  • Ronnie Price is out again
Ronnie Price (leg) will not play on Thursday against the Nets.

Advice: Tyler Ulis will continue to get major minutes as the starter. Leandro Barbosa should get some minutes behind Ulis, as well. Rotoworld.com 57 minutes ago
  • Danilo Gallinari (knee) questionable vs. Indy
Danilo Gallinari (left knee bone bruise) has been upgraded to questionable for Friday against the Pacers.

Advice: He's missed the last four games, but Gallinari at least had a chance to play on Wednesday. If Gallinari does make it back, coach Mike Malone will have a tough time getting everyone minutes. Wilson Chandler played mostly SF on Wednesday, which allowed Kenneth Faried and Mason Plumlee to hold down the minutes at the four. Gallo's return would also take minutes from Will Barton. Injured
  • Brandon Ingram (knee) probable Friday
Brandon Ingram (knee tendinitis) is probable to play against the Wolves on Friday.

Advice: He did not finish practice due to right patella tendinitis. Ingram had some tendinitis in his right knee back in October, but the rookie has been fairly healthy besides that. In other news, he's starting to be more involved in the offense lately, averaging 16.4 points per game over his last five. He's worth a look in standard leagues while he's playing well. Rotoworld.com Today, 12:34 pm
  • Alan Williams (illness) expects to play
Alan Williams (illness) is expecting to play on Thursday vs. the Nets.

Advice: Williams was on the active list on Tuesday vs. the Heat, but left the team right before tip-off because he was dealing with some food poisoning. If he looks good during pre-game warmups, expect him to be out there tonight. If not, Alex Len will have a heavy workload at center and Marquese Chriss will have to play some five as well. Through 10 games in March, Williams is averaging a double-double with 13.1 points, 10.5 rebounds and 1.2 blocks. Rotoworld.com Today, 9:07 am
  • Terry Rozier picks up a DNP-CD
Terry Rozier picked up a DNP-CD on Wednesday vs. the Pacers.

Advice: Rozier is shooting just 27.3 percent from the field in March, so maybe coach Brad Stevens is trying to send him a message. "That's not easy from their standpoint, and I respect that," Stevens said of not playing Rozier or Jonas Jerebko on Wednesday. "And that's hard. But we're going to need all those guys and we're going to need them to be playing great." Avery Bradley played 39 minutes in the win and Marcus Smart is basically a sixth starter, so Rozier is only looking at a handful of minutes at best in the near future. Rotoworld.com Today, 8:22 am
  • Tyler Zeller's role with Celtics is fluid
Celtics coach Brad Stevens said he's been looking to give Tyler Zeller "some reps."

Advice: "Because I think if you look at all the different teams that we may play [in the playoffs], there's a good amount of size," Stevens said on Wednesday. "And, you know, he's played against those guys in a lot of scenarios and done pretty well. And he's been ready and he came in and boosted us again tonight." While Zeller is back in the rotation for now, he's only played a combined 16 minutes in his last two games and Stevens hinted that he's going to tweak his rotations based on the matchups. That means he could be a DNP-CD on any given night. There's no fantasy appeal here. Rotoworld.com Today, 8:18 am
  • Boris Diaw starts, but plays just 14 minutes
Boris Diaw drew the start on Wednesday in place of Joe Johnson, but finished with just five points, one rebound, one assist and one 3-pointer.

Advice: Diaw played 14 minutes and this is a predictably quiet return -- he's averaging 15.5 minutes off the bench this season, and that only goes up to 21.2 minutes as a starter. There's no reason to touch him in most leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:01 pm
  • Gordon Hayward shoots 6-of-17 from the field
Gordon Hayward couldn't find the range on Wednesday, making 6-of-17 FGs and 6-of-9 FTs to finish with 19 points, eight rebounds, three assists, one steal and one 3-pointer.

Advice: In Utah's previous three games, Hayward was tasked with defending LeBron James, Jimmy Butler and Paul George, so he may have just run out of energy tonight. The Jazz don't play again until Saturday, which is bad if you're relying on him for immediate value, but at least it'll give him a chance to recharge his batteries. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:00 pm
  • Kristaps Porzingis scores team-high 24 points
Kristaps Porzingis started at center on Wednesday and scored a team-high 24 points (8-of-17 FGs, 5-of-6 FTs) with three 3-pointers, seven rebounds, one steal, one block and zero turnovers.

Advice: It was an interesting move from New York, but Porzingis barely avoided fouling out (thanks to multiple fouls attributed to other players), and Rudy Gobert destroyed the Knicks with 35 points on 13-of-14 shooting. Porzingis' recent Achilles injury hasn't been an issue since his return, which is the key for fantasy owners, and he's going to get his stats whether he's starting at center or power forward. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:53 pm
  • Thon Maker scores four points
Thon Maker scored four points with three rebounds in 12 minutes against the Kings on Wednesday.

Advice: Even with John Henson (thumb) not playing, Maker still couldn't get additional playing time. He's not going to play enough to have value in most fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:16 pm
  • John Henson (thumb) to be re-evaluated on Wed
John Henson (left thumb sprain) will be re-evaluated when the Bucks return to Milwaukee.

Advice: Henson got hurt in Portland and he sat out Wednesday's game. Owners should consider him questionable to play vs. the visiting Hawks on Friday -- if he can't suit up, Spencer Hawes looks like the biggest winner after scoring 10 points in 18 minutes on Wednesday. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:05 pm
  • Buddy Hield scores 21 points vs. Bucks
Buddy Hield scored 21 points with four rebounds, two assists and two 3-pointers in 35 minutes against the Bucks on Wednesday.

Advice: It's his best scoring game as a King. Hield has seen his shot total rise with at least 12 in each of his last three games as coach Dave Joerger gives his rookie more responsibility. Hield also has a steal in three straight and only 1.0 turnovers in that span, as well. His fantasy value isn't all that great because he doesn't do too much outside of scoring, but feel free to give him a look if you need some points and treys. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:53 pm
  • Jamal Murray thrives in 20 minutes vs. Cavs
Jamal Murray thrived in 20 minutes vs. the Cavs, coming off the bench with 15 points (5-of-11 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), three 3-pointers, three assists and zero turnovers.

Advice: Starting PG Jameer Nelson had three points and nine dimes in 28 minutes, as the two continue to share the position. Mike Malone likes to play the rookie alongside Will Barton (20 points in 33 minutes), to take pressure off him as a ball-handler, and the tandem displayed terrific chemistry tonight. Murray is trending up and he makes sense as a cheap pickup for 3-pointers, steals and a trickle of other stats. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:04 pm
  • Juan Hernangomez quiet off bench Wednesday
Juan Hernangomez moved to the bench vs. the Cavaliers, finishing Wednesday's home win with four points, four rebounds, one assist and one block in 12 minutes.

Advice: Wilson Chandler (groin) was back in action tonight, which bumped Denver's promising young forward to the second unit. In eight starts this year he's averaging 11.6 points, 1.8 threes, 6.0 boards, 1.3 assists, 1.4 steals and 0.5 blocks, but his numbers take a big hit coming off the bench. If you're holding him, just remember that his role will be threatened even more once Danilo Gallinari (knee) gets back on the court. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:02 pm
  • Kevin Love plays 22 minutes in ugly defeat
Kevin Love played only 22 minutes during Wednesday's game, posting nine points, three 3-pointers, seven rebounds, two steals and one block.

Advice: The Cavs' starters were crushed to begin the game and coach Ty Lue relied on his bench heavily tonight, to Love's detriment. He still managed to post a decent fantasy line, however, and at least he'll be well-rested for Friday's road game. The loss also makes it less likely that Cleveland will rest their key guys, as Boston is now just one game back for the No. 1 seed. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:00 pm
  • Boris Diaw starting; Joe Johnson to bench
Boris Diaw will start at power forward and Joe Johnson will move to the bench.

Advice: The Jazz will go with their bigger lineup with Kristaps Porzingis starting for the Knicks. Diaw is likely just going to play minutes in the teens, so he's not someone fantasy owners should be counting on tonight. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 7:03 pm
  • John Henson (thumb) ruled out Wednesday
John Henson (left thumb sprain) will not play vs. the Kings on Wednesday.

Advice: Greg Monroe stands to gain some minutes in Henson's absence, with Thon Maker and Mirza Teletovic also in the equation. It's possible that we'll even see Spencer Hawes or Terrence Jones crack the rotation. Henson is day-to-day so this doesn't have significant long-term implications. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 6:13 pm
  • Juan Hernangomez will come off the bench
Juan Hernangomez will return to the bench for Wednesday's game against the Cavs.

Advice: Wilson Chandler (groin) will be getting the start at the three-spot tonight to matchup with LeBron James, and with Darrell Arthur (knee) also set to return to action, Hernangomez' minutes could take a decent sized hit. He's not the best option tonight with a tough matchup and a return to the second unit. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 4:44 pm
  • Danilo Gallinari (knee) ruled out Wednesday
Coach Mike Malone said that Danilo Gallinari (knee) will not play Wednesday vs. Cleveland.

Advice: This will be the fourth straight game Gallo has missed. Fortunately for the Nuggets, both Wilson Chandler (groin) and Darrell Arthur (knee) are expected to return on Wednesday night. It is unknown if Juancho Hernangomez will draw another start in place of Gallinari. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:18 am
    Injured
  • John Henson (thumb) questionable Wednesday
John Henson (left thumb sprain) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game vs. the Kings.

Advice: Henson appeared to injure his left thumb on Tuesday night when Damian Lillard crossed him up, causing Henson to fall to the floor. If Henson is unable to play on Wednesday, Greg Monroe would soak up most of his minutes. Thon Maker would likely see an uptick in playing time as well. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:59 am
  • Malone 'hopeful' Gallo and Chandler play Wed
Coach Michael Malone said that he is "hopeful" that Danilo Gallinari (knee) and Wilson Chandler (groin) will play Wednesday vs. the Cavs.

Advice: "Hopeful is the word I’d use," Malone said on Monday night. "We’ll have to wait and see how their continued rehabs go and how they’re feeling. For both of those guys it comes down to whether they’re comfortable enough and confident enough to go out there and play at a high level." Gallinari is currently listed as doubtful in the game notes, while Chandler is questionable. We should receive a reliable update after the Nuggets shootaround Wednesday morning. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 8:08 am
    Injured
  • Brandon Ingram scores 21 points in 40 minutes
Brandon Ingram scored 21 points in 40 minutes in Tuesday's blowout loss to the Clippers.

Advice: This was his second game of the season with 20+ points and he finished one point shy of his career high. He added five rebounds, three assists, two steals and two triples, and it looks like he's going to make some noise in the final few weeks of the season. Over the last five games, he's averaging 16.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.0 triples on 53.0 percent shooting. However, he's still struggling from the free throw line, hitting just 3-of-8 FTAs in this one. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 10:51 pm
  • Alan Williams (illness) will not play Tuesday
Alan Williams (illness) will not play on Tuesday vs. the Heat.

Advice: Wow. He's not even with the team, but the Suns didn't even bother to mention this -- this report came as the first quarter was wrapping up. With Williams out, Alex Len gets a nice boost and Marquese Chriss will have to play more center. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 5:21 pm
  • Danilo Gallinari (knee) doubtful Wednesday
Danilo Gallinari (knee) is being listed as doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Cavs.

Advice: Gallinari was hopeful that he'd be able to return to the court for Wednesday's game, but now it's looking like it'll be his fourth straight game on the sidelines. With Gallinari unlikely, Juan Hernangomez could be looking at another start, and there will be more opportunity for Will Barton with the second unit. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 1:11 pm
    Injured
  • Ronnie Price (leg) downgraded to doubtful
Ronnie Price (leg contusion) is listed as doubtful for Tuesday's game vs. Miami.

Advice: Price did not play on Sunday and was initially listed as questionable on Monday, so this represents a downgrade. Assuming Price is unavailable, the Suns will once again be forced to lean heavily on Tyler Ulis, the only healthy point guard on the roster. Ulis played 43 minutes on Sunday and will likely be asked to log 40-plus minutes on Tuesday as well. As a result, Ulis is a strong DFS option. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 9:36 am
  • Kristaps Porzingis posts 18 and 11 in return
Kristaps Porzingis (thigh) finished with 18 points, 11 rebounds, two assists and two steals in 32 minutes in Monday's loss against the Clippers.

Advice: Porzingis looked pretty sharp in his return from a thigh injury and as expected he did not play with any kind of a minutes cap. In fact, he played all the way down to the final minute despite a lopsided score for most of the second half. With Porzingis back it was Lance Thomas sliding back to a reserve role. It appears safe to plug Porzingis back into the active fantasy lineup in all leagues. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:08 pm
  • Jamal Murray tries to protect his job
Jamal Murray hit five of his eight field goal attempts to finish with 13 points and four rebounds over 23 minutes in Monday's 125-124 loss at Houston.

Advice: Murray continues to hold down the backup point guard job between veteran Jameer Nelson, and he is trying to hold off Emmanuel Mudiay. He did nothing to hurt his standing in Monday's game, as the rookie out of Kentucky continues to play well. He remains a nice depth option in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams and in long-term keeper formats. Rotoworld.com Monday, 9:19 pm
  • Gordon Hayward scores career-high 38 at IND
Gordon Hayward scored a career-high 38 points with three rebounds, two assists, two steals, a blocked shot and three 3-pointers in Monday's 107-100 loss at Indiana.

Advice: It was likely extra special for Hayward since he spent his college days in Indy playing for the Butler Bulldogs. He was on point, connecting on 16 of his 24 field goal attempts. He now has at least one 3-pointer in all 11 games in March, and 22 straight outings dating back to Jan. 28. Rotoworld.com Monday, 6:31 pm
  • Ronnie Price (leg) questionable for Tuesday
Ronnie Price (leg) is being listed as questionable for Tuesday's matchup with Miami.

Advice: If Price can't give it a go on Tuesday night, Tyler Ulis will get all the run he can possibly handle as the only healthy point guard in Phoenix. Stay tuned. Rotoworld.com Monday, 1:59 pm
  • Kristaps Porzingis (thigh) will play Monday
Kristaps Porzingis (bruised left thigh) will play Monday vs. the Clippers.

Advice: Porzingis was a full participant during Sunday's practice, and there's been no discussion of a minutes limit, so owners can feel confident plugging Porzingis back into their starting lineup following a one-game absence. With Porzingis back in action, Lance Thomas will likely return to the bench, and he'll lose most of his value with the demotion to the second unit. Rotoworld.com Monday, 11:43 am
  • Gallinari (left knee bone bruise) out Monday
Danilo Gallinari (left knee bone bruise) will not play on Monday vs. the Rockets.

Advice: This will be his third game in a row on the shelf, but it could also be his last -- Gallo said he's hopeful to play on Wednesday vs. the Cavaliers. The Nuggets have a total of four games this week, but starting Gallo in a weekly league is still pretty risky. Will Barton, Juancho Hernangomez and Jamal Murray are all solid streaming options on Monday with Wilson Chandler (groin) also out. Rotoworld.com Monday, 9:08 am
    Injured
  • Brandon Ingram has 18 pts w/ supporting stats
Brandon Ingram scored 18 points on 8-of-15 shooting during Sunday's tough home loss, adding six rebounds, one assist, one block, and just one turnover in 40 minutes.

Advice: Ingram is finally making some noise for fantasy purposes. He's shooting 39.0 percent on the season, but in an expanded role in March he's averaged 12.3 points on 50.6 percent shooting, 0.8 threes, 3.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.1 steals and 0.8 blocks. The supporting stats are tolerable, but he's also committing 2.6 turnovers while making under half of his free throw attempts. Plan accordingly. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 9:36 pm
  • Kevin Love strong in Sunday's return
Kevin Love scored 21 points with 15 rebounds in Sunday's 125-120 win against the Lakers.

Advice: Love was back after resting in Saturday's game against the Clippers and apparently the down time did him some good. He hit three triples and was active on the boards, looking good in the town where he played his college ball at UCLA. Love was markedly better than Thursday, his first game back after a long layoff following knee surgery. You can likely bank on Love resting during back-to-back situations and whenever the score gets remotely out of hand, as the Cavs need their big man for what they hope is another long postseason run. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 9:06 pm
  • Buddy Hield (finger) posts 18/5/5 in defeat
Buddy Hield knocked down 8-of-14 shots with a pair of 3-pointers on Sunday, finishing with 18 points, five rebounds, five assists, one steal and zero turnovers in 32 minutes.

Advice: This was one of Hield's best performances of the season, with the assists tying his career-high, but it wasn't enough to get a road win vs. the Spurs. He injured his right index finger during the game, ripping half of his nail, but didn't leave after getting it bandaged up. We'll let you know if it's serious enough to jeopardize his status for Tuesday's game. For now we're assuming he's fine and leaving him off the injury report. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 7:00 pm
  • Kristaps Porzingis (thigh) practices Sunday
Kristaps Porzingis (bruised left thigh) practiced on Sunday and said he hopes to play vs. the Clippers on Monday.

Advice: The official game notes have Porzingis listed as 'out' but that's usually meaningless, since game notes tend to parrot whatever happened in the previous game. Both KP and coach Jeff Hornacek have been optimistic that he'll play on Monday, so all signs are pointing in that direction. Check back for more concrete updates following shootaround. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 3:15 pm
  • Terry Rozier scores 14 points
Terry Rozier scored 14 points during a 105-99 loss to the 76ers on Sunday, adding 10 rebounds, two assists, one steal and two 3-pointers.

Advice: The Celtics missed Isaiah Thomas (knee) badly and this loss could be costly for the No. 2 seed. Rozier bounced back nicely from an 0-of-8 on Friday, but his playing time would likely drop upon Thomas' return. The Celtics are hopeful IT is back for Monday. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 2:12 pm
  • Ronnie Price out for Sunday
Ronnie Price (leg) is out for Sunday against the Pistons.

Advice: Get ready for some new lineup combinations and a lot of Tyler Ulis today. Price did play 20 minutes in the last game, so losing him today does matter for coach Earl Watson. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 1:21 pm
  • Ronnie Price is a GTD
Ronnie Price (leg) is a game-time call for Sunday against the Pistons.

Advice: He is doubtful to play, but the Suns will need all the help they can get. If Price can't go, Tyler Ulis might have to play the entire game or the Suns will have to get a look at a new ball-handler. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 12:11 pm
  • Chandler, Gallinari are questionable vs. HOU
Wilson Chandler (right groin contusion) and Danilo Gallinari (left knee bone bruise) have been upgraded to questionable for Monday at Houston.

Advice: This is encouraging news after both players missed multiple games with their injuries. If Gallinari does return, that should take minutes from Will Barton and Juancho Hernangomez. It could also take away from Jamal Murray and Jameer Nelson because Murray likely wouldn't play as much SG. Hopefully, the Nuggets provide an update on Gallo Monday afternoon. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 11:05 am
    Injured
  • Ronnie Price is doubtful for Sunday
Ronnie Price (leg contusion) is doubtful for Sunday against the Pistons.

Advice: It looks like Tyler Ulis is not going to have a backup tonight, so he should be very, very busy. Price played 20 minutes and even played some combo guard, so he's been a noteworthy piece in the rotation. We might see some Jarell Eddie in his Suns debut while T.J. Warren may be handing the ball a ton. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 10:56 am
  • Kristaps Porzingis listed as out in notes
Kristaps Porzingis (thigh) is listed as out in the Sunday game notes for Monday's game against the Clippers.

Advice: To be very clear here, this does not mean he is out for this game. Porzingis said he is expected to play in this game and coach Jeff Hornacek also added he thinks Porzingis had a good chance to play. We should have another update Monday afternoon before fantasy owners have to set their rosters. Rotoworld.com Sunday, 10:50 am
  • Jamal Murray scores 12 points vs. Rockets
Jamal Murray scored 12 points with four rebounds, one assist, two steals and two 3-pointers in 23 minutes against the Rockets on Saturday.

Advice: He had three really bad fouls early in this game and never really got it going. Coach Mike Malone has said he wants to give Murray to help develop him faster while also trusting him in clutch spots. That was the case in this game for Murray with plenty of important shots, but he did not come through -- he missed two big free throws late. Murray's usage and minutes are rising, so that makes him a pickup in competitive leagues while Danilo Gallinari (knee) is out. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 9:51 pm
  • Juancho has a solid game in start
Juancho Hernangomez scored 15 points with five rebounds, one assist, one steal and three 3-pointers in 28 minutes as the starting small forward against the Rockets on Saturday.

Advice: The Nuggets look like they hit on another international guy. Hernangomez has made a very impressive 45.9 percent from deep this season. Before tonight, a whopping 71 of his 73 attempts were catch-and-shoot attempts, so having Nikola Jokic is helping. With Wilson Chandler and Danilo Gallinari out, Hernangomez is a decent guy to hold until those two get the all clear. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 9:38 pm
  • Gordon Hayward scores just nine
Gordon Hayward made 5-of-16 from the field for 14 points with six rebounds, two assists, four steals and three 3-pointers against the Bulls on Saturday.

Advice: He's surprisingly failed to hit 15 points in three of his last five games while his averages in boards, assists, field goal percentage and free throw percentage are down in that span. All three of those bad games were on the road, and that has been a trend for Hayward with his field goal percentage four percentage points worse away from Utah. Two of his three games next week are on the road, but one of those is in Indiana for the Butler product. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 8:39 pm
  • Kevin Love will not play on Saturday
Kevin Love will not play on Saturday night against the Clippers.

Advice: This isn't surprising at all with the Cavs resting Love on the front end of a back-to-back set. It actually wouldn't even be a surprise to see him rest on Sunday, too. The Cavs are playing with house money on Love because he beat his timetable to return. He'll be seeing several games off as the Cavs get ready for the postseason. Channing Frye will start and benefit most tonight. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 4:10 pm
  • Buddy Hield scores 11 points vs. OKC
Buddy HIeld scored 11 points with one rebound, one assist and two 3-pointers in 32 minutes against the Thunder on Saturday.

Advice: Even a homecoming game in Oklahoma couldn't get him going. Hield is coming of a seven-points, zero-dime game on Wednesday and he continues to do very little outside of scoring. There just isn't enough incentive to own the rookie in most leagues right now. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 2:44 pm
  • Porzingis (thigh) expects to play Monday
Kristaps Porzingis (thigh) said he believes his injury is "nothing serious" and that he plans on playing Monday night vs. the Clippers.

Advice: KP sat out Thursday's game after injuring his thigh in Tuesday's win over the Pacers. "This is just one game, the muscle swelled up. That’s how I see it right now. Nothing serious," said Porzingis. He also quickly dismissed the notion that he would be shut down at some point later this season. "If I’m healthy, I want to be out there. Not even a question." This is encouraging news for fantasy owners. Rotoworld.com Saturday, 6:43 am
  • Big Sauce only gets 12 points
Alan Williams scored 12 points with seven rebounds and two assists in just 16 minutes against the Magic on Friday.

Advice: Alex Len actually showed up in this game and Big Sauce was in foul trouble, so that explains the low minutes. Williams' fantasy owners shouldn't worry here and can plan on a better game against Andre Drummond and company on Sunday. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:49 pm
  • Ronnie Price gets 20 minutes
Ronnie Price scored one point with three rebounds, two assists and one steal in 20 minutes against the Magic on Friday.

Advice: He should get minutes because he's really the only backup point guard. You're obviously not going to add Price almost anywhere while Tyler Ulis is healthy. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:40 pm
  • John Henson blocks four shots in win
John Henson blocked four shots on Friday vs. the Lakers with eight points, nine rebounds and one assist in 19 minutes.

Advice: Greg Monroe was ejected in the third quarter, so Henson closed this game out for the Bucks and played well. He's averaging 6.8 points, 6.8 rebounds and 2.2 blocks over his last five games, but the problem is that he's getting just 17.6 minutes per game in that span and coach Jason Kidd has pulled him out of the rotation in the past without warning. For now, he's more of a deep-league pickup if you need blocks. Rotoworld.com Friday, 10:30 pm
  • A not so happy birthday for Rozier
Terry Rozier missed all eight shots from the field and didn't go to the line against the Nets on Friday, adding six rebounds and four assists in 23 minutes.

Advice: Not the best birthday for Mr. Rozier. He did get minutes and decent usage, so he may have a chance to produce on Sunday against the 76ers. Rotoworld.com Friday, 8:54 pm
  • Wilson Chandler, Danilo Gallinari out vs. HOU
Danilo Gallinari (knee) and Wilson Chandler (groin) will not be available for Saturday's game against the Rockets.

Advice: Both of these forwards do not have a target date, but coach Mike Malone said there was a chance they come back soon. However, getting ruled out a day in advance is usually not a good sign for the next few games. With Gallo and Chandler out, Will Barton went off with a career-high 35 points on Thursday while he also saw a few more Jamal Murray minutes at the two. Barton should be owned in all leagues while Murray is starting to trend up as a pickup. Rotoworld.com Friday, 12:21 pm
    Injured
  • Jamal Murray scores 10 points
Jamal Murray made 4-of-14 from the field for 10 points with five rebounds, three steals and one 3-pointer in 25 minutes against the Clippers on Thursday.

Advice: He struggled with his shot, at least the usage was there and he didn't turn the ball over. The combo guard minutes are coming with 11 minutes tonight, which is way more than his average since the break. Of course, Danilo Gallinari (knee) not playing slid Will Barton to more of a straight three, so there were minutes available at SG. Regardless, Murray looks like he's part of the next crop of rookie pickups after guys like Tyler Ulis, Ivica Zubac and Skal Labissiere. If you're looking for a rookie with upside, Murray might be your guy. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 9:32 pm
  • Juan Hernangomez comes up with a solid game
Juan Hernangomez made a start on Thursday with nine points, five rebounds, one assist, one steal and one 3-pointer in 26 minutes.

Advice: He's been elite in efficiency for rookies this year and he's always been capable of filling the stat sheet. Per 36 minutes, Hernangomez averaged 13.1 points, 8.3 boards, 1.3 assists, 1.4 steals, 0.7 blocks and 2.0 treys this season. With both Wilson Chandler (groin) and Danilo Gallinari (knee) having unclear return dates, Juancho is worth a speculative look for those with something to cut. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 9:21 pm
  • Kevin Love goes for 10 & 9 in return
Kevin Love returned from knee surgery on Thursday and hit 5-of-9 shots for 10 points and nine rebounds in 20 minutes.

Advice: Baby steps, right? He looked pretty good and should see his minutes count slowly increase as the season winds down. But the fact he nearly double-doubled in his first game back is a great sign, so owners should plan on deploying him any time he's going to play for the Cavs. Just make sure he's in the lineup when the Cavs go back-to-back this Saturday and Sunday, Mar. 24-25, Mar. 30-31, Apr. 4-5 and Apr. 9-10. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 6:51 pm
  • Gordon Hayward quiet in loss to Cavs
Gordon Hayward hit just 4-of-14 shots and a 3-pointer for 13 points, five boards, four assists and a steal in 35 minutes of Thursday's 91-83 loss to the Cavaliers.

Advice: He'd scored 25 and 27 points in his previous two games but had a nine-point dud last Saturday. Hayward's having a fine season but has had trouble putting together long streaks of great games all year. It's not easy to play against LeBron James and he should have a better matchup against the Bulls on Saturday. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 6:28 pm
  • Juan Hernangomez, Mason Plumlee will start
Juancho Hernangomez and Mason Plumlee will start against the Clippers on Thursday.

Advice: He should get some heavy minutes with Danilo Gallinari (knee) and Wilson Chandler (groin) out. Coach Mike Malone said he doesn't know how long those two vets will be out, so Hernangomez could be a decent speculative add. Mason Plumlee is also expected to start. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 5:23 pm
  • Danilo Gallinari's return date is unclear
Coach Mike Malone said there is "no definitive timetable" on Danilo Gallinari (knee).

Advice: "It could be next game, hopefully it is," Malone said. Gallinari has a bone bruise and is not going to play on Thursday. With Wilson Chandler (groin) also out, we should get a heavy dose of Juan Hernangomez, Will Barton and some more Jamal Murray. Barton should be owned while Murray is a very interesting pickup in competitive leagues. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 4:53 pm
    Injured
  • Kristaps Porzingis hoping he's only out 1 gm
Kristaps Porzingis (thigh) said he thinks he'll only need to miss Thursday's game and should play on the upcoming road trip.

Advice: He was asked about shutting down, and KP said he wants to finish the season and basically laughed off the question. Porzingis suffered his injury on Tuesday and coach Jeff Hornacek also said he's only expecting his star big to miss just one game. With him out, Willy Hernangomez and Carmelo Anthony benefit while Lance Thomas and Kyle O'Quinn should step up. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 3:46 pm
  • Kevin Love (knee) back in the starting lineup
Kevin Love (knee) will return to the starting lineup on Thursday against the Jazz.

Advice: He is going to have a minutes limit, but this is wonderful news for the Cavs. They'll have about a month to get him back on track before the first round of the playoffs. The Cavs will almost certainly rest him in some back-to-back games. Make sure he's not still sitting on the waiver wire right now. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 2:20 pm
  • Kristaps Porzingis listed as out for Thursday
Kristaps Porzingis (thigh) is listed as out for Thursday against the Nets.

Advice: Coach Jeff Hornacek said he wasn't sure if Porzingis will play on the road trip, so KP could miss additional games. Besides Carmelo Anthony getting a hefty bump in usage, we'll see plenty of Willy Hernangomez in the first unit while Lance Thomas helps out. Hernangomez should be owned in all leagues. Rotoworld.com Thursday, 12:21 pm
  • Buddy Hield gets 21 minutes
Buddy Hield scored seven points in 21 minutes against the Suns on Wednesday with two rebounds, one block and one 3-pointer.

Advice: While he won't be rested, Hield just isn't that good yet. He hasn't picked up a steal in four of his last five and his assist:turnover ratio is below 1.0 in that span, too. Most fantasy owners should be able to do better. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 11:52 pm
  • Alan Williams drops another double-double
Alan Williams scored 14 points with 11 rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal in 31 minutes against the Kings on Wednesday.

Advice: Another night, another double-double. Williams has a double-double in seven of his eight March games with consistent playing time in each. Alex Len isn't taking minutes from him and Tyson Chandler is likely done for the year, so keep plugging in Big Sauce as a possible mid-round guy going forward. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 11:11 pm
  • Brandon Ingram scores 18 points
Brandon Ingram scored 18 points with six rebounds, three assists, one steal and two 3-pointers in 39 minutes against the Rockets on Wednesday.

Advice: He's starting to string games together with six straight in double-figure scoring, which started after a zero-point game on Mar. 3. He's also seen an increase in assists and defensive stats over his last five, averaging 14.2 points, 4.0 boards, 2.8 assists, 1.2 steals, 0.8 blocks and 0.6 treys on 54.5 percent from the field. Ingram likely won't be a difference maker, but he's trending up as a pickup and is locked in for big minutes. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 9:28 pm
  • Gordon Hayward posts 25/9/6 in win vs. DET
Gordon Hayward had 25 points, nine rebounds, six assists, one steal and four 3-pointers in 34 minutes on Wednesday, helping Utah beat the Pistons in Detroit.

Advice: The Jazz have won nine of their last 12 games, helping them stave off the Clippers for the No. 4 seed out West. Hayward has been good but not great since the break, and it wouldn't hurt to see more assists (3.4), steals (0.9) and blocks (0.2). Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 9:27 pm
  • Boris Diaw comes off bench Wednesday
Boris Diaw headed to the bench vs. Detroit on Wednesday, finishing the road victory with seven points, three assists and one 3-pointer in 19 minutes.

Advice: Diaw played just 21 minutes in a start vs. the Clippers on Monday, and his role isn't going to change much whether he's starting or coming off the bench. Quin Snyder said he'd play the matchups until Derrick Favors (knee) can return, so the PF position is likely to be fluid. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 9:25 pm
  • Boris Diaw will come off the bench Wednesday
Boris Diaw will return to the bench for Wednesday's game against the Pistons.

Advice: With Derrick Favors (knee) on the sidelines, Utah has been moving Diaw and Joe Johnson in and out of the starting five based on the matchup, but Diaw's unimpressive numbers haven't changed based on how he enters the game. Leave him on the wire. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 3:19 pm
  • Kevin Love (knee) could play this weekend?
Kevin Love (knee) could return to the court as soon as Saturday's game vs. the Clippers, according to Brian Windhorst of ESPN.

Advice: Love was able to practice two days in a row, and while Wednesday's practice was just a light 20-minute workout, there have been whispers that he's looking to get back to the court by this weekend. Tyronn Lue said that he'll start as soon as he's cleared to play, so it makes sense to grab him if you're currently in a bye-week, or you have an open IR-slot. Just know that even if he's starting, his minutes will likely be relegated to the lower-20s for at least the first few weeks of his return. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 2:19 pm
  • Hornacek expects Porzingis to miss Thursday
Coach Jeff Hornacek said he's expecting Kristaps Porzingis (thigh) to miss Thursday's game against the Nets.

Advice: Hornacek also wasn't clear on KP playing on the upcoming road trip. "We’ll see whenever he’s ready to play," Hornacek said. While he's out, we'll see plenty of must-add Willy Hernangomez with some Lance Thomas and Kyle O'Quinn to help out. KOQ is also a solid pickup. Considering the Knicks are basically out of the postseason, the Knicks won't be in a rush to bring him back. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 12:58 pm
  • Danilo Gallinari (left knee bone bruise) out
Danilo Gallinari (left knee bone bruise) will not play against the Clippers on Thursday.

Advice: Gallinari did not practice on Wednesday and now we know why. A knee bone bruise could result in various games missed, so it's tough to get a read on how much time he will miss. Of course, we all know how many knee injuries he's suffered, including a left ACL tear. While he's out, Will Barton's value gets new life as a strong pickup while Juancho Hernangomez, Jamal Murray and Gary Harris also benefit. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 12:19 pm
    Injured
  • Gallinari, Wilson Chandler do not practice
Danilo Gallinari and Wilson Chandler (groin) did not practice on Wednesday.

Advice: Coach Mike Malone said he wasn't sure who would be available for Thursday against the Clippers. Gallo has been fantastic since the break and has played 31.7 minutes per game since the break and he's looked healthy in each game. We don't have the details on the injury front, but it's possible this is a day off. On the other hand, he's not the most durable guy. If he can't go, Juan Hernangomez and Will Barton would benefit most. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 11:59 am
    Injured
  • Kevin Love (knee) goes through light practice
Kevin Love (knee surgery) went through a light practice on Wednesday.

Advice: The Cavs only practiced for 20 minutes on Wednesday, so it was definitely a very light practice, but head coach Tyronn Lue did seem to hint that Love is on the cusp of a return. Love also got in some 3-on-3 work on Tuesday, and while he's still not officially been cleared to play, he's going to attempt to get back on the court sometime during Cleveland's upcoming four-game road trip (possibly this weekend). Lue said that Love will start once he's cleared, so he should be considered must-own in leagues with an IR-spot. Channing Frye and Richard Jefferson will lose most their value once Love is back on the court. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:29 am
  • Kristaps Porzingis (thigh) doesn't practice
Kristaps Porzingis (left thigh contusion) did not practice on Wednesday.

Advice: Porzingis exited Tuesday's game with the thigh contusion and did not return, and while he downplayed the injury after the game saying it was, "nothing serious," him sitting out Wednesday's practice isn't the greatest sign regarding his availability for Thursday's game against the Nets; Jeff Hornacek was non-committal regarding his status for Thursday night. Owners can expect to get another update following Thursday morning's shootaround, but if he's out, Willy Hernangomez will benefit most. Rotoworld.com Wednesday, 10:08 am
  • Kevin Love (knee) could be back for road trip
Kevin Love (knee surgery) participated in a 3-on-3 scrimmage on Tuesday and he may be able to return to action during Cleveland's upcoming four-game road trip.

Advice: Love is currently at the 4-week mark of his initial 6-week timetable, but he described the knee scope as "very minor," so it sounds like there's a chance he could beat the initial 6-week timeline. The Cavs begin their four-game road trip on Saturday in Los Angeles and end it on Friday, March 24 in Charlotte. If Love is able to get back during this road trip, he'll likely be eased back into things, but with the potential for an imminent return, he needs to be stashed in all leagues with an IR-spot and should be strongly considered for those currently in a bye-week. Channing Frye will lose most of his value once Love returns to the court. Rotoworld.com Tuesday, 3:21 pm
  • Jamal Murray scores 22 points w/ five triples
Jamal Murray scored 22 points with five 3-pointers, three assists, two rebounds, one block and two steals in Monday's easy win over the Lakers.

Advice: The Nuggets were missing two key pieces in Wilson Chandler (groin) and Kenneth Faried (back), so that opened up some minutes for the rookie. He played a total of 30 minutes with 19 of those coming at PG, but coach Michael Malone said a few days ago that the rookie isn't ready to unseat Jameer Nelson as the starter. This was Murray's sixth game of the season with 20+ points, but just his first since Feb. 4. While his dynasty owners should be pumped, his re-draft value is still limited and the Nuggets only have two more games this week. Give him a look if Chandler misses another game. Rotoworld.com Monday, 11:02 pm
  • Buddy Hield productive in Monday's start
Buddy Hield finished with 17 points, six rebounds, two assists and two steals in 31 minutes on Monday against the Magic.

Advice: Hield was in the starting five with Tyreke Evans (ankle) sidelined and Arron Afflalo getting a scheduled day of rest. He has 17 or more points with five or more rebounds in three straight games. The Kings are in tank mode, but they're giving their key acquisition in the DeMarcus Cousins trade a long look and he is looking like the real deal with regular playing time. Rotoworld.com Monday, 10:33 pm
  • Gordon Hayward bags four 3-pointers
Gordon Hayward finished with 27 points while hitting nine of his 18 field-goal attempts in Monday's win against the Clippers.

Advice: Hayward posted four 3-pointers to give him at least one triple in 10 consecutive outings. It was a nice bounce back after his worst performance since the last All-Star break last time out. As mentioned, there is no reason to worry when he occasionally has a poor game. He remains a must-start in most fantasy leagues. Rotoworld.com Monday, 9:41 pm
  • Boris Diaw doesn't do much in start
Boris Diaw made the start Monday against the Clippers, but he finished with just five points, three rebounds and two assists in 21 minutes.

Advice: Diaw made the start with Derrick Favors (knee) on the shelf, but he did very little with the opportunity. It was the 20th straight game without a double-digit point total dating back to Jan. 24. Even when he is in the starting five Diaw is only worth a look in the very deepest of seasonal fantasy play. Rotoworld.com Monday, 9:33 pm
  • Boris Diaw starting, Joe Johnson to bench
Boris Diaw will start against the Clippers on Monday.

Advice: The move will send Joe Johnson to the bench. Derrick Favors (knee) is out and the Jazz need size against Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan, so the lineup change makes sense. Diaw isn't a great fantasy option. Rotoworld.com Monday, 5:22 pm
  • Malone may consider starting Murray?
Nuggets coach Michael Malone hinted that he's not ready to hand the starting PG job over to Jamal Murray just yet.

Advice: "I have not gotten to that point yet," Malone said. "Obviously, with 18 games to go, we’ll see what happens in those 18 games. I think Jameer [Nelson] has earned the right to be our starter for the time being." These comments were made before Nelson was listed on the injury report with a right hip flexor strain, and he's currently questionable for Monday's game vs. the Lakers. If Nelson can't go, Murray seems like the obvious choice to start with Emmanuel Mudiay still in the doghouse. The rookie is worth a speculative add in deeper formats. Rotoworld.com Mar 13, 6:19 am
  • Alan Williams w/ another double-double Sunday
Alan Williams had another bare-bones double-double on Sunday with 12 points, 10 rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block.

Advice: Williams has six double-doubles in seven March games, despite averaging a modest 26.3 minutes, and he's paying off richly for anyone who snatched him off the waiver wire. Tyson Chandler was out tonight for personal reasons but he's no longer part of the rotation, while oft-injured Alex Len is dealing with a hip injury, all of which solidifies Big Sauce's rest-of-season outlook.
