Advice: Despite a sluggish start to the game, Irving delivered when it mattered, helping the Mavericks to an emphatic victory. Both he and Luka Doncic are at the peak of their powers at the moment, much to the delight of the fans. A repeat performance in Game 4 will see Dallas on the cusp of an impressive first-round victory. Rotowire.com 4 minutes ago
  • Ejected in Game 3 win
Washington chipped in 10 points (5-10 FG, 0-4 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist, one block and three steals over 34 minutes before getting ejected from Friday's 101-90 win over the Clippers in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: Washington was ejected following a scuffle with Russell Westbrook, much to the delight of the home fans. While losing a player is never a good thing, his energy and willingness to not back down proved a hit with the Dallas faithful. Before his premature exit, Washington managed to put together another strong performance. He will look to maintain that energy heading into Game 4 Sunday. Rotowire.com 6 minutes ago
  • Rare appearance Friday
Boston finished with three points (1-2 FG, 1-2 FT) and one rebound in three minutes during Friday's 101-90 loss to the Mavericks in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: Boston played three minutes in garbage time, something the Clippers will be hoping doesn't repeat itself. Although the scoreline was relatively close, the Mavericks took control early in this one, now holding a 2-1 series lead over a Clippers team in need of a spark. Rotowire.com 9 minutes ago
  • Woeful in Game 3 loss
George racked up seven points (3-11 FG, 1-6 3Pt), five rebounds and five assists across 30 minutes during Friday's 101-90 loss to the Mavericks in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: George was non-existent in the loss, putting up his worst performance in quite some time. The Clippers managed to hang around but were never really in the contest. He is going to have to be much better when the two teams line up again Sunday, should the Clippers hope to return home with the series locked up. Rotowire.com 11 minutes ago
  • Flirts with double-double
Zubac chipped in 19 points (8-11 FG, 3-3 FT), eight rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 32 minutes during Friday's 101-90 loss to the Mavericks in Game 3 of the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.

Advice: Zubac turned in a strong effort Friday, flirting with a double-double. He added a pair of defensive stats for good measure, delivering his best performance of the postseason. Now trailing 1-2 in the series, the Clippers are going to need Zubac to be more consistent moving forward, something he has struggled with this season. Rotowire.com 13 minutes ago
  • Kyrie Irving scores 21 points despite slow start
Kyrie Irving struggled early on Friday but still finished with 21 points (8-of-17 FGs), four rebounds, six assists, two steals and three triples against the Clippers in Game 3.

Advice: Irving got off to an incredibly slow start in this game and entered halftime with just two points. He played well in both of the first two games of this series, but he didn’t get things going in Game 3 until after the break. His 19 second-half points were enough to allow Dallas to hang on and win this game despite a below average shooting night from Luka Doncic. They’ll look to take a 3-1 lead in the series in Game 4 on Sunday. Rotoworld 20 minutes ago
  • Dereck Lively II chips in 13 points off bench
Dereck Lively II provided a boost off the bench with 13 points (6-of-8 FGs), two rebounds and two blocks in 15 minutes against the Clippers in Game 3 on Friday.

Advice: Lively only played nine minutes in Game 2 and ended up missing practice on Thursday because of some soreness in his lower back. However, he was able to play in Game 3, and he was able to make an impact off the bench. He scored all 13 of his points in the first half, which included five dunks. This was a solid game for the rookie, but Dallas will likely continue to lean on Daniel Gafford for most the center minutes. Rotoworld 24 minutes ago
  • Luka Doncic turns in 22/10/9/2 line in Game 3 win
Luka Doncic led Dallas with 22 points (7-of-25 FGs), 10 rebounds, nine assists, two steals, three triples and five turnovers in a 101-90 win over the Clippers in Game 3 on Friday.

Advice: After shooting 11-of-26 in each of his first two games of this series, Luka’s shooting was slightly worse in this game. However, they were still able to get the win and take a 2-1 lead in the series. Doncic played through plenty of contact from Russell Westbrook in this game, and he still nearly recorded a triple-double. Game 4 is on Sunday, and they’ll have a chance to take a 3-1 lead in the series. This team will go as far as Luka takes them, and he’ll need to shoot better thant his moving forward. • Ejected in fourth quarter
Westbrook was ejected from Saturday's 101-90 Game 3 loss to the Mavericks with 6:10 to play in the fourth quarter. He finished with one point (0-7 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist, one steal and two blocks in 19 minutes.

Advice: Westbrook let his frustrations get the best of him in this one. He was already carrying a technical foul when he proceeded to shove both Luka Doncic and P.J. Washington on the same play. Despite his outburst, a suspension is highly unlikely. Rotowire.com 39 minutes ago
