    Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 34 points (14-of-27 FGs), eight rebounds, five assists, two steals and two blocks in a 100-96 win over Dallas in Game 4 on Monday.

    Advice: This was an important game for the Thunder to win to be able to reclaim homecourt advantage and avoid a 3-1 hole in the series. With the pressure at its highest, OKC’s superstar rose to the occasion. He has been spectacular all series, and he once again put the team on his back. From the six minute mark to the four minute mark in the fourth quarter, SGA singlehandedly went on an 8-2 run to tie the game, and he had three assists after that to help seal the win.   • Darius Garland drops 30 in Game 4 loss to Boston
    Darius Garland led Cleveland with 30 points (12-of-27 FGs), three rebounds, seven assists, two steals and four triples in a 109-102 loss to the Celtics in Game 4 on Monday.

    Advice: Cleveland had to play this game without Donovan Mitchell, who was sidelined with a calf injury. That meant that Garland was going to be asked to do a lot more, and he rose to the occasion. It wasn’t enough for them to get the win, but he had by far his best game of this postseason. If Mitchell remains sidelined for Game 5 on Wednesday, Garland will once again have to orchestrate Cleveland’s offense like he did in this game. Garland, playing with more weight on his shoulders to lead the short-handed Cavaliers offensively, posted his highest scoring total of the postseason thus far.     Advice: Holiday led all Celtics in Game 4 in threes made while ending as one of three players with 15 or more points to go along with a team-high-tying handful of assists and a team-best trio of steals in a winning effort. Holiday connected on at least four threes for the first time this postseason, now having tallied at least 15 points, seven rebounds and five assists in two straight contests for Boston.     Jrue Holiday posted a full line on Monday with 16 points (6-of-11 FGs), seven rebounds, five assists, three steals, one block and four triples against Cleveland in Game 4.

    Advice: Holiday has been a disappointment this postseason, but he has been much better over their last two games. After scoring in double figures in just three of their first seven playoff games, Holiday averaged 17.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.5 steals, 1.0 block and 3.5 triples in their two games in Cleveland. He is playing like the star they acquired this summer to help push them over the edge, and if he continues to produce to this level, they won’t have any issues closing out the Cavs on Wednesday and advancing to the conference finals. However, he suffered a strained left calf during Game 3 and will be sidelined for a critical matchup in Cleveland. With Mitchell out, Caris LeVert may slide into the starting lineup at shooting guard, while Isaac Okoro, Sam Merrill and Marcus Morris are also candidates for increased offensive roles.
