  • Clint Capela scores 13 with 10 boards
Clint Capela double-doubled against the Nuggets on Friday with 13 points, 10 rebounds, one assist and one block in 26 minutes.

Advice: Not that there was any concern at all after Capela's playing time slightly dropped against the Warriors, but this may help those extreme worriers. He's one of the best pick-and-roll bigs in the NBA and is tailor-made for the offense right now. Before tonight, Capela ranked first in points per game off cuts and third on roll-man scoring. He's having a breakout season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:44 pm
  • Patrick Beverley scores 11 points
Patrick Beverley scored 11 points with three rebounds, six assists, one steal, two blocks and two 3-pointers in 28 minutes against the Nuggets on Friday.

Advice: If not for garbage time, Beverley's minutes would have likely been more than his 29 from Thursday. Beverley does only have a team-low 12.0 usage rate, but the Rockets are very successful when he's on the court with his team-high 13.8 net rating. He's posting eighth-round value on the year and could hold that value. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:40 pm
  • Montrezl Harrell scores eight off bench
Montrezl Harrell was the backup center again on Friday, scoring eight points with three rebounds and two blocks in 20 minutes.

Advice: The Rockets surprisingly rested Nene for a second straight game. That may have been due to how well Harrell played on Thursday or perhaps it could even be a rotation change. Hopefully, Mike D'Antoni sheds some light on this, but Harrell is still only going to be the backup center. He's only worth a look if you're desperate at center. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:35 pm
  • Inspectah Dek: Sam Dekker scores 17 points
Sam Dekker scored a career-high 17 points against the Nuggets on Friday, adding four rebounds, one steal, one block and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes.

Advice: It was a fantastic game for Dekker, who was already playing the best ball of his career coming into this game. He played clutch minutes against the Warriors on Thursday and is fitting right in for coach Mike D'Antoni with minutes at both forward spots. With Trevor Ariza (back) going down tonight, Dekker is a speculative add in competitive leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:27 pm
  • John Wall scores 15 with 17 assists
John Wall scored 17 points on 8-of-16 shooting with 15 assists in Friday's loss to the Spurs.

Advice: This was his second game in a row with 15 dimes and he added two rebounds, three steals and one triple in 37 minutes. Wall did miss practice on Thursday, but the Wizards are just managing his reps to keep him fresh for the games. The Wizards are only 6-12, so they will need to turn things around in order for Wall's fantasy value to be safe when it matters the most. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:12 pm
  • Emmanuel Mudiay struggles vs. Houston
Emmanuel Mudiay made 3-of-12 from the field for nine points against the Rockets on Friday, adding three rebounds, six assists and one 3-pointer in 29 minutes.

Advice: With Will Barton back in the mix, that means Mudiay will now have more pressure on him, as well. With Jameer Nelson playing well and the shooting guard minutes looking very full with Barton and Jamal Murray, Nelson could take some minutes from Mudiay. That's especially the case when the Nuggets are trailing in the second half. He's a headache to own in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 11:02 pm
  • Danilo Gallinari gets big minutes again
Danilo Gallinari scored 16 points with five rebounds, one assist, two 3-pointers and one turnover in 35 minutes against the Rockets on Friday.

Advice: Coach Mike Malone sure loves to go full throttle on Gallo. Despite being very injury prone, Gallinari has played 35.5 minutes per game in his last two after he missed the previous three games due to a thigh injury. The Nuggets will travel to Utah for Saturday, so maybe Malone keeps Gallo closer to 30 for that tough matchup. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:54 pm
  • Danny Green held to three points Friday
Danny Green scored three points on 1-of-4 shooting with one assist, one steal, one triple and three turnovers in 24 minutes vs. the Wizards on Friday.

Advice: This was the third time in his last five games that Green was held to single-digit points, and he's averaging just 6.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.0 block and 1.6 triples in that span. He's only attempted more than four shots one time in that span, but you likely won't find a player on your waiver wire who can help you with steals, blocks and treys, making Green a hold in standard leagues. • Jamal Murray struggles against HOU
Jamal Murray scored two points with three rebounds, one assist and two turnovers in 17 minutes against the Rockets on Saturday.

Advice: After winning the November Western Conference Rookie of the Month nod, Murray had a really rough time tonight. He didn't score until garbage time with six of his minutes coming in the fourth quarter. Murray's playing time should be taking a dive, so he'll be more of a stash. He had some really bad mistakes on defending the three, which is a quick way to get on coach Mike Malone's bad side. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:47 pm
  • Patty Mills scores 10 in 28 minutes Friday
Patty Mills scored 10 points on 4-of-9 shooting with eight assists, four rebounds and two 3-pointers in 28 minutes on Friday vs. the Wizards.

Advice: Tony Parker (knee) was out again and Nicolas Laprovittola drew his second straight start, but Mills played 28 minutes for the second straight game and he's clearly the pickup here. Mills is playing for a new contract and is playing the best ball of his career, averaging 14.4 points, 3.8 assists and 2.6 treys over his last five games. He's worth owning in standard leagues right now. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:44 pm
  • Taj Gibson scores 23 points vs. Cavs
Taj Gibson was outstanding against the Cavs on Friday with 23 points, 11 rebounds, five assists and one steal in 40 minutes.

Advice: He made his first nine shots from the field and finished 10-of-13 in this win. Gibson has put together his best five-game stretch of the season, averaging 14.6 points, 9.0 boards, 3.4 assists, 1.0 blocks and 0.8 steals on 62.0 percent from the field. He has to be owned in standard leagues right now. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:18 pm
  • Trevor Ariza leaves game with back spasms
Updating a previous report, Trevor Ariza left Friday's game vs. Denver with back spasms.

Advice: He didn't return, but there was only a few minutes left. Ariza played 43 minutes the night before and logged 31 minutes tonight, but luckily he gets two days off before Monday's game vs. Boston. He finished with 16 points on 6-of-11 shooting with seven rebounds, three assists, five steals and four treys. If we get some bad news on Ariza, Sam Dekker would get some extra burn. To be clear, Ariza should be fine. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 10:12 pm
  • J.R. Smith scores nine points in loss
J.R. Smith scored nine points with two rebounds, two assists, one steal and three 3-pointers in 33 minutes.

Advice: He made 3-of-8 from the field, so the efficiency was solid for Smith when taking into account his treys. He is playing through some knee soreness and is not going to get an MRI despite some history with knee injuries. Smith is very hit or miss, so he's a questionable player to own when he's not on. • Dennis Schroder scores 17 w/ 11 assists
Dennis Schroder scored 17 points with 11 assists, two rebounds and one triple in 25 minutes against the Pistons on Friday.

Advice: He looked much better on paper than in real life, as the Hawks were roasted by 36 points and Schroder and the rest of the starters were benched at half. Schroder has put together three encouraging stat lines in a row with averages of 24.0 points, 8.7 assists and 1.3 triples in that span, but it's going to be interesting to see what happens to his (and the rest of the starters) role on Saturday vs. the Raptors with his head coach contemplating lineup changes. Our guess is that Schroder's job is safe. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:36 pm
  • Kyle O'Quinn goes bonkers in win vs. Wolves
Kyle O'Quinn came out of nowhere against the Wolves on Friday with 20 points, 13 rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 31 minutes.

Advice: Wow. That's season highs in points, boards and minutes for KOQ in his start today. He was outstanding on the defensive end and coach Jeff Hornacek stuck with him after not playing him for more than 18 minutes in any of his previous four games. Joakim Noah (ankle) could be back for Sunday, so O'Quinn would only be worth a look in deeper leagues. This looks like one of the flukiest games of the season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:35 pm
  • Dwight Howard scores 2 points in loss to DET
Dwight Howard tied his season-low with two points in Friday's blowout loss to the Pistons, hitting 1-of-4 shots from the field in 25 minutes.

Advice: He only added six rebounds with two blocks and was dominated by Andre Drummond. Howard was benched at halftime along with the rest of Atlanta's starters, but it's hard to imagine that his role would be in danger even though coach Mike Budenholzer said he would look at everything. The Hawks will try to avoid losing their sixth straight game against Toronto on Saturday. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:30 pm
  • Kent Bazemore held to seven points in loss
Kent Bazemore was benched at halftime during Friday's blowout loss to the Pistons, finishing with seven points on 3-of-11 shooting with two rebounds, one assist, one steal and one triple in 18 minutes.

Advice: The Hawks benched their entire starting unit at halftime and coach Mike Budenholzer said after the game that he's considering lineup changes, but we still think Kyle Korver would head to the bench before Baze. He's been all over the place lately with two games with 21+ points and three games with single-digit points in his last five, but he's still a hold in standard leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:26 pm
  • Justin Holiday plays a great game vs. MIN
Justin Holiday vastly improved against the Wolves on Friday with 13 points, seven rebounds, three steals and two 3-pointers in 31 minutes.

Advice: He got the start for the injured Courtney Lee (ankle) and really stepped it up after struggling for over a week. If Lee is going to miss additional time, Holiday could flirt with minutes close to 30. Although, he's not expected to miss time and figures to be questionable for Sunday against the Kings. Holiday is only a lukewarm pickup in deep leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:21 pm
  • Budenholzer considering lineup changes?
Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer said "We’ll look at everything" when asked if he will shake up his starting lineup after Friday's 121-85 loss to the Pistons.

Advice: The Hawks have lost five straight games and seven out of their last eight, so they've got to try something. Coach Bud even benched his entire starting five at halftime because he was looking for a "spark." Kyle Korver has arguably struggled the most and he finished with seven points on 2-of-8 shooting with two rebounds and one steal in 34 minutes Friday, and he's been held to single-digit points in four out of his last five games. Standard-league owners are probably ready to move on. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:12 pm
  • Willy Hernangomez gets 17 minutes
Willy Hernangomez played 17 minutes against the Wolves on Friday with six points, four rebounds and one assist.

Advice: He surprisingly played eight minutes on Wednesday, but he was back to his normal role tonight. Hernangomez still hasn't shown enough upside in his limited minutes to warrant a pickup in most leagues. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 9:09 pm
