season, but he's not an exciting add by any means. Garrett Temple had 14 points in 33 minutes and looks like the better add right now. Rotoworld.com Friday, 8:32 pm
  • Ty Lawson (ankle) plays well in return
Ty Lawson (ankle) returned to action on Friday vs. the Grizzlies and played well with 13 points and five assists off the bench.

Advice: He shot 4-of-10 from the field in 23 minutes and also added four rebounds, one steal and one turnover. The Kings briefly used a two-PG lineup tonight, but we should see more of that moving forward with Rudy Gay (Achilles) out for the season. Lawson outplayed Darren Collison in this one and the Kings have lost four straight games, so it will be interesting to see if he's more involved on Saturday vs. the Bulls. Rotoworld.com Friday, 8:22 pm
  • Greg Monroe plays 14 minutes in loss to ORL
Greg Monroe played just 14 minutes in Friday's loss to the Magic and scored seven points on 2-of-7 shooting.

Advice: The worst nightmare for Monroe's owners came true on Friday as the Bucks used a three-man rotation at center for the first time since November (with the exception of garbage time) -- Miles Plumlee and John Henson each played 16 minutes. Hopefully the lopsided score had something to do with it, but this is worth keeping an eye on during Saturday's game vs. the Heat. Monroe added five rebounds, one assist and one steal, and he's still a hold in standard leagues despite scoring just two points in 18 minutes in his previous outing. Rotoworld.com Friday, 6:58 pm
  • Ty Lawson says he will play against Memphis
Ty Lawson (ankle) said he will play against Memphis on Friday night.

Advice: He went through warmups and apparently everything went well. The Kings were ditching their two-PG lineups earlier this month, but it may be back out of necessity due to the Rudy Gay (Achilles) injury. Garrett Temple is still worth a look in standard leagues even though he'll play more two and three. Rotoworld.com Friday, 3:57 pm
  • Ty Lawson will be a game-time call
Ty Lawson (ankle) will be a game-time call to face the Grizzlies on Friday.

Advice: He is going to warm up to see how he feels. Lawson had the same scenario last time and was expected to play, but he did not. If he can't go, Garrett Temple should get heavy run as a combo guard behind a busy Darren Collison. Arron Afflalo would also play more, but isn't a fantasy option. Rotoworld.com Friday, 3:48 pm
  • Justin Hamilton to start at PF on Friday
With Trevor Booker (rest) sitting out, Justin Hamilton will start at power forward on Friday vs. the Pelicans.

Advice: Hamilton is averaging 7.0 points, 3.8 rebounds and 0.8 assists in his four previous starts this season. Thus, he is a risky DFS play. Luis Scola and Quincy Acy will also likely see additional minutes off the bench with Booker out. Rotoworld.com Friday, 3:45 pm
  • Ty Lawson (ankle) questionable for Friday
Ty Lawson (ankle) is listed as questionable for Friday's game vs. Memphis.

Advice: Lawson did not play Wednesday after twisting his ankle in the second half of Sunday's game. Darren Collison is a tempting DFS play if Lawson does not suit on Friday. Collison played well on Wednesday, finishing with 11 points, nine assists and four steals in 37 minutes. Garrett Temple played 29 minutes off the bench. Rotoworld.com Friday, 9:37 am
  • James Johnson struggles offensively vs. Mavs
James Johnson scored five points with eight rebounds and four assists in 32 minutes on Thursday against the Mavs.

Advice: Although he struggled in the scoring department, Johnson came through in a big way defensively for the Heat, holding Harrison Barnes to just one made field goal in the second half. Johnson continues to play big minutes for the Heat, averaging over 31 minutes per game in January. This was the first time he scored in single digits since Dec. 29 and he does a little bit of everything, making him a must-own player in all formats despite tonight's dud. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 8:17 pm
  • West All-Star starters named on Thursday
Stephen Curry, James Harden, Kawhi Leonard, Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis were named as the Western Conference All-Star starters.

Advice: That's right. Russell Westbrook is averaging a triple-double and he's not going to be starting the All-Star Game. Westbrook is also on pace for the record for usage rate and is second in the NBA in assists per game. Curry got a bump to get the nod over Westy due to the fan voting, but he's certainly playing like an All-Star. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 4:14 pm
  • Paul George scores 24 points vs. Kings
Paul George scored 24 points with four rebounds, three assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in a 106-100 win over the Kings on Wednesday.

Advice: You could say this was the best win for the Pacers, coming back from a 22-point deficit to get a road win. The Pacers ended 2016 on a serious down note with five losses in their final six games. Well, 2017 has been the opposite, winning six of their first seven games. George is starting to trend up again with second-round value so far in 2017. He could flirt with first-round value going forward. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 11:05 pm
  • Victor Oladipo scores 20 pts w/ four steals
Victor Oladipo bounced back on Wednesday with 20 points, three rebounds, two assists, four steals and one block during a 121-100 loss in Oracle Arena on Wednesday.

Advice: The Thunder were pummeled by the Clippers on Monday, which limited VO to 24 minutes, a fluky game that should be dismissed for evaluation purposes. The best sign for fantasy owners is that Oladipo's four steals tonight were a season high -- he has eight in his past three games, a trend that could significantly boost his overall fantasy appeal. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:31 pm
  • Matt Barnes scores seven points in loss
Matt Barnes scored seven points with four rebounds, four assists and one 3-pointer in 20 minutes against the Pacers on Wednesday.

Advice: He's looking at a major bump in playing time. In the window when Rudy Gay (Achilles) missed the second half of December and early January, Barnes averaged 8.7 points, 4.7 boards, 2.6 assists, 0.5 steals, 0.3 blocks and 1.6 treys. That wasn't worth using in standard leagues at that time, so he's more of a borderline add for owners looking for something new. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:11 pm
  • Ty Lawson (ankle) ruled out for Wednesday
Ty Lawson (ankle) will not play against the Pacers on Wednesday night.

Advice: He tried to test out his ankle, but apparently wasn't as healthy as expected. With Lawson out tonight. Garrett Temple should get some minutes as the backup point guard to go with some minutes at the two. Darren Collison is also coming off a 21-pont game and could have some success against his former team. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 6:24 pm
  • Ty Lawson expected to play on Wednesday
Ty Lawson (ankle) remains expected to play on Wednesday against the Pacers.

Advice: This is a pretty much non-update, but it may also be the last one with how the Kings report their injuries. For now, expect Lawson to play and get minutes in the low 20s. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 6:14 pm
  • James Johnson fills stat sheet again for Heat
James Johnson hit 6-of-14 shots and a 3-pointer for 15 points, eight rebounds, six assists and three steals in Tuesday's 109-103 win over the Rockets.

Advice: He didn't have a block and committed five turnovers, but he's basically putting up some variation of this line, minus the TOs, every night. He's a must-own player for the time being. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 7:25 pm
  • Justin Hamilton returns to bench, scores 9
Justin Hamilton returned to the bench on Tuesday vs. the Raptors, scoring nine points on 4-of-8 shooting with five rebounds, one assist and one triple in 13 minutes.

Advice: That's an impressive stat line in limited minutes, but Hamilton usually doesn't have much value while Brook Lopez is active. Lopez did tweak his right ankle in the loss, so put Hamilton on your radar in case Lopez misses Friday's game vs. the Pelicans. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 7:09 pm
  • Ty Lawson (ankle) probable for Wednesday
Ty Lawson (ankle) is expected to play Wednesday vs. the Pacers.

Advice: Lawson twisted his left ankle in the second half of the Sunday's game vs. OKC and was unable to return. However, it appears that the injury is minor and that Lawson "isn't expecting to miss" the Kings next game, which is Wednesday vs. Indiana. Stay tuned for a formal update from the team regarding his status. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 6:12 am
  • Stephen Curry hands out 11 assists in win
Stephen Curry scored 20 points and matched his season high with 11 assists in Monday's win over the Cavaliers.

Advice: Curry was quiet when these two teams met on Christmas day, but he looked much more comfortable out there this time. He finished 7-of-20 from the field and 5-of-12 from beyond the arc, adding two rebounds and four steals in 31 minutes. Curry has been a new player since the turn of the year and was averaging 29.2 points, 6.2 assists and 4.2 3-pointers in his previous six January games. This is the Curry fantasy owners spent a top-3 pick on. Rotoworld.com Monday, 7:55 pm
  • Draymond Green triple-doubles in win vs. Cavs
Draymond Green triple-doubled in an easy 126-91 win over the Cavaliers on Monday, scoring 11 points with 13 rebounds and 11 assists.

Advice: This was his third triple-double of the season and the 17th of his career. Green was incredible on the defensive end, racking up one steal and matching his career-high with five blocks. He didn't have a single turnover in 35 minutes and finished 4-of-6 from the field and 3-of-4 from the stripe in one of his best lines of the season. The Warriors will go for their fifth straight win on Wednesday vs. the Thunder. Rotoworld.com Monday, 7:43 pm
  • Paul George scores 19 points in win
Paul George scored 19 points in Monday's win over the Pelicans, but only shot 6-of-17 from the field.

Advice: PG-13 added six assists, five rebounds, two steals, two triples and three turnovers in 34 minutes, but he's really cooled off in his last three games. He's averaging 16.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 2.6 steals and 1.6 triples in that span, shooting a combined 15-of-45 from the field (33.3 percent). He has two cupcake matchups against the Kings and Lakers up next, so expect him to get it going sooner rather than later. Rotoworld.com Monday, 4:20 pm
  • Jeff Teague scores 16 w/ 10 assists
Jeff Teague double-doubled with 16 points and 10 assists in Monday's 98-95 win over the Pelicans.

Advice: Teague rolled his right ankle and hobbled to the bench, but fortunately he didn't miss any time. Teague had a right ankle sprain back in November and a left ankle sprain earlier this month, but it sounds like he escaped with a minor tweak. He finished 7-of-10 from the field and hit his only free throw, adding eight rebounds and one triple in 37 minutes. Teague should be fine for Wednesday's game vs. the Kings, but his owners should double check his status just in case his ankle swells up overnight. He's yet to miss a game this season. • Greg Monroe scores 14 in 21 minutes
Greg Monroe scored 14 points on 6-of-13 shooting in Monday's loss to the 76ers.

Advice: "Moose" only played 21 minutes in this one, as the Bucks opted to roll with John Henson for his defense against Joel Embiid. Monroe was still productive with six rebounds, two assists and one steal, but his owners can expect a stronger performance and larger workload on Wednesday vs. Houston. Rotoworld.com Monday, 3:53 pm
  • Victor Oladipo scores 23 points in win
Victor Oladipo hit 7-of-14 shots for 23 points with two assists, one rebounds, two steals, two blocks and one 3-pointer in 39 minutes on Sunday vs. the Kings.

Advice: This marked the first time he has a 20-point game since Nov. 30. However, Oladipo is having a nice month, averaging 34.3 minutes, 17.4 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 1.3 steals and 2.3 treys per game in January. He's becoming more consistent as the season progresses, which is a good sign for fantasy owners. Rotoworld.com Jan 15, 10:02 pm
  • Ty Lawson exits Sunday's game vs. OKC
Ty Lawson (ankle) twisted his left ankle and will miss the remainder of Sunday's game against the Thunder.

Advice: Lawson played 20 minutes and scored four points with four assists, one rebound and one steal before leaving the game. If he misses any time, Darren Collison and Garrett Temple will get a boost. Rotoworld.com Jan 15, 8:22 pm
  • Justin Hamilton swats career-high three shots
Justin Hamilton started vs. the Rockets on Wednesday, posting a career-high three blocks with 11 points on 5-of-7 shooting, three boards and two assists in just 18 minutes.

Advice: Brook Lopez was resting tonight and this highlights Hamilton's potential role should the Nets trade Lopez this season, even though his minutes were depressed due to the Rockets' small-ball attack, as well as the lopsided score. The Nets would likely get back draft picks and/or prospects if they dealt Lopez, rather than current rotation players, which might leave Hamilton as the default starting center. That's purely speculative at the moment, but he's worth keeping in the back of your mind -- just don't expect copious swats, as tonight's fluky total all came in the first quarter. • Justin Holiday scores 17 points off the bench
Justin Holiday scored 17 points on 5-of-8 shooting Sunday, to go with three 3-pointers, three boards, one assist, one steal and one turnover in 26 minutes off the bench.

Advice: Holiday also went 4-of-5 from the charity stripe, giving him a sterling true shooting percentage of 83.3 on the evening. The blowout nature of the game, partnered with Lance Thomas (orbital fracture) going down early with an injury helped Holiday get some extended minutes, and it'll be interesting to see if he can keep his momentum going into Monday's matchup with the Hawks. This is a wait-and-see situation in most leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 15, 3:22 pm
  • Justin Hamilton will start Sunday vs. Houston
Justin Hamilton will move into the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Rockets, with Brook Lopez (rest) unavailable.

Advice: Hamilton has been hit-or-miss in his three starts this season, owning averages of just 5.7 points, 4.0 boards, 1.0 steal, 1.0 block and 1.0 triple on 31.6 percent shooting over 23.3 minutes per game, so he's not much more than a punt play in daily leagues. Head coach Kenny Atkinson also said that Luis Scola and Quincy Acy will get some minutes with Lopez out, but neither of those guys can be considered viable targets in most settings. • Stephen Curry intends to re-sign with GSW
Stephen Curry made it clear once again that he will re-sign with the Warriors this summer.

Advice: "I can’t," Curry said when asked if he could see himself leaving the Warriors as a free agent. "Like I’ve said from Day 1 when I was first asked about free agency, this is a perfect place to play. Bay Area fans are amazing, our organization’s amazing, we’ve put together an amazing team that’s competing for championships every year." Under the new CBA, the Warriors could potentially offer Curry a five-year extension worth about $209 million, while opposing teams would only be able to offer a four-year deal worth about $133 million. • Derrick Favors plays 31 minutes vs. Magic
Derrick Favors hit 7-of-12 shots for 17 points with six rebounds and one assist in 31 minutes against the Magic on Saturday.

Advice: Favors played big minutes on the second game of a back-to-back, but he only played 27 minutes in yesterday’s blowout win against the Pistons. This was the second time since returning from injury that he plays at least 30 minutes. The increase in minutes is a big positive, so he's trending up. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 9:33 pm
  • Derrick Favors held to nine points in win
Derrick Favors scored nine points on 4-of-10 shooting vs. the Pistons on Friday.

Advice: While he didn't play well, it was still encouraging to see Favors log 27 minutes in the blowout. He added eight rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal, but his owners are going to have to be patient with him as he works his way back into shape. Don't be surprised if the Jazz limit his minutes on Saturday vs. Orlando on the second night of a back-to-back set. Rotoworld.com Jan 13, 11:13 pm
  • Ty Lawson scores 17 points vs. Cavs
Ty Lawson scored 17 points with four rebounds, four assists and three turnovers in 26 minutes against the Cavs on Friday.

Advice: The Kings are really starting to ditch the two-PG lineups, which is going to hurt Lawson and Darren Collison, who scored 13 points with one rebound, four assists and two 3-pointers. Lawson is trending back down and is only a borderline asset in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 13, 10:53 pm
