    • To miss Game 2
Gobert (personal) has been ruled out for Monday's Game 2 against the Nuggets, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Gobert was added to the team's injury report earlier in the day due to a personal matter, and he's since been downgraded to out after Charania confirmed the birth of Gobert's first child. Look for Naz Reid, who put up 16 points in Game 1, and Kyle Anderson to see an increased workload in the frontcourt Monday night. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:36 pm
    • Rudy Gobert (personal) downgraded to out Monday
Rudy Gobert (personal reasons) will not play in Monday’s Game 2 against the Nuggets.

Advice: While there were some questions regarding whether Gobert could make it back to Denver in time for Game 2 after being present for the birth of his child, Timberwolves coach Chris Finch said he would not play. Naz Reid will play more minutes, likely as a starter, and Minnesota needs Karl-Anthony Towns to avoid committing silly fouls. Kyle Anderson should also experience an increase in playing time. • Rudy Gobert (personal) questionable Monday
Rudy Gobert is questionable for Monday’s matchup with Denver due to personal reasons.

Advice: Minnesota took Game 1 on the road in Denver on Saturday, and Gobert’s absence would create a major hole in the Wolves’ roster for Game 2. If he’s ultimately unable to go, expect Naz Reid and Kyle Anderson to see bumps in playing time to fill the void. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:59 am
    • Late addition to injury report
Gobert is questionable for Monday's Game 2 against the Nuggets due to personal reasons.

Advice: Gobert's partner is due to give birth this month, per Jack Borman of Canius Hoopus, so that's likely the reasoning behind the big man missing the team's morning shootaround. Gobert has the full support of his team, and it's still possible he's able to return in time for the 10 p.m. ET tipoff. However, if Gobert is unavailable, Naz Reid, who had a stellar fourth quarter in Game 1, would be a candidate for increased minutes, but Karl-Anthony Towns would likely start at center. • Russell Westbrook plays 9 minutes in Game 6 loss
Russell Westbrook shot 2-of-7 from the field and 2-of-3 from the foul line in Friday’s loss to the Mavericks, scoring six points with one rebound, one assist, and one steal in nine minutes.

Advice: In what could be his final game as a Clipper, Westbrook offered little value in Game 6. Tyronn Lue needed more scoring, especially with P.J. Tucker starting, which led to Los Angeles effectively going with a six-man rotation. Westbrook entered the season with a Yahoo ADP of 109.3, a generous placement for a veteran point guard whose role would be limited. Give Russ credit for willingly taking a step back after the Clippers added James Harden, but his days as a consistently relevant fantasy option may have ended. Westbrook has a player option for the 2024-25 season and will be, at best, a late-round pick in deep leagues. Rotoworld Friday, 10:16 pm
    • 39-point effort not enough Thursday
Embiid provided 39 points (12-25 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 13-13 FT), 13 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 40 minutes before fouling out of Thursday's 118-115 loss to the Knicks in Game 6 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Embiid was clearly not 100 percent healthy throughout the series, and the limitations were more noticeable as the series progressed but still posted outstanding stat lines, scoring 29 or more points in four of the six contests. He also recorded three double-doubles and a triple-double, but he couldn't do the heavy lifting on his own in the games where Tyrese Maxey struggled. Between the Play-In win over the Heat and the first-round series against the Knicks, Embiid averaged 31.6 points, 11.4 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 1.3 blocks across 41.0 minutes per game. • Kelly Oubre Jr. drops in 17 points in Game 6 loss
Kelly Oubre Jr. amassed 17 points (7-of-14 FGs), five rebounds, one assist, one steal, one block, and three 3-pointers in 43 minutes in Thursday’s 118-115 loss to the Knicks.

Advice: After scoring 14 points on 5-of-14 shooting in the series’ first two games, Oubre was solid on both ends of the floor for the 76ers. He scored 14 or more in the final four games while accounting for six steals and three blocked shots. Oubre will be an unrestricted free agent this summer, and his production in this series should have preserved his stock. As for his fantasy value, the Tsunami Papi is likely to be a late-round option, at best, unless he lands in a spot where he’s guaranteed a place in the starting lineup. Rotoworld Thursday, 9:40 pm
    • Joel Embiid posts 39/13/2/1/1 line in Game 6 loss
Joel Embiid played 40 minutes in Thursday’s 118-115 loss to the Knicks, tallying 39 points (12-of-25 FGs, 13-of-13 FTs), 13 rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block, and two 3-pointers.

Advice: While Embiid’s production tailed off during the fourth quarter, last season’s MVP was a warrior in this series. He played through a left knee that did not look fully healed, and a case of Bell’s palsy didn’t help matters, either. Health has been the story throughout Embiid’s career, with availability being the most significant issue. The productivity will be there, so The Process will remain an early first-round pick in most fantasy drafts in the fall. However, the emergence of Victor Wembanyama knocks Embiid down a peg to where he may no longer be a lock to come off the board within the first five picks. Rotoworld Thursday, 9:27 pm
    • Joel Embiid (knee) available for Game 6 Thursday
Joel Embiid (left knee injury recovery) is active for Thursday’s game against the Knicks.

Advice: As expected, Embiid will play as the 76ers look to extend this series to a decisive seventh game. Should he encounter any flare-ups with the knee, Paul Reed would be the next man up in the rotation. Rotoworld Thursday, 5:33 pm
