    • Xavier Tillman (personal) questionable for Game 2
Xavier Tillman (personal reasons) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Pacers.

Advice: Tillman was not with the Celtics for Tuesday’s overtime victory. His absence did not impact the Celtics’ rotation, as he’s no higher than third in the pecking order behind Al Horford and Luke Kornet. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:44 pm
    • Questionable for Game 2
Tillman (personal) is questionable for Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Pacers on Thursday, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.

Advice: Tillman missed the Celtics' 133-128 overtime win in Game 1 due to the personal matter. While he could rejoin the Celtics in advance of Thursday's contest, his presence -- or lack thereof -- shouldn't have a major impact on head coach Joe Mazzulla's rotation. Tillman has appeared in just three games all postseason -- all in blowouts -- as Al Horford and Luke Kornet have covered most of the minutes at center while Kristaps Porzingis (calf) has been sidelined for each of the Celtics' last seven contests. • Drops 36 points in Game 1 win
Tatum amassed 36 points (12-26 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 10-12 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists and three steals in 46 minutes during Tuesday's 133-128 overtime win over Indiana in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Advice: Everyone knows what Tatum can do offensively, and he's now scored at least 33 points in three of his last four games. However, it was his defense on Tyrese Haliburton that was ultimately the difference in this game. Tatum was clutch in overtime, and Boston will now head into Game 2 with a ton of momentum. • Jayson Tatum posts 36/12/4/3 line in Game 1 win
Jayson Tatum shot 12-of-26 from the field and 10-of-12 from the foul line in Tuesday’s 133-128 overtime win over the Pacers, scoring 36 points with 12 rebounds, four assists, three steals, and two 3-pointers in 45 minutes.

Advice: Tatum led all scorers with 36 points, and his 3-pointer with a little over 42 seconds remaining in overtime gave Boston a four-point lead. From there, the Celtics did what they needed to do to sew up Game 1. Tatum shot 2-of-8 from three but was considerably more efficient inside the arc. Both teams had some miscues down the stretch, with Boston benefitting from Indiana’s fourth-quarter errors to force overtime. Tatum and the Celtics will look to play a cleaner game on Thursday when the teams reconvene for Game 2. Rotoworld Tuesday, 8:07 pm

    • Targeting Game 4 return
Porzingis (calf) won't play in Thursday's Game 2 or Saturday's Game 3 against the Pacers but could return as soon as Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals on May 27, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Advice: Porzingis, who hasn't played since April 29 due to a right calf strain, has already been ruled out for Game 1 on Tuesday and is slated to miss at least a few more games. In Porzingis' absence, Al Horford should continue to start at center for Boston, with Luke Kornet receiving extended playing time off the bench. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 5:04 pm

    • Woj: Kristaps Porzingis could return by Game 4
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Kristaps Porzingis (right soleus strain) could return to action as soon as Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Advice: Porzingis has been sidelined since straining the soleus muscle in his right calf on April 30 against the Heat. While he will not play in the first two games of the Eastern Conference Finals, there’s optimism that the 7-foot-3 big man will play at some point. According to Wojnarowski, that could be as soon as Game 4 in Indianapolis (May 27). Al Horford will start until Porzingis is cleared to play. Rotoworld Tuesday, 4:54 pm

    • Xavier Tillman (personal) ruled out for Game 1
Xavier Tillman (personal reasons) has been downgraded to out for Game 1 against Indiana on Tuesday.

Advice: Tillman didn’t play in the final three games of the second round and has played a total of 25 minutes this postseason. His absence will not have an impact on Boston’s rotation as they kick off the Eastern Conference Finals. Rotoworld Tuesday, 12:56 pm
    • Won't be available for Game 1
Tillman (personal) has been ruled out for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Pacers on Tuesday.

Advice: Tillman will join Kristaps Porzingis (calf) as unavailable, but the former's absence shouldn't impact Boston's rotation, as he's appeared in just three of Boston's first 10 postseason contests. Al Horford and Luke Kornet should continue to handle all meaningful minutes at center in Game 1. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 11:47 am
    • Xavier Tillman (personal) questionable Tuesday
Xavier Tillman (personal reasons) is listed as questionable for Tuesday’s matchup between the Celtics and Pacers.

Advice: Tillman didn’t play in any of the Celtics previous three playoff games and isn’t likely to be a key rotation player against the Pacers on Tuesday. Rotoworld Monday, 3:55 pm
