Moses Brown grabs 16 boards, Clips get demolished
Moses Brown accounted for 13 points and 16 rebounds over 26 minutes in Sunday’s loss to Cleveland.
Advice: Just a friendly disclaimer: garbage time stats count just the same for fantasy hoops. The shorthanded Clippers had their doors blown in, and Brown was thrust into a larger role than usual. His 16 rebounds are a new season high and represent his most in a single game since May 16, 2021 when he pulled down 18 against the Clippers as a member of the Thunder. Brown didn’t provide any defensive stats in this one, but if you streamed him as a Sunday night hail mary, you were handsomely rewarded with efficient shooting (5-of-7 FG, 3-of-3 FT), elite rebounding and a smattering of points. He’s been great when given an extended run this season, but those instances are few and far between, so he’s not worth rostering.
