      Advice: Gilgeous-Alexander recorded a high-level stat line in Game 2, but the lack of offense from players other than him and Jalen Williams was too much to overcome. SGA, who finished second in the NBA MVP voting, has surpassed the 30-point mark twice in six games this postseason, with Thursday’s effort being his first since Game 2 of OKC’s first-round series against New Orleans. Gilgeous-Alexander will get his numbers, and he’s been efficient in this series’ first two games. How far the Thunder plays into the postseason will depend on how consistent his supporting cast is.       Advice: Brunson endured an injury scare during the first half of Game 2, exiting with 3:32 remaining in the first quarter. An apparent sore foot kept him in the locker room through halftime, but the Knicks point guard returned for the start of the third quarter. And it’s a good thing he did, as Brunson took over in the second half to lead the Knicks in scoring again. While his streak of 40-point games concludes, the Knicks taking a 2-0 series lead to Indianapolis is more important. Also, the Knicks are 6-1 in “clutch games” (games with a margin of five points or less with five minutes remaining) this postseason.
