      Advice: Despite the questions regarding whether or not he would change the starting lineup, Lakers coach Darvin Ham stuck with the same five with his team’s season on the line. Russell, who went scoreless on 0-of-7 shooting in Game 3, rewarded his coach’s faith, rebounding and scoring an efficient 21 points on Saturday. While Russell struggled throughout last season’s Western Conference Finals, he has been up and down in this series.       Advice: Brown missed all four of his 3-point attempts, but that was the lone blemish on his stat line in the Celtics’ 20-point victory. He’s shot 50% or better from the field in all three games, scoring 20 or more in the last two.       Advice: After bouncing back from a mediocre Game 1 with a quality effort in Game 2, there was hope that Russell could build on that 23-point night. That did not happen; he was 0-of-6 from three and 0-of-7 from the field overall. Due to his struggles, Russell lost minutes to Spencer Dinwiddie, who logged 22 and finished with eight points, two rebounds, and three assists. With the Lakers needing a win on Saturday to extend their season, it would be unsurprising if Darvin Ham did not wait long to pull Russell if he doesn’t have it.
