    • Nikola Jokic posts 24/15/9/1 stat line in Game 3
Nikola Jokic amassed 24 points (9-of-13 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), 15 rebounds, nine assists, and one steal in 39 minutes in Thursday’s 112-105 win over the Lakers.

Advice: All three of Denver’s frontcourt starters accounted for at least 20 points and 10 rebounds, with Jokic finishing one assist shy of a triple-double. The Nuggets have now won the last 11 games they’ve played against the Lakers, and it feels like a matter of “when” they’ll end this series rather than “if.” Game 4 is on Saturday night, and Jokic could once again approach 40 minutes as the Nuggets go for the sweep. • Vintage performance Tuesday
Conley ended Tuesday's 105-93 win over the Suns in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals with 18 points (7-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four rebounds, four assists and two steals across 32 minutes.

Advice: Conley assumed more responsibility on the offensive end of the floor to help lead Minnesota to the win. Despite not always putting up noteworthy production, Conley is a vital piece for the Timberwolves. He provides them with veteran leadership, as well as a cool head when the going gets tough. Minnesota will look to take a commanding lead in the series when the team lines up for Game 3 Friday. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 8:53 pm
    • Passive performance Tuesday
Beal posted 14 points (6-17 FG, 2-4 3Pt), four rebounds and six assists across 42 minutes during Tuesday's 105-93 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: Beal was relatively quiet in the loss, much like his teammates. Despite keeping it close, Phoenix was simply overwhelmed by the Timberwolves, both inside and outside the paint. Now trailing 2-0 in the series, the Suns will look to get back on track Friday when they host Game 3. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 8:48 pm
    • Double-doubles in loss
Nurkic finished with 10 points (5-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-2 FT), 14 rebounds and four assists over 31 minutes during Tuesday's 105-93 loss to Minnesota in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: Nurkic grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds to go with 10 points, tallying his first double-double of the series. While he was more involved, the Suns still came up short, falling behind 2-0 in the series. Game 3 will be in Phoenix on Friday, where Nurkic will look to be even more of a force on the interior against the size of the Timberwolves. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 8:46 pm
    • Jusuf Nurkic grabs game-high 14 rebounds Tuesday
Jusuf Nurkic tallied 10 points (5-of-11 FGs, 0-of-2 FTs), 14 rebounds, and four assists in 31 minutes in Tuesday’s 105-93 loss to the Timberwolves.

Advice: Phoenix is headed home in a 0-2 hole, and they’ve had their hands full with Rudy Gobert. Nurkic has done what he can in the post, recording a double-double in Game 2 after offering limited production in the series opener on Saturday. Still, Minnesota’s size has given the Suns trouble. Kevin Durant scored 18 points but was not as efficient as in Game 1, shooting 6-of-15 from the field. He added six rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one blocked shot in 41 minutes, but KD missed both of his 3-point attempts. Durant, Nurkic, and the Suns will attempt to shift the series’ momentum on Friday night in Phoenix. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:55 pm
    • Mike Conley hits three triples, scores 18 points
Mike Conley shot 7-of-13 from the field and 1-of-1 from the foul line in Tuesday’s 105-93 win over Phoenix, amassing 18 points, four rebounds, four assists, two steals, and three 3-pointers in 32 minutes.

Advice: After scoring four points on 2-of-12 shooting in the Timberwolves’ Game 1 victory, Conley was significantly better in Game 2. He shot over 50% from the field and was one of three Timberwolves to score at least 18 points, helping pick up the slack on a night when Anthony Edwards wasn’t at his best. While Ant-Man recorded a full stat line (15/5/8/3/1 with two 3-pointers), he shot 3-of-12 from the field (1-of-6 from two) and 7-of-8 from the foul line. Minnesota successfully managed the first two games of the series with inconsistent production from its starting guards, but they’ll need to be at their best in Game 3 on Friday. • Goes for 22 points in Game 2
Porter totaled 22 points (8-13 FG, 6-10 3Pt), nine rebounds, one assist and two steals in 38 minutes during Monday's 101-99 victory over the Lakers in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.

Advice: Porter sniffed a double-double for the second consecutive game after delivering a 19-point, eight-rebound effort in Game 1 on Saturday, and the forward continues to impact both ends of the court for Denver. Even though he doesn't get the same attention as Nikola Jokic or Jamal Murray, Porter is a key piece in the Nuggets' offensive scheme, and he's averaging 16.2 points with 7.3 rebounds per game in April, including regular-season contests. • Posts triple-double in Game 2 win
Jokic closed Monday's 101-99 win over the Lakers in Game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals with 27 points (9-16 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 7-7 FT), 20 rebounds, 10 assists and two steals across 41 minutes.

Advice: Jamal Murray might have grabbed most of the headlines after draining a buzzer-beating, game-winning shot to lift Denver to victory, but Jokic's contributions can't be overlooked, as the MVP favorite posted a triple-double while dealing with the menace of Anthony Davis on both ends of the court. Jokic extended an impressive run that has seen him record a double-double or a triple-double in each of his last 16 games, a span in which he's averaging 28.3 points, 13.4 rebounds and 8.4 assists per game. • Michael Porter Jr. hits six 3-pointers, scores 22
Michael Porter Jr. amassed 22 points (8-of-13 FGs), nine rebounds, one assist, two steals, and six 3-pointers in 38 minutes in Monday’s 101-99 win over the Lakers.

Advice: While Jamal Murray got hot in the fourth quarter, he shot 3-of-16 from the field in the first three periods of Game 2. Porter was one of the Nuggets who helped keep the team afloat, as Denver trailed by as much as 20 before rallying to take a 2-0 series lead. With the amount of attention the Lakers devote to Murray and Nikola Jokic, Porter and Aaron Gordon (14/7/3 in 40 minutes) will have opportunities to score. MPJ stepped up in a big way and was one of the unsung heroes in Game 2. The Nuggets head to Los Angeles for Game 3 on Thursday night. Rotoworld Monday, 9:58 pm
