Advice: It took awhile for Murray to get going, but he was a key player in the second quarter, collecting eight points, two rebounds, two assists and a steal in the stanza as the Nuggets built a 16-point lead before the Heat began to chip away at the deficit. Although Murray finished as the team's second-highest scorer, the team needs heroic nights from Murray, who has saved the Nuggets with his stellar play beyond the arc throughout the playoffs. Murray often stays on the court when Nikola Jokic takes a seat, and the Nuggets need Murray to step up in those moments. Rotowire.com -

While he continues to distinguish himself defensively, his consistent scoring has been a hallmark of his playoff results. Advice: After going a dreadful 0-for-9 beyond the arc in Game 1, Strus' stroke caught fire in the second game of the series. Strus joined Duncan Robinson as part of a scoring barrage that erased Denver's huge advantage heading into the final stanza. Caleb Martin had stolen a bit of Strus' thunder throughout the playoffs, but with Martin a step slower in Game 2 due to a non-COVID illness, Strus played 29 minutes and picked up the slack. Report: Heat to start Kevin Love over Caleb MartinThe Heat will start Kevin Love over Caleb Martin in Game 2 against the Nuggets in Sunday, according to NBA TV's Jared Greenberg.
Advice: Martin was listed as questionable due to an illness, but this isn't because of that. Aaron Gordon toasted the Heat in the first quarter of Game 1, so Miami will attempt to counter with more size down low. This illness may have bothered him during that game, so hopefully he'll be more productive in Game 2. He should continue to start for them alongside Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo in the frontcourt. Zeller only played eight minutes off the bench in Game 1, so he likely won't use him much, aside from trying to throw a different look at Nikola Jokic, even if it wasn't very effective.
