League should be set and finalized. Check your keepers to make sure i have them correct and in the right draft position (i am far from perfect). Everyone's keepers were OK with the exception of Lemon Creek's selection of Blake Griffin, who was drafted in the second round last season which makes him non-eligible. Hope to see you all in the draft room Tuesday Night. If not, i'm hoping you pre-rank your players accordingly. Good Luck to all in the up coming season. Thank You All For Joining. Should be fun.

Due to having to find a replacement at the last minute, we will be extending the keeper deadline to Thursday. Meaning that Wednesday night at midnight is the deadline. Also, you can change your team name up to this point as well. Soulard can still name his division up to Thursday. Any other questions about this league can be answered by posting on the message board. So far, all keepers posted in message board have been legit with keeper rules. Thanks to all the new managers that have joined up. This should be another fun and competitive season.

Also, Soulard has the right to change the division name from Woodford Reserve Division to anything of his choice. Not a Player has the right to change the Williams Division and Shortnslow can also change the East Indie Division. The Bukkake Division will stay the same in honor of Depth Destroyer until a new champion is crowned next season. Divisions and draft order will be set after league fills. Waiting for CATS & Tampa to rejoin. If they do not rejoin by Monday afternoon, i have 2 suitable replacements in waiting.

Teams have until Thursday to decide on their team name. After that, to avoid confusion, team names will be locked.

*NEW* Draft order for next season will be as follows:
Team that finishes with the 9th best winning percentage in the regular season will pick first next year in the draft. Followed by 10th, 11th and so on to 20th place. Then the 8th place team will select 13th, 7th place will select 14th and so on until the first place team selects last. This is not where Yahoo finishes you, it's what place you are in at the end of the regular season. So after this season, we will not be using draft randomization.
Starting next season my Small Town Leagues will be Keeper Leagues. If you have played in my Small Town Leagues in Football or Tangerine Leagues in Baseball, you are familiar with my keeper rules. Here are the Keeper Rules.
Teams will be allowed to keep (2) players from their roster that were drafted after round 2.
No players from the first two rounds or free agents off waivers.
The cost for keepers are a loss of draft pick 2 spots higher.
example- Keep player drafted in the 4th round and you lose your 2nd round pick in the draft.
Keepers can only be kept twice. Cost for 2nd year keeper is 2 spots higher than the previous year. Trades do not reset keeper status.
2014 season we bump to (3) keepers.
2015 season we bump to (4) and four will be the max.
You are not required to keep any players if you choose not to.
Keepers should be e-mailed to me or posted by 10/4/13. You also should choose your own keepers by using to Choose Keepers Tool. But you should make sure your keepers are eligible. You can do this by posting on message board for early approval.
