Wood (knee) is hopeful to be cleared to play for the Lakers' Game 3 matchup with the Nuggets on Thursday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Advice: Wood hasn't played since Feb. 14 while rehabbing from an arthroscopic knee procedure, so even if he's available for Game 3, the reserve big man may be limited to a minor role or kept out of the rotation entirely. Across 50 regular-season appearances (one start), Wood averaged 6.9 points and 5.1 rebounds in 17.4 minutes per game.
