  • Donovan Mitchell leads Cavs with 28 points in win
    Donovan Mitchell led Cleveland with 28 points (9-of-23 FGs, 9-of-10 FTs), six rebounds, two assists, two steals and one triple in a 104-103 win over the Magic in Game 5 on Tuesday.

    Advice: After two poor performances in Orlando, Mitchell vowed to play better moving forward. He did just that, and while he didn’t have his best shooting night, he was able to lead the team in scoring and ice the game with two a pair of late free throws. They’ll have a chance to close out the series in Orlando in Game 6 on Friday, but Mitchell will have to be much better than he was in Games 3 and 4.   • OG Anunoby puts up 17/6/0/2/1 line in Game 5
    OG Anunoby came up big late on Tuesday and finished with 17 points (7-of-12 FGs), six rebounds, two steals, one block and two triples in 50 minutes in Game 5 against the 76ers.

    Advice: Anunoby made some big plays late in the fourth quarter of this game, and if the result was different, his impact would have been one of the headlines from this game. Tyrese Maxey’s heroics overshadowed that, but Anunoby’s fit with this team has been flawless. He played 50 minutes in this game after logging 46 minutes in their last one, but that won’t change Tom Thibodeau’s gameplan.   • Won't return Tuesday
    Harris is out for the remainder of Tuesday's game versus the Cavaliers due to a right hamstring strain, Cody Taylor of USA Today reports. He will end the contest with zero points (0-2 FG, 0-2 3Pt) and two blocks in 19 minutes.

  • Kawhi Leonard (knee) ruled out for Game 5 vs. Mavs
    Kawhi Leonard (right knee inflammation) will remain sidelined for Game 5 against Dallas on Wednesday.

    Advice: Unsurprisingly, Leonard has been ruled out for Game 5, though the situation isn’t as bleak as many expected. The Clippers have won the two games that he hasn’t played in, and they were able to reclaim home court advantage in Game 4.   • Joins starting lineup
    Okoro will join the starting lineup for Tuesday's Game 5 versus the Magic, Serena Winters of Bally Sports Cleveland reports.

    Advice: Jarrett Allen is sitting out with a rib contusion, so the Cavaliers will roll with a smaller lineup. In 42 starts this season, Okoro holds averages of 10.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.4 three-pointers. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:36 pm
  • Needs surgery, out for postseason
    Bogdanovic will undergo season-ending surgeries on his left foot and left wrist, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

    Advice: Bogdanovic was playing through ligament damage in his left wrist but suffered a left foot injury during his first minute in Game 4 and was already ruled out for Game 5. The sharpshooter was traded to the Knicks at the deadline and averaged 10.4 points in 19.1 minutes across his final 29 regular-season appearances. However, Bogdanovic struggled in limited action during the opening-round series against Philadelphia, as he averaged 8.0 points on 29.2 percent shooting in 16.3 minutes over the first three matchups.     Hardaway (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's Game 5 against the Clippers.

    Advice: Hardaway suffered a setback during Tuesday's post-practice scrimmage and will miss a third straight contest after spraining his right ankle during Game 2.     Advice: Facing elimination, the Heat will be without three key rotation pieces in Boston. Rozier and Jimmy Butler (knee) remain sidelined, with Jaime Jaquez Jr. (hip) joining them on the sideline after injuring his hip during Monday’s Game 4 defeat. Caleb Martin will remain in the starting lineup, while Tyler Herro will continue to shoulder a heavy workload. He will not play in what could be the Heat’s final game of the season, with Jaquez’s absence freeing up a spot in the starting lineup.
