  • Russell Westbrook scores 24 points in loss
Russell Westbrook scored 24 points on 7-of-19 shooting with five rebounds, four assists, two steals, two triples and four turnovers in Monday's blowout loss to the Clippers.

Advice: It's amazing that a line like this can actually be called an off night, but that's how good Westy has been this season. He's still averaging a triple-double on the year, so his owners have nothing to complain about. He gets a matchup with Kevin Durant and the Warriors on Wednesday, but he struggled in their first meeting with 20 points on 4-of-15 shooting. He will still be a recommended DFS target for obvious reasons. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:35 pm
  • Austin Rivers scores 16 w/ six assists
Austin Rivers scored 16 points on 5-of-13 shooting in Monday's win over the Thunder.

Advice: He played impressive defense on Russell Westbrook and is thriving with the first unit. Rivers logged 35 minutes and added six assists, two rebounds, one steal and two triples, and he could have the ball in his hands a lot more if Chris Paul (sprained thumb) misses any time. Rivers' usage rate rises from 14.9 to 21.8 when Paul is off the court, so he looks like a solid pickup in addition to Raymond Felton. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:18 pm
  • Raymond Felton scores 15 on 7-of-7 shooting
Raymond Felton scored 15 points on a perfect 7-of-7 shooting in Monday's 120-98 win over the Thunder on Monday.

Advice: Chris Paul left the game with a sprained left thumb and did not return, so Felton started the second half and added six assists, three rebounds, one block, one steal and two turnovers in 27 minutes. X-rays were negative on Paul's thumb, but he is scheduled to have an MRI on Tuesday at which point we will know if he needs to miss additional time. Felton looks like a nice speculative pickup with averages of 10.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.7 triples in six previous starts this season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:13 pm
  • Alec Burks fizzles in nine minutes
Alec Burks played just nine minutes and missed all four of his shots, failing to score a point in Monday's 106-101 win over the Suns.

Advice: Joe Ingles started for Rodney Hood (knee) and played well, and Joe Johnson was Joe Cool off the bench with 15 points and three 3-pointers, so Burks looks like the big loser in the Hood-injury sweepstakes. If you picked up Burks in hopes of a decent week, we'd recommend throwing him back and taking a flier on Ingles or Johnson, instead. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:16 pm
  • George Hill tweaks ankle in win over Suns
George Hill 7-of-18 shots and 1-of-8 3-pointers for 17 points, eight rebounds and three assists in 33 minutes of Monday's win over the Suns.

Advice: He left late in the game with a sprained ankle, but it doesn't appear to be serious and he wasn't noticeably limping after the game. Injuries have been a huge problem for Hill this season, so check to make sure he's good to go against the Mavericks on Friday against the Mavericks. The good news is that he has a full three days to recover before Friday's game. If he's out, Shelvin Mack would benefit the most. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:07 pm

  • X-rays negative on Chris Paul's thumb
X-rays on Chris Paul's left thumb came back negative.

Advice: This is awesome news because it means we can rule out any breaks. CP3 will have additional tests on Tuesday morning which will include an MRI, so hopefully we get more good news. For now, the Clippers have diagnosed him with a sprained left thumb and he should be considered day-to-day barring another update. If we learn that he will miss additional time, Raymond Felton and Austin Rivers will benefit the most. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:05 pm
  • Chris Paul (sprained thumb) will not return
Chris Paul sprained his left thumb on Monday vs. the Thunder and will not return.

Advice: Paul banged knees with Russell Westbrook (CP3's knee is fine), but he also appeared to jam his thumb into Westy's side. The sprained thumb is likely something CP3 can play through since it's to his non-shooting hand, but we won't know for sure until after the game. The Clippers are leading by 17 points at half, so they might be playing it safe as well by holding him out. If he does need to miss time, both Raymond Felton and Austin Rivers will be worth picking up in standard leagues. CP3 finished with eight points, six assists, three rebounds, one steal and two triples. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 8:51 pm
  • Eric Bledsoe just misses big triple-double
Eric Bledsoe hit 11-of-20 shots, 2-of-6 3-pointers and 7-of-7 free throws for 31 points, nine rebounds, nine assists and a steal in 37 minutes of Monday's 106-101 loss to the Jazz.

Advice: He just missed the third triple-double of his career, but is quietly rolling this season. He's averaging 23.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, 7.8 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.8 3-pointers on 53 percent shooting over his last five games and hasn't missed a single game thus far. He has an ugly injury history and this season's minutes could catch up to him at some point, but for now, he looks like a must-own, must-start player until further notice. If you do trade him due to injury concerns, make sure you get plenty in return, as he appears to be on a mission to have a big season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 8:46 pm
  • Chris Paul (knee) goes to locker room
Chris Paul banged right knees with Russell Westbrook and was not happy when he left the game, and headed straight for the locker room with just over two minutes left in the first half of Monday's game.

Advice: CP3 might be fine, but his reaction (kicking the bench seats) and going straight to the locker room is a bit concerning. We'll get a halftime report on him and update his status, but as of now, CP3 should be considered questionable to return for the second half. If he's injured, a red-hot Austin Rivers gets even hotter, and Raymond Felton would see a big boost in playing time. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 8:38 pm
  • Stephen Curry hands out 11 assists in win
Stephen Curry scored 20 points and matched his season high with 11 assists in Monday's win over the Cavaliers.

Advice: Curry was quiet when these two teams met on Christmas day, but he looked much more comfortable out there this time. He finished 7-of-20 from the field and 5-of-12 from beyond the arc, adding two rebounds and four steals in 31 minutes. Curry has been a new player since the turn of the year and was averaging 29.2 points, 6.2 assists and 4.2 3-pointers in his previous six January games. This is the Curry fantasy owners spent a top-3 pick on. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:55 pm
  • Update: Brandon Knight (wrist) out Monday
Updating a previous report, Brandon Knight (sprained right wrist) will not play on Monday vs. the Jazz.

Advice: A previous report indicated that he will be "available," but the Suns will hold him out for the second straight game. Knight wasn't even updated on Saturday vs. the Spurs and showed up in the box score as a "DNP-sprained right wrist," so it's not clear when he will return to action. He's just a stash in the hope that he's traded before the deadline. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 5:24 pm
  • E'Twaun Moore scores 15 off the bench
E'Twaun Moore scored 15 points on 5-of-10 shooting in Monday's loss to the Pacers.

Advice: Moore had the hot hand off the bench for the second game in a row after scoring 16 points vs. the Bulls in his previous outing. He added three rebounds, two blocks, one steal and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes, but he's likely going to be an afterthought once Tyreke Evans' restrictions are lifted or when Jrue Holiday finds his form. He's only worth monitoring in deeper leagues for now. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:57 pm
  • Mudiay dishes out a career-high 13 assists
Emmanuel Mudiay handed out a career-high 13 assists to go along with 18 points, two 3-pointers, two rebounds and two steals in Monday's 125-112 victory over Orlando.

Advice: Mudiay came into this contest struggling. He was shooting 28.9 percent from the floor, 15 percent from downtown and 50 percent on FT's over Denver's previous five games. However, he snapped out of that slump on Monday, as he was 6-of-12 from the floor and 4-of-4 from the stripe. It was the first time he's played more than 36 minutes since Nov. 18, due in part to Gary Harris (ankle) only playing three minutes. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:55 pm
  • Jrue Holiday scores 11 w/ six assists
Jrue Holiday scored 11 points on 4-of-9 shooting with six assists, two rebounds, one steal and two triples vs. the Pacers on Monday.

Advice: Holiday only played 26 minutes because E'Twaun Moore had the hot hand off the bench Monday. His minutes are down in January and he's coming off a one-point dud in his previous outing vs. the Bulls, but this has opened up a nice buy-low opportunity for savvy fantasy owners. Holiday has early-round upside and was a monster after the All-Star break last season, so hopefully he can find his form soon. Moore is not a long-term threat. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:53 pm
  • Brandon Knight (wrist) available to play
Brandon Knight (sprained right wrist) will be available to play Monday vs. the Jazz.

Advice: Available to play doesn't always mean will play, so Knight is a dubious fantasy target in most settings tonight. Over the past month, Knight has only been averaging 18.1 minutes a game, ranking well outside the top-150, so he can only be viewed as a stash with hopes he'll get traded to a better situation. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:32 pm
  • Tyreke Evans scores 12 points in loss
Tyreke Evans scored 12 points on 5-of-13 shooting in Monday's loss to the Pacers.

Advice: Evans appeared to bang his surgically-repaired left knee on the floor after a layup attempt and he was seen rubbing it, but he was able to carry on and didn't appear to be limited. Evans' owners are going to freak out whenever they hear about his left knee, but it sounds like he escaped with just a bruise. He added five rebounds, four assists and two steals in 23 minutes, and he could be looking at a larger role if Anthony Davis (back) is forced to miss any time -- the last time Davis missed a game, Evans went off for a season-high 29 points with four rebounds, three assists, four steals, one block and two 3-pointers. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:30 pm
  • Jeff Teague scores 16 w/ 10 assists
Jeff Teague double-doubled with 16 points and 10 assists in Monday's 98-95 win over the Pelicans.

Advice: Teague rolled his right ankle and hobbled to the bench, but fortunately he didn't miss any time. Teague had a right ankle sprain back in November and a left ankle sprain earlier this month, but it sounds like he escaped with a minor tweak. He finished 7-of-10 from the field and hit his only free throw, adding eight rebounds and one triple in 37 minutes. Teague should be fine for Wednesday's game vs. the Kings, but his owners should double check his status just in case his ankle swells up overnight. He's yet to miss a game this season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:05 pm
  • Giannis fouls out in loss, scores 23 points
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 23 points in Monday's loss to the 76ers, but fouled out in 29 minutes.

Advice: The Greek Freak hit 10-of-19 shots from the field and 3-of-5 from the line, adding six rebounds, two assists, three blocks and two steals. Giannis (28.34 PER) moved past Kawhi Leonard (28.13) for third place in player efficiency rating Monday, and he now only trails Anthony Davis (28.45) and Russell Westbrook (29.92). His owners will get to deploy him three more times this week against the Rockets, Magic and Heat. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 3:39 pm
  • John Wall scores 24 points in a win
John Wall scored 24 points with four rebounds, seven assists, two steals and two 3-pointers in 28 minutes against the Blazers on Monday.

Advice: The wrist and pinkie injuries sure don't seem to be bothering him. Wall continues to talk about tweaking his shot due to his right pinkie, but he's taking jumpers with confidence and still blowing by people on drives. The Wizards were incredible in the first half with a 71 true shooting percentage to get them to 75 points and basically put the game out of reach in the third quarter. Wall's surgeon for the procedures on his knees probably needs a raise. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 2:46 pm
  • C.J. McCollum scores just 12 points
C.J. McCollum scored 12 points with two rebounds, two assists, one block, two steals and one 3-pointer in 23 minutes against the Wizards on Monday.

Advice: His 25-plus scoring streak finally comes to an end at eight games. McCollum was actually the No. 1 player in standard leagues over that span due to his incredible shooting on pull-ups and adding stats across the board. The reigning Most Improved Player has improved yet again. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 1:52 pm
  • Dennis Schroder close out, scores 28 points
Dennis Schroder bounced back against the Knicks on Monday during a 108-107 win, scoring 28 points with three rebounds, three assists and one 3-pointer in 34 minutes.

Advice: This was a huge game for him. Schroder has plenty of blemishes in his time in MSG. He was a DNP-CD last year and he also didn't close out in a previous game this season. Schroder also didn't close out in the previous two games, but he did today and hit a massive 3-pointer to get the win. After a brief drop off, Schroder looks like he's back. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 1:30 pm
  • Brandon Jennings not happy about changes
Brandon Jennings wasn't happy about the Knicks making lineup changes on Monday.

Advice: "'Every day is something new, you never know if you're going to play," Jennings said. Uh oh. Jennings was also in a bad mood when he and Mindaugas Kuzminskas totally whiffed on a switch to leave Malcolm Delaney wide open for a jumper. Jennings may be feeling passed over for the Knicks starting Ron Baker over him here, but he's not worth adding in most leagues anyway. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 1:13 pm
  • Clarkson, Black questionable for Tuesday
Jordan Clarkson (sprained right ankle) and Tarik Black (sprained left ankle) are being listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against the Nuggets.

Advice: It's unclear exactly when Clarkson suffered this ankle injury, but we should have a better idea on his status following Tuesday morning's shootaround. If he's out, guys like Lou Williams, D'Angelo Russell and Brandon Ingram would all have the opportunity to see an uptick in minutes. Blacks absence would translate to more minutes for Thomas Robinson. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 12:58 pm
  • McConnell (wrist) w/out timetable to return
T.J. McConnell (wrist) is currently without an official timetable to return.

Advice: The only positive here is that the MRI results came back negative, but with the way Philly tends to handle injuries, McConnell could be looking at a lengthy absence here. Sergio Rodriguez will likely move back into the starting five, and with McConnell on the sidelines, he may be able to flirt with minutes in the 30s. He's worth a speculative add in deep leagues for those looking for an assist specialist. McConnell could be a tough guy to hang onto in standard leagues without an IR-spot. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:42 am
  • Patty Mills (calf) plans to play Tuesday
Patty Mills (left calf tightness) said that he's planning on playing vs. the Wolves on Tuesday.

Advice: He said he's been experiencing tightness in his calf for a while, so that might explain his recent dip in production. Assuming he's good to go for Tuesday, Mills should see his normal workload of minutes in the 20s. Give him a look if you need to stream a couple 3-pointers. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:02 am
  • T.J. McConnell (wrist) ruled out for Monday
T.J. McConnell (wrist) will not play on Monday vs. the Bucks.

Advice: He has a right wrist sprain, but he should be considered day-to-day barring another update. McConnell has thrived as the starting PG, so stick with him unless we learn that he will miss additional time. Sergio Rodriguez will likely move back into the starting lineup, but the 76ers will probably want to get an extended look at Chasson Randle before his 10-day contract expires later this week. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 6:44 am
  • Isaiah Whitehead returned to action on Sunday January 15. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 12:19 am
  • D'Angelo Russell recovers, scores 20 points
D'Angelo Russell bounced back on Sunday with 20 points on 9-of-18 shooting, seven rebounds, three assists and one steal in 26 minutes.

Advice: Russell's playing time was actually down tonight, tying his lowest mark since Dec. 27, but it was nice to see him knocking down some shots -- in his previous three games, he averaged just 7.7 points on 9-of-34 shooting (26.5 percent). He has terrific breakout potential, and his recent shooting slump presented an ideal buy-low situation. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 11:11 pm
  • Russell Westbrook triple-doubles vs. Kings
Russell Westbrook scored 36 points, with 11 rebounds, 10 assists, four steals and four 3-pointers in Sunday’s 122-118 victory over the Kings.

Advice: He shot the ball well today, hitting 11-of-21 field goals and 4-of-5 from beyond the arc, while recording his 20th triple-double of the season. He does have a tendency to turn the ball over a lot, but makes up for it by stuffing the stat sheet on a nightly basis. He remains the league’s leader with a 41.1 percent usage rate. The Thunder are 16-4 whenever Westbrook has triple-doubled this season. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 9:52 pm
  • Ish Smith back in Pistons' rotation Sunday
Ish Smith was back in the Pistons' rotation on Sunday, coming off the bench for six points on 3-of-7 shooting, six assists, two assists and one rebound in 30 minutes.

Advice: Stan Van Gundy said he wanted to give Smith a game off "to sit and recalibrate," though it's not clear what the veteran guard was 'recalibrating' from in the first place. Smith would only be worth considering if Kentavious Caldwell-Pope's shoulder injury proves to be a long-term issue. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 9:39 pm
  • Isaiah Whitehead (knee) returns, plays 15 min
Isaiah Whitehead (knee) returned from a one-game absence on Sunday with six points, four assists, three rebounds and one 3-pointer in 15 minutes vs. the Rockets.

Advice: Whitehead came off the bench behind Spencer Dinwiddie, who chipped in eight dimes in 24 minutes as a starter. Jeremy Lin (hamstring) has been sidelined for most of the season and his return date is still something of a mystery, but it's hard to trust either Whitehead or Dinwiddie while they're pitched in a position battle. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 6:20 pm
  • Dennis Schroder lousy in 24 minutes vs. Bucks
Dennis Schroder had a game to forget on Sunday, committing five turnovers with six points, six assists and two rebounds in 24 minutes of action.

Advice: This marks Schroder's second straight dud, and it's not encouraging that backup PG Malcolm Delaney has been great in both of those games. The Hawks have been streaking lately and coach Mike Budenholzer isn't afraid to ride the hot hand, but there's no cause for panic here. Schroder should get back on track in a matchup vs. Derrick Rose and the Knicks on Monday. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 4:55 pm
  • Giannis Antetokounmpo gets 33/87/6 w/ extras
Giannis Antetokounmpo piled up 33 points, eight rebounds, six assists, three blocks and two steals in 40 minutes on Sunday.

Advice: Antetokounmpo shot 13-of-22 from the field and 7-of-7 from the line, but it wasn't enough to beat the Hawks in Atlanta tonight. The Bucks' defense was their undoing, as they allowed the Hawks to score 111 points on 52.5 percent shooting (13-of-26 from downtown), and they'll need to tighten up during Monday's matinee vs. the Sixers. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 4:48 pm
  • Isaiah Whitehead (knee) available to play
Isaiah Whitehead (knee) will be available to play Sunday vs. the Rockets.

Advice: He could start, which would send Spencer Dinwiddie back to the bench, but even as a starter Whitehead isn't worth a roster spot in almost any setting. Dinwiddie is also a non-option in most leagues regardless of how he enters the game. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 12:45 pm
  • Brandon Knight (wrist) didn't play
Brandon Knight showed up on the box score as a "DNP-sprained right wrist" on Saturday.

Advice: As far as we can tell, there was nothing on Knight before or after the game on Knight's status from the team or the people covering the team right now. Knight was out for the same ailment back on Jan. 3, so take that for what it's worth. Obviously Knight won't be playing much with the Suns wanting to get a look at Tyler Ulis, so he will need a trade or an injury to the starters to have value. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 10:42 am
  • Walton wants Russell to keep shooting
Lakers coach Luke Walton wants D'Angelo Russell to keep being aggressive despite his recent shooting slump.

Advice: "If it’s a good shot and if his defender is under him, I want him shooting those 3s," Walton said. "I want him being aggressive. I’d rather him err on being the side of being too aggressive than too cautious at this point. He knows that." Russell has been held to single-digit points in each of his last three games on a combined 9-of-34 shooting, but Walton is confident that the PG will turn things around. Russell is a nice buy-low player and will look to get back on track vs. the Pistons on Sunday. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 9:05 am
  • Stephen Curry intends to re-sign with GSW
Stephen Curry made it clear once again that he will re-sign with the Warriors this summer.

Advice: "I can’t," Curry said when asked if he could see himself leaving the Warriors as a free agent. "Like I’ve said from Day 1 when I was first asked about free agency, this is a perfect place to play. Bay Area fans are amazing, our organization’s amazing, we’ve put together an amazing team that’s competing for championships every year." Under the new CBA, the Warriors could potentially offer Curry a five-year extension worth about $209 million, while opposing teams would only be able to offer a four-year deal worth about $133 million. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 6:52 am
  • Alec Burks will be in the rotation
Alec Burks said he's close to 100 percent after his eight-point game in 15 minutes on Saturday.

Advice: He said he's been waiting for this for "like a year" and he said he knew he was ready to play. Burks acknowledged he had a serious injury and he's still improving. He said he wanted to get to the rim more and he plans on doing that more as he gets more comfortable. With Rodney Hood (knee) possibly missing time, Burks is a speculative add in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 2:17 am
  • Dante Exum a non-factor vs. Orlando
Dante Exum scored two points in seven minutes with one assist in Saturday’s win against the Magic.

Advice: Exum appears to have fallen behind in Utah’s backcourt rotation. Alec Burks is back in the picture and played well tonight, so Exum could continue to struggle for playing time in the foreseeable future. He should not be owned in any format. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 9:18 pm
  • Alec Burks scores eight points in 14 mins
Alec Burks played 14 minutes and scored eight points with six rebounds, one assist, one steal and one 3-pointer in Saturday’s 114-107 victory of the Magic.

Advice: Burks was recalled from the D-League on Jan. 12 and could hang around for a while, as Rodney Hood (knee) suffered a hyperextended knee in tonight’s game. He has only appeared in six games for the Jazz this season, but could see a larger role if Hood misses any time. He looked good tonight and can play multiple positions for Utah. That being said, for now, Burks can be left on waivers, but he is someone worth keeping an eye on. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 9:12 pm
  • John Wall scores 25 points in win vs. Philly
John Wall (wrist, pinkie) looked great in a 109-93 win over the 76ers on Saturday, scoring 25 points with seven rebounds, seven assists, two steals and three 3-pointers in 30 minutes.

Advice: Before the game, he said his hand injuries were affecting his shooting "big time" and he also was trying to figure out how to get the tape on his right pinkie to not affect him on the release either. Yeah, it didn't seem to bother him at all with a flurry of three treys in just a few minutes during the third quarter. Wall looks like he's good to go and should definitely be on the All-Star team. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 7:59 pm
  • T.J. McConnell takes the loss as starter
T.J. McConnell scored four points with three rebounds, six assists, one steal and one turnover against the Wizards on Saturday.

Advice: He did jam his right wrist in the second half, but he stayed in the game. It's pretty obvious Joel Embiid makes T.J. McConnell a heck of a lot better. Despite McConnell suffering just his second loss as a starter on the year, he still has his starting job locked up. Keep him on your roster in all leagues. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 7:24 pm
  • Tyreke Evans scores 14 points
Tyreke Evans made 6-of-15 from the field 14 points with one rebound, six assists, one steal and one turnover in 22 minutes against the Bulls on Saturday.

Advice: Bad shooting line aside, Evans really does look great. He's run the offense for most of his minutes while he's out there and he's playing three positions in the process. There's a massive injury risk on Evans going forward, but his owners can start using him as a must-start player when active. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 5:18 pm
  • Jrue Holiday struggles vs. Bulls
Jrue Holiday missed all seven attempts from the field against the Bulls on Saturday, adding one point, three rebounds and 12 assists in 29 minutes.

Advice: It was a bad day for Holiday for obvious reasons. He did also tweak his foot or ankle, but he didn't need to miss time. Another negative is that Tyreke Evans was really in control of the offense and had a better feel for where the weak spots of the defense were. To be clear, there's no need to worry about Holiday, but there could be an adjustment period playing with Evans. He should flirt with early-round value once he gets it going. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 5:16 pm
  • Alec Burks will be in the rotation
Alec Burks will be in the rotation with Joe Johnson (rest) out on Saturday against the Magic.

Advice: We saw Burks get five minutes on Friday night, but he didn't play well on the offensive side. The Jazz loved him at times last year with some point guard minutes, but he's in a tight spot for minutes. Leave him on the wire. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 4:49 pm
  • Moore gets hot off the bench
E'Twaun Moore scored 16 points with one rebound, two assists and four 3-pointers in 27 minutes against the Bulls on Saturday.

Advice: Revenge game? Moore was red hot early and that start carried him for late minutes over Buddy Hield. Moore only played 19 minutes on Thursday and scored 6.8 points per game in his previous January outings, so we'll need to see him do it again. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 4:30 pm
  • Chris Paul scores 20 with 13 dimes in win
Chris Paul scored 20 points during a 113-97 win over the Lakers on Saturday, adding five rebounds, 13 assists, two steals and two 3-pointers in 31 minutes.

Advice: The Clippers are back and it obviously has a lot to do with Chris Paul. Since he's returned, they have won all four games with CP3 averaging 17.8 points, 6.0 boards, 12.3 assists, 2.8 steals and 1.3 treys. He's arguably the best point guard in fantasy when he's healthy. Also, there was a really sweet dime from CP3 to DeAndre Jordan (slow motion video in link below). Rotoworld.com Saturday, 3:47 pm
  • Austin Rivers scores 15 points in start
Austin Rivers scored 15 points with one rebound, two assists, two steals and one 3-pointer against the Lakers on Saturday.

Advice: He likely has the starting job locked up with his dad trusting him against small forwards of all sizes until Blake Griffin (knee) comes back. Rivers has been very effective in his last four, averaging 19.0 points, 3.8 boards, 4.0 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.0 treys. He'll be taking a big hit once BG comes back and only has three games for the upcoming week, so Rivers' value isn't the greatest going forward. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 3:26 pm
  • Raymond Felton scores 15 points vs. Lakers
Raymond Felton scored 15 points with two rebounds, four assists and one 3-pointer in 25 minutes against the Lakers on Saturday.

Advice: This wasn't really a garbage-time special for Felton in a very impressive game. He also played next to Chris Paul for eight minutes today, which is close to double his average in the 20 previous games they were paired together. Felton has been hanging around top-150 value in his last 10, but that's still close to his ceiling while CP3 is healthy. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 3:19 pm
  • D'Angelo Russell puts up a dud against CP3
D'Angelo Russell made 1-of-7 from the field for five points with six rebounds, five assists and two turnovers in 28 minutes during a blowout 113-97 loss to the Clippers on Saturday.

Advice: It's not fun to go against Chris Paul. Russell may have ice in his veins, but he also has ice on his jumper, making only 1-of-11 from deep in his last three. The Lakers could keep an eye on his knee injury and he did jam his finger in practice on Wednesday, so maybe that's part of it. We still like him as a buy-low player. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 3:14 pm
  • Jordan Clarkson scores 21 points vs. LAC
Jordan Clarkson scored 21 points with four rebounds, three assists, three 3-pointers and two turnovers in 28 minutes against the Clippers on Saturday.

Advice: After a rough three-game streak with 22 points combined before Thursday, that's two solid games for Clarkson with this one and a 14-point game on Thursday in a bad loss to the Spurs. His minutes still aren't where they need to be and he's still only turned in 12th-round value in his last 10, but this recent uptick is encouraging. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 3:06 pm
  • Isaiah Whitehead (knee) probable for Sunday
Isaiah Whitehead (sprained left knee) is probable for Sunday against the Rockets.

Advice: It looks like he only needs one game off due to his injury from Thursday night. Whitehead should go back to his starting role and be looking at minutes in the mid 20s. Spencer Dinwiddie will seem similar playing time while Randy Foye could get bumped out of the rotation. This is a situation to avoid for most fantasy owners. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 2:05 pm
  • Patty Mills (left calf) will not play vs. PHX
Patty Mills (left calf tightness) will not play against the Suns on Saturday.

Advice: Mills doesn't have any noteworthy calf issues in his career, so this is something new. The Spurs can rest him today to give him four full days off before their game on Tuesday against the Wolves. With Dejounte Murray also out, the Spurs will have to be creative with their backup point guard. It would likely be Manu Ginobili while Tony Parker could get a few extra minutes in a great matchup tonight. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 12:06 pm
  • John Wall (wrist/pinky) will play Saturday
John Wall (wrist/pinky) will play Saturday vs. the Sixers.

Advice: Wall did not practice with the team on Friday, but will be in the starting lineup for Saturday's game. It sounds like he will have to play with some sort of splint on the jammed pinky of his right (shooting) hand. The good news is that all X-Rays and MRI's on his pinky and swollen left wrist came back negative. As of now, it is unknown if the coach Scott Brooks will have a minutes restriction on Wall. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 9:17 am
  • John Wall (hand) listed as probable Saturday
John Wall (wrist/pinky) is listed as probable for Saturday's game vs. Sixers.

Advice: Wall is dealing with a swollen left wrist and a jammed pinky finger on his right hand. Game notes are not overly reliable, so take this news with a grain of salt. However, it is encouraging that it appears Wall avoided any significant injury. Assuming he plays, it will be interesting to see if either injury impacts his shooting/production. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 8:28 am
  • Rivalry between Thomas & Schroder heats up
The rivalry between Dennis Schroder and Isaiah Thomas escalated during the Celtics victory over the Hawks on Friday night.

Advice: Schroder played poorly on Saturday (four points, three rebounds, three assists) while Thomas excelled (28 points, four rebounds, nine assists) and hit the game-winner. Afterward, Schroder said: "If he thinks that he got to curse at my mom or say some dumb stuff about my family, that has nothing to do with basketball. That’s his choice. I’ve got too much class for that. Next one, we are going to get it." Mark down Feb. 27 on your calendars, as that's the next time the C's and Hawks meet up. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 6:45 am
  • George Hill scores 22 w/ five 3-pointers
George Hill scored 22 points with five 3-pointers in Friday's blowout win over the Pistons.

Advice: He shot a blistering 8-of-13 from the field with four rebounds, one assist and one turnover, but only played 27 minutes due to the lopsided score. Hill is averaging 17.3 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.8 triples over his last four games since returning from a concussion, but all he has to do now is stay on the court. He's been a top-30 player in standard leagues when you don't factor in the games he's missed. Rotoworld.com Friday, 11:09 pm

  • C.J. McCollum scores 25 points in loss
C.J. McCollum scored 25 points on 10-of-21 shooting in Friday's loss to the Magic.

Advice: He's now scored 25+ points in eight straight games which is the second longest streak in the NBA this season -- Russell Westbrook had 10. That's also the third-largest streak in franchise history behind Geoff Petrie (11) and Clyde Drexler (9). He added three rebounds, two assists, one steal, three blocks and four 3-pointers in 37 minutes, and he will try to keep his streak alive against the Wizards on Monday. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:10 pm
  • Dennis Schroder gets benched late
Dennis Schroder played just 23 minutes against the Celtics on Friday with four points, three rebounds, three assists and one turnover.

Advice: He did not close this game out in what was obviously his worst game in a long time. We've seen Schroder getting in coach Mike Budenholzer's doghouse before, but it hasn't happened too much this season. Perhaps he was just worked up based on his comments about Isaiah Thomas before the game because of an incident last year. "If he don’t slap me, nothing is going to happen," he said. Expect him to bounce back on Sunday against the Bucks. Rotoworld.com Friday, 9:27 pm
  • Russell Westbrook drops 19th triple-double
Russell Westbrook dropped his 19th triple-double of the season during a 96-86 loss to the Wolves on Friday, scoring 21 points with 11 rebounds, 12 assists, two steals and one 3-pointer.

Advice: This was actually a brutal game for him, making just 7-of-23 from the field and turning it over 10 times to give him the bad quad-double. Westbrook was asked about turning in his 19th triple-double to set a record for the most in a season since the merger. "It don't mean [expletive]. We lost," Westbrook said. For what it's worth, the Thunder are 15-4 when Westy drops a triple-double this season. Rotoworld.com Friday, 8:52 pm
  • Giannis Antetokounmpo scores 19 w/ 6 dimes
Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) looked much better in Friday's 116-108 win over the Heat, scoring 19 points on 8-of-12 shooting.

Advice: After failing to score in nine minutes on Tuesday vs. the Spurs, Antetokounmpo had a few days to recover for this one and didn't look limited at all. He logged 36 minutes and added eight rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block, finishing 3-of-4 from the line. The Bucks deployed him at center tonight when the Heat went small, but his owners already know by now that he's matchup proof. Rotoworld.com Friday, 8:09 pm
  • T.J. McConnell looks great again
T.J. McConnell scored four points with three rebounds, eight assists and three steals in 31 minutes against the Hornets on Friday.

Advice: Do you know who has a better winning percentage as a starting point guard than Kyrie Irving, Stephen Curry or really anyone with a handful of starts this year? You bet, it's T.J. McConnell. He has his job locked up with his 6-1 record and should be owned in all leagues. Rotoworld.com Friday, 6:59 pm
  • Giannis Antetokounmpo is a 'full go' Friday
Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) is a "full go" on Friday vs. the Heat according to coach Jason Kidd.

Advice: An earlier report indicated that he was playing, but it doesn't hurt to get confirmation a second time especially when you play for the Bucks. Hopefully Giannis feels better tonight after a scoreless dud on Tuesday. Make sure he's active in all lineups. Rotoworld.com Friday, 4:12 pm
  • Isaiah Whitehead (knee) ruled out Friday
Isaiah Whitehead (knee) will not play Friday vs. Toronto.

Advice: Whitehead hurt his left knee in Thursday's game vs. New Orleans. He will have the knee evaluated in New York on Saturday. The Nets next game is Sunday vs. Houston. We should have an update after Whitehead meets with team doctors. Spencer Dinwiddie will start at point guard for Brooklyn on Friday night. Sean Kilpatrick will also see an uptick in minutes off the bench and is the preferable streaming option and DFS play. Rotoworld.com Friday, 3:20 pm
  • John Wall changing his shooting motion?
John Wall spent the end of practice taking free throws to keep his right pinkie away from his shooting motion.

Advice: He has a strip of black tape over his right pinkie, so that explains the adjustment. A pinkie isn't nearly as important to shooting a basketball as the index or middle fingers, but any change to a shooting motion has to be viewed as a negative for Wall. He may be looking to take more close-range shots in his next game, so we'll be tracking that. Rotoworld.com Friday, 11:59 am
  • Chris Paul has excused absence on Friday
Chris Paul had an excused absence during Friday's practice, but he will play vs. the Lakers on Saturday.

Advice: There's nothing to worry about here. CP3 continues to rack up elite fantasy value with extraordinary efficiency, including 4.2 assists for every turnover. Rotoworld.com Friday, 11:09 am
  • John Wall (hand) misses practice on Friday
John Wall (wrist/pinky) did not practice with the team on Friday.

Advice: Wall's left wrist is sore and swolle, but an MRI on his pinky finger came back negative for breaks or tears. And although he did not practice with the Wiz, Wall was at the facility, shooting around on the side. Coach Scott Brooks told reporters that there is a "possibility" that Wall will play on Saturday vs. the Sixers. Tomas Satoransky (illness) is questionable for Saturday. Trey Burke would see major minutes if both Wall and Satoransky were sidelined. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:43 am
  • Isaiah Whitehead (knee) questionable Friday
Isaiah Whitehead (knee) is questionable for Friday's game vs. Toronto.

Advice: Whitehead injured his knee in a collision with Jrue Holiday on Thursday night and was unable to return to the game. Jeremy Lin has already been ruled out on Friday. If Whitehead does not play, Sean Kilpatrick and Spencer Dinwiddie will see additional minutes at the point. Kilpatrick would be the preferred choice as a cheap DFS play, as he has scored in double-figures in four of Brooklyn's last five games. Rotoworld.com Friday, 9:54 am
  • Steph Curry has 5 steals, 3 treys in win
Stephen Curry hit 9-of-17 shots and 3-of-9 3-pointers for 24 points, two rebounds, six assists, five steals and a season-high eight turnovers in Thursday's blowout win over the Suns.

Advice: His previous season high in TOs was six, so he was a bit uncharacteristic tonight. He also sat out the fourth quarter in another Warriors' blowout, which is pretty much the only downside to his game right now. He's scored between 22 and 40 points in all six of his January games and is shooting 48 percent this month. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 10:14 pm
  • Eric Bledsoe has a quiet night vs. Dallas
Eric Bledsoe scored 11 points with six rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block in 28 minutes against the Mavericks on Thursday.

Advice: Bledsoe attempted just four shots which tied his season-low. He has had a strong January, averaging 24 points, 7.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and two steals per game prior to tonight’s contest. He has a tough task on Saturday against the Spurs, so fantasy owners should temper their expectations for him in that contest. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 9:59 pm
  • Tyreke Evans busts out with 29 points vs. BK
Tyreke Evans turned in his best game since his knee surgery in a 104-95 win over the Nets on Thursday, scoring a season-high 29 points with four rebounds, three assists, four steals, one block and two 3-pointers.

Advice: He played a season-high 28 minutes, made all seven from the line and hit 10-of-15 from the field. After the game, Evans talked about all his work he's put in to recover from knee surgery. "I'm still trying to strengthen my knee up. It shows the hard work I'm putting in," Evans said. The minutes limit should still be there, but Evans' fantasy owners have to love this. HIs 29 points are the most scored by a Pelican not named Anthony Davis. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 8:12 pm
  • Jrue Holiday scores 21 points in win
Jrue Holiday scored 21 points with four rebounds, four assists, two steals and four 3-pointers in 31 minutes.

Advice: He was in a brutal slump before this one. In his previous seven games, Holiday made just 38.7 percent from the field with averages of 11.6 points, 3.3 boards, 8.7 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.1 treys. It definitely helped to get the Nets today and there were more shots to go around with Anthony Davis (hip) out. This game could get Jrue going again. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 8:01 pm
  • Isaiah Whtehead hurts knee, questionable
Isaiah Whitehead left Thursday's game after banging knees with Jrue Holiday and is questionable to return.

Advice: It's being called a sprained left knee, but it didn't look bad on replays. If he's unable to return he'll likely be day-to-day and finish with four points and one assist on 2-of-7 shooting. And if he's going to miss any time, Sean Kilpatrick will see a bit of a boost. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 6:11 pm
  • Jeff Teague scores 14 points in loss
Jeff Teague scored 14 points on 5-of-7 from the field against the Nuggets on Thursday, adding three rebounds, nine assists and six turnovers in just 25 minutes.

Advice: Despite matching his season high in turnovers, he was really the only starter to have a decent game. The offense looked horrible with the other four starters combining for just 31 points and five assists. Teague has made 63.6 percent from the field in 2017 thanks to his top-notch shot selection right now, so he could keep it going for a while. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 2:19 pm
  • Giannis (illness) will play on Friday vs. MIA
Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) will play on Friday vs. the Heat.

Advice: He returned to full practice on Thursday and appeared to be over his illness. The Greek Freak only managed to play nine scoreless minutes against the Spurs on Tuesday and clearly didn't look right physically, but his fantasy owners can feel much more confident about him on Friday. Michael Beasley loses the most value with this report despite a monster 28-point game vs. the Spurs. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 10:19 am
  • Brett Brown praises T.J. McConnell
76ers coach Brett Brown praised T.J. McConnell for running away with the starting PG role.

Advice: "He seized the moment, grabbed an opportunity and he ran hard with it," Brown said. "The preparation prior to that opportunity happening for him was A-plus. … To see him be rewarded, it’s a great story." This quote comes on the heels of McConnel's game-winning shot on Wednesday, but it's safe to say that he has locked himself into the starting role. The 76ers are 5-1 when he starts with averages of 9.3 points, 6.2 rebounds, 9.2 assists and 1.7 steals, so pick him up if you need guard help. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 9:06 am
  • Brooks says Wall's injuries could linger
Wizards coach Scott Brooks said John Wall's injuries could linger for the next couple weeks.

Advice: "It’s going to affect him a little bit in the next couple of weeks, but he’s tough," Brooks said. "He’s not gong to complain about it. That’s what I love about him. I love that competitive spirit." Wall is dealing with a swollen left wrist and a jammed right pinky, and while X-rays were negative, he could have an MRI on both Thursday. Hopefully we'll have an update later in the day, but Wall's status for Saturday's game vs. Philly is up in the air. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 7:01 am
  • Alec Burks says he's making progress
Alec Burks said he feels like he is "back to where I was before I got hurt" after playing extended minutes in the D-Leauge on Wednesday.

Advice: "Yeah. I’m fast," Burks said. "That’s what I guess [the Jazz] wanted to see. When I found out my leg was good and steady and stable, I knew I was going to be back, as aggressive as I was." Burks scored 17 points, but only shot 5-of-17 from the floor and is still shaking off some rust. He's not expected to spend more time in the D-League, but it's going to be hard for him to find minutes on the Jazz as they have one of the deepest rosters in the West. He needs a trade in order to have value. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 6:13 am
  • Raymond Felton hits 4-of-6 shots in 16 mins
Raymond Felton came off the bench vs. Orlando on Wednesday, making 4-of-6 shots to finish with eight points and three boards in 17 minutes.

Advice: Felton started L.A.'s last game, but he returned to the second unit with Austin Rivers healthy tonight. Felton can be ignored in most leagues, but he's an interesting streaming play when injuries strike L.A.'s backcourt. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 11:31 pm
  • Austin Rivers returns in 33 mins Wednesday
Austin Rivers (illness) returned to action on Wednesday with nine points, five assists, four rebounds and one 3-pointer in 33 minutes of action.

Advice: Rivers moved back into the starting five alongside Chris Paul, J.J. Redick, Luc Mbah a Moute and DeAndre Jordan, as the Clippers continue to go small in the absence of Blake Griffin (knee). He's worth a glance if you need points, 3-pointers and a dash of assists, but he's not a well-rounded roto option. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 11:30 pm
  • Chris Paul racks up 18/7/6 w/ four steals Wed
Chris Paul logged 33 minutes during Wednesday's victory, finishing with 18 points (6-of-13 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), seven boards, six assists, four steals and one block.

Advice: This is CP3's highest playing time since returning from a strained hamstring three games ago. Doc Rivers said after Sunday's game, "I think [Paul] is good, but we are [regulating his minutes] anyway." His 33 minutes tonight exceed his season average of 31.4 per game, so any restriction appears to have been lifted. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 11:26 pm
  • C.J. McCollum scores 27 with four blocks
C.J. McCollum carried the Blazers' first unit during a 102-86 win over the Cavs on Wednesday, scoring 27 points with four rebounds, two assists, one steal, five 3-pointers and a career-high four blocks.

Advice: He's simply been awesome lately. McCollum joined Anthony Davis, James Harden and Russell Westbrook as the only players to score 25-plus in at least seven consecutive games -- he's also the first Blazer to do that since Clyde Drexler in 1987. McCollum is destroying opponents with his midrange, making 64.2 percent of his 53 attempts in that seven-game span. Even though the Western Conference guards are stacked, C.J. makes a case to be an All-Star. This gem moved McCollum inside the top 20 for standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:48 pm
  • Russell Westbrook drops 18th triple-double
Russell Westbrook turned in his 18th triple-double on the season during a 103-95 win over the Grizzlies on Wednesday, scoring 24 points with 13 rebounds, 12 assists, two steals, one block and six turnovers in 37 minutes.

Advice: The Grizzlies actually defended him well in this game with Westbrook only making 6-of-19 from the field. That's not too surprising after they help him assists-less in their last game -- he was also ejected in the second half. This was also the first time he's had a triple-double against the Grizzlies in a regular season game -- the Grizzlies have 10 as a franchise and Westy has three playoff triple-doubles in his career. Westbrook should have a field day against the Wolves on Friday. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 9:02 pm
  • John Wall (wrist, finger) may have MRI Thurs
X-rays were negative on John Wall's left wrist and right pinkie finger, but he might have an MRI on Thursday.

Advice: Wall came into Wednesday's game with both injuries preexisting. He played 39 minutes but finished just 4-of-21 from the field for a season-low nine points. The Wizards don't play until Saturday, which is fortunate, and we're considering him day-to-day until the test results are announced. If he does miss any games, both Trey Burke and Tomas Satoransky would be leaned on at PG, with Bradley Beal also doing more ball-handling. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 8:25 pm
  • John Wall needs X-rays on swollen left wrist
John Wall will have X-rays on his "badly swollen" left wrist after Wednesday's game vs. the Celtics.

Advice: Wall played 39 minutes on Wednesday, posting 10 assists, seven rebounds, three steals and one block, but he also shot 4-of-21 from the field for a season-low nine points. He also has a right pinky finger injury and both ailments were pre-existing before tonight's game. Fantasy owners should simply sit tight until the test results are disclosed. The Wizards are off until Saturday, fortunately, but if Wall misses any games both Trey Burke and Tomas Satoransky would be leaned on at PG, with Bradley Beal also doing more ball-handling. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:34 pm
  • T.J. McConnell sinks game-winner in comeback
T.J. McConnell sank a game-winner to escape with a 98-97 victory on Wednesday, finishing with eight points on 4-of-6 shooting, seven assists, six rebounds and two steals.

Advice: McConnell said that tonight's clutch bucket was the first game-winner he's ever made. He's seized the starting job from Sergio Rodriguez (four assists in 14 minutes), and he's converting heavy minutes into January averages of 9.2 assists, 5.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals. The scoring hasn't been there, at just 8.8 points per game, and he's made only six 3-pointers all season, but he's well worth owning if you need some PG help. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:16 pm
  • Brandon Jennings logs 24 minutes off bench
Brandon Jennings shifted to the bench on Wednesday, where he posted nine points, three rebounds, two assists and three turnovers in 24 minutes.

Advice: Derrick Rose returned to the lineup after a one-game absence, bumping Jennings to his usual, unpredictable bench role. He went 4-of-6 from the field with a 3-pointer, to his credit, but as long as Rose is healthy he's best suited to leagues with 14 or more teams. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:07 pm
  • Raymond Felton headed to bench Wednesday
Raymond Felton will likely shift to the bench with Austin Rivers returning to the starting lineup on Wednesday.

Advice: Rivers missed Sunday's game with the flu but he's healthy tonight, so the veteran Felton's minutes should take a significant hit. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 5:56 pm
  • Austin Rivers (illness) will start vs. Magic
Austin Rivers (illness) will start against the Magic on Wednesday.

Advice: His dad is also well enough to coach tonight. Rivers absolutely went off against the Magic in their last game on Dec. 14 with 25 points, so maybe he can have another big outing. Because he's playing well these days, Rivers is worth a look in standard leagues while he's going strong. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 5:54 pm
  • D'Angelo Russell jams finger, is fine
D'Angelo Russell jammed his finger in practice on Wednesday and is fine for Thursday against the Spurs.

Advice: There's no reason to be alarmed here. Russell is coming off a bad game with just nine points on Tuesday, but he's been trending up before that. Even in a sub-par matchup, he could have a great game on Thursday. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 1:17 pm
  • Brandon Jennings will return to the bench Wed
Brandon Jennings will return to the bench for Wednesday's game against the 76ers.

Advice: Derrick Rose (personal) has rejoined the team, and he will be back in the starting five tonight, thus queuing the end of Jennings' run with the starting unit. As a reserve, Jennings is only averaging 6.8 points, 5.0 assists, 1.8 turnovers and 1.0 triple per contest on 37.0 percent shooting, so he's not worth owning in most leagues while he's running with the second unit. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 8:22 am
  • C.J. McCollum says POR is a tight-knit group
C.J. McCollum said that there's no animosity in the Trail Blazers' locker room.

Advice: "We’ve got a tight-knit group, there’s a lot of young guys who are on the same career trajectory, so we all get along well," said McCollum. "Everybody still hangs out together, there’s no animosity in the locker room, there’s no hate, there’s no jealousy." Portland has had some tough luck with injuries this season, which has had a negative impact on their record, but they're still staying together as a group. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:30 am
  • Stephen Curry scores 24 with nice line
Stephen Curry hit just 8-of-21 shots and 4-of-11 3-pointers for 24 points, eight rebounds, nine assists, a steal and a block in Tuesday's 107-95 win over the Heat.

Advice: Despite the poor shooting, Curry is finally hot again, scoring 24, 30, 40 and 35 points in each of his last four games. And over his last five, he's averaging 30.2 points, 5.2 rebounds, 6.2 assists, 1.9 steals and 4.4 3-pointers on 48 percent shooting. That's more like it, Steph! Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 10:16 pm
  • D’Angelo Russell scores nine on 4-of-14 shots
D’Angelo Russell was held to nine points on 4-of-14 shooting in Tuesday's loss to the Blazers.

Advice: Despite the rough shooting performance, coach Luke Walton praised him after the game for contributing in other areas -- Russell added eight rebounds, six assists, three steals and one block in 30 minutes. Russell has been playing much better and was averaging 20.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 3.0 triples in his previous five games in January, but tonight's dud may have opened up a buy-low window again. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 10:15 pm
  • C.J. McCollum scores 25 points in win
C.J. McCollum scored 25 points on 10-of-18 shooting in Tuesday's 108-87 win over the Lakers.

Advice: McCollum has now scored 25+ points in six straight games -- that matches the career bests of Damian Lillard and LaMarcus Aldridge. The SG added four assists, one rebound, two steals and two triples in 34 minutes. He gets a matchup with the Cavaliers on Wednesday. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 9:58 pm
  • George Hill goes for 13 & 7 in win
George Hill hit 5-of-11 shots and two 3-pointers for 13 points, three rebounds and seven assists in Tuesday's 100-92 win over the Cavaliers.

Advice: He's been back for three games and is averaging 15.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 0.8 steals and 2.0 3-pointers since his return. Now owners just need to get Hill back in the lineup and hope he doesn't go down again. After a very hot start to the season, Hill missed all but two December games with a concussion and a toe injury. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 8:48 pm

  • Giannis (illness) goes scoreless in 9 minutes
Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) failed to score in 9 minutes vs. the Spurs on Tuesday with two rebounds, two assists and a block.

Advice: He tried to give it a go, but coach Jason Kidd warned us before the game that he would pull him if he wasn't feeling up to it. The Greek Freak didn't look right and had a towel over his head on the bench, but he deserves a lot of credit for being out there with his teammates. He now gets a few days to rest before Friday's game vs. the Heat. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 7:57 pm
  • Dennis Schroder scorers 19 w/ 10 assists
Dennis Schroder scored 19 points with 10 assists on Tuesday vs. the Nets.

Advice: The PG is doing just fine without Kyle Korver out there to space the floor, as Tim Hardaway Jr. and Taurean Prince have stepped up. Schroder hit 7-of-14 shots with a couple treys in 30 minutes tonight, adding one rebound and two steals. He's now scored 18+ points in four straight games and the Hawks are rolling with seven straight wins. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 7:08 pm
  • John Wall hits game-winner vs. Bulls
John Wall hit 11-of-21 shots and a 3-pointer for 26 points, six rebounds, 14 assists, a steal and a block in Tuesday's 101-99 win over the Bulls. He also hit the game-winning shot with five seconds left on the clock.

Advice: Wall was brilliant tonight and has been for most of the season. He's double-doubled in three of his last five games and is fully healthy, so he should keep rolling until further notice. The game-winner was a beautiful 15-foot fadeaway that was never in doubt. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 6:54 pm
  • Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) will play
Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) will play on Tuesday vs. the Spurs according to coach Jason Kidd.

Advice: He was considered a game-time call after missing Sunday's game, causing some owners to panic because he was downgraded from probable to questionable earlier in the day. While season-long owners can activate him in lineups, he's a little risky in DFS because of the illness. Kidd confirmed that Giannis is still under the weather, but added that he doesn't have any restrictions. However, Kidd wouldn't rule out pulling him out of the game if he doesn't look great. We'll let you know how he looks after the game. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 4:12 pm
  • Rivers (illness) probable for Wednesday
Austin Rivers (illness) returned to practiced with the team on Tuesday and appears probable for Wednesday's game vs. Orlando.

Advice: Rivers missed Sunday's game vs. Miami due to the flu bug that has rampaged the NBA. In his previous four games, Rivers was averaging 18.8 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.8 rebounds in 37.9 minutes. However, with Chris Paul back in the mix, Rivers will not see the same amount of extended playing time. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 10:11 am
  • Antetokounmpo (illness) a GTD on Tuesday
Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) missed shootaround and will be a game-time decision for Tuesday's game in San Antonio, according to coach Jason Kidd.

Advice: Antetokounmpo missed his first game of the season on Sunday but was previously listed as probable heading into Tuesday. Unfortunately, we likely won't have official word from the Bucks until right before tip-off. Mirza Teletovic started in place of Giannis on Sunday but scored just five points in 30 minutes. Michael Beasley scored 18 points in 16 minutes off the bench. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 9:41 am
  • Antetokounmpo (illness) questionable Tuesday
Coach Jason Kidd said after shootaround that Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game vs. the Spurs.

Advice: Antetokounmpo was listed as probable coming into Tuesday, but Kidd sounds far less certain. Hopefully, Giannis will feel well enough to play because that would mean we'd get to watch a showdown between The Greek Freak and The Claw (aka Kawhi Leonard). If Antetokounmpo does not suit up, Mirza Teletovic and Michael Beasley would both see significantly more minutes on Tuesday. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 9:24 am
  • Russell Westbrook scores 21 w/ 14 assists
Russell Westbrook scored 24 points on 9-of-18 shooting with 14 assists, nine rebounds, one steal, one triple and three turnovers against the Bulls on Monday.

Advice: Westbrook's 3-point attempts are way up and he attempted a whopping 49 triples in his last four games, hitting them at a 38.7 percent clip. He was just 1-of-7 from deep tonight, but Thunder coach Billy Donovan doesn't seem to mind. "When he gets a couple in a row, I think you have to let him maybe take a couple more that may look highly contested or difficult, because he can make them." Westbrook will look to get some revenge against Memphis on Wednesday after he was ejected in their previous meeting. Rotoworld.com Monday, 8:01 pm
  • Brandon Jennings scores 20 w/ four triples
Brandon Jennings started at point guard in Monday's loss to the Pelicans and scored 20 points on 8-of-14 shooting.

Advice: Derrick Rose didn't even show up to the game and the Knicks still don't even know why. Whatever the case, Jennings looks like a nice add in all formats and played well in the lopsided loss, adding five rebounds, four assists, two steals, four 3-pointers and two turnovers in 29 minutes. In five previous starts this season, Jennings has posted averages of 17.0 points, 6.0 assists, 4.2 rebounds and 1.2 triples on 43.3 percent shooting. Rotoworld.com Monday, 7:37 pm
  • Tyreke Evans plays season-high 21 minutes
Tyreke Evans played a season-high 21 minutes in Monday's 110-96 win over the Knicks, scoring 12 points on 5-of-9 shooting.

Advice: This was his second game in a row with 20 or more minutes and it's worth noting that coach Alvin Gentry has said that he will keep bumping him up a couple more minutes each week. He added four assists, two rebounds and two triples with three turnovers, and now he gets a couple days off to rest before Thursday's dream matchup with the Nets. His owners will have to be patient for a little while and the restrictions are annoying, but Evans is worth owning in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Monday, 6:55 pm
  • Brandon Jennings starting for Rose
Brandon Jennings is starting in place of Derrick Rose (undisclosed) on Monday vs. the Pelicans.

Advice: The Knicks have not revealed why Rose is away from the team, so Jennings is just a speculative add in deeper leagues for now. We'll have an update after the game. Ron Baker will take over as the backup PG. Rotoworld.com Monday, 4:42 pm
  • Alec Burks recalled from D-League
The Jazz have recalled Alec Burks, Raul Neto and Dante Exum from the D-League.

Advice: They were assigned to the D-League for just a few hours in order to get an extra practice in. None of these plays have any value in standard leagues at the moment. Rotoworld.com Monday, 3:52 pm
  • Antetokounmpo, Beasley, Vaughn probable Tues
Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness), Michael Beasley (shin) and Rashad Vaughn (ankle) are all being listed as probable for Tuesday's game against the Spurs.

Advice: Antetokounmpo is just 22 years old, and after sitting out Sunday's game he'll have had a full two days to rest up for Tuesday's game, so he should be good to go in that one. His return to action will send Mirza Teletovic back to the bench, where he'll split reserve minutes with Beasley. Vaughn will be brought along slowly, and is not worth owning anywhere. Rotoworld.com Monday, 1:44 pm
  • Clarkson fined $15k for Friday altercation
Jordan Clarkson has been fined $15k by the NBA for "throwing a forearm above the shoulders" to Goran Dragic during Friday's game.

Advice: Clarkson was promptly ejected from that game, but luckily for his owners, he'll only be facing a fine and not a suspension. Clarkson has been a bit of a disappointment this season, with just late-round value on the year, but an injury or trade to one of the guys in Los Angeles' backcourt could turn his season around. Rotoworld.com Monday, 11:53 am
  • Alec Burks sent down for a D-League stint
Alec Burks has been assigned to Utah's D-League affiliate.

Advice: Burks is still being eased back into things after being sidelined for roughly a year, so he'll get in some practice with Utah's D-League squad. Burks will be working with a strict minutes limit for the foreseeable future, so there's no reason to own him anywhere. Rotoworld.com Monday, 11:23 am
  • Jordan Clarkson plays 29 minutes off bench
Jordan Clarkson played 29 minutes off the bench on Sunday, finishing with nine points, four boards, four assists, one steal and one 3-pointer.

Advice: Clarkson was in danger of a suspension for his dust-up with Goran Dragic on Friday, but he was fortunate enough to avoid further punishment from the league. He's also dealing with a right elbow contusion and bursitis, though neither injury is serious enough to include him on Rotoworld's injury report. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 10:43 pm
  • D’Angelo Russell has 17/8/7 with three steals
D’Angelo Russell finished Sunday's home win with 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting, two 3-pointers, eight rebounds, seven assists, three steals, one block and two turnovers.

Advice: Russell was listed as 'probable' tonight due to a sore left knee. His status was never truly in doubt, but we'll monitor him as a precaution since it's the same knee that required a platelet-rich plasma injection in late November. He tied his season-high in boards tonight, while falling one short in assists, and owners shouldn't hesitate to deploy him in L.A.'s upcoming four-game week. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 10:41 pm
  • C.J. McCollum scores 35 pts in double-OT loss
C.J. McCollum was phenomenal on Sunday, scoring 35 points on 16-of-28 shooting with three 3-pointers and six assists, but it wasn't enough to avoid a double-OT loss to the visiting Pistons.

Advice: He sank a critical 3-pointer to tie the game in regulation, and this marks the first time in his career that he's scored at least 25 points in five straight games. Part of that had to do with Damian Lillard missing time with a sprained ankle, but Lillard was plenty active tonight with 20 points, nine boards and five assists in 43 minutes. Tonight's loss will sting for a Blazers team that is barely clinging to a playoff spot, just two games ahead of the 12-seed Lakers. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 10:36 pm
  • Warriors win behind Stephen Curry's 30/6/4
The Warriors bounced back from Friday's tough loss with a road win on Sunday, led by Steph Curry's 30 points, six assists, four rebounds and two steals.

Advice: Kings' opponents have made 37.9 percent of their 3-point attempts this year, third-highest in the league, but Steph was the only Warrior to really take advantage of the matchup tonight. He went 5-of-11 from deep and 11-of-22 overall, and he's now averaging 35.0 points in the Warriors' past three games. He's finding his groove alongside Kevin Durant, and that's a scary sight for the rest of the NBA. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 9:38 pm
  • Eric Bledsoe scores team-high 31 points
Eric Bledsoe hit 12-of-18 shots for 31 points with eight assists, two rebounds, two steals, one block and four 3-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Cavs.

Advice: His valiant effort was not enough to get the Suns a victory. The good news is that this was one of his better shooting nights in quite some time and it was the first time he scored 30 points since Dec. 13. Bledsoe is one of six players in the league averaging at least 20.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists, joining Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kyle Lowry, James Harden, Russell Westbrook and LeBron James. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 8:18 pm
  • Alec Burks plays two minutes Sunday
Alec Burks played only two minutes during the second half of Utah's back-to-back set on Sunday.

Advice: The Jazz are being extremely cautious with Burks, who is coming off ankle surgery, and coach Quin Snyder recently said that integrating him will be "a long process." The Jazz have "a lot of options on the wing," Snyder said, and there's no reason to touch Burks outside of the deepest leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 8:03 pm
  • George Hill scores 15 pts in loss to Memphis
George Hill scored 15 points with four rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in a sloppy loss to the Grizzlies on Sunday.

Advice: Hill recently returned from a concussion and severe facial laceration, but the fact that he played in back-to-back games confirms he's fine. Utah's prized offseason acquisition has been awesome when healthy this season, posting early-round roto value, and his owners just have to hope he avoids another fluky injury. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 8:03 pm
    GTD

  • Jordan Clarkson (elbow) available Sunday
Jordan Clarkson (elbow) is available to play on Sunday.

Advice: He was fortunate to avoid a suspension due to Friday's shot to Goran Dragic, and his elbow bruise isn't serious enough to limit him. Deploy him as normal in the Lakers' home game vs. Orlando. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 5:07 pm
  • Raymond Felton hits 3-of-11 shots in start
Raymond Felton started on Sunday sans Austin Rivers (flu) and scored seven points on 3-of-11 shooting with seven boards, five assists, two steals, one 3-pointer and one turnover in 37 minutes.

Advice: The Clippers are off until Wednesday, so there's a good chance Rivers will be fully recovered by then, which would likely queue the end of Felton's run with the starting unit. Felton isn't worth owning in most leagues while J.J. Redick and Chris Paul are healthy. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 4:16 pm
  • Chris Paul posts 19-point, 18-assist dub-dub
Chris Paul posted a monster 19-point, 18-assist double-double during Sunday's win over the Heat, adding six rebounds, two steals, one 3-pointer and one turnover in just 29 minutes of action.

Advice: In typical CP3 fashion, he went 7-of-11 from the field and 4-of-5 from the charity stripe, giving him a sterling 72.0 true shooting percentage on the evening. He also become just the 10th player in NBA history to amass 8,000 career assists, and with 806 games played over his 12-year career, he also became the third-fastest player to reach the 15,000-point, 8,000-dime plateau. He currently ranks No. 7 overall in 9-cat leagues, but he could easily be a top-3 option after the All-Star break. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 3:53 pm
  • Isaiah Whitehead struggles as a starter
Isaiah Whitehead struggled in his return to the starting lineup on Sunday, tallying five points, three boards, one 3-pointer, three assists, two blocks and an unfortunate six turnovers in 21 minutes.

Advice: Spencer Dinwiddie wasn't much better in his 25 minutes off the bench, producing just nine points, three boards, three assists, two blocks and one turnover. The Nets point guard rotation sans Jeremy Lin (hamstring) has been a mess, and this is a situation that should be avoided in most leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 12:40 pm
  • Raymond Felton will start sans Rivers vs. MIA
Raymond Felton will enter the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Heat, with Austin Rivers (flu) unavailable.

Advice: Chris Paul, J.J. Redick, Luc Mbah a Moute and DeAndre Jordan will join Felton in the starting lineup for today's game, but with Paul and Redick healthy and set to take on most of the offensive burden, Felton isn't all that attractive of a fantasy target despite the increased opportunity. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 12:19 pm
  • T.J. McConnell hands out six dimes in win
T.J. McConnell went 2-of-11 from the field during Sunday's win over the Nets, on his way to four points, eight boards, six assists, two steals and two turnovers in 36 minutes.

Advice: McConnell's shot wasn't falling, but he still found a way to make a positive impression on the stat sheet, and over the past four games as a starter he's put in averages of 9.0 points, 9.8 dimes, 5.3 rebounds, 1.5 steals, and just 2.0 turnovers per game. It was encouraging to see him stick in the starting five despite the return of Sergio Rodriguez (ankle) and with Philly winning three of their past four with McConnell at the helm, that trend will likely continue. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 12:14 pm
  • Austin Rivers (illness) ruled out Sunday
Austin Rivers (illness) will not play on Sunday vs. the Heat.

Advice: Rivers has been playing an average of 33.2 minutes over his last five games, so his absence will open the door for Raymond Felton and Jamal Crawford to see more minutes in a great matchup. Rivers should be relevant until Blake Griffin (knee) returns with averages of 16.8 points, 4.0 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 1.8 triples over his last five, but the Clippers only play twice in Week 12. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 10:56 am
  • Isaiah Whitehead starting, Dinwiddie to bench
Isaiah Whitehead is back in the starting lineup for Sunday's game vs. the 76ers.

Advice: Spencer Dinwiddie flopped in a start on Friday while Whitehead logged the first double-double of his NBA career with 10 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, one steal and four turnovers in 30 minutes. He's too inefficient to rely on in standard leagues, but he's worth a look in deeper leagues or in points formats with Jeremy Lin (hamstring) without a timetable. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 8:37 am
  • T.J. McConnell will start on Sunday vs. Nets
T.J. McConnell will keep his starting job on Sunday vs. the Nets even with Sergio Rodriguez (ankle) returning.

Advice: More importantly, coach Brett Brown said McConnell "could continue" to get starters minutes moving forward. This move makes a lot of sense because McConnell has looked great in four starts, averaging 11.0 points, 10.5 assists, 5.8 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 0.8 triples in that span. He looks like a solid flier in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 8, 7:40 am
  • George Hill plays 33 minutes in return
George Hill played 33 minutes in his return to the lineup during a 94-92 win over the Wolves on Saturday, scoring 19 points with five rebounds, seven assists, one steal and two 3-pointers.

Advice: What happened to the minutes limit? He played the entire fourth quarter despite the talk of him only playing 3-5 minute stints. The performance side of things has certainly been there with his second-round value per game on the season. Plus, the Jazz are an impressive 11-3 with G-Hill in the lineup. He really just needs to stay on the court and there's a good chance he will after a litany of strange injuries this season. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 8:52 pm
    GTD

  • Russell Westbrook drops another trip-dub
Russell Westbrook posted his 17th triple-double of the season during a 121-106 win over the Nuggets on Saturday, scoring 32 points with 17 rebounds, 11 assists, three steals and seven 3-pointers.

Advice: When Westbrook is hitting seven treys, it's pretty much a wrap, as his coach knows. "When he's got it going, I want him to heat-check a little bit," coach Billy Donovan said. Westbrook's rebounding numbers have been center-like and he has more of those than assists this season. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 8:22 pm
  • Emmanuel Mudiay goes scoreless vs. OKC
Emmanuel Mudiay missed all nine shots from the field and didn't go to the line on Saturday, adding one rebound, four assists and one steal in 26 minutes against the Thunder.

Advice: Apparently, he needs Nikola Jokic (illness) more than anyone. In fact, Mudiay's true shooting percentage goes up by 6.5 percent when he's with Jokic compared to when he's not with him. He also has a woeful -16.9 net rating when he's not with him, too. Mudiay has played well since the lineup change last month, but he's really only going to have late-round upside. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 7:44 pm
  • Jeff Teague scores 19 points with eight dimes
Jeff Teague scored 19 points with four rebounds, eight assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in 31 minutes against the Knicks on Saturday.

Advice: He suffered a very minor injury in the fourth quarter and stayed in the game. Teague continues his excellent season with career highs in assists, free throw makes, rebounds and matching his best steals average. Teague should be able to flirt with early-round value going forward. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 6:44 pm
  • Brandon Jennings gets ejected on Saturday
Brandon Jennings was ejected with 21 seconds left in the fourth quarter against the Pacers on Saturday.

Advice: He was being very physical all night and the refs finally called him out on it. Jennings likely won't be suspended for this infraction and should be ready for Monday against the Pelicans. Jennings finished with 17 points, three rebounds, four assists and three 3-pointers in 23 minutes. He's worth a look if you're desperate for a point guard. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 6:31 pm
  • George Hill getting the start on Saturday
George Hill (concussion) will get the start against the Wolves on Saturday.

Advice: In case you missed it, he's likely only going to get stints in the 3-5 minutes range, so he's likely going to be capped at 20 minutes. That means Shelvin Mack should still be able to get around 20 minutes, but is still not a fantasy option. Hill should be starting in all leagues and hopefully he can stay on the court this time around. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 4:14 pm
    GTD

  • George Hill will see limited playing time
George Hill (concussion) likely will play him in 3-5 minute stints instead of 8-9 on Saturday night against the Wolves.

Advice: He'll likely get either three or four stints, so Hill is likely only looking at 15-20 minutes tonight. He had his sutures out on Friday and was fitted for a mouthpiece, as well. Hill isn't a DFS option tonight, but owners in season-long leagues should get him back in their lineups. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 3:59 pm

  • Pistons at Blazers game has been postponed
The Pistons at Blazers game has been postponed to Sunday night at 9 pm EST.

Advice: The winter weather in Portland has pushed back tonight's game one day. The Pistons and Blazers are both off on Monday night, so they don't have a back-to-back set because of it. C.J. McCollum was on Twitter earlier today wondering about if he had to set his alarm for his pre-game nap, so hopefully he can go back to sleep. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 2:36 pm
  • Jordan Clarkson (elbow) probable for Sunday
Jordan Clarkson (elbow) is probable to play on Sunday against the Magic.

Advice: We'll see if he gets any additional punishment for his scuffle with Goran Dragic on Friday. For now, Clarkson should be all set as a low-end asset in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 1:39 pm
  • George Hill cleared to play on Saturday night
George Hill (lip, concussion) has been cleared to play in Saturday's game against the Wolves.

Advice: He has gone through each step of the concussion protocol and has been symptom-free in the process. Hill suffered his concussion on Saturday and missed the last three games. He may have a slight limit on his minutes tonight, but obviously go ahead and get him in your lineup. Shelvin Mack takes a bit hit. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 12:17 pm
    GTD

  • George Hill remains in concussion protocol
George Hill went through shootaround Saturday morning but is still listed as "out" for Saturday's game because he has not yet completed the full concussion protocol.

Advice: The Jazz play in Minnesota on Saturday and then in Memphis on Sunday. We will have to wait for an update from the team to see if Hill is any closer to getting cleared by the league, which is required before he can play in a game. Shelvin Mack will continue to start and see the majority of minutes at point guard. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 10:20 am

  • CP3 (hamstring) 'feels great' after game
Chris Paul said he felt "great" after playing 31 minutes in his return to the Clippers lineup on Friday night.

Advice: When asked how his hamstring felt after the game, Paul responded: "It feels great. That’s a good thing. I don’t feel nothing... came out unscathed." He certainly looked just fine, tallying 14 points, six rebounds, 12 assists, three steals in the Clippers victory. CP3 owners can breathe a sign of relief, as Paul should seems to have moved past the nagging hammy injury. Rotoworld.com Jan 7, 9:03 am
  • Steph Curry scores 40; Warriors blew a lead
Stephen Curry scored 40 points on 15-of-27 from the field in a 128-119 overtime loss to the Grizzlies on Friday, adding four rebounds, six assists, one steal, one block and five 3-pointers in 42 minutes.

Advice: He scored 17 points in the first and another 17 in the third. The Warriors didn't blow a 3-1 lead in this game, but they did blow a 24-point lead for the largest blown lead of the NBA season. As for Curry, the Warriors seem determined to get him more touches, so we may see more of a 2015-16 version of Steph than the 2016-17 one. Rotoworld.com Jan 6, 11:11 pm
  • Chris Paul returns, scores 14 with 12 dimes
Chris Paul returned to the lineup on Friday with 14 points, six rebounds, 12 assists, three steals and one 3-pointer in 31 minutes during a 106-98 win over the Clippers.

Advice: CP3 looked just fine after missing seven of the last eight games due to a hamstring injury. He also passed Rod Strickland for 10th all time on the NBA's assist list. He also passed Danny Manning for sixth all time on the Clippers' scoring list tonight. He's arguably the best point guard of this decade. Rotoworld.com Jan 6, 10:48 pm
  • Raymond Felton scores five off bench
Raymond Felton scored five points off the bench against the Kings on Friday, adding three rebounds, two assists and one 3-pointer in 21 minutes.

Advice: He'll be going back to his old role as the backup point guard. Felton rarely plays next to Chris Paul, so he'll be hovering around 20 minutes most nights. He's a drop candidate. Rotoworld.com Jan 6, 10:43 pm
  • Austin Rivers scores 24 points in win
Austin Rivers started on the wing against the Kings on Friday, finishing with 24 points, six rebounds, two assists and four 3-pointers in 36 minutes.

Advice: He was on fire with 18 points in the first half. Rivers has looked lightning quick on the offensive side to offset his defensive issues, so his dad is willing to deal with the trade off. Rivers is not going to be this good most nights, so he's more of a 16-team guy right now. Rotoworld.com Jan 6, 10:39 pm
  • Jordan Clarkson ejected on Friday night
Jordan Clarkson was ejected on Friday night.

Advice: He deserved the ejection. Clarkson got into it with Goran Dragic and raised his hands like a boxer, so he clearly lost his cool. The NBA could look at this because Clarkson did make some contact with Dragic's neck. He'll likely get at least a fine on top of this. Clarkson finished with four points in 10 minutes. The video of Clarkson putting up his dunks is below. Rotoworld.com Jan 6, 9:13 pm
