    Advice: Carter started each of Orlando's final five games of the series and scored in double digits in three of those starts, so it's safe to say he was an upgrade over Jonathan Isaac, who started in the first two contests.     Wendell Carter Jr. logged 34 minutes in Sunday’s Game 7 loss to the Cavaliers, tallying 13 points (5-of-10 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), seven rebounds, one assist, three steals, and two 3-pointers.

    Advice: After coming off the bench in the series’ first two games, Carter returned to the starting lineup ahead of Game 3 and remained in that role. Sunday’s series decider was his best game of the seven, with WCJ recording series-highs in points and steals. Beginning the season with a Yahoo ADP of 104.5, Carter’s value was again hampered by injuries. He appeared in 55 games this season and has surpassed six just once in his three full seasons in Orlando. Carter has two seasons remaining on his contract.     Morris won't start Sunday's Game 7 against the Magic, Serena Winters of Bally Sports Cleveland reports.

    Advice: With Jarrett Allen (hip) sidelined, Morris got a chance in the starting unit during Game 6 but finished with just two points (1-7 FG) and eight rebounds in 27 minutes during a disappointing loss. Coach J.B. Bickerstaff has reinserted Isaac Okoro into the starting lineup in place of Morris for the decisive Game 7.     Maxi Kleber (right shoulder AC joint separation) will be re-evaluated in three weeks.

    The Mavericks announced Sunday that Kleber (shoulder) has been diagnosed with a right shoulder AC joint separation and will be re-evaluated in three weeks.

    Advice: As expected, Kleber will miss significant time after a scary fall during the Mavericks' series-clinching Game 6 win over the Clippers on Friday. Given the timetable, Kleber will miss all of the second-round series against Oklahoma City and would likely remain sidelined for at least the first few games of the Western Conference Finals if Dallas can advance past the top-seeded Thunder.     According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Maxi Kleber suffered a full dislocation of the AC joint in his right shoulder and will miss a significant amount of time.

    Advice: Kleber injured his shoulder on a hard fall taken during the first half of Friday’s Game 6 victory over the Clippers. The veteran forward, who played a vital role off the bench in Dallas’ series victory, has not officially been ruled out for the rest of the postseason. However, Kleber stands to miss a significant amount of time. Daniel Gafford and Dereck Lively II should absorb most (if not all) of the minutes that would have gone to Kleber in Dallas’ second-round series against Oklahoma City. Game 1 is on Tuesday night.     Advice: Lively was perfect from the field, active on the glass and efficient in limited minutes. The rookie has shown he can be a valuable contributor on both ends of the court when called upon, but his fantasy upside won't be high if he continues to play off the bench.   • PJ Washington hits four triples, scores 14 points
    P.J. Washington amassed 14 points (4-of-9 FGs, 2-of-4 FTs), five rebounds, two assists, two steals, and four 3-pointers in 35 minutes in Friday’s Game 6 win over the Clippers.

    Advice: Dallas bounced the Clippers in six games, with Washington providing solid supplementary contributions on Friday. Eight of his nine shot attempts came from beyond the arc, a byproduct of playing off Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving. Washington has been a good fit on both ends of the floor since the Mavericks acquired him at the trade deadline, even if the individual scoring numbers took a hit compared to his production in Charlotte. His rebound, steal, and blocked shot averages increased after the trade, which is what Dallas hoped would happen.
