• Tobias Harris puts up 19/8 line in Game 5 win
Tobias Harris provided a scoring boost on Tuesday with 19 points (7-of-11 FGs), eight rebounds, one assist, one block and three triples against the Knicks.

Advice: Harris has struggled during this series, but this was his best performance through the first five games. He hit a pair of clutch free throws to give the 76ers a four-point lead in overtime, which contributed to his highest-scoring night of the series. He helped the 76ers stay alive, but they’ll need him to play like he did in this game moving forward if they want to pull off the comeback. Game 6 will be back in Philadelphia on Thursday. • OG Anunoby puts up 17/6/0/2/1 line in Game 5
OG Anunoby came up big late on Tuesday and finished with 17 points (7-of-12 FGs), six rebounds, two steals, one block and two triples in 50 minutes in Game 5 against the 76ers.

Advice: Anunoby made some big plays late in the fourth quarter of this game, and if the result was different, his impact would have been one of the headlines from this game. Tyrese Maxey’s heroics overshadowed that, but Anunoby’s fit with this team has been flawless. He played 50 minutes in this game after logging 46 minutes in their last one, but that won’t change Tom Thibodeau’s gameplan. He’ll continue to rely on OG to make plays on the defensive end for most of Game 6 without much of a break. Rotoworld 20 minutes ago
  • Miles McBride chips in 14/4/4/1/1 line off bench
Miles McBride provided a boost off the bench with 14 points (6-of-11 FGs), four rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and two triples against the 76ers on Tuesday.

Advice: Tom Thibodeau has been running a tight rotation, and McBride has been a huge part of it throughout the series. Only seven Knicks saw the floor on Tuesday, with McBride logging 33 minutes off the bench. He is averaging 13.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.4 triples per game this series, which has been vital to New York’s success. He doesn’t need to play huge minutes when Jalen Brunson is healthy, but he was regularly playing 45+ minutes when Brunson was sidelined this year. Thibs knows that he can rely on him, and he proved that once again in this game. Rotoworld 28 minutes ago
  • Joel Embiid records triple-double in Game 5 win
Joel Embiid recorded a triple-double on Tuesday with 19 points (7-of-19 FGs), 16 rebounds, 10 assists, one steal, five blocks, one triple and nine turnovers in Game 5 against New York.

Advice: Embiid has clearly been playing through injuries throughout the series, and it showed with his performance in this game. It wasn’t all bad, and he was still able to make some big plays late. The triple-double also helps make his night look a little better, but the poor shooting and plethora of turnovers were more indicative of his performance. Still, they were able to steal a win on the road, which shifts the series back to Philly for Game 6. They will still have to win another game in New York to win the series, and if they want to do that, Embiid will have to be better, even if he’s hurting. Rotoworld 33 minutes ago
  • Won't return Tuesday
Harris is out for the remainder of Tuesday's game versus the Cavaliers due to a right hamstring strain, Cody Taylor of USA Today reports. He will end the contest with zero points (0-2 FG, 0-2 3Pt) and two blocks in 19 minutes.

Advice: In Harris' absence, Markell Fultz, Cole Anthony and Anthony Black are all candidates to receive increased playing time. Harris' next chance to suit up is Game 6 on Friday. Rotowire.com 35 minutes ago
  • Tyrese Maxey keeps 76ers alive with 46-point night
Tyrese Maxey led the 76ers with 46 points (17-of-30 FGs), five rebounds, nine assists and seven 3-pointers in a 112-106 overtime win over the Knicks in Game 5 on Tuesday.

Advice: With Joel Embiid struggling, Maxey stepped up to lead the 76ers in this game. Even when it seemed like the game was over, Maxey kept them alive. They trailed by six points with 30 seconds left when Maxey converted a four-point play. Then he knocked down a deep three after Josh Hart split free throws to tie the game and force overtime. Maxey added five more points in the overtime period to extend the series and force a Game 6 in Philadelphia. This was the closest thing we’ve seen to Reggie Miller’s eight points in nine seconds, and the 76ers now have some life and momentum in this series. Rotoworld 39 minutes ago
  • Jalen Brunson drops 40 in OT loss in Game 5
Jalen Brunson led the Knicks with 40 points (15-of-32 FGs), three rebounds, six assists, three steals and four triples in a 112-106 overtime loss to Philadelphia in Game 5 on Tuesday.

Advice: With a chance to close out the series at home, Brunson had a massive performance, which was his second straight game with at least 40 points. Unfortunately, an unreal stretch from Tyrese Maxey late in the fourth quarter forced overtime, where the Knicks just couldn’t get anything going outsdie of Brunson, who scored all nine of their points in the extra frame. It was still an impressive game from Brunson, but they’ll now have to go into Philadelphia for Game 6 on Thursday. Brunson averaged 43 points in the two games in Philly, with the Knicks coming away with a win in Game 4. They’ll need another masterclass performance out of him to avoid a Game 7. • Gary Harris (hamstring) will not return Tuesday
Gary Harris (right hamstring strain) will not return to Tuesday’s game against Cleveland.

Advice: Harris will miss the fourth quarter of Game 5, and his status for Game 6 is now in question. Cole Anthony and Markelle Fultz should see a few extra minutes in his absence. Rotoworld 54 minutes ago
  • Tyrese Haliburton (back) cleared to play in Game 5
Tyrese Haliburton (low back spasms) will play in Game 5 on Tuesday against the Bucks.

Advice: Haliburton was also questionable ahead of Game 4 with this back issue, but it hasn’t kept him off the court. With both Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard out again, Haliburton will look to lead his team to the next round with a win in this one. Rotoworld Today, 5:33 pm
