Per the new league rules, teams can negotiate with their players, who will either be free agents or extension-eligible beginning the day after the conclusion of the NBA Finals.       Celtics team president Brad Stevens said on Tuesday that he expects Kristaps Porzingis (left leg surgery) to miss at least the start of next season.
