      Kyrie Irving finished Wednesday’s 123-93 win over the Clippers with 14 points (6-of-14 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), four rebounds, six assists, two steals, and one 3-pointer in 35 minutes.

      Advice: Irving caught fire in Sunday’s Game 4 defeat, shooting 14-of-25 from the field and 6-of-12 from beyond the arc. He cooled off considerably in Game 5, specifically from three (1-of-7), but still managed to shoot 5-of-7 from two. Luka Doncic snapped out of his self-proclaimed funk, and other Mavericks stepped up as they handed the Clippers their worst postseason defeat in franchise history.     • Darius Garland scores 17 points in first quarter
      Darius Garland lit up the Magic with 23 points (9-of-16 FGs), five rebounds, five assists and three triples on Tuesday.

      Advice: Garland got off to a scorching hot start in this game and scored 17 points in the first quarter to help the Cavs jump out to a 33-23 lead. Unfortunately, he didn’t do much scoring after that. This has been a poor series for Garland, so it was encouraging to see him get off to a strong start, and he ended up having his highest-scoring game of the series.       Murray posted 32 points (13-28 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 41 minutes during Monday's 108-106 win over the Lakers in Game 5 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

      Advice: Murray's status heading into Monday's matchup was in doubt due to a calf injury, but he showed zero signs of discomfort, leading his squad in scoring and tacking on the game-winning bucket to send Denver to the next round.     • Jamal Murray hits game-winner to close out series
      Jamal Murray led the Nuggets with 32 points (13-of-28 FGs), three rebounds, seven assists, one steal and five triples in a 108-106 win over the Lakers in Game 5 on Monday.

      Advice: For the second time this series, Murray came up big at the end to help Denver secure a win. He buried a pull-up jumper with about three seconds left, and the Lakers weren’t able to get a good shot up on the ensuing possession. Murray is no stranger to late-game heroics, as he also hit a game-winner in Game 2. The Nuggets will take on Minnesota in the second round after they swept Phoenix, which will be a rematch of last season’s first round series.       Valanciunas supplied 19 points (6-15 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 7-8 FT), 13 rebounds, one assist and one steal across 26 minutes during Monday's 97-89 loss to Oklahoma City in Game 4 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

      Advice: Valanciunas finished second on his team in scoring and put together a valiant effort on the glass, marking his second double-double of the first round.       Advice: Williams made his mark in the fourth quarter of Monday's series-clinching win, scoring six of his 11 fourth-quarter points from downtown while adding two boards and one steal in 12 minutes of action. He scored 20-plus points in the final three matchups of the opening round and will continue to be a key piece of the puzzle for a young Thunder team moving deeper into the postseason.       Advice: After only playing 12 minutes in their last game, with Willie Green opting to use a smaller lineup, JV was back to his usual minutes in this one. He wasn’t quite as dominant on the glass as he was in Game 1, but he was still able to haul in a game-high 13 boards. After a strong run of fantasy success, JV’s minutes have dipped over the last two seasons, which has limited his fantasy impact.       Jalen Williams posted a full line on Monday with 24 points (9-of-17 FGs), eight rebounds, four assists, two steals, one block and two triples in a 97-89 win over the Pelicans in Game 4.

      Advice: OKC has their superstar in Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, but JDub is a star in the making that has shined on the national stage. He closed out this series by scoring eight straight points with less than five minutes left to give the Thunder a double-digit lead late in the fourth. Williams didn’t make the impact that Lu Dort did, but he did make contribute a ton on the defensive end in this series, as they held the Pelicans to 89.5 points per game. They’ll take on the winner of the Mavericks-Clippers series in round two, with a chance to make the Western Conference Finals on the line. Rotoworld Monday, 8:30 pm

      Advice: Murray was spotted going through a brief five-minute workout before the game with a wrap on his injured calf, and he's since been cleared to suit up.
