      Advice: Porter led all players in Saturday's contest in threes made while ending as one of two Nuggets with 20 or more points and adding a half-dozen rebounds in a losing effort.     • Daniel Gafford scores 13 points in Game 6 victory
      Daniel Gafford shot 5-of-8 from the field and 3-of-3 from the foul line in Friday’s win over the Clippers, amassing 13 points and six rebounds in 22 minutes.

      Advice: Gafford may not record gaudy stat lines, but his addition to the roster has been huge for the Mavericks. Between him and first-round pick Dereck Lively II, Dallas receives what would pass as quality production from the center position. Lively also scored in double figures in the series clincher, tallying 10 points with nine rebounds, three assists, and one steal in 24 minutes off the bench. Gafford and Lively will be critical moving forward, as Thunder rookie Chet Holmgren represents a far different challenge than Ivica Zubac. Oklahoma City will host Game 1 on Tuesday night.     • Brook Lopez finishes season with 20-point night
      Brook Lopez logged 31 minutes in Thursday’s 120-98 loss to the Pacers, accounting for 20 points (7-of-12 FGs, 6-of-9 FTs), five rebounds, and one assist.

      Advice: While Lopez thoroughly outplayed Myles Turner in Game 6, it didn’t matter because Indiana had a far superior bench. The veteran center shot 50% or better from the field in all six games, scoring at least 20 points in three. To say this was a brutal ending for a team with championship ambitions would be an understatement. Lopez isn’t a “sexy” fantasy target, based on his Yahoo ADP of 69.7, but he once again exceeded expectations. The veteran center finished the regular season as a top 50 player in 9-cat formats while sitting just outside the top 60 in 8-cat.       McBride supplied 14 points (6-11 FG, 2-7 3Pt), four rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal over 33 minutes during Tuesday's 112-106 overtime loss to the 76ers in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

      Advice: The Knicks are rolling with a tight seven-man rotation lately, and McBride has locked himself in as the sixth man with his strong play off the bench.       Miles McBride provided a boost off the bench with 14 points (6-of-11 FGs), four rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block and two triples against the 76ers on Tuesday.

      Advice: Tom Thibodeau has been running a tight rotation, and McBride has been a huge part of it throughout the series. Only seven Knicks saw the floor on Tuesday, with McBride logging 33 minutes off the bench. He is averaging 13.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.4 triples per game this series, which has been vital to New York’s success. He doesn’t need to play huge minutes when Jalen Brunson is healthy, but he was regularly playing 45+ minutes when Brunson was sidelined this year.       Michael Porter Jr. lit up the Lakers with 26 points (8-of-12 FGs), four rebounds, one assist, two steals and five triples on Monday.

      Advice: MPJ had a spectacular series, which included him scoring at least 20 points in the final four games after scoring 19 in Game 1. However, what shouldn’t go unnoticed is that he logged 46 minutes in this game to help close out the series. He’s just two years removed from only playing nine games, and he has now played 86 games this season with only one absence. Porter Jr. has been fantastic, and they’ll need him to stay hot in their second round matchup with the Timberwolves if they hope to repeat as champions. Rotoworld Monday, 9:41 pm

      Brook Lopez put up 27 points, nine rebounds, an assist, a block and three triples across 39 minutes in Sunday’s loss to Indiana.

      Advice: BroLo scored more points than 27 only twice in the regular season, and both games came way back in November. Sunday’s performance was certainly a rarity in the scoring department, but Lopez was forced to handle a colossal workload thanks to the absences of Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo and the early ejection of Big Bobby Portis. Lopez has scored at least 20 points in two of the Bucks’ last three games, and he’ll be asked to pick it up on offense Tuesday if Milwaukee’s stars are once again sidelined. Lopez has stepped up as the leader in the paint for Milwaukee during the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf), reaching double figures in all four postseason games while finishing with his highest scoring and rebound marks of the series thus far.
