  • Kristaps Porzingis (knee) scrimmaging
Kristaps Porzingis (left ACL) scrimmaged "full strength" with teammates during voluntary workouts in Miami last week.

Advice: Porzingis was practicing 5-on-5 back in March, so this isn't surprising, but it's still good to hear he's on the court without obvious limitations. "[Porzingis] is very good," said teammate Dwight Powell, when explaining his impression of KP. "He’s 7-foot-3 and he shoots it from anywhere, with ease. It’s kind of hard to affect that shot. He’s moving well, he’s at full-strength." The Mavs will be very cautious with their prized big man, of course, so he remains a high-risk, high-reward target on draft day. Sunday, 6:26 pm
  • Justise Winslow expects to play point guard
Justise Winslow said the plan is for him to play predominantly at point guard next season.

Advice: Winslow had a career-year while acting as the de facto point guard last season with Goran Dragic hurt for most of the season, but it's worth noting that Pat Riley said in June that Dragic would remain Miami's starting PG and head coach Erik Spoelstra has been reluctant to call Winslow his starting point guard this summer. It sounds like he may be destined for a bench role as long as Dragic is healthy, which obviously will limit his upside. Sunday, 11:09 am
  • Williamson eager to play in an uptempo system
Zion Williamson is excited to play in Alvin Gentry's up-tempo offense this upcoming season.

Advice: "The Pelicans keep up the pace constantly, just the way I like it," said Williamson. "I am already working with members of the technical staff and the idea of running is emphasized in each exercise." Williamson put in averages of 22.6 points, 8.9 boards, 2.1 dimes, 2.1 steals and 1.8 blocks per game with Duke, but they played at a 1.87 possessions per minute pace. However, the Pelicans averaged a 2.17 possessions per minute pace last year, which will translate to more opportunity and fantasy goodness for 2019's No. 1 overall selection. Sunday, 8:17 am
  • Evan Fournier hits 5-of-17 shots for 16 pts
Evan Fournier helped France to a bronze medal finish over Australia on Sunday, tallying 16 points, five rebounds, two 3-pointers and three turnovers across 36 minutes.

Advice: Fournier didn't shoot the ball all that well, going 5-of-17 from the field, but he wasn't the only French player to struggle with his shot, as they connected on just 37.9% of their attempts as a team. It was a grind-it-out kind of game, with both teams combining for just 126 points, but France did a particularly good job of denying Team Australia the 3-point shot and managed to eke out a third-place finish at the FIBA tournament. • Joe Ingles nets 17 points in loss to France
Joe Ingles went 7-of-11 from the field and 2-of-3 from the line on his way to a team-high 17 points across 34 minutes in a tough loss to France on Sunday.

Advice: Ingles added five boards, three dimes, one triple, one steal and three turnovers while he was out there, and while the Australian team came up short, Ingles was superb throughout the tournament. He's likely going to have a slightly reduced role next season in Utah with the addition of Bojan Bogdanovic, but he still should be able to offer some fantasy value while operating as a facilitator in the second unit. He'll be worth a late-round look on draft day. Sunday, 5:01 am
