      Advice: Whether the Thunder struggle offensively or not, Gilgeous-Alexander will always get the job done. Unfortunately, he couldn't do everything on his own Wednesday, and he came up short of carrying OKC to a Game 5 victory despite filling out the stat sheet admirably. With the Thunder's back against the wall, Gilgeous-Alexander will need to be at his best on Saturday, as the Thunder will aim to avoid an early playoff exit on the road in Game 6. The star floor general is averaging 31.4 points, 9.0 rebounds and 7.2 assists per game in the current series against Dallas while riding a four-game streak of appearances with 30 or more points.       Advice: Gilgeous-Alexander had another big scoring night, as he’s scored at least 29 points in all five games in this series. However, he didn’t have as much help as needed, with Chet Holmgren (13/4/1/0/1 with one 3-pointer) being the best of the rest. Dallas is making SGA work, but he continues to get his numbers.       Advice: Despite dealing with one of the best backcourt combos in the NBA in Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving, Gilgeous-Alexander continues to deliver outstanding numbers every time he steps on the hardwood. He surpassed the 30-point threshold in just one of the four games in the opening-round series against the Pelicans, but he's been asked to do more this time around, and he's now on a run of three straight outings with 30-plus points.       Advice: Giddey played well over the final three games of their first round sweep of the Pelicans, but he hasn’t been able to replicate that success against Dallas. He has been a liability on both ends of the floor, which has resulted in him playing just 13.3 minutes per game through the first four games. Mark Daigneault hasn’t moved him to a reserve role yet, but he has basically been splitting minutes with Aaron Wiggins, Isaiah Joe and Cason Wallace. Joe ended up starting the second half in place of Giddey in this one. Don’t expect Daigneault to make a starting lineup change now, but all four players should continue to see minutes in the low teens, with the hot hand seeing a larger role.       Advice: This was an important game for the Thunder to win to be able to reclaim homecourt advantage and avoid a 3-1 hole in the series. With the pressure at its highest, OKC’s superstar rose to the occasion. He has been spectacular all series, and he once again put the team on his back. From the six minute mark to the four minute mark in the fourth quarter, SGA singlehandedly went on an 8-2 run to tie the game, and he had three assists after that to help seal the win. The All-Star averaged a stunning 28.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 6.2 assists over six playoff games heading into Saturday's contest, making him one of the league's most prolific postseason contributors. Gilgeous-Alexander still played 42 minutes on the day, so DFS players and bettors should not be too concerned regarding his potential availability for Game 4 on Monday.       Advice: Giddey's minutes continue to decrease with each passing game, and it wouldn't be surprising if he moves to a bench role ahead of Game 3 given how much he's struggled on both ends of the court. He delivered good numbers against the Pelicans, but in the two outings against Dallas, he's averaging 5.0 points while shooting 40 percent from the floor across 14 minutes.
