Donte DiVincenzo goes cold, scores seven points
Donte DiVincenzo played 32 minutes in Sunday’s Game 4 loss to the Pacers, tallying seven points (3-of-13 FGs), five rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block, and one 3-pointer.
Advice: After catching fire in the Knicks’ Game 3 loss on Friday, DiVincenzo could not find his groove in Game 4. And that was the case for the team as a whole, as New York was outscored by a 34-14 margin in the first quarter and never got back into the game. DiVincenzo was subbed out late in the third quarter as the last starter to exit Sunday’s loss. The Knicks host Game 5 on Tuesday, with the series tied at two. Given how shorthanded New York is, their hope has to be that the extra time on the bench in Game 4 will give their stars a boost.
