  • Timberwolves interested in Tony Snell?
The Wolves reportedly have a "tepid interest" in acquiring Tony Snell at the deadline.

Advice: Wolves head coach Tom Thibodeau coached Snell when he was in Chicago and it's no secret that Minnesota could use some help on the wings with Zach LaVine (knee) out for the season and Lance Stephenson's 10-day contract off the books. It's not crazy to think that Snell could start on the Wolves next to Andrew Wiggins, but this report is firmly in the rumor stage and Snell doesn't have much upside anyways. He's not worth stashing right now. Rotoworld.com Today, 6:54 pm
  • P.J. Tucker the 'most likely' to be moved?
Zach Lowe of ESPN is reporting that P.J. Tucker is the "most likely" to be traded by the Suns at the deadline.

Advice: Phoenix is taking calls on "most" of their veterans and that surely includes Tyson Chandler and Brandon Knight, but Tucker will likely draw the most interest because of his cheap expiring contract. Previous reports have indicated that the Suns are holding out for a first-round pick, but that seems a bit ambitious. The Raptors, Clippers and Celtics have all been linked to Tucker in recent days, but a trade would shatter his fantasy value and open the door for T.J. Warren to have a consistent role with minutes in the 30s. Rotoworld.com Today, 6:50 pm
  • K.J. McDaniels could be on the move?
The Rockets may move K.J. McDaniels prior to the deadline according to Zach Lowe of ESPN.

Advice: McDaniels isn't in the rotation right now and the Rockets are chasing a "win-now move," so his contract is expendable. He would likely be a "sweetener" in a larger deal, so there's no reason to stash the athletic wing. Nothing is imminent on the trade front for Houston, though they were recently linked to Denver's Wilson Chandler. Rotoworld.com Today, 6:44 pm
  • SAC plans to keep Langston Galloway and Evans
Kings GM Vlade Divac said that the Kings currently do not have any plans to release Langston Galloway or Tyreke Evans.

Advice: An earlier report by Adrian Wojnarowski of the Verticle stated that the Kings intended to waive Galloway, but Divac is apparently deviating from that standpoint, although he did leave the door open by saying "at least for now." Galloway is in an overly crowded backcourt in Sacramento, so if he does stay with the team, it's unlikely he'll have much value. Rotoworld.com Today, 1:00 pm
  • Kings waive Matt Barnes
With the DeMarcus Cousins trade finalized, the Kings waived Matt Barnes on Monday.

Advice: The Kings just don't have room on their roster after bringing in Tyreke Evans, Langston Galloway and Buddy Hield, so Barnes is the odd man out here. He shouldn't have any trouble finding a contract with a contender, but Barnes is unlikely to land in a situation where he'll provide much fantasy value. Rotoworld.com Today, 12:27 pm
  • Kings expected to waive F Matt Barnes
The Kings are expected to waive Matt Barnes according to Marc Stein of ESPN.

Advice: The Kings are bringing in three players in Tyreke Evans, Langston Galloway and Buddy Hield, so they have to cut one player to make the necessary roster room. With Omri Casspi now in New Orleans and Arron Afflalo and Ben McLemore on the trade block, this would leave the Kings very thin on the wings. Buddy Hield should be busy right away. As for Barnes, he should have no problem finding another team if he's waived. Rotoworld.com Today, 9:26 am
  • Willie Cauley-Stein looking at more run?
Willie Cauley-Stein is looking at a bump in minutes in Sacramento.

Advice: DeMarcus Cousins and his 34.4 minutes per game are gone and the Kings didn't bring back a center in their deal with New Orleans, so WCS is a candidate for a much larger role. Coach Dave Joerger has been hesitant to use the second-year center for most of the season, but now he doesn't really have a choice. WCS has per-36 minute averages of 16.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.3 blocks, so feel free to take a flier on him if you need a big. Just keep in mind that he's a career 63.3 percent shooter from the line. Rotoworld.com Today, 8:17 am
  • Report: Arron Afflalo is available
Arron Afflalo is available in trade talks as we approach the Feb. 23 deadline.

Advice: The Kings are in rebuild mode after moving on from DeMarcus Cousins, so it seems like a no-brainer for them to shop the veteran SG. Afflalo's contract for the 2017-18 season isn't guaranteed, so any team that has interest in acquiring him will likely view him as a one-season rental. To be clear, there's no reason to stash Afflalo in most formats. Rotoworld.com Today, 6:52 am
  • Report: Ben McLemore is "available"
Ben McLemore is reportedly "available" as we approach the Feb. 23 deadline.

Advice: McLemore has been available for years, though his price has likely gone up a bit after an impressive February. McLemore is an impending free agent and the Kings are absolutely enamored with their new toy in Buddy Hield, so a move may not be a bad thing. Nothing is imminent at the moment, but McLemore is only a hold in deeper leagues for now and it's not clear which teams have interest in the SG. Rotoworld.com Today, 6:45 am
  • Omri Casspi heads to Pelicans in Cousins deal
Omri Casspi will reportedly be traded to the Pelicans as part of Sunday's deal centered around DeMarcus Cousins.

Advice: Casspi, who has been dealing with a calf injury since mid-January, has been targeting a return soon after the All-Star break. Assuming he's healthy, he should vie for minutes with guys like Dante Cunningham, Solomon Hill and Terrence Jones. The Kings' frontcourt minutes will be swallowed up by Cousins and Anthony Davis, so it's hard to trust Casspi or any other forward on the roster. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:04 pm

  • Langston Galloway to SAC in Cousins deal?
Langston Galloway will reportedly be traded to the Kings as part of a deal sending DeMarcus Cousins to New Orleans.

Advice: He is fully expected to be waived, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical. Galloway had some bright spots earlier this season while Jrue Holiday was out, so he should get some interest on either waivers or as a free agent. He has been out of the rotation at times lately, so he's almost certainly going to be added as a second-string guy at best. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 8:54 pm
  • Report: Celtics interested in P.J. Tucker
The Celtics have reportedly expressed "deep interest" in P.J. Tucker.

Advice: Tucker would add some solid depth to the Celtics, but his playing time would take a substantial hit in Boston, so Tucker owners should be hoping that he remains in Phoenix past the deadline. There have been more than a few trade rumors regarding Tucker, though, so him remaining with the Suns is far from a certainty. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 12:06 pm
  • Windhorst thinks Shumpert could be traded
ESPN's Brian Windhorst said dealing away Iman Shumpert could be a "type of trade" the Cavs may be interested in making this week.

Advice: To be very clear here, Windhorst and the radio host said "this is not a report" multiple times, so this is just an opinion from the plugged-in guy in Cleveland. Windhorst said a possible trade for Alec Burks and Shelvin Mack could make sense. The reasoning on this is Kyle Korver catching fire and also J.R. Smith coming back for the playoffs. Again, to be clear, this is just an opinion, but just keep that in mind if the Cavs are looking to make a 2-for-1 deal. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:32 am
  • Suns GM expects Ulis to have bigger role
Suns GM Ryan McDonough believes that Tyler Ulis will "play more minutes" after the trade deadline.

Advice: The Suns are expected to be sellers at the deadline and Brandon Knight could be on the move, so Ulis' outlook is promising. It also helps that the Suns may manage Eric Bledsoe's minutes down the stretch, as coach Earl Watson has hinted that Bledsoe has struggled with fatigue at times this season. Ulis has been in and out of the rotation this season, but it sounds like the Suns want to give him a lot of burn moving forward and a Knight trade would be the first step. He's just a stash in deeper leagues while Bledsoe is healthy, but you might as well put him on your watch list. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:10 am
  • Dragan Bender targeting mid-March
Suns GM Ryan McDonough said Dragan Bender's (ankle) rehab is going well.

Advice: "We don’t want to put a hard date on it, but I do think at some point – whether that’s mid-to-late March or April – that he’ll come back and play," McDonough said. "The surgery went well. His rehab up to this point has gone well. He’s off crutches. I believe he’s out of a walking boot already so it’s been a very smooth process." The Suns are expected to be sellers at the deadline, but it doesn't sound like the rookie will return in time to help fantasy owners this season. He's a nice stash in dynasty but he belongs on the wire in all re-draft leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:03 am

  • Georges-Hunt's 10-day deal expires
Marcus Georges-Hunt's 10-day contract with the Heat has expired.

Advice: The Heat would have to waive a player in order to re-sign Georges-Hunt to another 10-day deal, as Josh Richardson (foot) is set to return after the All-Star break. He didn't even make an appearance for the Heat, so this won't have an impact on the rotation. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:12 am
  • Suns shopping Chandler, Knight and Tucker
The Suns are shopping Tyson Chandler, Brandon Knight and P.J. Tucker prior to the deadline.

Advice: All three of these guys have been in the rumor mill all season, so the only takeaway here is that the Suns are still looking to accumulate draft picks and more young talent. There are a ton of centers on the market, so moving Chandler's contract won't be easy. It makes some sense to put Alex Len on your watch list if you need a big, while Chandler would more than likely lose value with a potential trade. Nothing is imminent by any means. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:07 am
  • Wizards interested in Bojan Bogdanovic?
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical, the Wizards have some interest in Bojan Bogdanovic.

Advice: The Wizards are looking to upgrade their bench at the deadline and have also been linked to Lou Williams. The Nets are looking for draft picks to speed up their rebuild, and the Wizards "have shown an inclination" to give up a future first-round pick for the right deal. Bogdanovic would surely lose value on a team like the Wizards, but his absence could open the door for Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Caris LeVert to have a larger role in Brooklyn's offense. • Willie Cauley-Stein shoots 6-of-16 in 24 mins
Willie Cauley-Stein got extended run in garbage time on Wednesday, finishing 6-of-16 from the field for 13 points, six rebounds, one assist, one steal, one block and four turnovers in 24 minutes.

Advice: The Kings lost the third quarter 42-15, ending their dreams of beating the Warriors in two consecutive meetings, and it was garbage time after that. DeMarcus Cousins didn't play down the stretch, allowing WCS to play the entire fourth quarter, so take this game in context. His role is increasing but he's still a tough sell in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:21 pm
  • Matt Barnes starts 2nd half w/ Afflalo out
Matt Barnes started the second half on Wednesday with Arron Afflalo out due to hamstring stiffness, finishing with 15 points and 14 rebounds in 32 minutes of action.

Advice: Barnes added three assists, one steal and one 3-pointer, while making 5-of-12 field goals and 4-of-4 free throws. He's really benefited since Garrett Temple (hamstring) went down on Jan. 31, and has now collected double-digit rebounds in five of his past nine games. His fantasy value after the A.S. break hinges largely on what the Kings do, or don't do, at the trade deadline. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:20 pm
  • P.J. Tucker plays through tweaked back
P.J. Tucker played through a back issue on Wednesday vs. the Lakers, finishing with nine points on 3-of-6 shooting with three boards and one triple in 21 minutes.

Advice: He briefly went to the locker room after falling into the camera area, but the fact that he returned to a game that the Suns won by 36 points is a great sign. He also gets a full week of rest during the All-Star break. Tucker is going to draw some interest at the deadline, but his owners won't miss him too much if he's dealt to a contender. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 9:52 pm
  • Arron Afflalo out for game, Barnes starts 3Q
Arron Afflalo is out for the remainder of the game on Wednesday with right glute/hamstring stiffness.

Advice: Matt Barnes started the second half for Afflalo. The team saying that Afflalo is only dealing with stiffness suggests the time off should help him get over this issue. It has also been called precautionary. Afflalo finished with four points and two assists in 16 minutes. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 8:56 pm
  • P.J. Tucker (back) returns to the game
P.J. Tucker returned to the game in the third quarter on Wednesday.

Advice: The Suns have this game in the bag, so Tucker returning with a 20-plus scoring lead is a great sign. He's fine. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:44 pm
  • P.J. Tucker (back) questionable to return
P.J. Tucker (back) suffered a lower back contusion on Wednesday and is questionable to return.

Advice: He fell into the camera area and limped to the locker room. Tucker was up-ended by the cameraman and landed on the area near his hip. If he can't return, we'll see more Marquese Chriss and T.J. Warren. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 7:17 pm
  • Matt Barnes scores 5, fills stat sheet in win
Matt Barnes came off the bench and hit 2-of-7 shots and a 3-pointer for five points, but also had six rebounds, three assists, a steal and a block in 27 minutes on Tuesday.

Advice: Barnes has been an intriguing pickup since Rudy Gay's season ended and is worth a look, averaging 11 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 0.8 steals, 0.6 blocks and 2.0 3-pointers on 51 percent shooting over his last five games. He's getting 30 minutes a night right now and is capable of putting up big numbers at any time. He's just struggled to get many shots with DeMarcus Cousins, Darren Collison and Ben McLemore getting serious usage on a nightly basis. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 10:44 pm
  • Ben McLemore scores 13 points in win
Ben McLemore hit 4-of-9 shots and three 3-pointers for 13 points and three rebounds in 34 minutes in Tuesday's 97-96 win over the Lakers.

Advice: He was on the bench down the stretch in favor of Arron Afflalo and Anthony Tolliver, or he would have had a better night. The minutes were there and he's playing with more confidence, scoring in double figures in four straight games. If you have someone to cut and need 3-pointers, McLemore looks like a decent add right now. Afflalo finished with 10 points and zero 3-pointers in 37 minutes, while Tolliver had just four points in 19 minutes off the bench. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 10:40 pm
  • Iman Shumpert scores nine in return to action
Iman Shumpert returned from a three-game absence due to a sprained ankle on Tuesday and hit 3-of-9 shots (all 3-pointers) for nine points and one assist in 26 minutes.

Advice: He wasn't great and didn't play particularly well, but he gave the Cavs solid minutes and his team got the win. He is a warrior when it comes from overcoming injuries and while it's great to see him back, the emergence of Kyle Korver is probably not going to do any favors for his fantasy value. Shumpert's a borderline player to own right now, mainly because of Korver, who played 27 minutes tonight. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 8:04 pm
  • Iman Shumpert starting, Liggins to the bench
Iman Shumpert (ankle) will return to the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Timberwolves, sending DeAndre Liggins back to the bench.

Advice: "He is the bionic man," Lue said about Shumpert's ability to recover from injuries. "He heals fast." Shumpert was a full participant during shootaround, and there's been no word of a minutes limit, so he's someone to consider throwing out there as a 3-point and steals streamer. Liggins is irrelevant. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 11:36 am
  • Iman Shumpert (ankle) will play Tuesday
Iman Shumpert (ankle) is expected to play Tuesday vs. Minnesota.

Advice: This is a bit surprising, as Shump acknowledged over the weekend that he might be forced to sit out through the All-Star break. DeAndre Liggins, who started in place of Shumpert on Saturday, will get bumped back to the bench. Shump's return could eat into the minutes of Kyle Korver. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 9:49 am
  • Tyler Ulis picks up a DNP-CD
Tyler Ulis was DNP-CD on Monday vs. the Pelicans.

Advice: Eric Bledsoe returned from a day of rest, but Brandon Knight got the backup PG minutes even though Ulis scored a career-high 13 points with two rebounds, six assists, one steal and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes against the Rockets on Saturday. The Suns might be showcasing Knight for a trade and we still think Ulis will be more involved after the break. However, tonight confirmed that he's just a stash in deeper leagues. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:03 pm
  • P.J. Tucker grabs 16 rebounds in loss
P.J. Tucker scored 11 points and grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds in Monday's loss to the Pelicans.

Advice: He logged 33 minutes and continues to be a workhorse for coach Earl Watson off the bench. He shot 5-of-11 from the field and added one assist, one steal and one triple, but he's cooled off lately and is averaging 6.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.8 steals and 0.6 triples over his last five games. He's worth owning if you need steals, but a trade is a strong possibility and that could crush his value. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:00 pm
  • Tyson Chandler (ankle) scores four points
Tyson Chandler (ankle) returned from a one-game absence on Monday vs. the Pelicans, scoring four points on 1-of-3 shooting.

Advice: He hit a pair of free throws and logged 28 minutes, adding eight rebounds, two assists and one block. Suns coach Earl Watson said Chandler "could’ve played [on Saturday vs. Houston] if it were a playoff game," so expect Chandler to be active again on Wednesday vs. the Lakers in a great matchup. He's worth owning despite tonight's quiet line. Rotoworld.com Feb 13, 9:51 pm
  • Tony Snell scores 16 points in win
Tony Snell hit 5-of-11 shots and four 3-pointers for 16 points, two rebounds and one assist in 30 minutes of Monday's win over the Pistons.

Advice: Snell scored 20 points back in December, but this was the second time this season he scored 16 points. He also had 13 points on Saturday and has hit at least one 3-pointer five straight games. He's played his best ball of the season over his last two games, averaging 14.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 4.0 3-pointers, but we'll need to see him do it again on Wednesday against the Nets before declaring him worthy of your fantasy roster. Just keep an eye on him on Wednesday, but keep in mind he also has a good matchup against a bad Brooklyn team that night. Rotoworld.com Feb 13, 8:10 pm
  • Omri Casspi (calf) out Tuesday
Omri Casspi (calf) will not play on Tuesday vs. the Lakers or Wednesday vs. the Warriors.

Advice: The Kings provided an update on his status on Monday, announcing that he has a right plantaris tendon tear and a right medial gastrocnemius strain. The good news is that he's progressing and we should see him soon after the All-Star break. In Casspi's absence, Ben McLemore, Matt Barnes and Arron Afflalo will continue to get the bulk of the wing minutes. Rotoworld.com Feb 13, 7:57 pm

  • Tyson Chandler starting, Alex Len to bench
Tyson Chandler (ankle) will start on Monday vs. the Pelicans.

Advice: His ankle only forced him to miss one game, so go grab him if he was dropped in your league. Chandler is averaging 8.6 points, 11.6 rebounds, 0.5 blocks and 0.7 steals this season, while Len belongs on the wire in most leagues unless Chandler is moved at the deadline. Rotoworld.com Feb 13, 5:22 pm
  • Ben McLemore gaining confidence
Ben McLemore said he's gaining confidence because he has a better idea of his role on the Kings.

Advice: "Absolutely right," McLemore said. "Knowing and understanding when I’m coming out, how many minutes I’m playing, knowing is just a relief and confidence for me being out there, and I can go out there and play free and not worry about making mistakes." Due to injuries to Ty Lawson (adductor) and Garrett Temple (hamstring), McLemore is averaging 12.4 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.6 steals, and 2.6 3-pointers over his last five games in slightly under 30 minutes a night, putting him firmly on the radar in deeper leagues in the short term. Rotoworld.com Feb 13, 6:52 am
  • Matt Barnes plays 34 mins vs. Pelicans
Matt Barnes scored 12 points with five rebounds, three assists, one block and two 3-pointers in 34 minutes on Sunday against the Pelicans.

Advice: Barnes continues to be a big part of the Kings rotation with injuries to Garrett Temple (hamstring), Rudy Gay (Achilles) and Omri Casspi (calf). Since Jan. 31, he has averaged 32.3 minutes, 10.3 points, 9.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 0.6 steals, and 0.6 blocks per game. So long as his role remains as is and he continues to be efficient, he warrants a roster spot in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Feb 12, 9:06 pm
  • Ben McLemore scores 11 points vs. Pelicans
Ben McLemore scored 11 points with two rebounds, one assist, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers in Sunday's win over the Pelicans.

Advice: McLemore is averaging 29 minutes, 12.4 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.6 steals, and 2.6 3-pointers per game in his last five. So long as Ty Lawson (adductor) and Garrett Temple (hamstring) are out, he should continue to see a boost. That being said, only fantasy owners in deep leagues should be considering him at this time. Rotoworld.com Feb 12, 8:58 pm
  • Iman Shumpert (ankle) out through A.S. break?
Iman Shumpert (sprained ankle) acknowledged that he might not return until after the All-Star break.

Advice: "Probably the most swelling I've ever had on anything besides ACL and getting my knee drained," Shumpert said. "I would love to play before the All-Star break. I'm not trying to sit out, but I'm also not going to lie to to myself, try to push through something when it's not completely healed." The Cavs are likely to play it safe, with an eye on the playoffs, so owners should prepare for more DNPs from Shump. Rotoworld.com Feb 12, 12:03 pm
  • K.J. McDaniels returned to action on Saturday February 11. Rotoworld.com Feb 12, 12:47 am
  • Tyler Ulis scores career-high 13 points
Tyler Ulis scored a career-high 13 points with two rebounds, six assists, one steal and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes against the Rockets on Saturday.

Advice: Brandon Knight was awful in this game, so this was a good night for Ulis to move up on the depth chart. Coach Earl Watson talked up Ulis after the game and made it seem like more minutes could be headed his way. He's only a stash in deep leagues, of course. Rotoworld.com Feb 11, 9:12 pm
  • Omri Casspi (calf) out Sunday
Omri Cassp (calf) will not play on Sunday vs. the Pelicans.

Advice: He's not expected to return before the All-Star break. In his absence, Matt Barnes, Arron Afflalo and Ben McLemore have been soaking up most of the wing minutes. Casspi isn't worth stashing in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Feb 11, 7:52 pm

  • K.J. McDaniels (personal) is available
K.J. McDaniels (personal) is available on Saturday vs. the Suns.

Advice: He's returning from a one-game absence. McDaniels hasn't been in the rotation, but there's a slight chance that he sees a handful of minutes with Eric Gordon (back) out. There's no fantasy value here. Rotoworld.com Feb 11, 4:37 pm
  • Tyson Chandler (ankle) will not play Saturday
Tyson Chandler (ankle) will not play Saturday vs. the Rockets.

Advice: Chandler injured his ankle in the second quarter of Friday night's game and was unable to return. He will not travel with the team in order to stay back in Phoenix and get treatment. Alex Len was suspended for Friday night's contest but will available to play on Saturday. He will likely split minutes with Alan Williams, who played well on Friday. Williams tallied 14 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks in 24 minutes. Marquese Chriss could also see a few extra minutes at center. Rotoworld.com Feb 11, 10:30 am
  • McDaniels (personal) status uncertain Sat
K.J. McDaniels (personal) was not at shootaround and it is unknown if he will be available for Saturday night's game vs. the Suns.

Advice: There is only minimal fantasy impact related to this news, as McDaniels is averaging just 2.8 minutes per game over the last six weeks. Sam Dekker and Corey Brewer could see a few additional minutes, especially if Eric Gordon (back) is unable to suit up on Saturday. Rotoworld.com Feb 11, 9:44 am
  • Iman Shumpert (ankle) out Saturday
Iman Shumpert (ankle) is listed as out in the game notes for Saturday's tilt vs. the Nuggets.

Advice: This is just an early release of the game notes, so there is still a possibility that Shumpert suits up. We should have a better idea of his status after the team's shootaround on Saturday morning. Jordan McRae started at shooting guard on Thursday and finished with six points and two rebounds in 27 minutes. DeAndre Liggins played just one minute off the bench. Rotoworld.com Feb 11, 7:28 am
  • Tyson Chandler (ankle) doubtful for Saturday
Tyson Chandler (sprained right ankle) is doubtful for Saturday's game vs. the Rockets

Advice: Chandler sprained his right ankle in the second quarter of Friday's night's win over the Bulls and did not return to the game. In fact, speaking with reporters after the game, coach Earl Watson didn't sound optimistic that Chandler would even travel to Houston. Alex Len was suspended for Friday night's contest but will be back on Saturday. Also, Alan Williams played very well off the Phoenix bench on Friday, finishing with 14 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks in 24 minutes. Rotoworld.com Feb 11, 6:32 am
  • Ben McLemore scores 22 w/ four steals in win
Ben McLemore posted an all-around gem on Friday vs. the Hawks, scoring a season-high 22 points with nine rebounds, three assists, four steals and six 3-pointers.

Advice: The rebounds and steals matched a career-high, while the triples beat his previous career-high of five. With Ty Lawson (groin) out, McLemore had his best game of the season and had the ball in his hands a lot more than usual. He shot 8-of-17 from the field and 6-of-10 from deep in 42 minutes, and this was his fourth game out of his last five with 29 or more minutes. The Kings need bodies right now and McLemore is producing with averages of 13.8 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.4 steals and 2.6 steals in that span, so he's trending up as a pickup in deeper formats. Rotoworld.com Feb 10, 10:35 pm
  • Tyson Chandler (ankle) will not return
Tyson Chandler (sprained right ankle) will not return to Friday's game vs. the Bulls.

Advice: X-rays were negative, and while the Suns ruled him out pretty quickly, we can't really speculate on the severity at this point. As previously mentioned, the Suns are going to be cautious whenever they can since they aren't playing for a playoff spot. Alex Len is suspended for this game, but he's worth a speculative add if you need a big. For tonight, P.J. Tucker started the second half and Marquese Chriss shifted to center, so we could see Alan Williams get some minutes as well. Rotoworld.com Feb 10, 8:55 pm
  • Ben Mclemore starting, Tolliver to bench
Ben McLemore is starting against the Hawks on Friday.

Advice: Darren Collison, Arron Afflalo, DeMarcus Cousins and Kosta Koufos will join Mclemore in the first unit with Ty Lawson (ankle) out and Anthony Tolliver shifting to the bench. Despite the starting role, McLemore is not a great option in standard leagues even though he should handle the ball more with Lawson out. Rotoworld.com Feb 10, 7:47 pm
  • Omri Casspi (calf) listed as out Friday
Omri Casspi (right plantaris tendon strain) is listed as out in the Kings' game notes for Friday's matchup vs. Atlanta.

Advice: Casspi, who has been sidelined since Jan. 13, did say earlier this week that he was feeling much better and "hoping" that he'd be able to play on Friday. Thus, we'll take the game notes designation with a grain of salt and wait for a formal update from either Casspi or the team following Friday morning's shootaround. However, even if he is returning, his fantasy impact will likely be minimal and Casspi can be left on waiver wires. Rotoworld.com Feb 10, 6:19 am
