Caris LeVert contributes 21 points in Game 2 win
Caris LeVert amassed 21 points (9-of-17 FGs, 3-of-4 FTs), six rebounds, and three assists in 27 minutes in Thursday’s 118-94 win over the Celtics.
Advice: Cleveland returns home tied at one game apiece, thanks partially to the “others” stepping up their production. After shooting 2-of-6 from the field and scoring four points in Game 1, LeVert was a huge factor off the bench on Thursday. He remains cold from beyond the arc (0-of-3 in Game 2, 1-of-12 over his last six games), but the Cavaliers sixth man was 9-of-14 from two. Boston played poorly on Thursday, but LeVert and the Cavaliers had much to do with that. Game 2 was the formula for Cleveland regarding their ability to win this series; the question is whether they can do this three more times. Game 3 is on Saturday night.
