    Hartenstein closed Thursday's 125-114 loss to Philadelphia in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs with 14 points (7-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt), four rebounds and one assist in 26 minutes.

    Advice: Hartenstein picked up five fouls in the loss, limiting him to just 26 minutes. Mitchell Robinson went down with another ankle injury, meaning the Knicks are going to need Hartenstein to play the bulk of the center minutes.   • Anthony Davis records 33/15/3/1 line in Game 3
    Anthony Davis shot 14-of-23 from the field and 5-of-7 from the foul line in Thursday’s 112-105 loss to the Nuggets, accounting for 33 points, 15 rebounds, three assists, and one steal in 43 minutes.

    Advice: Davis did take more shots in the fourth quarter of Game 3 (three) than in Game 2 (one), but it did not matter as the Lakers suffered an 11th straight loss to the Nuggets. He has produced quality individual stat lines when playing against Nikola Jokic, but it has not impacted winning. Look for Davis to play heavy minutes in Game 4 on Saturday, as the Lakers need a win to extend their season. Unfortunately for Los Angeles, the odds aren’t in their favor, given recent history.   • Nikola Jokic posts 24/15/9/1 stat line in Game 3
    Nikola Jokic amassed 24 points (9-of-13 FGs, 6-of-7 FTs), 15 rebounds, nine assists, and one steal in 39 minutes in Thursday’s 112-105 win over the Lakers.

    Advice: All three of Denver’s frontcourt starters accounted for at least 20 points and 10 rebounds, with Jokic finishing one assist shy of a triple-double. The Nuggets have now won the last 11 games they’ve played against the Lakers, and it feels like a matter of “when” they’ll end this series rather than “if.” Game 4 is on Saturday night, and Jokic could once again approach 40 minutes as the Nuggets go for the sweep.   • Being treated for Bell's palsy
    Embiid is being treated for a mild case of Bell's palsy, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. He finished Thursday's 125-114 win over the Knicks with 50 points (13-19 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 19-21 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and one block across 41 minutes.

    Advice: Embiid delivered one of the best playoff performances of his career in Game 3 to keep the Sixers alive in the series, but the post-game news of his mild case of Bell's palsy may be the bigger headline. Embiid revealed the condition started following the Sixers' Play-In victory over the Heat, but the star big man wanted to keep it private to avoid distractions for his team. Bell's palsy is a condition in which there is a facial weakness or paralysis due to injury to the seventh facial nerve. Based on Embiid's recent performances, it doesn't appear that his play will be affected by this issue.   • Departs arena in walking boot
    Robinson (ankle) left the arena following Thursday's loss to the 76ers wearing a walking boot, Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reports. Further tests will be needed to determine whether he will be able to face the Sixers in Game 4 on Sunday.

    Advice: Robinson left Wells Fargo Center walking with a noticeable limp, and the walking boot is never a good sign, especially with the next game being just three days away. Robinson has been playing off the bench in the series, but he has been making things difficult for Joel Embiid on the defensive end.   • Joel Embiid scores playoff career-high 50 points
    Joel Embiid shot 13-of-19 from the field and 19-of-21 from the foul line in Thursday’s 125-114 win over the Knicks, scoring 50 points with eight rebounds, four assists, one block, and five 3-pointers in 40 minutes.

    Advice: Embiid still doesn’t appear to be 100 percent, but the Knicks still did not have an answer for him in Game 3. The reigning MVP scored 19 of his playoff career-high 50 points from the foul line and shot well above 50% from the field. The excellent news for Embiid and the 76ers is that they’ll have another two days “off,” as Game 4 is not until Sunday afternoon. Philadelphia still trails the series by a 2-1 margin. Following the game, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Embiid has been receiving treatment for a mild case of Bell’s palsy, which first became an issue during the 76ers’ Play-In tournament win over Miami.   • Jarrett Allen finishes with 15 PTS, eight boards
    Jarrett Allen shot 5-of-6 from the field and 5-of-5 from the foul line in Thursday’s 121-83 loss to Orlando, accounting for 15 points, eight rebounds, and one blocked shot in 24 minutes.

    Advice: Allen was dominant in the series’ first two games, grabbing 38 rebounds in two Cavaliers victories. In response, Orlando changed its starting lineup, replacing Jonathan Isaac with Wendell Carter Jr., and that appeared to help keep Allen off the boards. Of course, the nature of Game 3 limited the minutes of all ten starters, so DFS players should not read too much into Allen’s stat line. Evan Mobley was also held in check, as he finished with 10 points, two rebounds, one assist, and three blocks in 22 minutes. Cleveland will take a 2-1 series lead into Game 4 on Saturday.   • Wendell Carter Jr. starts, grabs five rebounds
    Wendell Carter Jr. played 25 minutes in Thursday’s 121-83 win over Cleveland, accumulating two points (1-of-4 FGs) and five rebounds.

    Advice: Carter moved into the starting lineup after coming off the bench in the series’ first two games. He did not offer much production, but having more size in the middle helped Orlando keep Jarrett Allen (eight rebounds) off the boards. With Carter starting, Jonathan Isaac returned to the bench, and he chipped in with eight points, two rebounds, one steal, one block, and two 3-pointers in 16 minutes.     Advice: As has been the trend throughout the regular season and the playoffs, Davis appeared on the injury report but has been listed as available closer to tipoff.
