      Advice: Gilgeous-Alexander fell agonizingly short of his first career playoff triple-double, guiding the Thunder to an emphatic Game 1 victory. While this was a close contest for the first three quarters, Oklahoma City took over late, led by the MVP candidate. He will look to build on this performance when the two teams clash again Thursday.       Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 29 points (8-of-19 FGs, 11-of-13 FTs), nine rebounds, nine assists, one steal, two blocks and two triples in a 117-95 win over Dallas in Game 1 on Tuesday.

      Advice: SGA played well in their first round sweep of the Pelicans, but SGA had arguably his best performance of this postseason in Game 1. His field goal percentage was once again significantly worse than it was during the regular season, but he came close to recording a triple-double. He took over this game with Jalen Williams struggling for the first three quarters, and the Thunder used a dominant fourth quarter to seal the win in the first game of the series.       Gilgeous-Alexander totaled 24 points (8-21 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 7-13 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and two blocks over 40 minutes during Monday's 97-89 win over the Pelicans in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

      Advice: Gilgeous-Alexander struggled with his shooting touch in this one, but he crashed the boards for a series-high 10 rebounds, marking his first double-double of the 2024 postseason. The Kentucky product appeared to tweak his ankle during Monday's matchup, but he was able to work through the issue on the Thunder bench and eventually returned to lead his team to a series-clinching victory. "Just tweaked it," said head coach Mark Daigneault on Gilgeous-Alexander's ankle injury. "Obviously good enough to go back into the game. He'll need treatment. SGA had an uncharacteristically inefficient shooting night from both the floor and the free throw line in this game, but he shouldn’t have many games like this moving forward.       Beal posted nine points (4-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt), one rebound, two assists and one block over 31 minutes before fouling out of Sunday's 122-116 loss to Minnesota in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

      Advice: This was Beal's worst game of the playoffs, and it resulted in the Suns getting swept by the Timberwolves in the first round. For the fifth straight campaign, Beal was unable to eclipse 60 games and struggled with injuries.
