Only seven Knicks saw the floor on Tuesday, with McBride logging 33 minutes off the bench. He is averaging 13.0 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.4 triples per game this series, which has been vital to New York’s success. He doesn’t need to play huge minutes when Jalen Brunson is healthy, but he was regularly playing 45+ minutes when Brunson was sidelined this year.       Advice: With the Suns dropping Game 4, they were swept by the Timberwolves and will fall short of their hefty expectations. According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Durant had "persistent issues" with the offense and felt as if he was relegated to the corner too often. It will be an interesting offseason for Phoenix, to put it mildly.       Kevin Durant finished with 33 points, nine rebounds, five assists, four blocks and two triples across 46 minutes in Sunday’s 122-116 loss to Minnesota.

      Advice: Phoenix’s season came to a miserable end on Sunday night, but it wasn’t for lack of trying on Durant’s part. He did it all in this one, scoring at will, pulling down rebounds, facilitating teammates and swatting shots on defense. Unfortunately, Minnesota’s team was much better as a whole, getting needed contributions from multiple players. The Suns got strong efforts from Durant and Devin Booker (combined 82 points, 14 rebounds, 11 assists), but the rest of the starting five and the notoriously short bench came up short.       Myles Turner racked up a game-high 29 points in Sunday’s win over Milwaukee, adding nine rebounds, four assists, three blocked shots and seven three-pointers across 38 minutes.

      Advice: Turner etched his name in the history books, as he tied Bojan Bogdanovic, Chuck Person, Paul George and Reggie Miller for the most threes made in a Pacers playoff game. Tyrese Haliburton had a strong game of his own, going for 24 points and five triples on 8-of-16 shooting, but it was Turner who stole the spotlight with this masterful performance. The depleted Bucks kept this one close, but Indiana won its second straight at home to take a commanding 3-1 series leading heading back to Fiserv Forum. Indiana can close out the first-round series with a win on Tuesday and advance to the Conference semifinals for the first time since the 2013-14 season.       Advice: Turner continued his strong performance in the series against Milwaukee, taking advantage of the absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) by putting together another well-rounded outing to help Indiana to a commanding 3-1 series lead. Turner led all players in Sunday's contest in threes made while leading the Pacers in scoring, rebounds and blocks in a near double-double showing.       Kyrie Irving accounted for 40 points (14-of-25 FGs, 6-of-6 FTs), seven rebounds, five assists, and six 3-pointers in 45 minutes in Sunday’s 116-111 loss to the Clippers.

      Advice: Dallas got off to a brutal start in Game 4, losing the first quarter by a 39-16 margin and trailing by as many as 31 points. But they fought their way back into the game, even leading at one point in the fourth quarter, thanks largely to Irving’s offensive mastery. he shot 9-of-17 from the field after halftime, finishing with his first 40-point playoff game since Game 4 of the 2017 NBA Finals as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers. The lone negative for Irving was the turnover count, as he racked up seven. And most of that damage was done before halftime.       Advice: Durant bounced back from a subpar showing, at least by his lofty standards, in Game 2, and he had a strong showing in Game 3, but once again, his contributions were not enough to lift the Suns to victory as Phoenix fell into an 0-3 series deficit. Durant will need to be at his best if the Suns want to avoid the sweep in Game 4 on Sunday. He's averaging 24.7 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game in the series.
