    • Gets five minutes in return
Kornet (calf) tallied two points (2-2 FT) and one rebound across five minutes Saturday in the Celtics' 104-84 win over the Heat in Game 3 of the first-round playoff series.

Advice: After Kornet was ruled out of the Celtics' playoff opener April 21, head coach Joe Mazzulla labeled the backup center as week-to-week after he strained his right calf during a practice. Ultimately, Kornet missed just two games on account of the issue, as he took back a small role in the Boston rotation in his return to action Saturday. Kornet is unlikely to see his playing time grow substantially as the Celtics' playoff run continues. Rotowire.com Today, 5:59 am
    • Posts double-double in Game 3 win
Tatum logged 22 points (6-16 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 8-12 FT), 11 rebounds, six assists and one block in 39 minutes during Saturday's 104-84 victory over Miami in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Tatum co-led the Celtics in scoring Saturday with Jaylen Brown, but Tatum also made his presence felt in other categories, particularly in the rebounding column, another category in which he led the team. Tatum's eight makes from the charity stripe salvaged what could've been a subpar scoring performance for the star forward, and he'll aim to bounce back from a poor shooting display in Game 4 on Monday. • Fills stat sheet in Game 3 win
Brown posted 22 points (11-20 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 0-1 FT), eight rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals in 33 minutes during Saturday's 104-84 victory over the Heat in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Brown couldn't repeat the 33-point output from Game 2, but he delivered a well-rounded effort and surpassed the 20-point mark for the second consecutive contest, as he continues to play a prominent role on offense for the Celtics even when the team is at full strength. Brown should play a significant role on offense once again when these two teams meet again Monday. He's averaging 24.0 points per game in the series. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:28 pm
    • Jaylen Brown scores 22 with a full line in Game 3
Jaylen Brown shot 11-of-20 from the field and 0-of-1 from the foul line in Saturday’s 104-84 win over the Heat, amassing 22 points, eight rebounds, three assists, one steal, and one blocked shot in 33 minutes.

Advice: Brown missed all four of his 3-point attempts, but that was the lone blemish on his stat line in the Celtics’ 20-point victory. He’s shot 50% or better from the field in all three games, scoring 20 or more in the last two. Brown and the Celtics combined to shoot 11-of-37 from three on Saturday, but they did a far better job defending that shot than in Game 2. Miami was 9-of-28 from beyond the arc in Game 3, a big reason why the Celtics took a 2-1 series lead. Game 4 is on Monday night, and Boston has won ten of its last 13 games in Miami. • Jayson Tatum records 22/11/6/0/1 line in Game 3
Jayson Tatum played 38 minutes in Saturday’s 104-84 win over the Heat, tallying 22 points (6-of-16 FGs, 8-of-12 FTs), 11 rebounds, six assists, one block, and two 3-pointers.

Advice: While Tatum has scored at least 22 points in all three games, he’s been inconsistent regarding accuracy. He shot 50% from the field in Boston’s Game 2 loss but made fewer than 40% of his shots in Games 1 and 3 (both Celtics wins). Outside of the shooting, this was an efficient game for Tatum, who did not commit a turnover while recording his second double-double of the series. Derrick White also failed to record a turnover in Game 3, finishing with 16 points, five rebounds, three assists, and two 3-pointers in 31 minutes. The Celtics, who lead two games to one, will look to strengthen their hold on the series in Game 4 on Monday night. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:36 pm
    • Shai Gilgeous-Alexander turns in 24/5/8/4/1 in G3
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 24 points (8-of-20 FGs), five rebounds, eight assists, four steals, one block and one triple in a 106-85 win over New Orleans in Game 3 on Saturday.

Advice: SGA wasn’t as efficient in this game in comparison to his performances in Games 1 and 2, but he was still able to lead the team in scoring and help them take a commanding 3-0 lead in the series. This was a well-rounded performance for the team, and they’ll have a chance to close out the series in Game 4 on Monday. SGA, who is a finalist for the league’s MVP award, has had a strong start to the postseason, and they’ll need him to keep it up if they want to make any real noise in the playoffs this year. • Luke Kornet (calf) cleared to play in Game 3
Luke Kornet (left calf strain) will be available to play in Game 3 against Miami on Saturday.

Advice: Kornet is back after missing Games 1 and 2 with this calf injury, but it is unlikely that he sees the floor if this game remains close. He is a solid depth piece, but Kristaps Porzingis and Al Horford will fill the center minutes. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:16 pm
    • Available to play Saturday
Kornet (calf) is available for Saturday's game against the Heat.

Advice: The availability of Kornet means the Celtics will be at full strength for Game 3 of the series against the Heat. Kornet should see minutes off the bench, though he's likely to have a very limited role with both Kristaps Porzingis and Al Horford available. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:12 pm
    • Eric Gordon chips in 11/2/3/3/1 line off bench
Eric Gordon provided a boost off the bench with 11 points (2-of-7 FGs), two rebounds, three assists, three steals, one block and two triples against the Timberwolves on Friday.

Advice: With Grayson Allen sidelined with an ankle injury, Gordon took on a larger role off the bench and ended up providing them with a nice scoring boost. He also gave them some defensive production, which isn’t characteristic for Gordon. If Allen is back on Sunday for Game 4, EG will lose out on minutes. He averaged 22 minutes across the first two games, but he had to play 34 minutes in Game 3. However, if Allen remains out, Gordon will be asked to take on more minutes once again.
