    • Daniel Gafford scores 13 points in Game 6 victory
Daniel Gafford shot 5-of-8 from the field and 3-of-3 from the foul line in Friday’s win over the Clippers, amassing 13 points and six rebounds in 22 minutes.

Advice: Gafford may not record gaudy stat lines, but his addition to the roster has been huge for the Mavericks. Between him and first-round pick Dereck Lively II, Dallas receives what would pass as quality production from the center position. Lively also scored in double figures in the series clincher, tallying 10 points with nine rebounds, three assists, and one steal in 24 minutes off the bench. Gafford and Lively will be critical moving forward, as Thunder rookie Chet Holmgren represents a far different challenge than Ivica Zubac. Oklahoma City will host Game 1 on Tuesday night. • Flirts with double-double
Holmgren notched 14 points (5-12 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 3-4 FT), nine rebounds and five assists across 35 minutes during Monday's 97-89 win over the Pelicans in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: Holmgren couldn't get his shot working from downtown, but he was able to bounce back from a sluggish six-point showing in Game 3. The Gonzaga product averaged 15.3 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.8 blocks during a four-game sweep of New Orleans. Rotowire.com Monday, 9:18 pm
    • Pascal Siakam scores 13 on 14 FG, but Pacers win
Pascal Siakam finished Sunday’s win over Milwaukee with 13 points (6-of-14 FG, 0-of-4 3-Pointers), nine rebounds, seven assists, two steals and a block across 40 minutes.

Advice: Siakam was monstrous on offense in Games 1 and 2, combining for 73 points on 31-of-48 shooting. In Games 3 and 4, however, his scoring regressed, and he totaled just 30 points on 13-of-31 shooting. Siakam’s poor showing on offense was buoyed by the duo of Myles Turner and Tyrese Haliburton, who combined for 53 points and 12 triples on 18-of-33 shooting. Despite his woes as a shooter, Spicy P was still able to make an impact thanks to his rebounding, playmaking and defense. He’ll look to get back on track with his efficiency in a close-out Game 5 on the road Tuesday. Rotoworld Sunday, 7:35 pm
    • Well-rounded showing in Game 4
Siakam notched 13 points (6-14 FG< 0-4 3Pt, 1-3 FT), nine rebounds, seven assists, two steals and one block over 40 minutes in Sunday's 126-113 win over the Bucks in Game 4 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

Advice: Siakam has been outstanding for Indiana all series against Milwaukee, posting a well-rounded performance in Sunday's Game 4 while helping the Pacers take a commanding 3-1 series lead. Siakam struggled shooting a bit from the field, but he still reached double figures in scoring while ending one rebound and three assists short of a triple-double. Siakam has tallied at least 10 points, eight rebounds and five assists in two games this series, and we should expect him to continue to shine for Indiana in a potential series-clinching Game 5 in Milwaukee. • Daniel Gafford (back) active Friday vs. Clippers
Daniel Gafford (lower back soreness) has been upgraded from questionable to active for Friday’s Game 3 matchup between the Mavericks and Clippers.

Advice: Gafford is good to go despite missing Thursday’s practice. The Mavericks big man has struggled to produce against the Clippers so far and could take a back seat to Dereck Lively and Maxi Kleber if he struggles. Rotoworld Friday, 4:01 pm
    • Good to go Friday
Gafford (back) is available for Friday's Game 3 against the Clippers.

Advice: Gafford has been upgraded from questionable to available Friday despite dealing with back spasms. Gafford should start at center for the third straight game to begin the series. Rotowire.com Friday, 3:53 pm
    • Present at shootaround
Gafford (back) was on the court and walking around during shootaround ahead of Friday's Game 3 versus the Clippers, Brad Townsend of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Advice: Gafford is officially listed as questionable Friday due to back spasms. The 24-year-old big man's availability will likely be determined shortly before tipoff at 8 pm ET. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:10 am
    • Deemed questionable for Friday
Gafford (back) is questionable for Friday's game against the Clippers, Mike Curtis of The Detroit News reports.

Advice: The questionable tag on Gafford is not surprising, as the big man missed Thursday's practice due to his lower back problem. If he can't go Friday, then Dereck Lively and Maxi Kleber are candidates to receive increased playing time. Rotowire.com Thursday, 3:38 pm
    • Daniel Gafford (back) misses practice Thursday
Daniel Gafford (lower back soreness) missed practice on Thursday and is questionable for Game 3 against the Clippers on Friday.

Advice: Gafford only played nine minutes on Tuesday because of this back issue, and there is a chance that it keeps him on the sidelines entirely for Game 3. Even if he does play, he may have his minutes limited once again. Dereck Lively will certainly take on a larger role after having seven points and nine rebounds in 21 minutes. Maxi Kleber should also see extra minutes. Rotoworld Thursday, 10:16 am
