  • Wesley Matthews (hip) will not return Sunday
Wesley Matthews (right hip strain) will not return to Sunday's game against the Lakers.

Advice: Matthews asked to come out of the game with 1:16 left in the second quarter and was sporting a noticeable limp on his way to the locker room, so it's not surprising to see him ruled out for the remainder of the game. He'll end his evening with 13 points, three triples, two boards, two assists, one steal and one turnover in 14 minutes, and for now, we'll consider him questionable for Wednesday's game against the Knicks. Rotoworld.com Today, 1:45 pm
  • Joe Harris (left ankle) ruled out for Monday
Joe Harris (left ankle) will not play Monday vs. the Spurs.

Advice: This will be Harris' second straight game on the sidelines, which could result in Sean Kilpatrick earning another start with Caris LeVert logging extended minutes with the second unit. Both Kilpatrick and LeVert will be on the radar in daily leagues, and LeVert presents enough upside you can justify stashing him in most formats. Harris belongs on the waiver wire everywhere. Rotoworld.com Today, 1:13 pm
  • Nick Young (knee) will start Sunday vs. DAL
Nick Young (knee) will start Sunday vs. the Mavericks.

Advice: Young suffered a hyperextended left knee on Friday, but played through it, and there's no word on a minutes limit for tonight's game. He is wearing a protective sleeve on his knee, but he should be fine and is safe to activate anywhere you have him. Rotoworld.com Today, 12:35 pm
  • Klay Thompson scores 21 points w/ seven treys
Klay Thompson scored 21 points on 7-of-14 shooting Sunday, to go with seven 3-pointers, five rebounds, one assist and three turnovers in 34 minutes.

Advice: Thompson torched Orlando from beyond the arc, scoring all 21 of his points from distance and missing just two of those nine attempts. This was also the second time the Splash Brothers each drained seven triples in the same game, a feat that no other pair of teammates has ever done more than once. Rotoworld.com Today, 11:50 am
  • Stephen Curry drains seven triples in win
Stephen Curry was en fuego during the Warriors 118-98 blowout victory over the Magic, tallying 27 points, seven 3-pointers, four boards, six assists and three turnovers in 30 minutes of floor time.

Advice: Orlando had precisely zero answers for Curry in this one, as he regularly lit them up from beyond the arc (as per usual) and also showcased his elite passing and decision making abilities during the blowout win. He was the primary factor in Golden State going off for 42 points during the third quarter (their 11th time scoring at least 40 points in a quarter this season), and he may have had an even crazier game if it weren’t for the lopsided score. Rotoworld.com Today, 11:21 am
  • J.J. Barea likely out until All-Star break
J.J. Barea (left calf strain) is likely out until the All-Star break according to coach Rick Carlisle.

Advice: This isn't a surprise because Barea can't seem to shake this calf issue. With Barea out, Deron Williams and Seth Curry are locked into a heavy workload for the foreseeable future and should be owned in standard leagues. Devin Harris will also play more, but he's not an attractive fantasy asset. Rotoworld.com Today, 11:07 am
  • Tyler Johnson (shoulder) questionable Monday
Tyler Johnson (left shoulder strain) is questionable for Monday's game vs. the Warriors.

Advice: Johnson missed more than half of the 2015-16 season after having surgery on his left shoulder before ultimately returning for the playoffs, so this is a concern. However, the Heat are listing him as day-to-day for now. Coach Erik Spoelstra also downplayed the injury on Saturday and said that Johnson is not planning to get X-rays or an MRI. If Johnson is out Monday, Dion Waiters will be the primary beneficiary and he's coming off a monster 33-point effort against the Bucks. Rotoworld.com Today, 10:57 am
  • Caldwell-Pope goes through practice Sunday
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) was able to practice on Sunday.

Advice: Coach Stan Van Gundy said he's unsure of KCP's status for Monday's game vs. the Kings, but it sounds like he's on the verge of returning from a four-game absence. If KCP is able to give it a go on Monday, both Stanley Johnson and Reggie Bullock will lose most of their value. KCP should be stashed in all standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Today, 10:12 am
  • Gary Harris (ankle) questionable for Sunday
Gary Harris (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Wolves.

Advice: He was said to be targeting a return on Tuesday, but he now has an outside chance to play against the Wolves. If Harris decides to give it a go, that will lower the ceiling of Will Barton and Jamal Murray could lose minutes. Keep in mind that Emmanuel Mudiay (back) is out, so that might be why Harris is thinking about giving it a go. Rotoworld.com Today, 8:14 am
  • Brooks not worried about Beal's slump
Wizards coach Scott Brooks is not worried about Bradley Beal's shooting slump.

Advice: "Every player in this league is going to go through some shooting slumps, and hopefully he can get out of it next game," Brooks said. "He’s getting good looks. They’re not falling for him right now." Beal is shooting a combined 1-of-21 from 3-point range over his last three games, so he has nowhere to go but up. Beal took a hard fall in Saturday's loss to the Pistons and hit his head, but the SG said he's OK. "I got hit pretty hard," Beal said. "My head hit the ground. I’m okay, though. No concussion." Expect a better performance from Beal on Monday vs. the Hornets. Rotoworld.com Today, 8:11 am
  • Andre Iguodala could be rested on Monday
Andre Iguodala could be rested on Monday vs. the Heat.

Advice: He's going to play on Sunday vs. the Magic and could see a couple more minutes with Shaun Livingston resting, but the Warriors are contemplating giving Iggy the day off on Monday. Their final decision likely hinges on the workload he sees vs. the Magic. If he's rested, Ian Clark and Patrick McCaw would be candidates to see a bump in minutes. Rotoworld.com Today, 7:41 am
  • Evan Fournier (heel) out again on Sunday
Evan Fournier (heel) will not play on Sunday vs. the Warriors.

Advice: His return is not "imminent" and it sounds like the Magic are prepared for him to miss additional time -- the Magic signed Anthony Brown to a 10-day contract to provide some emergency depth on the wings. C.J. Watson will draw another start at shooting guard, but fantasy owners can ignore him for now after he scored five points in 31 minutes on Friday. Expect to see a lot of two-PG lineups with Elfrid Payton and D.J. Augustin getting a boost. Rotoworld.com Today, 7:23 am
  • Shaun Livingston will rest on Sunday vs. ORL
Shaun Livingston will rest on Sunday vs. the Magic.

Advice: He's only playing 17.4 minutes per game this season, so this won't have a huge impact on the rotation. With Livingston out, Ian Clark gets a small bump off the bench and Andre Iguodala will run the offense a bit more than usual for the second unit. Rotoworld.com Today, 7:16 am
  • P.J. Tucker not worried about potential trade
P.J. Tucker said he's not concerned about a potential trade.

Advice: "It’s part of business,'' Tucker said. "Contract year. Being a defensive player, a lot of teams are looking to make an addition to fight for a championship. But for me, it’s just focusing on being with my team and trying to win games. It happens every contract year. A lot of talk. A lot of it’s just rumors and people talking, but you never know in business. You just try to stay ready and block it out." The Suns are hoping to get a first-round pick in return for Tucker, and so far the Clippers, Bulls, Cavaliers, Timberwolves and Hawks are all rumored to have some interest. To be clear, Tucker would lose most of his fantasy value on all of those teams. Rotoworld.com Today, 6:27 am
  • George's Revenge: Hill scores 30 vs. Pacers
George Hill turned in a big-time revenge game during a 109-100 win over the Pacers on Saturday, scoring 30 points with six rebounds, five assists, one steal, one turnover and three 3-pointers in 34 minutes.

Advice: A lot of Pacers fans were not the biggest Hill fans because he wasn't a typical point guard and made his money sitting in the left corner and cashing in. Well, he's certainly not in Utah, but Hill wasn't out there to prove anyone wrong. "No statement needed," Hill said after the game. He's having a monster season and he really needs to stay heathy. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:22 pm
  • Alec Burks looks great vs. Pacers
Alec Burks scored 13 points with four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one 3-pointer in 19 minutes against the Pacers on Saturday.

Advice: This was the Burks we were expecting after the Rodney Hood injury (knee) last weekend. He did run some of the second-unit offense and attacked like he has done throughout his career. Most fantasy owners can take a wait-and-see approach here. Joe Ingles has a strong grip on his role as the short-term starter, playing 33 minutes with two points, four rebounds, six assists and three steals. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:15 pm
  • Monta Ellis scores 15 points
Monta Ellis scored 15 points with four rebounds, one assist, two steals and two 3-pointers in 33 minutes against the Jazz during a 109-100 loss to the Jazz on Saturday.

Advice: He scored a grand total of five points in his previous three games, so obviously we'll need to see it again. This wasn't a garbage-time special, by the way. This one game isn't good enough to change his outlook yet, but he gets a good matchup on Monday against the Knicks. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:13 pm
  • Wilson Chandler scores 18 points in return
Wilson Chandler scored 18 points with seven rebounds, one assist, two 3-pointers and two turnovers in 23 minutes against the Clippers on Saturday.

Advice: Chandler has looked just fine in his role as the backup power forward. Earlier in the year, he was destroying second unit due to Nikola Jokic playing the vast majority of his minutes next to him. Chandler did actually play eight minutes at small forward during this game, which should continue due to Gary Harris (ankle) and Emmanuel Mudiay (back) being out to force Will Barton to play more two. Barton was also very good in this game with 18 points, three rebounds, three assists, one steal and two 3-pointers. The Nuggets offense is legit. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:56 pm
  • Jamal Murray set for more minutes
Jamal Murray scored five points with one rebound, three assists, one steal and one 3-pointer in 19 minutes against the Clippers on Saturday.

Advice: He has said he wants to play point guard and he'll get his wish now to back up Jameer Nelson with Emmanuel Mudiay (back) out for Sunday. Gary Harris (ankle) is also out, so Murray should be looking at close to 27 minutes as the combo guard against the Wolves. He's not playing well enough to add in most leagues, though. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:39 pm
  • Raymond Felton scores 14 off the bench
Raymond Felton made 6-of-17 from the field for 14 points off the bench against the Nuggets during a 123-98 loss on Saturday, adding three rebounds, three assists and two 3-pointers in 30 minutes.

Advice: He did start the second half because the Nuggets ran all over them with their bigger lineup including Mo Speights. Felton should be moving back into the starting lineup against the Hawks on Monday and should be able to flirt with top-100 value while Chris Paul (thumb) is out. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:28 pm
  • Austin Rivers scores 16 points in start
Austin Rivers scored 16 points with two rebounds, five assists and two 3-pointers in 26 minutes as the starting point guard against the Nuggets on Saturday.

Advice: The fact that he started over Raymond Felton was a good sign, but getting smoked in the first half negates that. With Blake Griffin (knee) getting really close, it should affect Rivers the most because he's more of a score-first guard and that's not needed as much next to BG. Plus, he has been a nightmare on defense. He's a hold for the rest of the month, but may fall off in February. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:24 pm
  • Dwyane Wade scores team-high 30 points
Dwyane Wade hit 9-20 shots and 12-of-15 free throws for 30 points with six rebounds, four assists, three steals and four blocks on Saturday against the Kings.

Advice: Wade stuffed the stat sheet and helped the Bulls snap a two-game losing streak. Chicago will get two days of rest before heading to Orlando to take on the Magic, a team that Wade played 25 minutes against and scored 16 points with three rebounds, four assists, two steals and two blocks in their last meeting. He should be well rested and ready to roll in that matchup. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:18 pm
  • Kawhi Leonard scores career-high 41 points
Kawhi Leonard won the battle against LeBron James during a thrilling 118-115 overtime victory in Cleveland on Saturday, scoring a career-high 41 points with six rebounds, five assists, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers in 46 minutes.

Advice: He's not a system player. He's a system, player. Leonard's offense has been better than his defense these days with six consecutive games of at least 30 points. He joins only George "The Iceman" Gervin as the only two in Spurs history to do that. Leonard wasn't expected to have a J coming out of college, but he posted a 58.7 effective field goal percentage on just his 92 jumpers alone in his last six. The Spurs are first in the NBA in offensive rating in that span and it's all about Kawhi. The Spurs are a Kawhi system these days. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:16 pm
  • Garrett Temple plays 30 minutes in loss
Garrett Temple scored eight points with three rebounds, three assists, one block, two steals and one 3-pointer on Saturday against the Bulls.

Advice: He is averaging 30.2 minutes, 8.8 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game in his last five. With Rudy Gay (Achilles) out for the season, Temple should continue to see consistent minutes and is worth adding off of waivers in many leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:03 pm
  • Kyle Anderson gets 18 minutes
Kyle Anderson played 18 minutes against the Cavs on Saturday with two points, four rebounds, one assist, four steals and two blocks.

Advice: The Spurs when with a small-ball four and it really worked out. Anderson was a +19 in the plus-minus stat and he was out there on the last play, as well. Anderson could get decent run on Monday against the Nets, but obviously we're not adding him. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:00 pm
  • P.J. Tucker scores 15 off Suns bench
P.J. Tucker played 36 minutes and hit 6-of-10 shots and two 3-pointers for 15 points, three rebounds, two assists and three steals in Saturday's win over the Knicks.

Advice: We got good Tucker tonight, but he had scored eight or fewer points in his previous four games. He's getting heavy minutes and is worth keeping an eye on going forward, but we'll need to see more games like this one before getting too excited. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:35 pm
  • Bradley Beal scores 17 on bad shooting
Bradley Beal made 4-of-15 from the field for 17 points against the Pistons on Saturday during a 113-112 loss, adding five rebounds, four assists, two steals and no 3-pointers.

Advice: Late in the fourth quarter, Beal took a really bad fall and hurt his head. He was down for about 20 seconds, but then popped up fairly quickly and stayed in the game. Meanwhile, he is now in the biggest shooting slump of the season, making just 1-of-21 from deep in his last three games. This isn't the first time a guard has gone into a slump and it won't be the last. Keep trotting Beal out there and hope he finds his stroke again. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 6:12 pm
  • Raymond Felton moving to the bench
Raymond Felton will come off the bench against the Nuggets on Saturday.

Advice: He won't be getting a revenge game as a starter. It makes some sense because the Clippers have to figure out what to do with their bench and they need another big out there against Kenneth Faried -- Luc Mbah a Moute should guard Danilo Gallinari. Felton's owners shouldn't panic here. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 5:31 pm
  • Chandler, Gallo, Mudiay are available to play
Wilson Chandler (personal), Danilo Gallinari (ankle) and Emmanuel Mudiay (back) are all available to play on Saturday against the Clippers.

Advice: Chandler only needed one game away from the team for personal reasons. This game figures to be somewhat fast and Danilo Gallinari is a go, so Chandler should slot into the four most of this game. Juan Hernangomez takes a big hit here. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 5:20 pm
  • Gary Harris could play Tuesday
Gary Harris (ankle) could play on Tuesday.

Advice: He did some pre-game shooting and looks to be progressing. Harris is not going to play on Sunday unless something crazy happens and he's still not a lock for Tuesday. With him out Will Barton is a must-start player while Jamal Murray benefits in very deep leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:38 pm
  • Dwyane Wade is starting again
Dwyane Wade will start again against the Kings on Saturday.

Advice: This isn't a surprise after a really bad loss. The Bulls will still stick with Michael Carter-Williams, Wade, Jimmy Butler, Taj Gibson and Robin Lopez. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:18 pm
  • Tyler Johnson (left shoulder) will not play
Tyler Johnson (left shoulder strain) will not play against the Bucks on Saturday.

Advice: The team is listing his as day-to-day with this injury, which may have been suffered on Thursday. Johnson does come off the bench, but the team calls him Mr. Fourth Quarter for a reason. With him out, we're probably going to see some Dion Waiters at the point, so don't be surprised if he comes off the bench. Wayne Ellington is also likely looking at more starts and may even start. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 2:52 pm
  • Gary Harris (ankle) out at least 2 more games
Gary Harris (right ankle sprain) will miss at least the next two games, but Denver is hoping he can return early next week.

Advice: Harris has missed each of the last three games, and will miss two more, but the Nuggets are reportedly hoping to get Harris back for their game Tuesday vs. the Jazz. Will Barton had a good game (18 points, seven assists, three rebounds in 36 minutes) starting in place of Harris on Thursday. Jamal Murray (13 points six rebounds, two 3-pointers in 26 minutes) also played well off the bench. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:14 am
  • Joe Harris (ankle) ruled out Saturday
Joe Harris (sprained left ankle) has been ruled out of Saturday's game vs. Charlotte.

Advice: Harris played just 13 minutes despite starting at shooting guard on Friday night. Harris' absence will open up more minutes for rising rookie Caris LeVert, who is coming off a terrific game. LeVert made all six shots from the field and both free throws for 17 points against the Pelicans on Friday, adding five rebounds and six assists. Sean Kilpatrick (rest) is expected to return to the Nets lineup on Saturday, but LeVert should still be looking at least 25 minutes. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:27 am
  • X-Rays negative on Nick Young's knee
Nick Young was diagnosed with a hyperextended left knee on Friday night but was able to return to the game and the X-rays taken were negative.

Advice: Young finished with 15 points, five 3-pointers, three rebounds, one assist and one steal in 26 minutes. Young said his knee was "a little sore" after the game, "but the win made it feel much better." He should be ready to roll for Sunday's game against the Mavs. In fact, he could see additional minutes if D'Angelo Russell (knee/calf) misses the contest. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 8:09 am
  • Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) ruled out Saturday
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) has been ruled out of Saturday's game vs. the Wizards.

Advice: This will be the fourth straight game KCP has missed. Reggie Bullock started in place of Caldwell-Pope in the Pistons previous game on Wednesday and posted a solid line (15 points, six rebounds four assists and two 3-pointers) while playing a game-high 36 minutes. Bullock will likely draw another start on Saturday. Stanley Johnson played 32 minutes off the Detroit bench on Wednesday, but will likely lose playing time to Jon Leuer (knee), who is expected to return to the team after a five-game absence. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:40 am
  • J.J. Barea (calf) ruled out for Sunday
As expected, J.J. Barea (left calf strain) has been ruled out for Sunday's game vs. the Lakers.

Advice: Barea is dealing with yet another leg injury. We are awaiting further info, but he is expected to miss at least a week or two. He hurt himself going up for a jumper late in Friday's game. "After a shot, I went to step to the side, and I think I ran into the fans behind me and the fans sitting down," Barea said. "I looked back, but nobody touched me. When I went to step, that’s when I knew something was wrong with my calf." Seth Curry will be the primary beneficiary while Barea is sidelined, which make Curry a high-probity waiver add. Devin Harris also will see a bump up in minutes. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 6:23 am
  • George Hill fouls out, scores 13
George Hill scored 13 points with one rebound, one assist and one 3-pointer in 31 minutes before fouling out against the Mavs on Friday.

Advice: The ankle injury didn't seem to bother him too much, but foul trouble likely cost him playing time. The law of averages has had its say lately with Hill in a mini-slump over his last three, averaging 14.7 points, 3.0 boards, 3.7 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.7 treys on 36.4 percent from the field. We all knew he was going to cool down after a magnificent start, but Hill should still be able to flirt with early-round value going forward. Stay healthy. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 12:22 am
  • Alec Burks gets just 12 minutes
Alec Burks played 12 minutes against the Mavs on Friday with seven points, two rebounds and one 3-pointer.

Advice: He actually got some run at point guard tonight, but clearly the Jazz aren't ready up Burks' minutes so soon with the team playing well. If you haven't dropped him yet, we'll let you know if he pops back up. It does help that the Jazz seem pretty clueless on their backup point guard right now. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 12:18 am
  • Nick Young hits five treys, scores 15 points
Nick Young (knee) returned from an injury scare in Friday's 108-96 win over the Pacers and scored 15 points in 26 minutes.

Advice: He hyperextended his left knee in the second quarter, but X-rays were negative and he returned for the second half. Young was moving well and hit five 3-pointers with three rebounds, one assist and one steal, and while he did say his knee was "a little sore" after the game, he should be fine for Sunday's game vs. Dallas unless the Lakers want to be cautious. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:44 pm
  • Dwyane Wade has terrible game in ATL
Dwyane Wade made 2-of-10 from the field to match his season-low four points in 20 minutes against the Hawks on Friday, adding three rebounds, three assists and one steal.

Advice: This was a brutal loss for the Bulls and Wade took to Twitter after the game. "That performance was AWFUL!!! I apologize to all the Chicago fans and Wade fans," Wade tweeted. The Bulls are back home on Saturday to face the Kings, so Wade will likely be out there based on these comments. He really only has mid-round upside going forward. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:38 pm
  • Stephen Curry scores 24 points
Stephen Curry scored 24 points against the Rockets on Friday with one rebound, seven assists, one steal and five 3-pointers in 33 minutes.

Advice: The Warriors continue to get him more touches as the facilitator of the offense. Curry's disappointing December by his standards is way behind him and he can chalk it up to the X's and O's of the offense. Not that any Curry owner should've been worried, but he's back to being that team-carrying guy. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:20 pm
  • Joe Harris gets just 13 minutes
Joe Harris played just 13 minutes with eight points, two rebounds, three assists and two 3-pointers against the Pelicans on Friday.

Advice: That's some low playing time with his backup, Sean Kilpatrick (rest), not playing today. Caris LeVert is coming for his minutes, so Harris is trending down for owners who had him in super deep leagues. Rotoworld.com Friday, 9:10 pm
  • Nick Young (knee) starts second half Friday
Nick Young (knee) started the second half of Friday's game vs. the Pacers.

Advice: He hyperextended his left knee in the second quarter, but X-rays were negative and it sounds like he escaped with a minor tweak. Young is moving well as we report this, but check back after the game for an update. Rotoworld.com Friday, 9:02 pm
  • Garrett Temple scores 14 points in start
Garrett Temple started on Friday vs. the Grizzlies and scored 14 points on 5-of-9 shooting in 33 minutes.

Advice: He was the only starter to eclipse 30 minutes in the blowout, so it's safe to say that the workload will be there with Rudy Gay (Achilles) out for the season. Temple added three rebounds, three assists, one steal, two blocks and two triples and was averaging 11.4 points, 3.1 assists, 3.0 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 2.1 treys in seven previous starts this season, so pick him up if those stats fit your team well. Rotoworld.com Friday, 8:51 pm
  • J.J. Barea expected to miss multiple weeks
J.J. Barea (left calf) is expected to miss weeks due to his calf injury from Friday night.

Advice: Coach Rick Carlisle was not encouraged after the game. "Same calf, different area. Unlucky. It's gonna be a while," Carlisle said. That means Barea has now suffered three different injuries to his lower left leg with a previous calf strain and another Achilles problem before that. The Mavs likely have to shut him down at least to help his career long term. He's a drop candidate. Meanwhile, go get Seth Curry in all leagues while Devin Harris also benefits. Rotoworld.com Friday, 8:45 pm
  • Nick Young (left leg) to the locker room
Nick Young limped to the locker room in the second quarter on Friday.

Advice: He had a tweak to his left knee on a non-contact injury and couldn't put weight on it as he hopped off the floor. Young was in a lot of pain along the baseline for about two minutes before going back to the locker room. If he's out, Jordan Clarkson and Lou Williams will be busy. We'll likely see more Jose Calderon and Brandon Ingram, as well. Rotoworld.com Friday, 8:29 pm
  • J.J. Barea (left leg) goes to the locker room
J.J. Barea suffered a lower left leg injury in the fourth quarter and went to the locker room.

Advice: He went up for a jump shot and just over-extended his calf or Achilles. This is the same leg that has cost him several games in multiple stints this year, so he's almost a lock to miss time. Make sure Seth Curry isn't on your waiver wire. Rotoworld.com Friday, 7:57 pm
  • Garrett Temple starting vs. the Grizzlies
Garrett Temple is starting vs. the Grizzlies on Friday.

Advice: Rudy Gay (Achilles) is out for the season and Temple and Matt Barnes will likely see the biggest bump in minutes. Temple doesn't have great upside, but he did put up averages of 11.4 points, 3.1 assists, 3.0 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 2.1 treys in seven previous starts this season. Give him a look if has a strong game tonight. Rotoworld.com Friday, 4:58 pm
  • Gary Harris listed as out for Saturday
Gary Harris (right ankle sprain) is listed as out for Saturday against the Clippers.

Advice: That makes it three games for Harris, who was hurt on Monday. Harris is having a really rough season, but his owners should still try to hang in there. In the meantime, Will Barton is going to get some serious run as the starter with Jamal Murray backing him up. Rotoworld.com Friday, 1:08 pm
  • Wilson Chandler not on the injury report
Wilson Chandler (personal) is not on the injury report for Saturday against the Clippers.

Advice: It looks like Chandler only needed the one game for his personal reasons. With him back, he'll likely be getting a few minutes at the three to go with his heavy dose of minutes at the four. Juancho Hernangomez would be the most likely to lose minutes. Chandler should be owned in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Friday, 12:58 pm
  • Stein confirms report on P.J. Tucker
ESPN's Marc Stein confirmed the Suns are looking for a first-round pick in a P.J. Tucker deal.

Advice: This coincides with a local Arizona report, saying the Suns still have some interest in trying to resign Tucker. In a good portion of coach Earl Watson's post-game interviews, he talks about Tucker helping the team's identity, so the coach clearly likes having him around the young players. If Tucker is dealt, T.J. Warren would be a big winner while the Suns may get a look at Dragan Bender playing more three. Rotoworld.com Friday, 12:14 pm
  • KCP (shoulder) 'very limited' in practice Fri
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) was "very limited" in the Pistons practice on Friday.

Advice: Caldwell-Pope has missed three straight games, and although it was "very limited," it's somewhat encouraging that KCP practiced at all and is headed in the right direction. Nonetheless, he appears questionable (at best) for Saturday's game vs. the Wizards. If KCP can't play, expect Reggie Bullock and Stanley Johnson to once again soak up his minutes. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:24 am
  • Evan Fournier (heel) ruled out Friday
Evan Fournier (heel) has been ruled out of Friday's game vs. the Bucks.

Advice: This news is certainly not surprising, as plugged-in, Magic beat writer Josh Robbins recently termed Fournier's return as "not imminent." Friday will be the fourth straight game Fournier has missed after aggravating a right-heel injury that also caused him to miss five games from Dec. 23 through Jan. 2. With Jodie Meeks (thumb) sidelined for the next 4-6 weeks, Orlando will have to lean heavily on Mario Hezonja and C.J. Watson to pick up the slack for Meeks and Fournier. D.J. Augustin will also likely see an uptick in minutes playing alongside Elfrid Payton in the backcourt. Rotoworld.com Friday, 8:12 am
  • Evan Fournier (heel) unlikely to play Friday
Evan Fournier (heel) is unlikely to play Friday vs. Milwaukee.

Advice: The Magic have yet to release their game notes for Friday's matchup with the Bucks, however, Fournier's return is "not imminent," according Josh Robbins. "It’s really, really frustrating," Fournier said. "I don’t sleep at night right now, and there’s nothing I can do. So my focus right now is on getting better because that’s the only thing I can control." With Jodie Meeks (thumb) expected to miss 4-6 weeks, Orlando is extremely shorthanded at shooting guard. Mario Hezonja and C.J. Watson will see a major uptick in minutes until Fournier returns. D.J. Augustin will also see additional time playing off the ball. Rotoworld.com Friday, 7:49 am
  • Austin Rivers scores 20 points vs. T-Wolves
Austin Rivers scored 20 points with two assists, one rebound, one block and two 3-pointers in Thursday's 101-104 loss to the Timberwolves.

Advice: Rivers fouled out with five seconds left in the game, but was feeling it tonight as he scored 20 points for just the sixth time this season. He continues to play big minutes, averaging over 35 minutes per game in January and playing at least 31 minutes in eight consecutive games. With Chris Paul (hand) out for 6-8 weeks, Rivers will remain a big part of the Clippers offense until Blake Griffin (knee) comes back. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 10:11 pm
  • Raymond Felton scores 10 points in loss
Raymond Felton scored 10 points with eight assists, four rebounds and two steals on Thursday night against the Timberwolves.

Advice: Felton got the start for the injured Chris Paul (hand) tonight and played 34 minutes. Although he scored just 10 points, he did contribute in dimes and steals. He should be owned in all formats during Paul’s absence, but will hurt you in field goal percentage some nights. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 10:09 pm
  • Kawhi Leonard scores 34 points in win vs. DEN
Kawhi Leonard was on fire yet again during a 118-104 win over the Nuggets on Thursday, scoring 34 points with five rebounds, four assists, two steals, one block and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He earned an All-Star starting spot today, which was fairly obvious. Leonard has scored at least 30 points for five consecutive games, which has only been done by two other Spurs ever (George Gervin and Mike Mitchell). Coach Gregg Popovich had a very typical answer about Kawhi's play after the game. "Kawhi Leonard was super, but he's getting paid to be super," Pop said. Leonard is going to be super for a long time. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 9:24 pm
  • Jamal Murray scores 13 points vs. Spurs
Jamal Murray scored 13 points in 26 minutes against the Spurs on Thursday, adding six rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He picked up some extra run because the Nuggets had to play Will Barton at the three more because both Danilo Gallinari (ankle) and Wilson Chandler (personal) were out. Chances are both of those guys won't miss much time, so we're not suggesting Murray as a pickup in most cases. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 8:23 pm
  • Brad Beal has a tough game in loss
Bradley Beal made just 4-of-13 from the field for eight points with two rebounds, five assists, one steal and five turnovers against the Knicks on Thursday.

Advice: Yuck. Beal is in a miniature slump with only a 12-point game coming on Wednesday. His usage is slightly down with 13.5 attempt from the field in that span, but the culprit has been Beal making just 1-of-14 from deep. Shooting guards have always been the most inconsistent position in fantasy, so this isn't surprising. He's healthy and should have success against a banged-up Pistons team on Saturday. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 7:58 pm
  • Tyler Johson scores 23 points vs. Mavs
Tyler Johnson scored 23 points with two assists, one rebound, one steal and two 3-pointers in 27 minutes on Thursday against the Mavericks.

Advice: Johnson scored 10 points in the fourth quarter after having scored 13 in the first three. He played all 12 minutes in the final stanza for the 26th time this season and leads the NBA with an average of 10.9 minutes per game in the fourth quarter. He has scored in double figures in 14 consecutive games and has been one of the best waiver-wire pickups this season. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 7:54 pm
  • J.J. Barea scores 13 points in 16 minutes
J.J. Barea hit 5-of-10 shots for 13 points with one rebound, one assist and three 3-pointers in 16 minutes on Thursday against the Heat.

Advice: This was the third consecutive game that he scored double-digit points, however, Barea has not played more than 19 minutes since Nov. 16. With that said, he is shooting the ball well, so he is at least someone worth adding to your watch list. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 7:48 pm
  • Felton, JJ, Rivers, Luc & Jordan starting
Raymond Felton, J.J. Redick, Austin Rivers, Luc Mbah a Moute and DeAndre Jordan will start against the Wolves on Thursday.

Advice: This was expected all along and the Clippers will have to manage without the NBA's top player in real plus minus. Felton is worth a look if you need a point guard for the next 6-8 weeks. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 7:21 pm
  • Wesley Matthews scored 18 points in loss
Wesley Matthews scored 18 points with five rebounds, one assist, one block and four 3-pointers in Thursday's 95-99 loss to the Heat.

Advice: He’s been shooting the ball well from beyond the arc with 15 3-pointers in his last four games. Matthews has now scored in double figures in four consecutive games, including three games with at least 18 points. Despite tying his career-low 38.8 field goal percent this season, his peripheral stats have been just fine. He has a tough matchup on Friday against the Jazz, but has scored in double-figures each time he has faced them this season. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 7:20 pm
  • P.J. Tucker scores just two points
P.J. Tucker scored two points with five rebounds, two assists and two steals in 29 minutes against the Cavs on Thursday.

Advice: Coach Earl Watson always plays Tucker against top-notch wings, so that explains the playing time. As you can see with his stat line, he's not really doing much with his minutes. Tucker has actually been a ninth-round guy in his last 10, but a possible trade and a low upside makes him a borderline asset in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 6:38 pm
  • West All-Star starters named on Thursday
Stephen Curry, James Harden, Kawhi Leonard, Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis were named as the Western Conference All-Star starters.

Advice: That's right. Russell Westbrook is averaging a triple-double and he's not going to be starting the All-Star Game. Westbrook is also on pace for the record for usage rate and is second in the NBA in assists per game. Curry got a bump to get the nod over Westy due to the fan voting, but he's certainly playing like an All-Star. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 4:14 pm
  • George Hill will play on Friday night
George Hill (ankle) will play on Friday night against the Mavs.

Advice: He suffered a late ankle tweak on Monday, but he was never considered serious. That said, Hill's injury track record this season is automatically cause for concern, so his owners have to be happy to hear he'll be good to go. He should be starting in all leagues. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 12:42 pm
  • Wade expected to play Friday and Saturday
Dwyane Wade is expected to play on Friday vs. the Hawks and on Saturday vs. the Kings.

Advice: It's great that he's planning on playing in both games of the back-to-back set, but don't be surprised if his minutes are held in check in both of them. The Bulls will likely make a final decision after Friday's game vs. the Hawks. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 10:32 am
  • Wilson Chandler, Gary Harris out Thursday
Wilson Chandler (personal) and Gary Harris (ankle) will not play on Thursday vs. the Spurs.

Advice: Chandler was listed as out, but now we have official confirmation. This is a tough blow for the Nuggets because Danilo Gallinari (ankle) was just downgraded to questionable. The Nuggets play two more times this week on Saturday and Sunday, so Chandler's owners should sit tight for now. Will Barton looks like a great DFS play and we could see more of rookie Juan Hernangomez. Chandler's absence also raises Kenneth Faried's floor, especially with Darrell Arthur (knee) out. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 9:15 am
  • P.J. Tucker drawing interest around the NBA
P.J. Tucker is reportedly drawing interest from around the league.

Advice: Tucker is on the final year of an affordable deal, as he's on the books for just $5.3 million. With the Suns rebuilding, it's no secret that they will listen to offers for their defensive stopper. According to this report, the Clippers, Bulls, Cavaliers, Timberwolves and Hawks all have interest in Tucker, but Suns GM Ryan McDonough said earlier in the week that he doesn't like taking back late-round picks in deals which could complicate things in trade talks. If the Suns can find a new home for Tucker, T.J. Warren will get a bump and Dragan Bender will have a larger role. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 7:22 am
  • Monta Ellis has another terrible game
Monta Ellis scored two points with four rebounds, three assists and two steals in 29 minutes against the Kings on Wednesday.

Advice: He's had a miserable season and maybe he's not healthy. Ellis has scored two points in three of his last five games and has seen his usage drop big time. If you want to drop Ellis for a hot free agent, we still don't blame you. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:45 pm
  • Andre Iguodala gets four steals w/ full line
Andre Iguodala had another nice game on Wednesday, swiping four steals to go along with six points, five assists and two rebounds in 25 minutes.

Advice: The 13-year veteran is quietly having a phenomenal month of January, scoring 7.3 points on 62.5 percent shooting with 1.0 threes, 3.7 boards, 3.6 assists and 0.7 steals. He's a combined 7-of-11 from deep in that span. It's inevitable that he'll cool off, but he's getting a ton of easy shot attempts and is at least worth some attention in deeper leagues. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:39 pm
  • Klay Thompson (personal) starts, logs 30 mins
Klay Thompson (personal) started Wednesday's game and finished with 14 points, five boards, three assists, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers in 30 minutes of action.

Advice: Thompson's status was a roller-coaster throughout the day. He was initially ruled out after flying to Portland to be with his ill grandfather, but he was later deemed 'questionable' and then 'probable'. Thompson's stats this season are remarkably similar to last year, including an identical 17.3 shots per game, and he's still returning fourth-round value despite the surplus of talented scorers in Golden State. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:38 pm
  • Garrett Temple drops nine points in 29 mins
Garrett Temple played 29 minutes off the bench against the Pacers on Wednesday with nine points, four rebounds, three assists and one 3-pointer.

Advice: He should be getting a big bump in usage and playing time with Rudy Gay (Achilles). In the previous stretch Gay missed 10 of 11 games, Temple averaged 10.2 points, 3.4 boards, 3.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.5 treys on 42.4 percent from the field and 89.5 percent from the line. That was good for eighth-round value, so he is worth a look in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:15 pm
  • Bradley Beal scores just 12 points vs. MEM
Bradley Beal scored just 12 points against the Grizzlies on Wednesday with one rebound, four assists, one steal and one 3-pointer.

Advice: Beal was actually rolling since his ankle sprain, so feel free to chalk this up to the Grizzlies defense. In his previous eight games since his last injury, Beal averaged 24.9 points, 3.3 boards, 3.3 assists, 0.9 steals and 3.6 treys on 50.0 percent from the field and 87.5 percent from the line. Even with this dud today, he's still been a top-40 player in January. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:28 pm
  • Klay Thompson (personal) will play Wednesday
Klay Thompson (personal) has arrived at Oracle Arena and he will play vs. the Thunder.

Advice: Thompson flew back from Portland and he made it to the arena with enough time to ensure that he'll be in the starting lineup. Get him into your active lineups. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 6:12 pm
  • Evan Fournier (heel, foot) out for Wednesday
Evan Fournier (heel, foot) will not play against the Pelicans on Wednesday.

Advice: He tried to return from a heel injury last week and apparently it's caused additional problems to his foot due to compensation. Fournier's owners obviously have to stash him. Jodie Meeks should play minutes around 30 while Elfrid Payton has also been terrific without Fournier lately. Meeks is worth a look in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 3:35 pm
  • Woj: Klay Thompson intends to play vs. OKC
Klay Thompson (personal) flew to Portland to visit his ill grandfather today and intends to return to Bay Area to play against the Thunder on Wednesday night, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.

Advice: Thompson has told general manager Bob Myers he could fly back in time for the game tonight, so Thompson looks like he's closer to probable for this game. If he isn't back in time, we'll see more Pat McCaw Ian Clark and Andre Iguodala could play more. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 3:31 pm
  • Gary Harris will not play on Thursday
Gary Harris (ankle) will not play against the Spurs on Thursday.

Advice: This will be his second game out of the lineup. Harris is having a tough go this year, suffering injuries to his groin, foot and now this ankle sprain. With him out, Will Barton is a must-start player in season long and is probably worth using in DFS. Jamal Murray also benefits. Harris should still probably remain owned in standard leagues despite all these injuries. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 2:25 pm
  • Wilson Chandler (personal) is listed as out
Wilson Chandler (personal) is listed as out for Thursday against the Spurs.

Advice: Being listed as out isn't the same thing as being out, so hopefully we get another update on Thursday before the road game. Kenneth Faried has played really well in the first unit, which has cost Chandler some playing time. He's still worth owning, though. If he is indeed out, Faried, Jusuf Nurkic and Juan Hernangomez could play more. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 1:56 pm
  • Update: Klay Thompson is questionable vs. OKC
Updating a previous item, Klay Thompson (personal) is now questionable to play against the Thunder on Wednesday.

Advice: It was just five minutes ago Klay was called out for this game, but now there is a chance he can make it back with the team in time for tonight after dealing with a family matter. He'll likely be a game-time call for the late start tonight, so DFS players likely won't know when it's time to set your lineup. If he's out, Pat McCaw, Ian Clark and Andre Iguodala would benefit. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 11:15 am
  • Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) out Weds
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) will not play Wednesday vs. the Hawks.

Advice: This will be KCP's third straight game on the sidelines, and it's currently unclear exactly when he'll be able to get back to the court. Reggie Bullock started in Caldwell-Popes' place on Sunday, but Stanley Johnson produced the better stat line in 34 minutes off the bench. Jon Leuer (knee) went through shootaround and he could be back on the court tonight, and his return could cut into Johnson's minutes. For now, we'll consider Caldwell-Pope questionable for Saturday's game vs. the Wizards. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 9:08 am
  • Kentavious Caldwell-Pope questionable vs. ATL
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (left shoulder) is questionable to play Wednesday vs. Atlanta.

Advice: KCP wasn't able to practice on Tuesday, so he feels a lot closer to doubtful for tonight's game. Reggie Bullock got the call to enter the starting five on Sunday with Caldwell-Pope on the sidelines, but he didn't do much in 29 minutes of action, while Stanley Johnson produced a nice low-end line in 34 minutes off the bench. If KCP is out again, Johnson and Bullock will continue to split his minutes, with Johnson being the more attractive target. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:21 am
  • Wesley Matthews hits game-winner, plays D
Wesley Matthews hit the game-winning 3-pointer with just under 12 seconds remaining in Tuesday's tough, 99-98 win over the Bulls, and also played tough defense all night on Jimmy Butler and Dwyane Wade.

Advice: While it may seem strange to praise Matthews' defense on a guy who just missed a triple-double with 24 points, nine boards and 12 assists (Butler), the two players had a running dialogue all night and Matthews had the last laugh when he knocked the ball away from Butler with the game on the line. Matthews finished with just 11 points, four rebounds, two assists and three 3-pointers, but was much better in real life than fantasy tonight. And the Mavericks have quietly won three straight games. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 8:26 pm
  • Kawhi Leonard scores 34 w/ 7 boards, 5 dimes
Kawhi Leonard scored 34 points on 12-of-17 shooting in Tuesday's 122-114 win over the Wolves.

Advice: He's unfair. This was Leonard's 12th 30-point game of the season and his fourth in a row, becoming the first Spur to score 30+ points in four straight since Tim Duncan in Jan. 2004. The Claw added seven rebounds, five assists, one steal and two triples, and he also finished 8-of-9 from the free throw line. There's no reason why he shouldn't be a top-5 option in standard leagues the rest of the way. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 8:08 pm
  • Dwyane Wade scores 17, can't hit winner
Dwyane Wade returned from a rest and played 35 minutes on Tuesday, hitting 8-of-21 shots for 17 points, five rebounds, two assists and a block in a loss to the Mavericks.

Advice: Wade picked up a deflection after Wesley Matthews nearly stole the ball from Jimmy Butler and got a good look at the game-winning shot at the buzzer over Deron Williams, but it wasn't meant to be. Wade is a fine play on nights he's actually playing, But he had missed two of his previous four games coming into this one. The Bulls have another back-to-back this Friday and Saturday, and then again on Tuesday and Wednesday, so owners can only pray that he plays in more than two of those four games. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 8:04 pm
  • J.J. Barea goes for 12 & 6 off bench
J.J. Barea hit 5-of-8 shots and two 3-pointers for 12 points and six assists in just 18 minutes in Tuesday's 99-98 win over the Bulls.

Advice: Barea's hit double digits in back-to-back games but will need more than the 17 minutes he's getting a night right now if he's going to be worth adding in fantasy. Just keep an eye on him, as he's starting to come on. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 7:47 pm
  • Gary Harris (ankle) out for Nuggets
As expected, Gary Harris will not play for the Nuggets on Tuesday due to a sprained right ankle.

Advice: Will Barton (flu) is available and it would be surprising if both he and Jameer Nelson don't make some noise tonight in Harris' absence. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 6:19 pm
  • Austin Rivers looking at an increased role
Austin Rivers is looking at an increased role moving forward with Chris Paul (thumb) out 6-8 weeks.

Advice: Rivers was going to lose some value with Blake Griffin (knee) nearing a return, but not so fast. With Paul out, both Rivers and Felton could realistically play over 30 minutes a night even with a healthy Blake. Rivers is averaging 16.8 points, 4.5 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 1.8 triples in January, and his usage rate climbs from 14.9 to 21.8 when Paul is off the court. Go pick him up. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 4:34 pm
  • Raymond Felton looking at a bump in minutes
Raymond Felton is looking at a bump in minutes with Chris Paul (thumb surgery) out for the next 6-8 weeks.

Advice: Felton started the second half of Monday's game and looked great with 15 points on 7-of-7 shooting with six assists, three rebounds, one block, one steal and two turnovers in 27 minutes, and he averaged 10.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.7 triples in six previous starts this season. He's likely going to take over the starting role in Los Angeles and looks like a strong pickup in standard leagues. Austin Rivers also looks like a great pickup. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 4:30 pm
  • Fournier, Biyombo questionable for Wednesday
Evan Fournier (heel) and Bismack Biyombo (knee) are being listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans.

Advice: Fournier missed five straight games with this same injury earlier this month, and that wasn't enough time off to get himself right, so he could miss more time this time around. Considering he's only sat out the past two, we feel he's much closer to doubtful for Wednesday's game, but we should get another update after shootaround. Biyombo had a nasty fall on Monday, and while he played through it, it looks like the knee swelled up on the flight to New Orleans. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 1:26 pm
  • Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) misses practice Tues
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) was unable to practice on Tuesday.

Advice: KCP has been diagnosed with a Grade-2 left rotator cuff strain. He is expected to be listed as questionable for Sunday when the Pistons release their game notes. Stanley Johnson has seen a big boost in playing time with Caldwell-Pope on the shelf. Johnson is averaging 9.0 points, 3.0 assists and 2.0 rebounds in 32.6 minutes over the Pistons last three games. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 9:49 am
  • Gary Harris (ankle): X-rays are negative
X-rays on Gary Harris' sprained right ankle came back negative, but Harris is not expected to be available on Tuesday when the Nuggets play the L.A. Lakers.

Advice: Harris has played just 17 of the Nuggets 38 games this season due to a variety of groin and foot injuries, and it appears he will miss at least one more due to this ankle sprain. The good news is that this injury seems relatively minor. "I don’t think this is nearly as serious or severe as the previous injury," coach Mike Malone said. Jameer Nelson and Will Barton will likely see a boost if Harris is unable to play. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 6:44 am
  • Evan Fournier returned to action on Monday January 16. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 12:41 am
  • Austin Rivers scores 16 w/ six assists
Austin Rivers scored 16 points on 5-of-13 shooting in Monday's win over the Thunder.

Advice: He played impressive defense on Russell Westbrook and is thriving with the first unit. Rivers logged 35 minutes and added six assists, two rebounds, one steal and two triples, and he could have the ball in his hands a lot more if Chris Paul (sprained thumb) misses any time. Rivers' usage rate rises from 14.9 to 21.8 when Paul is off the court, so he looks like a solid pickup in addition to Raymond Felton. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:18 pm
  • Raymond Felton scores 15 on 7-of-7 shooting
Raymond Felton scored 15 points on a perfect 7-of-7 shooting in Monday's 120-98 win over the Thunder on Monday.

Advice: Chris Paul left the game with a sprained left thumb and did not return, so Felton started the second half and added six assists, three rebounds, one block, one steal and two turnovers in 27 minutes. X-rays were negative on Paul's thumb, but he is scheduled to have an MRI on Tuesday at which point we will know if he needs to miss additional time. Felton looks like a nice speculative pickup with averages of 10.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.7 triples in six previous starts this season. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:13 pm
  • Alec Burks fizzles in nine minutes
Alec Burks played just nine minutes and missed all four of his shots, failing to score a point in Monday's 106-101 win over the Suns.

Advice: Joe Ingles started for Rodney Hood (knee) and played well, and Joe Johnson was Joe Cool off the bench with 15 points and three 3-pointers, so Burks looks like the big loser in the Hood-injury sweepstakes. If you picked up Burks in hopes of a decent week, we'd recommend throwing him back and taking a flier on Ingles or Johnson, instead. Rotoworld.com Monday, 9:16 pm
  • George Hill tweaks ankle in win over Suns
George Hill 7-of-18 shots and 1-of-8 3-pointers for 17 points, eight rebounds and three assists in 33 minutes of Monday's win over the Suns.

Advice: He left late in the game with a sprained ankle, but it doesn't appear to be serious and he wasn't noticeably limping after the game. Injuries have been a huge problem for Hill this season, so check to make sure he's good to go against the Mavericks on Friday against the Mavericks. The good news is that he has a full three days to recover before Friday's game. If he's out, Shelvin Mack would benefit the most. Rotoworld.com Monday, 9:07 pm
  • P.J. Tucker hauls in season-high 13 boards
P.J. Tucker tied his season high with 13 rebounds and added eight points and two steals in 27 minutes on Monday.

Advice: Tucker is averaging just 6.2 points over his last five games, but also 7.8 rebounds and 1.8 steals in 29 minutes a game. He doesn't hit threes, hand out assists or block shots, and with his shaky field goal percentage and lack of scoring, is a borderline player to target in fantasy leagues. Chances are you can do better off your waiver wire. Rotoworld.com Monday, 8:55 pm
  • Andre Iguodala scores season-high 14 points
Andre Iguodala scored a season-high 14 points on 5-of-5 shooting in Monday's win over the Cavaliers.

Advice: You just knew he was going to step up with LeBron James in town. Iguodala did all of his damage in just 25 minutes of the blowout, adding five assists, three rebounds, one block and two triples. As good as he was tonight, Iggy was only averaging 5.7 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.3 assists on the season, so we can't get behind an add in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Monday, 8:01 pm
  • Stephen Curry hands out 11 assists in win
Stephen Curry scored 20 points and matched his season high with 11 assists in Monday's win over the Cavaliers.

Advice: Curry was quiet when these two teams met on Christmas day, but he looked much more comfortable out there this time. He finished 7-of-20 from the field and 5-of-12 from beyond the arc, adding two rebounds and four steals in 31 minutes. Curry has been a new player since the turn of the year and was averaging 29.2 points, 6.2 assists and 4.2 3-pointers in his previous six January games. This is the Curry fantasy owners spent a top-3 pick on. Rotoworld.com Monday, 7:55 pm
  • Wilson Chandler scores nine off Denver bench
Wilson Chandler came off the bench in Denver victory over Orlando and finished with nine points (on 4-of-12 shooting), eight rebounds, three assists, two turnovers, one 3-pointer and a steal.

Advice: Kenneth Faried slid into the starting lineup on Monday, which limited Chandler impact. It was actually the first time all season Chandler played fewer than 23 minutes. Wilson had been hot coming into Monday (averaging 17.4 points and 5.8 boards in 31.1 minutes over his last five games), so Monday's game can be viewed as a blip on the radar for the time being... Rotoworld.com Monday, 5:27 pm
  • Jamal Murray plays just 5 minutes on Monday
Jamal Murray played only five minutes in Denver's win over Orlando and failed to make any impact on the stat sheet.

Advice: It was an old-fashioned five trillion for Murray, as he didn't tally a single point, rebound, assist, steal or block. It is surprising that Murray only played five minutes (and zero in the second half) considering that Denver starting shooting guard Gary Harris sprained his ankle just three minutes into the game. Murray has played in all 39 games this season, but Monday was the first time he played fewer than 11 minutes. With Harris doubtful for Tuesday, it would seem Murray would be poised for an uptick in minutes, but after Monday's disappointment, he can't be trusted. Rotoworld.com Monday, 5:20 pm
  • Gary Harris (ankle) doubtful Tuesday vs. LAL
Gary Harris (right ankle sprain) is doubtful to play Tuesday vs. the Lakers.

Advice: "It is the same leg that his foot injury was on but this is separate," said head coach Mike Malone. "It is an ankle thing and he is doubtful for [Tuesday's game against the Lakers]." With Harris on the sidelines, Jameer Nelson could enter the starting lineup and Will Barton will see some increased opportunity with the second unit. Jamal Murray could also get into the rotation, although he only managed to get on the court for five minutes on Monday despite the game being a blowout. Rotoworld.com Monday, 4:41 pm
  • Gary Harris (ankle) will not return Monday
Gary Harris (right ankle sprain) will not return to Monday's game against the Magic.

Advice: Ugh. Harris just hasn't been able to stay healthy this season, as he's had some major issues with his right leg. He's now missed time with a groin and foot injury (both to his right leg), and it's looking like this new ankle injury could again force him to the sidelines for at least a few games. Will Barton and Jamal Murray will benefit sans Harris, with Barton offering a bit more upside. The only positive here is that X-rays came back negative, but we should get a rough timetable after he undergoes an MRI. Rotoworld.com Jan 16, 2:45 pm
  • Gary Harris (groin) headed to the locker room
Gary Harris (right groin) is headed to the locker room.

Advice: Harris appeared to tweak his groin on a drive to the hoop, and after being evaluated on the bench, the Nuggets trainers decided to take him back to the locker room for further evaluation. It's worth noting that he was walking with a noticeable limp, which isn't the greatest sign. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com Jan 16, 2:26 pm
  • Wilson Chandler will come off the bench Mon
Wilson Chandler will come off the bench for Monday's game against the Magic.

Advice: Kenneth Faried will get the start in what is likely a matchup based move, but Chandler tends to get his numbers regardless of how he enters the game, so his value won't take much of a hit with the second unit. Feel free to get him active for a favorable matchup with the Magic. Rotoworld.com Jan 16, 1:34 pm
  • Evan Fournier (heel) out Monday vs. Denver
Evan Fournier (heel) will not suit up for Monday's game against the Nuggets, as expected.

Advice: He's currently without an official timetable to return, and it sounds like there's a good chance he'll spend the entire week on the sidelines. Jodie Meeks will draw the start in his place, and Elfrid Payton, Aaron Gordon, Serge Ibaka and Nikola Vucevic will join him in the starting five. Rotoworld.com Jan 16, 12:47 pm
  • J.J. Barea scores 15 points in 17 minutes
J.J. Barea was phenomenal in his 17 minutes of action during Sunday's win over the Wolves, scoring 15 points on 5-of-5 shooting to go with one 3-pointer, three boards, three assists and two turnovers.

Advice: Barea also went 4-of-5 from the charity stripe, giving him a ridiculous true shooting percentage of 104.2 on the evening to accompany his 32.4 usage rate. Barea said that while he's still not completely recovered from the left leg muscle strain, he's finally starting to feel better, so his minutes should start creeping up into the 20-range. He's worth a speculative add in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 15, 2:47 pm
  • Wesley Matthews scores 19 points w/ 4 triples
Wesley Matthews scored a team-high 19 points on 7-of-15 shooting during Sunday's 98-87 win over the Wolves, adding four 3-pointers, seven boards, one assist, one block and one turnover.

Advice: Matthews has been connecting on a career-low 38.6 percent of his attempts this season, but aside from the shooting he's been solid with averages of 15.1 points, 2.2 dimes, 1.3 steals, 2.9 triples and just 1.4 turnovers per game, which has him sitting on an eighth-round evaluation in standard 9-cat leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 15, 2:36 pm
  • Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) out Sunday vs. LAL
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lakers.

Advice: This isn't all that surprising as KCP has been diagnosed with a Grade-2 left rotator cuff strain, so he could be looking at some time on the shelf here. Jon Leuer (knee) is unlikely to play today as well, so Stanley Johnson should see a decent amount of minutes, and he's on the radar as a potential deep league streamer. For now, we'll be considering Caldwell-Pope questionable for Wednesday's game against the Hawks. Rotoworld.com Jan 15, 11:22 am
  • Evan Fournier doesn't have a timetable
Evan Fournier (heel, foot) doesn't currently have a timetable to return.

Advice: "I was compensating a lot, so now it’s more than just the heel," Fournier said. "It’s just the bottom of the foot, period. It’s frustrating, man. I could probably keep playing like this, but it’s not getting any better and I’m playing [at] like 60 percent [of my ability]." This is the same injury that sidelined him for five games in a row earlier in the season, so don't expect him to play on Monday vs. the Nuggets or Wednesday vs. the Pelicans. His owners just need to hold onto him for now, while Jodie Meeks is worth a look if you need a short-term boost in triples and points. Rotoworld.com Jan 15, 7:24 am
  • Stephen Curry intends to re-sign with GSW
Stephen Curry made it clear once again that he will re-sign with the Warriors this summer.

Advice: "I can’t," Curry said when asked if he could see himself leaving the Warriors as a free agent. "Like I’ve said from Day 1 when I was first asked about free agency, this is a perfect place to play. Bay Area fans are amazing, our organization’s amazing, we’ve put together an amazing team that’s competing for championships every year." Under the new CBA, the Warriors could potentially offer Curry a five-year extension worth about $209 million, while opposing teams would only be able to offer a four-year deal worth about $133 million. Rotoworld.com Jan 15, 6:52 am
  • Alec Burks will be in the rotation
Alec Burks said he's close to 100 percent after his eight-point game in 15 minutes on Saturday.

Advice: He said he's been waiting for this for "like a year" and he said he knew he was ready to play. Burks acknowledged he had a serious injury and he's still improving. He said he wanted to get to the rim more and he plans on doing that more as he gets more comfortable. With Rodney Hood (knee) possibly missing time, Burks is a speculative add in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 15, 2:17 am
  • Dante Exum a non-factor vs. Orlando
Dante Exum scored two points in seven minutes with one assist in Saturday’s win against the Magic.

Advice: Exum appears to have fallen behind in Utah’s backcourt rotation. Alec Burks is back in the picture and played well tonight, so Exum could continue to struggle for playing time in the foreseeable future. He should not be owned in any format. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 9:18 pm
  • Alec Burks scores eight points in 14 mins
Alec Burks played 14 minutes and scored eight points with six rebounds, one assist, one steal and one 3-pointer in Saturday’s 114-107 victory of the Magic.

Advice: Burks was recalled from the D-League on Jan. 12 and could hang around for a while, as Rodney Hood (knee) suffered a hyperextended knee in tonight’s game. He has only appeared in six games for the Jazz this season, but could see a larger role if Hood misses any time. He looked good tonight and can play multiple positions for Utah. That being said, for now, Burks can be left on waivers, but he is someone worth keeping an eye on. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 9:12 pm
  • P.J. Tucker scores six points
P.J. Tucker scored six points with five rebounds, two assists, four steals and one 3-pointer in 30 minutes against the Spurs on Saturday.

Advice: He did get the business from Kawhi Leonard for most of this game, but Tucker came up big late to get the big win. He'll have some low-end value while the Suns are technically in playoff contention, but he's only a guy on deep-league radars. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 7:03 pm
  • Ka-Wow: Kawhi Leonard scores career-high 38
Kawhi Leonard exploded for a career-high 38 points during a 108-105 loss to the Suns in Mexico on Saturday, adding four rebounds, three assists, one steal and two 3-pointers.

Advice: It's almost shocking to see the Spurs lose a game when Kawhi turns in his best offensive game, but he got very little help. Leonard has now scored 30-plus points for three straight games for the first time in his career. Leonard is also three games shy of tying Tim Duncan's franchise record for consecutive games with double-digit scoring. Leonard has an absolutely absurd 77.9 true shooting percentage in his last three as the hottest scorer in the NBA. Oh and he's a good defender. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 6:42 pm
  • Wade not playing on Sunday in Memphis
Dwyane Wade (rest) will not play against the Grizzlies on Sunday.

Advice: He did not travel after Saturday's game, so it's scheduled rest. On Saturday, he was more aggressive than usual with 22 points, five rebounds, five assists, two steals and one 3-pointer in 32 minutes. The Bulls have another back-to-back starting on Friday and another one on Jan. 24-25, so Wade could sit in some of those. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 6:11 pm
  • Evan Fournier (foot) could miss road trip
Evan Fournier (foot, heel) could miss the remainder of the Magic's road trip due to the concern of his foot and heel injuries.

Advice: On top of being out Saturday, he could be out Monday and Wednesday. The interesting thing here is that it sounds like he has problems in two different areas on his right foot. His heel injury was a problem at the end of last month and cost him five games, so he could be looking at a similar amount of time off due to the aggravation. In the meantime, go ahead and add Jodie Meeks in competitive leagues for short-term value. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 5:09 pm
  • Alec Burks will be in the rotation
Alec Burks will be in the rotation with Joe Johnson (rest) out on Saturday against the Magic.

Advice: We saw Burks get five minutes on Friday night, but he didn't play well on the offensive side. The Jazz loved him at times last year with some point guard minutes, but he's in a tight spot for minutes. Leave him on the wire. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 4:49 pm
  • Evan Fournier (foot) out, Jodie Meeks starts
Evan Fournier (foot) will not play against the Jazz on Saturday and Jodie Meeks will start in his place.

Advice: Fournier is still battling through his heel injury from earlier this month and he just hasn't been right. The Magic are wisely going to rest him up to get him right, and hopefully he should be OK for Monday against the Nuggets. Meeks is worth a look as insurance in deep leagues while Mario Hezonja is on the radar in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 4:34 pm
  • Austin Rivers scores 15 points in start
Austin Rivers scored 15 points with one rebound, two assists, two steals and one 3-pointer against the Lakers on Saturday.

Advice: He likely has the starting job locked up with his dad trusting him against small forwards of all sizes until Blake Griffin (knee) comes back. Rivers has been very effective in his last four, averaging 19.0 points, 3.8 boards, 4.0 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.0 treys. He'll be taking a big hit once BG comes back and only has three games for the upcoming week, so Rivers' value isn't the greatest going forward. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 3:26 pm
  • Raymond Felton scores 15 points vs. Lakers
Raymond Felton scored 15 points with two rebounds, four assists and one 3-pointer in 25 minutes against the Lakers on Saturday.

Advice: This wasn't really a garbage-time special for Felton in a very impressive game. He also played next to Chris Paul for eight minutes today, which is close to double his average in the 20 previous games they were paired together. Felton has been hanging around top-150 value in his last 10, but that's still close to his ceiling while CP3 is healthy. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 3:19 pm
  • Nick Young scores 11 points
Nick Young scored 11 points with one steal and two 3-pointers in 29 minutes against the Clippers on Saturday.

Advice: His minutes have taken a hit this month, but some of that is due to the Lakers being blown out for three games in a row. Coach Luke Walton still is trusting Young's defense and he asked him to chase around J.J. Redick in this game. He's almost certainly past his peak on the season and has slowed down in his last five, averaging 6.8 points, 1.2 boards, 0.6 assists and 1.4 treys on just 27.5 percent from the field. If you want to cut him for an upward-trending free agent, go for it. We would cut him for someone like Terrence Jones in a second. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 3:09 pm
  • Dwyane Wade to play Saturday, rest Sunday
Dwyane Wade will play on Saturday against the Pelicans and will rest on Sunday against the Grizzlies.

Advice: It's a back-to-back set for Wade, but he should get heavy minutes tonight now that there is a plan in place. He's an interesting option with Jimmy Butler possibly not at 100 percent. Rotoworld.com Jan 14, 12:22 pm
  • George Hill scores 22 w/ five 3-pointers
George Hill scored 22 points with five 3-pointers in Friday's blowout win over the Pistons.

Advice: He shot a blistering 8-of-13 from the field with four rebounds, one assist and one turnover, but only played 27 minutes due to the lopsided score. Hill is averaging 17.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.8 triples over his last four games since returning from a concussion, but all he has to do now is stay on the court. He's been a top-30 player in standard leagues when you don't factor in the games he's missed. Rotoworld.com Jan 13, 11:09 pm
  • Tyler Johnson scores 14 points in loss
Tyler Johnson scored 14 points on 6-of-12 shooting in Friday's loss to the Bucks.

Advice: The combo guard added five assists with two rebounds, three steals, two blocks and one triple in 30 minutes. His defensive stats are on the rise with eight blocks in seven games since the turn of the new year. There was yet another Goran Dragic trade rumor on Friday linking him to the Magic, but Johnson is already returning top-65 value in standard leagues as a reserve. He could become a monster if Dragic finds a new home. Rotoworld.com Jan 13, 7:59 pm
  • Caldwell-Pope has Grade 2 shoulder strain
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (left shoulder) has a Grade-2 left rotator cuff strain and will not play on Friday against the Jazz.

Advice: He is doubtful for Sunday and left the arena in a sling following his Thursday injury. This is to his left, non-shooting shoulder and it's possible to play through the injury at some point. For instance, Kobe Bryant had a partial tear to his shooting shoulder last season and played through it at times -- the Lakers managed his minutes. KCP's owners should continue to stash him despite an unclear timetable. Until he can return, Stanley Johnson figures to get a hefty boost in minutes. Rotoworld.com Jan 13, 12:40 pm
  • Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) doubtful for Friday
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (sore left shoulder) is listed as doubtful for Friday's game vs. the Jazz.

Advice: This is not surprising, as KCP looked to be an awful amount of pain when he injured his shoulder in the first quarter on Thursday night. Fortunately, the X-Rays were negative, but we are still awaiting the results of the MRI. Stanley Johnson and Darrun Hilliard would be in line for a significant uptick in minutes if KCP is unable to play on Friday, although it would be risky to trust either player. Rotoworld.com Jan 13, 8:50 am
  • Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) uncertain for Friday
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (shoulder) will have an MRI Friday in Salt Lake City, which will determine his availability for Friday night's game vs. the Jazz

Advice: Caldwell-Pope injured his left shoulder trying to fight through a screen less than four minutes into Thursday's game and never returned. The good news is that the X-rays were negative and that he is flying with the team to Utah. However, it would still be somewhat surprising if KCP were able to play on Friday, considering he seemed to be in significant pain when forced to exit the game. If he doesn't play, Stanley Johnson and Darrun Hilliard will likely soak up his minutes. Check back for an update. Rotoworld.com Jan 13, 6:08 am
  • Klay Thompson hits 9-of-15 shots in win
Klay Thompson hit 9-of-15 shots, 4-of-5 3-pointers and 1-of-4 free throws for 23 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals in 36 minutes on Thursday.

Advice: He stayed in the blowout for most of the fourth quarter, while Stephen Curry watched from the bench. Thompson's a career 85 percent free throw shooter so you can bet he's not happy with his free throw performance tonight. But the rest of his game was on point and he looked great after getting a day of rest on Tuesday. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 10:17 pm
  • Steph Curry has 5 steals, 3 treys in win
Stephen Curry hit 9-of-17 shots and 3-of-9 3-pointers for 24 points, two rebounds, six assists, five steals and a season-high eight turnovers in Thursday's blowout win over the Suns.

Advice: His previous season high in TOs was six, so he was a bit uncharacteristic tonight. He also sat out the fourth quarter in another Warriors' blowout, which is pretty much the only downside to his game right now. He's scored between 22 and 40 points in all six of his January games and is shooting 48 percent this month. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 10:14 pm
  • Kawhi Leonard scores 31 points on 13 FGAs
Kawhi Leonard was on fire early in a 134-94 win over the Lakers on Thursday, making 10-of-13 from the field for 31 points with two rebounds, two assists, two steals, three 3-pointers and no turnovers in just 26 minutes.

Advice: His 24 points in the first half was a career high and he also made 8-of-9 from the line for some magnificent efficiency. Leonard became the only player to score at least 30 points in fewer than 29 minutes in multiple games this season -- he scored 30 in 27 minutes on Dec. 10. His offense may have caught up to his defense. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 9:04 pm
  • Dwyane Wade scores 22 in return to action
Dwyane Wade returned from a rest and played 33 minutes on Thursday, hitting 9-of-20 shots for 22 points, three rebounds and three assists in an ugly loss to the Knicks.

Advice: The Bulls hit just 5-of-21 shots in the third quarter and Wade hit most of those, causing Fred Hoiberg to go with his bench for much of the second half. Wade was the only regular to play his normal allotment of minutes tonight and has scored at least 20 points in three straight games. The Bulls have a back-to-back set on Saturday and Sunday, so it will be interesting to see if Wade plays in both of them. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 7:43 pm
  • Joe Harris scores 15 points vs. NO
Joe Harris scored 15 points during a 104-95 loss to the Pelicans on Thursday, adding two rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers in 27 minutes.

Advice: He was likely on thin ice with only four total points in his previous three games, so a good game here has to help. Plus, Caris LeVert is also making a charge for more playing time and possibly even starting. Although, LeVert usually checks in for Bojan Bogdanovic while Sean Kilpatrick checks in for Harris. If Isaiah Whitehead (knee) misses time, that would help Harris slightly for owners in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 7:35 pm
  • Dwyane Wade will start on Thursday
Dwyane Wade will start against the Knicks on Thursday.

Advice: He is not expected to be limited and he may be very busy with Jimmy Butler (illness) out tonight. Wade is a DFS option tonight, especially with how awful the Knicks have been on defense lately. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 3:48 pm
  • Wilson Chandler scores 21 in 32 minutes
Wilson Chandler scored 21 points in 32 minutes against the Pacers on Thursday, adding eight rebounds, four assists, two steals and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He likes playing overseas and tore it up in China during the NBA lockout season. After a sub-par finish to his 2016, Chandler is rolling in 2017 with averages of 17.4 points, 5.8 boards, 2.4 assists, 1.0 steals, 0.8 blocks and 2.0 treys. He is a bit of a sell-high player due to trade rumors and being injury prone. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 2:44 pm
  • Monta Ellis scores 12 points off bench
Monta Ellis scored 12 points with two rebounds, one assist and two steals in 27 minutes against the Nuggets on Thursday.

Advice: He's still wearing his mask and it doesn't seem to be affecting his confidence. Ellis saw a lot of run in garbage time today, which is a great sign of his minutes limit going away. Techincally, he doesn't have a limit, but Ellis played just 19.5 minutes per game over his previous four. He's had a bad season, so he's got some work to do to have value in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 2:22 pm
  • Klay Thompson will play on Thursday night
Klay Thompson will play against the Pistons on Thursday.

Advice: After getting Tuesday off, Thompson is ready to roll. "It was good for me in the long run," Thompson said about his rest. Even with Kevin Durant around, Thompson's usage rate has only dropped 1.2 percent from last year. His efficiency has also dropped due mostly to a dip in catch-and-shoot treys. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 12:25 pm
  • Mudiay, Harris, Gallo, Chandler & Jokic start
Emmanuel Mudiay, Gary Harris, Danilo Gallinaro, Wilson Chandler and Nikola Jokic will start against the Pacers on Thursday.

Advice: The Nuggets go back to their usual starting lineup with most of their depth set for this one -- Darrell Arthur (leg) is out. Chandler should be looking at minutes in the low 30s, assuming his illness doesn't limit him. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 11:59 am
  • Wilson Chandler will play in London
Wilson Chandler (illness) will play in London against the Pacers on Thursday.

Advice: He popped up on the injury report earlier today and it sounds like he's good to go. He'll obviously be a risky DFS play because he may not be able to finish the game. With Darrell Arthur (leg) out, Chandler has a good chance to start. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 11:39 am
  • Alec Burks says he's making progress
Alec Burks said he feels like he is "back to where I was before I got hurt" after playing extended minutes in the D-Leauge on Wednesday.

Advice: "Yeah. I’m fast," Burks said. "That’s what I guess [the Jazz] wanted to see. When I found out my leg was good and steady and stable, I knew I was going to be back, as aggressive as I was." Burks scored 17 points, but only shot 5-of-17 from the floor and is still shaking off some rust. He's not expected to spend more time in the D-League, but it's going to be hard for him to find minutes on the Jazz as they have one of the deepest rosters in the West. He needs a trade in order to have value. Rotoworld.com Jan 12, 6:13 am
  • Raymond Felton hits 4-of-6 shots in 16 mins
Raymond Felton came off the bench vs. Orlando on Wednesday, making 4-of-6 shots to finish with eight points and three boards in 17 minutes.

Advice: Felton started L.A.'s last game, but he returned to the second unit with Austin Rivers healthy tonight. Felton can be ignored in most leagues, but he's an interesting streaming play when injuries strike L.A.'s backcourt. Rotoworld.com Jan 11, 11:31 pm
  • Austin Rivers returns in 33 mins Wednesday
Austin Rivers (illness) returned to action on Wednesday with nine points, five assists, four rebounds and one 3-pointer in 33 minutes of action.

Advice: Rivers moved back into the starting five alongside Chris Paul, J.J. Redick, Luc Mbah a Moute and DeAndre Jordan, as the Clippers continue to go small in the absence of Blake Griffin (knee). He's worth a glance if you need points, 3-pointers and a dash of assists, but he's not a well-rounded roto option. Rotoworld.com Jan 11, 11:30 pm
