*** YOUTH KEEPER ***
Every team will have one youth player they can keep for the following season.
The chosen player must be 23 years old or younger by the start of the NBA regular season (normally mid-October), and must still be owned by your team once the previous season is over.
The following season, all the selected players will NOT form part of the draft, they will simply be assigned to the selected team.
Every team will pick an eligible keeper. If that wasn't the case then the best eligible player (based on Yahoo ranks) would be chosen post draft for the team(s) that doesn't / can't make their choice, using reverse draft order.

e.g. So long Jalen Duren (19yo) is on a manager's roster by the end of the season, he will be eligible to be their keeper player. The same process would be repeated before he turns 24.
