      Advice: Even though Luka Doncic grabbed most of the headlines following an impressive performance in the series opener, there's no question Irving also played a pivotal role in the Mavericks' win. Irving has had a few subpar showings in the current postseason run, but he's scored 22 or more points in three of his last five appearances, so he seems to be peaking at the right time for a Dallas team that's only three wins away from a berth in the 2024 NBA Finals.       Kyrie Irving shot 12-of-23 from the field and 6-of-6 from the foul line in Wednesday’s 108-105 win over Minnesota, tallying 30 points, five rebounds, four assists, and one blocked shot in 40 minutes.

      Advice: Irving missed all three 3-point attempts in Wednesday’s series opener but was excellent in the paint. The Mavericks guard shot 8-of-13 in the paint, including 5-of-7 inside the restricted area. And after consistently getting off to slow starts during Dallas’ second-round series against Oklahoma City, Irving set the tone on Wednesday. He shot 11-of-14 from the field in the first half, scoring 24 of his 30 points.       Turner chipped in 23 points (9-13 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds, four assists and two blocks over 39 minutes during Tuesday's 133-128 overtime loss to the Celtics in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

      Advice: This was Turner's highest scoring game since May 6, and this was his sixth game of the postseason with at least 20 points. Turner has really elevated his game in the playoffs, as he's averaging 17.9 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.8 blocks through 14 games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:30 am

      Myles Turner played 39 minutes in Tuesday’s 133-128 overtime loss to Boston, accumulating 23 points (9-of-13 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), 10 rebounds, four assists, two blocks, and three 3-pointers.

      Advice: Turner came out scalding hot in Tuesday’s Game 1, shooting 7-of-10 from the field and scoring 18 points in the first half. He went quiet in the second half and overtime, only attempting three shots while most of the offense ran through Tyrese Haliburton and Pascal Siakam. With Kristaps Porzingis unlikely to return before Game 4 on Monday, Turner is well-positioned to make some things happen offensively.       Porter posted seven points (3-12 FG, 1-6 3Pt), nine rebounds and two blocks across 34 minutes during Sunday's 98-90 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 7 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

      Advice: Porter went just 1-for-6 from the three-point line, continuing a rough series for the sharpshooter. Over the seven-game span, Porter scored fewer than 10 points on five occasions. It was an unfortunate end for Porter after he managed to put together a strong season.       Michael Porter Jr. shot 3-of-12 from the field in Sunday’s 98-90 loss to Minnesota, tallying seven points, nine rebounds, two blocks, and one 3-pointer in 34 minutes.

      Advice: While Jamal Murray (35) and Nikola Jokic (34) combined to score 69 points, no other Nugget scored more than seven in Sunday’s Game 7 defeat. Porter went ice cold, shooting 1-of-6 from beyond the arc and 3-of-12 from the field overall. Sunday night was a disappointing end for a player who provided fantasy managers with a top-75 season in 9-cat formats. Porter exceeded his Yahoo ADP (83.1) while appearing in a career-high 81 regular season games. As long as he stays healthy, MPJ should have a top-75 floor in fantasy basketball next season.       Myles Turner played 33 minutes in Sunday’s 130-109 win over the Knicks, accounting for 17 points (7-of-11 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), five rebounds, one assist, four blocks, and two 3-pointers.

      Advice: After blocking two shots total in the series’ first two games, Turner turned things up a notch as far as the rim protection was concerned. He had at least two in the final five games, capping his run with a four-block effort in Game 7. Add in the efficient offense, and this was a series Turner that take added confidence from heading into the Eastern Conference Finals. With Boston unlikely to have Kristaps Porzingis for the first two games, Turner establishing his presence in the middle would go a long way toward helping the Pacers win a game in Boston.       Jalen Williams accumulated 22 points (8-of-16 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), nine rebounds, eight assists, two steals, one block, and three 3-pointers in 37 minutes in Saturday’s loss to the Mavericks.

      Advice: Oklahoma City’s season ended on Saturday, as they were on the wrong end of a one-point loss in Game 6. Williams had a productive night, shooting 50% from the field and scoring 22 points with a full stat line. However, his overall efficiency as a scorer took a hit compared to how he played in Oklahoma City’s first-round sweep of New Orleans. JDub shot 42.9% from the field against Dallas after making nearly 53% of his attempts against the Pelicans. Overall, this season was very good for Williams, who provided top 50 per-game value in 8- and 9-cat formats.       Kyrie Irving finished Saturday’s 117-116 win over the Thunder with 22 points (9-of-23 FGs), two rebounds, three assists, and four 3-pointers in 42 minutes.

      Advice: As in the series’ first five games, Irving picked up the production after halftime on Saturday. He made seven of his nine field goals in the second half, finishing as one of three Mavericks with at least 22 points. The win pushed Irving’s record in closeout games to 14-0, the best mark in NBA postseason history. The chemistry between him and Luka Doncic has been strong, and the supporting cast has come into its own. Dallas advances to the Western Conference Finals, where they will play Denver or Minnesota.
