    • Takes home NBA Finals MVP
Brown had 21 points (7-23 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 5-6 FT), eight rebounds, six assists and two steals across 44 minutes during Monday's 106-88 victory over Dallas in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.

Advice: Brown won the Bill Russell NBA Finals MVP award after averaging a well-rounded 20.8 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.6 steals and 0.8 blocks across five NBA Finals games. The three-time All-Star helped lead the team to title No. 18 after a dominant season, during which the Celtics boasted the best record in the league. Brown was a force in the 2023-24 playoffs, averaging 23.9 points, 5.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.2 steals and 0.6 blocks while shooting an extremely efficient 51.6 percent across 19 games. The Celtics will look to run it back next season with Brown and Jayson Tatum at the helm. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:11 pm
    • Jaylen Brown scores 21 points, wins NBA Finals MVP
Jaylen Brown played 44 minutes in Monday’s 106-88 win over Dallas, accounting for 21 points (7-of-23 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs), eight rebounds, six assists, two steals, and two 3-pointers.

Advice: Brown didn’t have his best night shooting the basketball, but he was influential in other areas as the Celtics wrapped up their 18th title. After winning the Eastern Conference Finals MVP, he stood out again in the NBA Finals and was named series MVP. Brown wasn’t projected to be the Celtics player whose fantasy value would be impacted the most by the additions of Jrue Holiday and Kristaps Porzingis, based on his Yahoo ADP of 35.8. However, decreased production in the points, rebounds, and free-throw percentage categories led to JB finishing the regular season ranked outside the top 75 in 9-cat formats and just inside the top 60 in 8-cat. Brown averaged 23.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game while shooting 70.3% from the foul line this season. In 2022-23, he was responsible for 26.6 points and 6.9 rebounds per game, shooting 76.5% from the line. The scoring and rebounding could remain “low” by Brown’s standards, but getting back into the mid-70s from the charity stripe next season would give his value a welcome boost in category leagues. • Struggles from field Friday
Brown closed with 10 points (3-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), one rebound and two assists across 27 minutes during Friday's 122-84 loss to the Mavericks in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

Advice: The Celtics suffered one of the worst losses in NBA Finals history. Brown had a rough showing on both ends of the court and struggled massively from the floor, ending with more field-goal attempts than points scored. Brown is among the Boston players who will look to bounce back quickly, with Game 5 -- and a potential title-clinching win in front of the Celtics' fans at TD Garden -- awaiting Monday. • Jaylen Brown struggles in Game 4 blowout loss
Jaylen Brown amassed 10 points (3-of-12 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), one rebound, two assists, and one 3-pointer in 27 minutes in Friday’s 122-84 loss to the Mavericks.

Advice: Brown entered Game 4 as the betting favorite for NBA Finals MVP honors, and that remains the case despite Boston getting blown out on Friday. No team has even blown a 3-0 series lead in NBA postseason history, so the odds remain in Boston’s favor. Game 4 was Brown’s worst game of these playoffs, and it’s fair to expect to see him bounce back in Game 5 on Monday night. Rotoworld Friday, 8:05 pm
    • Scores 30 in Game 3 win
Brown finished Wednesday's 106-99 victory over Dallas in Game 3 of the NBA Finals with 30 points (12-22 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 4-5 FT), eight rebounds, eight assists and one block over 41 minutes.

Advice: Brown continued his dominance on both sides of the court during Boston's Game 3 win. The star forward was quiet during the first half and posted only six points. But he exploded for another 24 in the second half, helping Boston stake a 3-0 Finals lead. He was also Boston's most efficient scorer while finishing two boards and two dimes short of a triple-double. His defensive effort also helped Boston keep Dallas under 100 points for the third consecutive game. Brown and his fellow Celtics will now look to sweep the Finals in Dallas on Friday. • Jaylen Brown records 30/8/8/0/1 line in Game 3 win
Jaylen Brown played 41 minutes in Wednesday’s win over Dallas, amassing 30 points (12-of-22 FGs, 4-of-5 FTs), eight rebounds, eight assists, one block, and two 3-pointers.

Advice: While Jayson Tatum’s perceived struggles were a dominant talking point after the first two games of the NBA Finals, Brown has been elite throughout. In Game 3, he became the first Celtics player since John Havlicek in 1968 to tally at least 30 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists in an NBA Finals game. After winning Eastern Conference Finals MVP honors, Brown is the betting favorite to win NBA Finals MVP. Boston will look to close out the series on Friday night, and a win would give the franchise its first title since 2008. Rotoworld Wednesday, 8:16 pm
    • Stuffs stat sheet in Game 2 victory
Brown provided 21 points (8-15 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds, seven assists and three steals in 42 minutes during Sunday's 105-98 victory over the Mavericks in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

Advice: Brown struggled a bit with his shot from three-point range, but other than that, he delivered his usual stat-filling performance while also operating as one of Boston's go-to players on offense. Brown has been on a tear of late, scoring 20-plus points in six straight playoff appearances while also contributing on the defensive end. Over that six-game stretch, Brown has averaged 27.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.3 steals per contest. Rotowire.com Jun 9, 8:38 pm
    • Jaylen Brown finishes Game 2 win with 21 points
Jaylen Brown accumulated 21 points (8-of-15 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), four rebounds, seven assists, three steals, and one 3-pointer in 42 minutes in Sunday’s win over Dallas.

Advice: Boston has a 2-0 series lead in the NBA Finals, and Brown was one of five Celtics to finish the game in double figures. He has now shot 50% or better from the field in six straight and seven of the Celtics’ last eight playoff games, picking up the slack for the slumping Jayson Tatum. The only negative for Brown in Game 2 was the turnover count, as he was responsible for six. However, this was the first game in which he exceeded three since Game 4 of the Eastern Conference semis when JB racked up five in a win over the Cavaliers. Mavericks coach Jason Kidd may have gone the gamesmanship route when he said Brown was Boston’s best player, but that approach did not impact Game 2. Game 3 is on Wednesday night in Dallas.
