• Kyrie Irving scores 21 points despite slow start
Kyrie Irving struggled early on Friday but still finished with 21 points (8-of-17 FGs), four rebounds, six assists, two steals and three triples against the Clippers in Game 3.

Advice: Irving got off to an incredibly slow start in this game and entered halftime with just two points. He played well in both of the first two games of this series, but he didn’t get things going in Game 3 until after the break. His 19 second-half points were enough to allow Dallas to hang on and win this game despite a below average shooting night from Luka Doncic. They’ll look to take a 3-1 lead in the series in Game 4 on Sunday. Rotoworld 7 minutes ago
  • Dereck Lively II chips in 13 points off bench
Dereck Lively II provided a boost off the bench with 13 points (6-of-8 FGs), two rebounds and two blocks in 15 minutes against the Clippers in Game 3 on Friday.

Advice: Lively only played nine minutes in Game 2 and ended up missing practice on Thursday because of some soreness in his lower back. However, he was able to play in Game 3, and he was able to make an impact off the bench. He scored all 13 of his points in the first half, which included five dunks. This was a solid game for the rookie, but Dallas will likely continue to lean on Daniel Gafford for most the center minutes. Rotoworld 11 minutes ago
  • Luka Doncic turns in 22/10/9/2 line in Game 3 win
Luka Doncic led Dallas with 22 points (7-of-25 FGs), 10 rebounds, nine assists, two steals, three triples and five turnovers in a 101-90 win over the Clippers in Game 3 on Friday.

Advice: After shooting 11-of-26 in each of his first two games of this series, Luka’s shooting was slightly worse in this game. However, they were still able to get the win and take a 2-1 lead in the series. Doncic played through plenty of contact from Russell Westbrook in this game, and he still nearly recorded a triple-double. Game 4 is on Sunday, and they’ll have a chance to take a 3-1 lead in the series. This team will go as far as Luka takes them, and he’ll need to shoot better thant his moving forward. • Ejected in fourth quarter
Westbrook was ejected from Saturday's 101-90 Game 3 loss to the Mavericks with 6:10 to play in the fourth quarter. He finished with one point (0-7 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist, one steal and two blocks in 19 minutes.

Advice: Westbrook let his frustrations get the best of him in this one. He was already carrying a technical foul when he proceeded to shove both Luka Doncic and P.J. Washington on the same play. Despite his outburst, a suspension is highly unlikely. Rotowire.com 26 minutes ago
  • PJ Washington ejected after contact with Westbrook
PJ Washington has been ejected from Game 3 against the Clippers on Friday.

Advice: Washington picked up his second technical foul of the game after initiating contact with Russell Westbrook. Both of Washington’s technicals were double techs, with the first coming after getting into it with Terance Mann earlier in the fourth quarter. Rotoworld 51 minutes ago
  • Russell Westbrook ejected in fourth quarter
Russell Westbrook has been ejected from Game 3 against Dallas on Friday.

Advice: After getting tangled up with Luka Doncic, Westbrook shoved Doncic away from him and threw push at PJ Washington after that. There were plenty of words exchanged as well, which ended Westbrook’s night halfway through the fourth quarter. He had one point on 1-of-7 shooting, so this was certainly a frustrating night for him. • Royce O’Neale to start in place of Grayson Allen
Royce O’Neale will join Devin Booker, Bradley Beal, Kevin Durant and Jusuf Nurkic in the starting unit for Game 3 against Minnesota on Friday.

Advice: Allen will miss Game 3 due to an ankle injury, which opens the door for O’Neale to move into the starting unit. Eric Gordon should also see some extra minutes off the bench. Rotoworld Today, 7:01 pm
  • Grayson Allen (ankle) downgraded to out Friday
Grayson Allen (right ankle sprain) has been downgraded to out for Game 3 against Minnesota on Friday.

Advice: Allen injured his ankle in Game 1, but he was able to suit up for Game 2. He injured is again in that game, and it will keep him sidelined as the series shifts to Phoenix. Eric Gordon or Royce O’Neale should start in his place, with both seeing extra minutes. Rotoworld Today, 6:43 pm
