• Checks back in
Caruso (foot) has returned to Wednesday's Play-In Tournament game against the Hawks,

Advice: Caruso took a brief trip to the locker room late in the first quarter after colliding with Andre Drummond. However, he's checked back into the contest and should be good to go. Rotowire.com 18 minutes ago
  • Exits game
Caruso went back to the locker room during Wednesday's game against the Hawks with what appeared to be a right foot injury, Cody Westerlund of 670TheScore.com reports.

Advice: Andre Drummond stepped on Caruso's foot in transition and ran over Caruso at half-court. Caruso quickly removed himself from the game and limped back to the locker room. He should be considered questionable to return. Rotowire.com 30 minutes ago
  • Tyrese Maxey scores 19 points in Play-In win
Tyrese Maxey struggled with his shot on Wednesday but still finished with 19 points (6-of-16 FGs), three rebounds, six assists and one triple against the Heat.

Advice: After a breakout season that will likely result in him winning the Most Improved Player award, Maxey’s first game of the postseason didn’t go very well. Still, they were able to walk away with a win, which means they’ll go on to face the Knicks in the first round of the playoffs. He averaged 26.3 points, 4.0 rebounds and 6.0 assists in three games against New York this season, and they’ll need him to play better than he did in this game if they hope to pull off the upset and advance to the second round. • Jaime Jaquez Jr. chips in 15/5/2/1 line vs. 76ers
Jaime Jaquez Jr. provided a boost off the bench with 15 points (6-of-11 FGs), five rebounds, two assists, one steal and two triples against the 76ers on Wednesday.

Advice: Miami drafted Jaquez with the idea that he would be able to help them in the postseason, since he is an older rookie. He showed that he was NBA-ready throughout the regular season, so it shouldn’t be shocking that he stepped up in their first game of the postseason. In 22 minutes off the bench, he was able to contribute statistically across the board and finish as a +8 in a game they lost. He should continue to play a large reserve role for them on Friday as they try to make it into the playoffs. Rotoworld 46 minutes ago
  • Tyler Herro leads Heat with 25/2/9 line in loss
Tyler Herro led Miami with 25 points (9-of-27 FGs), two rebounds, nine assists and five turnovers against Philadelphia on Wednesday.

Advice: Miami’s two best scoring options in Herro and Jimmy Butler both struggled to score in this game as they shot a combined 14-of-45 from the floor. Herro suited up for the final six games after missing over a month with a foot injury, but he was an effective, efficient scorer in all of those. He’ll look to get back on track against either Chicago or Atlanta on Friday, with a chance to make the playoffs on the line. If they win, they’ll go on to face the Celtics in round one. • Headed to bench Wednesday
Green will come off the bench for Wednesday's game against the Hawks, Lauren L. Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Advice: Green started in Chicago's regular-season finale with the Bulls resting some of their main guys, but he'll return to a reserve role Wednesday, so his minutes and value will dip. Rotowire.com Today, 6:12 pm
  • Full go Wednesday
Dosunmu (quadriceps) will play and is not under a minutes restriction for Wednesday's Play-In Tournament game against the Hawks, Will Gottlieb of AllCHGO.com reports.

Advice: Dosunmu missed the last four games of the regular season with a right quad contusion, but he's been given the green light for Wednesday's Play-In game. He should be expected to slot back into the starting shooting guard role. Dosunmu made 27 consecutive starts before sustaining the injury, averaging 16.9 points, 4.9 assists and 3.4 rebounds during that stretch. Rotowire.com Today, 4:52 pm
  • Ayo Dosunmu (quad) cleared to play vs. Atlanta
Ayo Dosunmu (right quad contusion) will play against the Hawks on Wednesday.

Advice: Dosunmu missed the regular season finale, but he will be available to play in their Play-In matchup with Atlanta. Javonte Green started in his place in their last game, so he will likely return to the bench for this one. Dosunmu may continue to be listed on the injury report, but he should be available to play as long as they’re still in the postseason. Rotoworld Today, 4:48 pm
  • Coming off bench Wednesday
Robinson isn't in the starting lineup for Wednesday's Play-In Tournament game versus the 76ers, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Advice: Despite starting in his last 17 outings, Robinson will come off the bench against Philadelphia after missing Miami's previous four contests with a back injury. Robinson is averaging 9.8 points, 1.3 assists and 1.2 rebounds in 21.4 minutes across his last 10 appearances coming off the bench. Rotowire.com Today, 3:40 pm
