      Myles Turner logged 30 minutes in Tuesday’s 121-91 loss to the Knicks, amassing 16 points (6-of-12 FGs), five rebounds, two assists, two steals, two blocks, and four 3-pointers.

      Advice: To begin the third quarter, Turner got hot, hitting three 3-pointers to trim the Pacers’ deficit to seven points. That was as close as Indiana would get, as the Knicks’ improved defense and dominance of the offensive boards were too much to overcome. New York grabbed 20 offensive rebounds, nine fewer than Indiana’s total rebound tally. Turner struggled with Isaiah Hartenstein, who corralled 12 offensive boards, and that will have to change for Game 6 on Friday night. New York holds a 3-2 series lead.       Advice: The Mavericks have welcomed the emergence of P.J. Washington in the series against the Thunder, as Kyrie Irving has struggled badly so far. He's failed to score in double digits in two of four games versus OKC and is shooting a mere 35.7 percent from three-point range. Irving needs to take on a bigger role on offense if the Mavericks want to move to the Western Conference Finals, especially considering how banged up Luka Doncic is.     • Kyrie Irving musters up 9/1/9 line in Game 4 loss
      Kyrie Irving struggled on Monday and finished with just nine points (4-of-11 FGs), one rebound and nine assists against the Thunder.

      Advice: Kyrie has been able to put together some spectacular second halves after not doing much in the first half throughout this postseason. However, that wasn’t the case in this game. After entering halftime with four points and seven assists, he didn’t add much after the break. Dallas can’t survive with both Luka Doncic and Irving struggling, which was the case in this game. OKC regained homecourt advantage in this game, which means that Dallas will have to win another game on the road to win this series.       Advice: Holiday led all Celtics in Game 4 in threes made while ending as one of three players with 15 or more points to go along with a team-high-tying handful of assists and a team-best trio of steals in a winning effort. Holiday connected on at least four threes for the first time this postseason, and he has now tallied at least 15 points, seven rebounds and five assists in two straight contests for Boston.       Jrue Holiday posted a full line on Monday with 16 points (6-of-11 FGs), seven rebounds, five assists, three steals, one block and four triples against Cleveland in Game 4.

      Advice: Holiday has been a disappointment this postseason, but he has been much better over their last two games. After scoring in double figures in just three of their first seven playoff games, Holiday averaged 17.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.5 steals, 1.0 block and 3.5 triples in their two games in Cleveland. He is playing like the star they acquired this summer to help push them over the edge, and if he continues to produce to this level, they won’t have any issues closing out the Cavs on Wednesday and advancing to the conference finals.       Myles Turner finished Sunday’s 121-89 win over the Knicks with 13 points (5-of-5 FGs), five rebounds, two assists, one steal, three blocks, and three 3-pointers in 26 minutes.

      Advice: Turner and the Pacers were dominant throughout Game 4, as they picked up the win to even the series at two games apiece. He didn’t miss a shot from the field while recording a full stat line, including three blocked shots. Outside of Game 2, Turner has played well in his matchup with Knicks center Isaiah Hartenstein. The ability to step out beyond the 3-point line makes Turner a problematic matchup for Hartenstein, who appears more comfortable in drop coverage than playing at the level. Although he ended with a modest 18 points (still a high for Holiday in this season's playoffs), the bulk of those came in the first half, keeping the Celtics on the front foot.       Advice: Holiday averaged 12.5 points per game in the regular season (fewest since his rookie campaign), and he scored in single figures in four of seven in the playoffs leading up to Saturday’s Game 3 victory. The 18 points are his most through eight games in this season’s playoffs, and though he hasn’t been much of a factor on offense, he’s been getting it done consistently as a defender and facilitator.
