    • Bounces back in Game 4 win
Russell ended Saturday's 119-108 win over the Nuggets in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs with 21 points (8-15 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists and one steal in 41 minutes.

Advice: Russell faced tons of scrutiny following a woeful effort in a Game 3 loss during which he finished scoreless (0-7 FG, 0-6 3Pt), but he bounced back admirably and reached the 20-point mark for the second time in this series. Russell will need to carry his hot hand into Game 5 if the Lakers want to avoid elimination Monday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:25 pm
    • Poor shooting effort in Game 3
Herro finished with 15 points (5-16 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and two assists in 33 minutes during Saturday's 104-84 loss to the Celtics in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Herro had a rough outing Saturday, as he had a tough time when matched up against Jaylen Brown, and he finished the game with more field-goal attempts than points scored. That's not an encouraging performance from a player that needs to steps up offensively, particularly with Jimmy Butler (knee) sidelined. Through three games in the current series against the Celtics, Herro has gone 16-for-42 from the field while failing to surpass the 15-point mark twice. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:15 pm

    • Comes close to double-double
Adebayo contributed 20 points (8-18 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-6 FT), nine rebounds and three assists in 38 minutes during Saturday's 104-84 loss to the Celtics in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: The Heat were never able to compete with the Celtics in this Game 3 loss, but Adebayo was Miami's most productive player, finishing just one rebound shy of a double-double and leading the team in scoring. It's not surprising to see him operate as one of the Heat's go-to players on offense since Jimmy Butler (knee) is out and not expected back before the end of this series. Adebayo should be in line for another heavy workload in Game 4 on Monday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:08 pm
    • D’Angelo Russell bounces back, scores 21 points
D’Angelo Russell amassed 21 points (8-of-15 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, four assists, one steal, and four 3-pointers in 41 minutes in the Lakers’ Game 4 win over the Nuggets on Saturday.

Advice: Despite the questions regarding whether or not he would change the starting lineup, Lakers coach Darvin Ham stuck with the same five with his team’s season on the line. Russell, who went scoreless on 0-of-7 shooting in Game 3, rewarded his coach’s faith, rebounding and scoring an efficient 21 points on Saturday. While Russell struggled throughout last season’s Western Conference Finals, he has been up and down in this series. The Lakers will need him to break that trend in Game 5 on Monday if they’re to force a Game 6. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:16 pm
    • Bam Adebayo leads Heat with 20 points in Game 3
Bam Adebayo played 39 minutes in Saturday’s 104-84 loss to the Celtics, amassing 20 points (8-of-18 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs), nine rebounds, and three assists.

Advice: Adebayo was the most productive of Miami’s five starters, reaching the 20-point mark for the third time in this series. However, he has yet to record a steal or blocked shot, which is surprising for a player accepted as one of the NBA’s best defenders, regardless of position. In three regular-season meetings between the Heat and Celtics, Adebayo averaged 1.3 steals and 1.7 blocked shots. Miami will need more than points and rebounds from its All-Star center if they’re to even the series at two games apiece on Monday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:22 pm
    • Tyler Herro struggles, finishes with 15 points
Tyler Herro shot 5-of-16 from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line in Saturday’s Game 3 loss to the Celtics, accounting for 15 points, two rebounds, two assists, and three 3-pointers in 32 minutes.

Advice: The road team has recently dominated the Celtics/Heat series, and Saturday was no exception. After going off in Miami’s Game 2 victory, Herro was held in check, shooting 2-of-7 from two and finishing with nearly as many turnovers (four) as made baskets (five). The Head didn’t get much from Caleb Martin, either, as he finished with five points, three rebounds, two assists, and one 3-pointer in 38 minutes. Miami will need more production from Herro and Martin if they’re to win Game 4, which is on Monday night. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:15 pm

    • Strong performance Saturday
Giddey notched 21 points (8-13 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds, six assists and one steal in 31 minutes during Saturday's 106-85 victory over New Orleans in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: Giddey put together his best performance of the postseason, helping guide the Thunder to a comfortable victory. He was one of three Oklahoma City players to score at least 20 points, a feat achieved by no one for the Pelicans. Now leading the series 3-0, the Thunder will look to end things in Game 4 on Monday. • Josh Giddey produces 21/8/6/1 line with 4 triples
Josh Giddey stuffed the stat sheet on Saturday and finished with 21 points (8-of-13 FGs), eight rebounds, six assists, one steal and four 3-pointers against the Pelicans in Game 3.

Advice: Giddey played better in Game 2 than he did in Game 1, and he was even better in this one. He produced a solid stat line, and he was a threat from beyond the arc, which has been a weakness for the team. If Giddey can consistently knock down open shots, they’ll be a difficult team to slow down during this postseason. It is unlikely that he will continue to be this productive as a scorer, but he was an important piece in their big win on Saturday. If he can have another game like this, they won’t have any issues closing this series out in Game 4 on Monday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:19 pm

    • Franz Wagner drops 34/13/4 in Game 4 win over Cavs
Franz Wagner led the Magic with 34 points (13-of-17 FGs), 13 rebounds, four assists, one block and two triples in a 112-89 win over Cleveland in Game 4 on Saturday.

Advice: Wagner took over in the third quarter, scoring 12 points in the period as Orlando outscored the Cavs 37-10. The Magic trailed by nine points at halftime, but they won by 23 because of elite defense and Wagner’s offense. He has been solid in this series, but Wagner played like a true star in this one, which was needed with Paolo Banchero (9 points) struggling. They tied the series up with two convincing wins, and they’ll need to bring some of this offense with them to Cleveland for Game 5 if they want to take a lead in this series. After averaging 84.5 points in the first two games of this series, they have averaged 116.5 over the last two. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:04 pm
