• Parts ways with Spurs
The Spurs and Bullock agreed to a contract buyout Saturday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Bullock's buyout doesn't come as much of a surprise, as the 32-year-old forward doesn't fit the Spurs' rebuilding timeline. Bullock will enter the 2023-24 season as a free agent who provides quality perimeter defense and above-average outside shooting. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:10 am
  • Foregoes surgery
Tatum opted not to undergo surgery on his left wrist and instead got a cortisone shot earlier this offseason, and is now feeling "really good," Ramona Shelburne of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Tatum had been dealing with a left wrist injury throughout last postseason but appears to have fully recovered without surgery heading into the 2023-24 season. The superstar forward could see more primary ball-handling duties this year due to the departure of Marcus Smart. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:20 am
  • Healthy ahead of camp
Coach Will Hardy said Friday that Sensabaugh (knee) is healthy and ready for training camp, Tony Jones of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Sensabaugh spent the summer recovering from left knee surgery that he underwent in March. While he was unable to participate in Summer League action, he's healthy for the start of training camp this year. The 19-year-old will attempt to make an impact for the Jazz during preseason play but seems unlikely to have a significant role for the team to begin the regular season. Rotowire.com Friday, 2:00 am
  • Healthy for training camp
Lakers coach Darvin Ham said Thursday that Christie (hip) is expected to be healthy for the beginning of training camp Tuesday, Dan Woike of The Los Angeles Sun reports.

Advice: Christie suffered a right hip strain during Summer League play but should be good to go for training camp. Christie made 41 appearances for the Lakers in 2022-23 and should compete for a depth role this season. Rotowire.com Thursday, 7:26 am
  • Fully healthy for camp
Wizards coach Wes Unseld Jr. said Thursday that Avdija (hip) is set to participate fully in training camp Tuesday, Joshua Robbins of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Avdija's hip injury stopped him from playing for the Israeli national team in the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup. However, he appears fully healthy ahead of the 2023-24 season. The 22-year-old forward is expected to be one of Washington's first players off the bench this year. Rotowire.com Thursday, 3:53 am
  • Cleared for training camp
Clippers president of basketball operations Lawrence Frank said Wednesday that George (knee) will be a full participant at training camp, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.

Advice: George missed the final eight games of the 2022-23 regular season as well as the postseason due to a right knee sprain. He was slated to resume workouts at the end of May, so it's not surprising to see him good to go for training camp. Kawhi Leonard (knee) is also expected to be a full participant, so with their two superstars back in action, the Clippers could work their way back into championship contention. Before the injury, George was playing at an extremely high level, averaging 25.1 points, 6.3 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.4 steals in 36.0 minutes across 22 appearances. • Will be full participant at camp
Clippers president of basketball operations Lawrence Frank said Wednesday that Leonard (knee) will be a full participant during training camp, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Leonard underwent a clean-up procedure in June and was expected to be fully recovered by training camp. While Leonard was expected to be healthy at this point, it's still an encouraging sign to see the oft-injured superstar meeting his rehab timelines after numerous lengthy absences in recent years. Leonard was really starting to look like himself before tearing his meniscus in the Clippers' playoff opener last season. Over the final 35 regular-season games of 2022-23, Leonard averaged 27.3 points, 6.8 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.6 steals in 36.1 minutes per game. If he can perform at that level for Los Angeles in 2023-24, the Clippers could find their way back into championship contention. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 6:20 am
  • Headed to Phoenix
Little (core) was traded to the Suns on Wednesday as part of a three-team deal between Phoenix, Portland and Milwaukee, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. The deal also sends Damian Lillard to Milwaukee, Jusuf Nurkic to the Suns, and Jrue Holiday and Deandre Ayton to Portland.

Advice: Little, Keon Johnson and Grayson Allen all head to Phoenix in the blockbuster deal and will likely compete for depth roles on a top-heavy Suns squad. Little is a proven defender at the NBA level, but his offense has been a mystery. After a career-high year in 2021-22, Little took a step back in 2022-23 from a production standpoint, but he did shoot a career-high 36.7 percent on 2.9 three-point attempts per game. If he can maintain that efficiency from long range, Little could emerge as a quality three-and-D player for Phoenix. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 4:42 am
  • Traded to Suns
Allen was traded to the Suns on Wednesday as part of a three-team deal involving Milwaukee, Portland and Phoenix, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. The trade also sends Damian Lillard to the Bucks, while Jrue Holiday and Deandre Ayton land in Portland.

Advice: With so many big-name players involved, Allen feels like somewhat of a throw-in in the deal, but he'll bring some valuable depth to a top-heavy Suns roster. With Devin Booker and Bradley Beal in place, Allen may settle into a bench role, but his ability to play both guard spots should prove valuable. Allen finished last season with averages of 10.4 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.9 steals and 2.0 made threes in 27.4 minutes per contest. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 4:33 am
