    Advice: Love logged just six minutes, failing to have any sort of real impact against an impressive Celtics squad. At this point in his career, Love doesn't have enough in the tank to provide Miami with meaningful production.     Robinson finished Monday's 102-88 loss to Boston in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs with zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and one assist over three minutes.

    Advice: Robinson hit rock bottom in the loss, failing to score in just three minutes of playing time. It's a far cry from what he was doing during the regular season and highlights just how unimpactful he can be.     Advice: Horford was forced into an increased role Monday, thanks to a calf injury to Kristaps Porzingis. While initial reports indicate that Porzingis has avoided anything serious, there is certainly a chance he will miss at least the next game.     Advice: James did everything in his power to extend the opening-round matchup, including playing all but four minutes of Game 5, but it wasn't enough to get the job done. The 39-year-old forward poured in 30 points in each of the last two games and consistently packed the stat sheet throughout the series, averaging 27.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, 8.8 assists, 2.4 steals and 1.0 blocks over five appearances.   • Austin Reaves posts 19/3/4/3/2 line in Game 5 loss
    Austin Reaves provided a scoring boost on Monday with 19 points (6-of-11 FGs), three rebounds, four assists, three steals, two blocks and one triple against Denver.

    Advice: Reaves came alive in the fourth quarter and had nine points over the final six minutes of the game as the Lakers traded leads with the Nuggets. It didn’t end up being enough to keep their season alive, but Reaves was still able to turn in a solid stat line. This was year one of a four year deal that has been a bargain for the Lakers. That flexibility should allow the Lakers to reload this summer, with Reaves being one of the only players outside of LeBron James and Anthony Davis that should be a safe bet to be wearing purple and gold again next season.   • LeBron James pours in 30/9/11/4 in Game 5 loss
    LeBron James led the Lakers with 30 points (11-of-21 FGs), nine rebounds, 11 assists, four steals and three triples in a 108-106 loss to the Nuggets in Game 5 on Monday.

    Advice: While it certainly won’t mean much, LeBron played well in this series and closed it out with another excellent performance. He averaged 27.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, 8.8 assists, 2.4 steals, 1.0 block and 2.0 triples while shooting 56.6% from the floor through the five-game series, which was much closer than the gentlemen’s sweep makes it look. The Lakers were outscored by a total of 11 points in five games and were at the mercy of two game-winning shots by Jamal Murray.     Marshall recorded 16 points (5-9 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one block across 22 minutes during Monday's 97-89 loss to the Thunder in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

    Advice: Marshall turned in an efficient shooting performance, scoring nine of his 16 points from beyond the arc. He had an inconsistent series at best, as he was held to five points in two of his team's four matchups on the way to being swept. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:47 pm
     
  • Anthony Davis finishes with 17/15/4 line in loss
    Anthony Davis recorded a double-double on Monday with 17 points (8-of-11 FGs), 15 rebounds, four assists and two blocks against Denver in Game 5.

    Advice: After a strong first half, AD exited the game briefly due to a left shoulder injury. While he was able to play through it, he really wasn’t the same player after that. 16 of his 17 points came before halftime, and if he stayed healthy, the result of this game may have been different. AD has been banged up all season, but he was still able to play a career-high 77 games. Davis has been knocked in fantasy hoops over the last few years by his lack of games played, but he may have flipped the script this season.   • Battles through shoulder injury
    Davis suffered a left shoulder injury during the third quarter of Monday's Game 5 against the Nuggets but was able to return after visiting the locker room. He recorded 17 points (8-11 FG, 1-2 FT), 15 rebounds, four assists and two blocks across 40 minutes in the loss.

    Advice: Davis suffered the injury early in the third quarter on a play during which he took contact to his left shoulder, and though he was able to remain in the contest immediately afterward, he was barely able to use his left arm. The 31-year-old exited the game with four minutes left in the third quarter and went to the locker room, later returning for the final period. The injury seemed to impact Davis on the offensive end of the court, forcing LeBron James and Austin Reaves to shoulder heavy workloads down the stretch.
