• Another absence coming
Prosper (ankle) is out for Saturday's Game 3 against the Thunder.

Advice: Prosper will miss his eighth straight contest Saturday due to a left ankle sprain. The rookie forward's absence won't impact Dallas' rotation. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:33 pm
  • Dean Wade (knee) questionable Saturday vs. Celitcs
Dean Wade (right knee sprain) is listed as questionable ahead of Saturday’s matchup between the Cavaliers and Celtics.

Advice: Wade hasn’t played since the regular season so it’s unlikely that he’ll play a significant role if he’s cleared to play. He could cut into some of Tristan Thompson’s reserve minutes if made active, though. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:07 pm
  • Iffy for Game 3
Wade (knee) is listed as questionable for Saturday's Game 3 against the Celtics.

Advice: Wade hasn't played since March 8 due to a right knee sprain. If Wade is upgraded to available, it remains to be seen how he will be featured in Cleveland's playoff rotation. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:33 pm
  • Still out for Game 2
Prosper (ankle) will remain out for Thursday's Game 2 matchup with the Thunder.

Advice: Prosper has seen action in just one postseason game to date, making a one-minute cameo in garbage time of the Mavericks' Game 1 win over the Clippers in the first round. He hasn't played since due to a left ankle sprain, but the rookie wouldn't be included in head coach Jason Kidd's rotation even if he were healthy. Rotowire.com Thursday, 5:27 pm
  • Not close to full health
Antetokounmpo (calf) disclosed last Friday that he was "not close" to returning to the Bucks lineup before the team was eliminated from the playoffs May 2 in a 120-98 loss to the Pacers in Game 6 of the first-round series, Jamal Collier of ESPN.com reports. "I did all the tests I had to do, these like protocols you have to follow and have to check the boxes," Antetokounmpo said. "I wasn't even close at checking the boxes."

Advice: Though head coach Doc Rivers had suggested last week that Antetokounmpo was close to being available to play after missing the final three games of the regular season with a left soleus strain, Rivers' comments may have been an act of gamesmanship. Antetokounmpo ultimately missed all six playoff contests, and his absence likely would have extended into the Eastern Conference semifinal round if the Bucks had advanced, as the 29-year-old estimated that he was running at about 30 or 40 percent speed. He should be closer to full health by the end of May, but Antetokounmpo likely won't have a full offseason to rest up, as he had previously expressed a desire to play for the Greek national team in the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. Greece will have to first earn a spot in the Olympics through a qualification tournament that will take place in the first week of July, so confirmation on whether Antetokounmpo is healthy should come shortly before that time. • Won't play Thursday
Wade (knee) won't suit up for Thursday's Game 2 matchup with Boston.

Advice: Wade has been out of commission for two months now, and with no positive updates to speak of, it's safe to assume he's still not close. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 2:41 pm
  • Closes Game 1 loss
Lawson closed with three points (1-2 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and one rebound in five minutes during Tuesday's 117-95 loss to Oklahoma City in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals.

Advice: Lawson played five minutes of garbage time as the Mavericks were dismantled by the Thunder down the stretch. Dallas will attempt to reverse the result in Game 2 on Thursday, hoping to head home with the series locked at 1-1. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:31 pm
  • Exercises player option
Wood exercised his $3 million player option for the 2024-25 season Tuesday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.

Advice: Wood was a sporadic part of the rotation in Los Angeles this season, appearing in 50 games with averages of 6.9 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.0 assists in 17.4 minutes. There could potentially be a lot of changes for the Lakers this offseason depending on whether or not LeBron James picks up his player option, so it's difficult to project Wood's role for next season at the moment. • Remains out
Wade (knee) has been ruled out for Tuesday's Game 1 against the Celtics.

Advice: Wade hasn't played since March 8 due to a right knee sprain. It's unclear if he'll get the green light at any point during the Eastern Conference Semifinals, but unless Cleveland provides an update, Wade can be considered day-to-day. Rotowire.com Monday, 2:37 pm
