    • Jalen Brunson (foot) questionable to return Weds.
Jalen Brunson (sore right foot) is questionable to return to Wednesday’s game against the Pacers.

Advice: Brunson appeared to suffer a left hand injury during the first quarter of Wednesday’s Game 2 when he collided with Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard. However, the Knicks have announced that it’s a right foot issue that has kept him out of the game for most of the first half. Miles McBride will run the show until the Knicks get their All-Star point guard back, and this is a terrible turn of events for a team already lacking depth. Rotoworld Wednesday, 5:59 pm
    • Has sore right foot
Brunson is questionable to return to Wednesday's Game 2 against the Pacers with a sore right foot.

Advice: Brunson went to the locker room late in the first quarter and stayed there to start the second. The Knicks have given an update on his status, listing him as questionable to return with soreness in his right foot. Miles McBride should man the point guard spot for as long as Brunson is sidelined. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 5:59 pm
    • In locker room to start second
Brunson stayed in the locker room following the first quarter of Wednesday's Game 2 against Indiana for unspecified reasons, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.

Advice: Brunson exited the contest late in the first period and went back to the locker room with an undisclosed injury and didn't return to the bench to start the second quarter. Until clarification is provided, Brunson should be considered questionable to return. Miles McBride should handle most of the point guard duties in Brunson's stead, while Shake Milton could see his first action of the playoffs. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 5:50 pm
    • Strong performance in loss
Gafford totaled 16 points (5-12 FG, 6-8 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist and five blocks across 27 minutes during Tuesday's 117-95 loss to the Thunder in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

Advice: Gafford recorded a double-double in the loss, adding five blocks. It was arguably his best performance of the postseason and something the Mavericks are going to need more of should they hope to advance to the Conference Finals. Despite the loss, the scoreline does not reflect that the Mavericks kept this close for three quarters. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:28 pm
    • Kyrie Irving leads Dallas with 20 points in loss
Kyrie Irving led Dallas with 20 points (7-of-14 FGs), one rebound, three assists, two steals, one block and three triples in a 117-95 loss to the Thunder in Game 1 on Tuesday.

Advice: After scoring just six points in the first half, Irving once again turned it on for the second half and scored nine points in the third, which included a contested 3-pointer just before the buzzer. He was consistently better in the second half during their first round series against the Clippers, but his production in the second half of this game wasn’t enough to secure a win on the road. If Irving can put together two solid halves in Game 2, they may be able to steal a game on the road and head to Dallas with the series tied. Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:27 pm
    • Daniel Gafford records 16/11 double-double
Daniel Gafford recorded a double-double on Tuesday with 16 points (5-of-12 FGs), 11 rebounds, one assist and five blocks against the Thunder.

Advice: Gafford had a quiet first round series against the Clippers, but he was much better in the first game of this series. He recorded his first double-double of this postseason and swatted five shots, which was his highest block total in a game since March. Gafford has a better matchup in this series, and with Maxi Kleber sidelined for at least three weeks, he’ll continue to see extra minutes. He played 27 minutes in this game, which was more minutes than he played in any game in the first round. He’ll play a large role once again in Game 2 on Thursday. Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:25 pm
    • T.J. McConnell chips in with 18 off the bench
T.J. McConnell shot 9-of-16 from the field in Monday’s 121-117 loss to the Knicks, scoring 18 points with one rebound, three assists, and three steals in 22 minutes.

Advice: With Tyrese Haliburton struggling in Monday’s series opener, McConnell stepped up to lead a bench unit that combined to score 46 points. The veteran point guard scored 20 points in Indiana’s Game 6 win over Milwaukee, so his ability to punish the Knicks is unsurprising. Also reaching double figures off the bench was former Knick Obi Toppin, who tallied 12 points, six rebounds, three assists, one block, and two 3-pointers in 19 minutes. Add Isaiah Jackson (8/5/1/0/3) and Ben Sheppard (8/2/2 with two 3-pointers), and the Pacers’ reserves played well enough to win Game 1. Unfortunately for them, the combination of New York’s Villanova trio and a few controversial calls was too much to overcome. Rotoworld Monday, 7:55 pm
    • Shines again in Game 1 victory
Brunson ended with 43 points (14-26 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 14-14 FT), six rebounds, six assists and one block over 43 minutes in Monday's 121-117 win over Indiana in Game 1 of the second round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Brunson once again did it all for New York in a winning effort, leading all players in Monday's Game 1 in scoring while finishing with a perfect mark from the free-throw line to go along with a half-dozen rebounds and assists in an all-around performance. Brunson has taken his game to the next level of late, posting four straight games with 40 or more points. New York's success rides on the performance of Brunson, and he will continue to be a focal point for the team for as long as the Knicks can push their playoff run. Rotowire.com Monday, 7:47 pm
    • Leader from deep in 25-point Game 1
DiVincenzo notched 25 points (10-17 FG, 5-9 3Pt), three rebounds, two blocks and one assist over 44 minutes in Monday's 121-117 win over Indiana in Game 1 of the second round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: DiVincenzo put on a show from deep in Monday's victory, leading all players in the game in threes made while ending as one of three Knicks with 20 or more points. DiVincenzo, who also recorded a team-high pair of blocks, posted his highest point total of the postseason and has tallied 20 or more points in two straight outings. DiVincenzo has found success from deep of late, connecting on five threes in back-to-back games. Rotowire.com Monday, 7:46 pm
