      Booker accumulated 49 points (13-21 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 20-21 FT), five rebounds, six assists, one block and two steals in 45 minutes during Sunday's 122-116 loss to Minnesota in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

      Advice: Minnesota swept the Suns on Sunday, but Booker did everything he could to keep Phoenix in contention during a back-and-forth matchup, logging his fourth-highest scoring total of the season while contributing on both ends of the court. Booker remained dominant during his age-27 season, averaging 27.1 points, 6.9 assists and 4.5 rebounds in 36.0 minutes per game.     • Devin Booker’s 49 not enough to keep season alive
      Devin Booker amassed a game-high 49 points in Sunday’s loss to the Timberwolves, adding five rebounds, six assists, two steals, a blocked shot and three triples across 45 minutes.

      Advice: Booker was an efficient 13-of-21 from the floor and converted a ridiculous 20 of his 21 free throw attempts. Booker became just the 13th player in NBA history to hit at least 20 free throws in a playoff game, and Sunday’s performance was the first of its kind since Dirk Nowitzki hit 24 from the charity stripe back in 2011. Booker added an eighth 40-point playoff game to his resume, extending his own franchise record, but the scoring binge wasn’t enough to stave off elimination as most of the team struggled. Booker and Kevin Durant combined for 82 of Phoenix’s 116 points, and no other player had more than nine.     • Reggie Miller reincarnate: Turner nails 7 triples
      Myles Turner racked up a game-high 29 points in Sunday’s win over Milwaukee, adding nine rebounds, four assists, three blocked shots and seven three-pointers across 38 minutes.

      Advice: Turner etched his name in the history books, as he tied Bojan Bogdanovic, Chuck Person, Paul George and Reggie Miller for the most threes made in a Pacers playoff game. Tyrese Haliburton had a strong game of his own, going for 24 points and five triples on 8-of-16 shooting, but it was Turner who stole the spotlight with this masterful performance. The depleted Bucks kept this one close, but Indiana won its second straight at home to take a commanding 3-1 series leading heading back to Fiserv Forum. Indiana can close out the first-round series with a win on Tuesday and advance to the Conference semifinals for the first time since the 2013-14 season.       Advice: Turner continued his strong performance in the series against Milwaukee, taking advantage of the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) by putting together another well-rounded outing to help Indiana to a commanding 3-1 series lead. Turner led all players in Sunday's contest in threes made while leading the Pacers in scoring, rebounds and blocks in a near double-double showing.     • Poor shooting effort in Game 3
      Herro finished with 15 points (5-16 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and two assists in 33 minutes during Saturday's 104-84 loss to the Celtics in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

      Advice: Herro had a rough outing Saturday, as he had a tough time when matched up against Jaylen Brown, and he finished the game with more field-goal attempts than points scored. That's not an encouraging performance from a player that needs to steps up offensively, particularly with Jimmy Butler (knee) sidelined. Through three games in the current series against the Celtics, Herro has gone 16-for-42 from the field while failing to surpass the 15-point mark twice. Rotowire.com Saturday, 9:15 pm

      Tyler Herro shot 5-of-16 from the field and 2-of-2 from the foul line in Saturday’s Game 3 loss to the Celtics, accounting for 15 points, two rebounds, two assists, and three 3-pointers in 32 minutes.

      Advice: The road team has recently dominated the Celtics/Heat series, and Saturday was no exception. After going off in Miami’s Game 2 victory, Herro was held in check, shooting 2-of-7 from two and finishing with nearly as many turnovers (four) as made baskets (five). The Head didn’t get much from Caleb Martin, either, as he finished with five points, three rebounds, two assists, and one 3-pointer in 38 minutes.       Larry Nance provided a boost off the bench with nine points (3-of-6 FGs), 13 rebounds, five assists, two steals and one triple in Game 3 against the Thunder on Saturday.

      Advice: Jonas Valanciunas only logged 12 minutes as the starting center in this game as Willie Green opted to roll with Larry Nance in a smaller lineup. Nance ended up having an excellent performance, though it didn’t end up having much of an impact on the scoreboard. JV played 29 minutes in Game 1 and 23 minutes in Game 2, so we’ll see if Green continues to use Nance heavily in Game 4.       Jalen Williams posted a solid line on Saturday with 21 points (9-of-16 FGs), nine rebounds, five assists, two steals and three triples against the Pelicans.

      Advice: JDub came out of the game early after getting poked in the eye, but he was able to return quickly and make a big impact on this game. Williams, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey combined to score 66 of OKC’s 106 points in this game, and the Pelicans didn’t have an answer for the second straight game. Williams has been really solid through the first three games of his playoff career, which shouldn’t come as a surprise.       Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 24 points (8-of-20 FGs), five rebounds, eight assists, four steals, one block and one triple in a 106-85 win over New Orleans in Game 3 on Saturday.

      Advice: SGA wasn’t as efficient in this game in comparison to his performances in Games 1 and 2, but he was still able to lead the team in scoring and help them take a commanding 3-0 lead in the series. This was a well-rounded performance for the team, and they’ll have a chance to close out the series in Game 4 on Monday. SGA, who is a finalist for the league’s MVP award, has had a strong start to the postseason, and they’ll need him to keep it up if they want to make any real noise in the playoffs this year.
