DeMar DeRozan dishes out 10 assists in road win
DeMar DeRozan accounted for 17 points (7-of-13 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, 10 assists, one block, and two 3-pointers in Sunday's 118-108 win over the Lakers, playing 36 minutes.
Advice: DeRozan finished Sunday's win with his sixth double-double of the season and second in his last four appearances. Just as important was his playing 36 minutes without any issues after sitting out Friday's win over Portland with a quad contusion. Hopefully, this is a sign that DeRozan will be available for Monday's game against the Clippers. His return dropped Patrick Williams to the bench, with P-Will accounting for seven points, three rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one 3-pointer in 25 minutes. Should something change and the Bulls decide to rest DeRozan, Williams would be the next man up.
